        표고버섯균사체 추출물이 고지방 식이 마우스의 혈액 및 지방간에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of a high-fat diet (HFD) on body weight, food efficiency ratio (FER), liver weight, blood composition and liver tissues. For this, it was divided into Normal, HFD/Control and HFD/MC-LE (360 mg/kg), and the experiment was performed over ten (10) weeks. Compared to HFD/Control, body weight decreased when HFD/MC-LE was administered. In addition, TG and AST blood concentration improved with HFD/MC-LE. In terms of celiac disease in liver tissues, hepatic sinusoids were closed due to the accumulation of adipose tissues. Furthermore, hepatocyte cords in a hepatic lobule and lipid accumulation in liver tissues were confirmed. In the liver tissues of HFD/MC-LE-administered mice, lipid accumulation decreased, and liver tissue damage was minor. The above results show that HFD/MC-LE is more effective than HFD/Control in reducing body weight, composing blood, preventing liver tissue damage and decreasing lipid accumulation in liver tissues confirming its possibility as a sub-ingredient for fatty liver treatment.

        중국 전지(剪紙) 기호의 유형과 표현 방법 분석

        중국 전지는 천년의 역사가 있으며 고대로부터 내려온 중국인의 전통과 집단적 내면 심리를 함축적으로 표현한 상징적 사고의 산물이며 민속 기호의 범주에 속한다. 중국 전지는 대부분 중국인의 유사한 감정과 염원을 표현하는 작용을 하며 민족의식과 민속의 계승을 의미하는 기호로써의 작용을 한다. 이러한 중국 전지를 기호학의 이론에 근거하여 조형적인 아름다움의 의미와 표현을 밝힘으로써 중국의 대중적 미(美)의식을 알아보고자 한다. 왜냐하면 기호학은 인간의 모든 사고 과정과 지식체계가 구성되어 있으며 이미지의 의미와 표현에 대하여 연구하는 학문이기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구 논문은 퍼스의 기호 유형 구분에 따라 중국 전지를 분류함으로써 나타나는 상징적 의미에 대하여 구체화 한다. 퍼스의 기호이론으로 보았을 때 일반화된 전지의 상징기호와 자주 사용되는 도상기호 전지는 중국인들로 하여금 친숙함을 느끼게 하고 대상체에 대한 비슷한 해석체를 찾을 수 있으며 그 표상체를 정확히 파악하고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 막스 벤제의 이론에 의하여 전지기호의 표현 방식을 기호의 첨가, 결합, 교체 세 가지로 구분하고 사례를 들어 분석하였다. 이로써 중국 전지의 형성과 조합에 있어 의미와 표현의 체계적인 기호학적 접근이 가능하게 되었다. 이러한 사례 분석을 통하여 중국인의 기원과 희망에 대하여 체계적으로 파악할 수 있었으며 중국의 시대적 사상과 감성이 그대로 담긴 살아있는 전지는 중국의 대중적인 시각 이미지의 표현임을 밝힐 수 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 중국 전지의 대중적 미의식의 예술성이 높게 평가될 수 있도록 퍼스와 벤제의 기호학 이론에 바탕을 두고 그 의미와 표현에 대하여 분석하였다는 것에 의의를 찾을 수 있다. Chinese paper-cut has thousand years of history. It is belongs to folk symbol and is the result of symbolic thought which is expressing Chinese tradition and collective inner mentality. Chinese paper-cut act as expressing most Chinese people’s same feeling and wish. and also act as the sign of national consciousness and succession of nation. I'd like to explore the public of China's appreciation of beauty according to semeiology theory. Which is based on finding out the beauty of combination and the combination has it's own meaning and expression. Because semeiology is the learning of image's meaning and expression based on human being's whole thinking process and knowledge hierarchy. In this thesis, I will crystallize the symbolic meaning of Chinese paper-cut which is classified by distinction of Peirse’s symbol type. According to Peirse’s semiotic theory, Chinese people is familiar with generalized paper-cut's symbolistic symbol and often used picture character paper-cut and feel amiably. They can find out familiar explanation of the object and know well about the representation of that paper-cut. This study divided the way of paper-cut's expression into three kind based on Bense's theory. Which are sign’s adjunction, combination, and replacement. And analysed it with example. We can approach the meaning and expression of Chinese paper-cut's formation and combination with semeiology. With analysing the example, we can know about what Chinese want and wish. We also can find out that Chinese paper-cut brings times thought and sensibility and it is the expression of the sight of the public of Chinese. And I think this thesis analysed Chinese paper-cut's meaning and expression based on Peirse and Bense's semeiology theory. So that Chinese paper-cut's artistry and the public appreciation of the beauty can be highly valued.

        Heterogeneous Virulence Potential and High Antibiotic Resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Strains Isolated from Korean Pneumonia Patients

        Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic human pathogen of clinical importance that causes airway infections in immunocompromised patients. Here, we report the virulence-associated characteristics of strains of P. aeruginosa, isolated from the sputa of 25 Korean pneumonia patients. A high degree of genomic plasticity was observed by random amplified polymorphic DNA genotype analysis, suggesting that the infections were caused by strains with diverse genomic backgrounds. Biofilm formation of each isolate was heterogeneous in terms of their relative motilities. In addition, 48% of isolates were defective in the production of 3-oxo-C12-HSL (PAI-1), a quorum sensing signal molecule. In these strains, PAI-1-dependent elastase production was correspondingly decreased, suggesting that a large number of strains were presumed to be quorum sensing deficient. Multidrug resistance (MDR) was seen in 56% of the isolates tested, and 44%of the MDR strains were resistant to five or more antibiotics. Taken together, our results provide additional insights into the virulence traits of P. aeruginosa clinical isolates, which will aid in treating P. aeruginosa infections in pneumonia patients.

        당 분해효소를 이용한 백하수오 뿌리로부터 분리한 Pregnane Glycosides의 생전환

        Biotransformation is an eco-friendly and efficient method for enhancing the bioavailability of biopesticide. To increase the antifungal activity of the crude extract of Cynanchum wilfordii roots against barely powdery mildew, we performed biotransformation of wilfoside C1G using β-glucosidase (cellobiase from Aspergillus niger). The mixture (G sample) of partially purified wilfoside C1G and cynauricuoside A (K1G) was treated with β-glucosidase to remove a glucopyranosyl moiety. The enzyme completely converted C1G to C1N and K1G to K1N. Optimal conditions for enzymatic biotransformation of G sample were determined to be 10%ethanol, 1,555 μU β-glucosidase/ml, pH 5, and 45oC. In in vivo experiment, the G sample transformed by β-glucosidase showed stronger antifungal activity against barley powdery mildew than the non-treated G sample. These results suggest that β-glucosidase biotransformation can be applied to increase the antifungal activity of the crude extract of C. wilfordii roots against powdery mildews. 0
