        There can be anywhere, anytime with the development of the Internet to perform remote tests. This study was designed as a remote control module of the variable resistance the resistance value to a remote test of Internet-based electronic, was developed based on LabVIEW remote laboratory using the same. The proposed variable resistor module and then tlie resistance value out of the apparatus as a stepping motor coupled with a measuring device to DAQ. Applying Ohm's law to examine the accuracy of the implementation of the resistance module result, the error of the measured value and the theoretical value is less than 0.01% was confirmed.

        스포츠중재의 필요성과 중재합의에 관한 고찰

        스포츠에서 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 그 분쟁은 스포츠외의 일반적인 분쟁과 다른 특성이 있기 때문에, 스포츠분쟁은 법원의 판결을 통해서 해결하는 것보다는, 분쟁당사자가 합의에 의하여 사인인 제3자를 중재인으로 선정하고 그 중재인에게 판정해 줄 것을 요청하고 분쟁당사자는 그 중재인의 판정결과에 복종함으로써 최종적으로 분쟁을 해결하는 대체적 분쟁해결제도(ADR)의 한 종류인 중재에 의하여 해결할 필요성이 요구된다. 그리고 중재에 의하여 분쟁을 해결하기 위해서는 분쟁당사자가 자유로운 의사에 의한 중재합의가 있어야 한다. 그런데 스포츠단체가 그 단체의 정관이나 규정(규칙) 또는 선수등록신청서에, 스포츠단체와 스포츠선수 사이에 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 그 분쟁을 중재를 이용하여 해결한다고 하는 조항(중재조항)을 두고 있는 경우에 이것을 분쟁당사자간의 중재합의가 이루어진 것으로 볼 수 있을 것인가 하는 중재합의의 유효성이 문제될 수 있다. 스포츠단체의 활동은 사적자치의 일환으로 인정되는 것이다. 그러므로 여기에는 스포츠단체가 규정이나 규칙을 제정할 수 있는 권한도 포함되지만 스포츠단체의 그러한 자율적인 규칙제정 권한이 무제한적으로 허용될 수는 없다. 그렇지만 스포츠활동과 스포츠자치는 그 자체로서 보호되어야 할 필요가 있다. 그러므로 스포츠분쟁이 발생하는 경우 스포츠자치를 이루면서 스포츠분쟁을 효율적이고 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 스포츠분쟁을 전담할 독립적인 중재기구를 설립하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 스포츠분쟁을 그 독립적인 중재기구에서 독립적인 중재인과 공정한 절차에 따라 필수적으로 중재의 방식으로 해결하도록 하는 것을 우선으로 하되, 만약 분쟁당사자가 중재판정에 불복하는 경우에 한하여 법원의 판결을 받도록 하는 스포츠중재 전치주의를 도입한다면 스포츠중재 강제관할의 문제점과 스포츠중재 강제조항에 따른 불공정성을 해소하고 스포츠선수의 선택권과 재판청구권을 보호할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. There is a need for disputes in sports to be settled by arbitration rather than a court ruling, taking the unique characteristics of sports into consideration. Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). A dispute resolution system is regarded as: an arbitrator is selected by the agreement between the parties, and a binding decision is made, which the parties obey, consequently resulting in a final resolution. To resolve a dispute upon arbitration, there must be an arbitration agreement upon the free will of the parties. In relation to the arbitration agreement, however, there are some cases in which sports organizations have an arbitration clause in the articles of association, regulations or player registration application that call for settling disputes by arbitration. In such cases, the validity of the arbitration agreement may create doubt whether or not this sort of arbitration has been made by mutual agreement. Consequently this is required to be legally examined. The activities of a sports organization are recognized as part of private autonomy, and they include even the rights that establish regulations or rules. Nonetheless, the powers that such sport organizations are able to establish are not allowed without limit. However, sports activities and autonomy shall be protected as themselves. Therefore, if we give priority to arbitration upon the independent arbitrator and fair process by establishing an independent arbitral organization in charge of sports disputes to handle the effective resolution of disputes and protect sports autonomy and ask for a court decision if one party disobeys the arbitration, or the sports arbitration prepositive principle, it seems helpful to resolve the unfairness of compulsory jurisdiction and the clause for sports arbitration and protect the player’s right of choice and of claims for trial.

