The objective of this study was to investigate the result of in vivo embryo collection and pregnancy rate after embryo transfer using sex-sorted sperm of Korean brindle cattle. Donor Korean brindle cattle superovulation treated by decreasing dose of FSH injection. Embryos were recovered on 7 days after the third artificial insemination. Control group semen straw used artificial insemination contained 20 million sperm. Sex-sorted semen straws contained 4 million sperm or 10 million sperm. As for the result of the recovery of the in vivo embryos derived from sex-sorted sperm, the number of transferable embryos was significantly highly recovered to be 6.20±2.28/donor from the control group and was significantly lowly recovered to be 1.57±1.72/donor from the group treated at a sperm concentration of 10×106 (p<0.05). The number of unfertilized embryo was 0.8±1.30/donor in control group which was significantly lower than the group treated at a sperm concentration of 4×106 (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the number of undeveloped ova between control and treatment groups. Pregnancy rate after embryo transfer was shown to be 35.00% in control group and 12.50% in treatment group. The karyotype analysis of the calf derived from sex-sorted sperm resulted in a similar chromosomal distribution pattern (2n=60, XX) compared to those of common Korean native cattle.

Sexed semen is commonly used for the production of calves of the desired gender. Gender selection is importantin animal production industries. For example, female cattle are required for the dairy industry while males are preferredin the beef cattle industry. The present study was to assess the in vivo embryo production efficiency using the semenseparated according to sex during superovulation in Hanwoo. Seventy Hanwoo donor cows were flushed on day 7of estrus cycle with same FSH and artificial insemination by the same technicians. Embryos were recovered on 7 daysafter the third insemination by flushing the uterus with embryo collection medium. KPN semen straws used artificialinsemination contained 20 million sperm (total number 60 million per donor). Sex-sorted semen straws contained 4million sperm (total number 12 million per donor). The results obtained were as follows: No differences were observedin the efficiency of superovulation rates on KPN semen 87%, and sexed semen 100%, respectively. The mean numbersof total embryos are each 12.58 ± 8.31 and 13.25 ± 7.86. The mean numbers of transferable embryos, sexed semenwere significantly lower than KPN semen (3.75 ± 1.98 vs. 8.23 ± 6.07, P<0.05). The rates of unfertilized embryos fromsuperovulation using sexed semen were significantly higher than KPN semen (50% vs. 15%, P<0.05). The rate ofdegenerated 2-cell embryos from sexed and KPN semen was 60.87% and 11.11%, respectively (p<0.05). In conclusion,these results indicate that superovulation using sexed semen was useful, but efficient embryo production was importantto reducing the damage caused by the Flowcytometer-based sperm sorting procedure

A Study on the Success Factors of Chinese Venture Firms in Different Growth Stages This paper analyzes the determinant factors of Chinese venture business performance by growth stages. In order to achieve this, the author firstly investigates and reviews literatures about entrepreneurship, strategy, industrial environment, resource. This paper focuses on Chinese venture business. The empirical analysis focuses on 82 firms which are from Beijing, Shanghai, Shuzhou etc in 12 areas of China, then dividing by beginning stage and final stage to regression analysis them. In the beginning of growth stage, innovation, dangerous sensibility , cost advantage strategy, marketing differentiation strategy, competitive intensity, industrial growth rate, technological ability and financing ability prove positive correlations. In the final of growth stage, dangerous sensibility, advancement, technology innovation strategy, marketing differentiation strategy, industrial growth rate and technological ability prove positive correlations.

This thesis discusses several issues on the orientation and teaching method of translation courses in TCFL. It holds the view that translation courses in TCFL are auxiliary courses, which serve as assistant to the study of Chinese, and this characteristic decides what the basic task and purpose of translation courses are. This thesis summarizes the teaching methods of translation courses with the help of the author’s teaching experiences. Taking Korea-Chinese translation as an example, it introduces and analyses every step and contents in the teaching process.
대학생의 성장마인드셋과 학업 적응 간의 관계: 그릿과 진로 적응의순차적 매개 효과

This study is based on the relationship between college students’ growth mindset and academic adaptation, by sequentiallyverifying the mediating effect of grit and career adaptation, it was intended to present implications for college students’ academicadaptation. This study was conducted with 366 students from three four-year universities in Jeonlanamdo. The findings are as follows. First, it was found that the growth mindset of college students had a direct impact on academic adaptation. Second, grit andcareer adaptation showed mediating effects in the relationship between college students’ growth mindset and academic adaptation,respectively. Third, the relationship between college students’ growth mindset and academic adaptation showed a sequential mediatingeffect of grit and career adaptation. This study found that growth mindset, grit, and career adaptation affect the improvement ofcollege students’ academic adaptation. To this end, implications for educational programs and counseling intervention measures thathelp college students adapt to their studies were discussed of products and services possible.
헬리콥터 시뮬레이터용 엔진 제어 및 성능 모델링 기법 연구

헬리콥터 시뮬레이터용 엔진 제어/성능 모델은 비행 성능과 조종성에 직접적인 영향을 주는 핵심 모델 중 하나로서, 헬리콥터 엔진 설계/제작사로부터 원천 및 모델을 확보하여 개발하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 통상적인 개발 방법을 따르지 않고, 가용한 자원을 활용하여 기본 모델을 구성하고 이를 지상/비행시험 결과와 비교 튜닝하여 검증하는 방법을 채택하였다. 대상 헬리콥터인 KA-32T의 장착 엔진인 TB3-117 엔진의 엔진 제어 모델을 위해 TB3-117 정비교범에 기술되어 있는 엔진의 기능을 검토하여, 모의 대상요소를 분류한 후 모델링을 수행하였다. 엔진 성능 모델은 Piece-wise Linear Model 방법을 사용하였으며, TB3-117 정비 교범에 포함된 엔진 성능 데이터를 활용하여 정상상태 엔진 성능 테이블을 구축한 후 이를 변환 함수를 기반으로 한 동적 모델에 통합하였다. 개발된 엔진 제어 모델 및 성능 모델은 지상/비행 시험 결과와 비교 튜닝하여, 개발 모델이 FAA AC120-63 규격에 적합한 충실도를 보유함을 검증하였다. Engine control/performance model for helicopter simulator if one of the most important models which affect flight performance and handling quality. It is typical to develop the model based on the raw data and models from the engine designers/manufacturers. The approaches in this study were to develop the basic model bated on the available resources and to tune and verify it based on the ground/flight test results. The maintenance manuals of TB3-117 which is installed in KA-327 were reviewed and the components to be simulated for the engine control model were categorized and modeled. Piece-wise linear modeling method was used for the engine performance model. The engine performance data in the engine maintenance manuals were incorporated into the engine steady state performance tablet, which were incorporated with the transfer functions for the dynamic performance. Engine control/performance model was compared and tuned with the round/flight test results. It was verified that the fidelity of the model was within the tolerances in FAA AC120-63.