        GIS is evolving from a technology that addresses specific applications to a broad-based information system. Its value goes beyond increased efficiency, cost savings. Therefor GIS will be fundamental to the future on the internet. But our organizations and societies exclusively handle geographic informations in Korea. and they use independently foregin commercial GIS softwares. It makses difficult to accmulate local techniques in GIS. In order to solve this problem we implement WEB-GIS using JDBC without depening specific software.

        영상저작물에서 저작자의 분류와 의미에 대한 고찰

        본고는 최근 그 역할과 비중이 커지고 있는 영상저작물에 대한 저작권법의 올바른 해석을 통해 영상저작물에 관계되는 자들의 이해관계를 합리적으로 조정하고 궁극적으로는 영상산업의 발전에도 기여하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 영상저작물의 권리관계에 있어 가장 중요한 저작자의 의미와 범위 등에 대해 학계의 해석과 판례 및 입법사례를 살펴보고 제작현장의 실태를 참작하여 고찰하였다. 우리 저작권법은 영상저작물의 저작자의 의미와 범위, 저작자의 인정 기준에 대하여는 불분명한 입법으로 인해 해석상 다툼과 함께 분쟁의 원인이 되기도 하였다. 특히 영화나 드라마의 제작에 사용하기 위해 창작되는 대본이나 영화음악과 같은 위촉저작물의 저작자는 영상제작에 창작적으로 관여함에도 학계의 다수설은 소설의 원작자와 같이 고전적 저작자로 분류하고 이들을 영상저작물의 공동저작자로 인정하지 아니하고 있다. 또한 영상저작물의 저작자 내지 저작권자의 지위를 갖는 영상제작자는 영상제작에 가장 중요한 역할을 담당함에도 권리의 내용도 불확실한데다 영상제작자로서 경제적인 역할과 책임을 인정받는데 있어서 학설은 인색하다. 우리 저작권법은 1987년 신 저작권법 시행 이래 영상저작물의 저작권과 관련하여 수차례의 개정은 있었으나 그 개정 내용은 디지털콘텐츠 시대의 영상산업의 환경변화에 대응하기 보다는 저작권단체 등의 이해 반영에만 충실한 게 아닌가 생각된다. 이로 인해 영상저작물에 관한 규정은 사실상 그 역할을 하지 못하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다 본고를 통해 영상저작물의 저작권 관계에 대한 올바른 해석과 함께 사실상 유명무실화된 특례규정의 개선도 기대해 본다. The purpose of this study is to rationally adjust the interests of those involved in video works through the correct interpretation of the copyright law of video works, which is recently increasing their role and importance, and ultimately contribute to the development of the video industry. For this purpose, the signification and range of authors, the most important things in relationship of rights and duties of audiovisual works, are considered by searching for the interpretation of academia, judicial precedent and pieces of legislation and taking into account actual condition of production sites. Our copyright law has been also a cause of conflict as well as dispute over interpretation due to unclear legislation on the signification and range of authors of video works and the criteria for the recognition of the authors. Especially, even though authors of commissioned contents, such as scripts or music for making movies or dramas, are even creatively involved in producing video works, the majority of academia classify them as classical authors such as the original authors of novels and don’t recognize them as co-authors of video works. In addition, although the producers of video works, who have the status of the authors or copyright holders, play a important role in producing video works, their rights are uncertain and, the theories of academia are stingy in accepting their economic roles and responsibilities as video producers. Our copyright law has been revised several times, in relation to the copyright of video works, since the enactment of the new Copyright Act in 1987, but it seems that the revised contents are not responding the changes in the environment of the video industry in the age of digital contents but reflecting the interests of copyright organizations. For that reason, it is no exaggeration to say that the special clause on video works doesn’t actually play a role. Through this study, I expect the correct interpretation of the copyright relations of the video works and also hope to improve the special clause that has been almost nominal.

        정량 주입(Pre-metered) 코팅 방식을 이용한 유기 트랜지스터 반도체 박막 제작 연구

        We herein present results of flat and uniform polymer-blended small molecular semiconductor thin films. Which were produced for organic thin film transistors (OTFTs), using a simple pre-metered horizontal dipping process. The organic semiconducting thin films were composed of 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)-pentacene (TIPS-PEN) composite blended with a polymer binder of poly(${\alpha}$-methylstyrene) (PaMS). We show that the pre-metered horizontal-dip-coating(H-dip-coating) process allowed the critical control of the thickness of the blended TIPS-PEN:PaMs thin film. The fabricated OTFTs using the TIPS-PEN:PaMs films exhibited maximum field-effect mobility of $0.22\;cm^2\;V^{-1}\;s^{-1}$. These results demonstrated that H-dip-coated TIPS-PEN:PaMS films show considerable promise for the production of reliable, reproducible, and high-performance OTFTs.

        중·대형 디스플레이용 건식 식각(ICP Dry etcher) 설비의 플라스마 균일도 제어 기술

        The current display technology tends to be highly integrated with high resolution, the element size is gradually downsized, and the structure becomes complicated. Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) dry etcher of various types of etching equipment is a structure that places a large multi-divisional antenna source on the top lid, passes current to the Antenna, and generates plasma using the induced magnetic field generated at this time. However, in the case of a device of a large area size, a support that can withstand a load structurally is necessary, and when these support portions are applied, arrangement of antenna becomes difficult, which causes reduction in uniformity. As described above, the development of antenna source of a large area having a uniform plasma density on the whole surface is difficult to restrict hardware (H/W). As a solution to this problem, we confirmed the change in uniformity of plasma by applying two kinds of specific shape faraday shield(FICP) to the lower part of the large area upper lid antenna of 6 and 8th more than that generation size. In this thesis, we verify the faraday shield effect which can improve plasma uniformity control of ICP dry etcher equipment applied to medium and large displays.

      • ATmegal28을 이용한 잔상효과를 가진 LED 회전 BALL 구현

        In this paper we implemented rotating LED spin ball using ATmegal28. It is applied residual image effect shows 3-dimensional light source instead of 2-dimensional. It not just rhe light source co a two-dimensional glitter, three-dimensional view showing a light source as an, LED of the residual image and the DC motor with a model to determine the three-dimensional potential of the LED through the fast rotation of the BLDC motor control by making experiments and for the purpose of controlling the actual light source. In order to control the model is implemented ATMega 128 the BLDC motor is required. And a slipring is required co apply the power source and the signal on the rotating. And it requires a balanced structural model to produce the illusion of three-dimensional LED.

        Surface Plasmon Resonance Investigation of Optical Detection in Plasma-modified Phospholipid Layers

        We herein report on a study of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) in thin gold (Au) films coated with thin layers of phospholipid material, which had been exposed to an atmospheric pressure (AP) plasma containing both pure Ar and Ar mixed with O2 (Ar/O2, 0.8%). The phospholipid material that we used for the SPR experiments was lecithin, and the AP plasma system was applied in air by means of a radio-frequency (RF) plasma generator. A thin (∼60 nm) film of Au and a thin (∼15 nm) layer of lecithin were deposited and attached to the face of a prism, and surface plasmon modes were excited along the interfaces of the prism-Au-lecithin-air system by means of prism coupling using a He-Ne Laser (632.8 nm). The experimental SPR reflectance curves of the Au-lecithin-air modes were found to be shifted towards those of the Au-air mode with increasing applications of AP RF plasma treatment. From the shifts in the SPR curves, we found that the estimated thickness of the lecithin layer treated with a pure Ar plasma showed a linear decrease with etching rate of about 3 nm per treatment while the thickness of the lecithin layer treated with a mixed Ar/O2 plasma showed a tendency to saturate following a large initial decrease (ca. 14 nm). All these results demonstrate that the use of SPR sensing could facilitate the detection of extremely small variations in plasma-treated films of biomaterials.
