[1,2,4]-Triazole 유도체의 합성 및 항암활성

2-Chlorobenzoyl hydrazine refluxed with benzoyl isothiocyanate and phenyl isothiocyanate in ethanol for 3 hours to give benzamide derivative (1) and anilinederivative (2) on yield of 71%and 95%, respectively. Benzamide derivative (1) reacted with ethanolic sodium hydroxide on reflux to afford cyclization product (3), followed by general substitution reaction of two steps to give acetamide (5), and derivatived acetamides 7a-7k, while aniline derivative (2) reacted with ethanolic sodium hydroxide on reflux to afford another cyclization product (4). Thiol (4) reacted with N-phenyl chloroacetamide in the presence of potassim carbonate to give acetamide derivative (6). Compounds 1-7kwere evaluated for their growth inhibition against five cancer cell lines, including human lung carcinoma (A-549), human prostate cancer (DU145), human colon adenocarcinoma (HT-29), human malignant melanoma (SK-MEL-2) and human ovary malignant ascites (SK-OV-3) with sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay. All compounds (1-7k) showed low inhibition activities under 50% on 100 M concentration.

본 연구는 재난현장에서 경험하는 전문가 집단을 대상으로 재난조직의 리더십과 협력역량 요인이 재난대응 운영성과의 영향관계에서 직무만족도와 사전예방 요인의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 재난관리자 400명(소방공무원 180명 포함)을 대상으로 온라인으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 JAMOVI 프로그램으로 경로분석을 하여 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과로 독립변수와 종속변수가 유의한 영향 관계에 있음을 확인하였고, 매개변수인 직무만족도와 사전예방 요인을 대입하였을 때 각각 유의한 영향관계에 있음을 확인하였다. 다시 말해서, 재난관련 부처의 내⋅외적 직무만족도를 높이고 사전예방을 위한 재난관리체계 구축이 재난대응 운영성과에 도움이 된다고 해석할 수 있다. This study aimed to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction and precautionary factors on the relationship between leadership and cooperation capacity factors of disaster organizations and disaster response operation performance by targeting a group of experts experienced in disaster sites. To this end, an online survey was conducted with 400 disaster managers (including 180 firefighters), and the collected data were analyzed using the JAMOVI program. As a result, it was confirmed that the independent and dependent variables had a significant influencing relationship, and each had a significant influencing relationship when job satisfaction and precautionary factors were substituted. Thus, it can be interpreted that the improvement of internal and external job satisfaction of disaster-related ministries and the establishment of a disaster management system for prevention can be helpful for disaster response operational performance.
재난관리체계가 통제역량과 사전예방 및 운영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 다양한 재난현장에서 경험하는 전문가 집단을 대상으로 재난관리체계와 재난대응 운영성과의 영향관계에서 통제역량과 사전예방 요인의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 강원도 소방공무원 180명 등 재난관리자 400명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 JAMOVI 프로그램을 이용한 경로분석을통한 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과로 독립변수와 종속변수가 유의한 영향 관계에 있음을 확인하였고 매개변수로 통제역량을 대입하였으나 독립변수인 재난관리체계에 포함되었고, 사전예방 요인을 대입하였을 때 별도의 유의한 영향관계에 있음을 확인하였다. 다시 말해서, 사전예방을 위한 재난관리체계 구축이 재난대응 운영성과에 도움이 된다고 해석할 수 있다. This study attempted to verify the mediating effect of control capacity and preventive factors on the relationship between disaster management systems and disaster response operation performance by targeting a group of experts who experience various disaster sites. Accordingly, an online survey was conducted targeting 400 disaster managers, including 180 firefighters in Gangwon-do, and the mediating effect of the collected data was examined through route analysis using the JAMOVI program. As a result, it was confirmed that the independent and dependent variables had a significant influence relationship, although control capability was substituted as a parameter, it was included in the disaster management system as an independent variable and had a separate significant influence relationship when a preventive factor was substituted. In other words, it can be interpreted that the stablishment of a disaster management system for prevention is helpful to the operational performance of disaster response. As a result, it can be inferred that it was eventually included in the disaster management system.

지질 가수 분해 효소인 리파아제를 이용하여 완충 용액하에서 (±)-2-Hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran의 비대칭 가수 분해 및 여러 가지 유기 용매하에서 (±)-2-acetoxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran의 에스테르화 반응을 하여 화학적으로 유용한 synthon을 얻는 연구를 하였다. Porcine pancreas lipase(PPL)-catalyzed acetylation of (±)-2-thdroxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran with vinyl acetate in organic solvent afforded (S)-(+)-2-acetoxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran. Alternatively, (±)-2-acetoxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran was resolved via PPL catalyzed hydrolysis in acetone-phosphate buffer system to afford (S)-(+)-2-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran with high enantioselectivity.

벼 도열병에 자체 방어물질인 (±)-13-히드록시-(9Z, 11E)-옥타데카디엔산을 합성하였다. 에틸 9-옥소노난산과 (2E)-4-[(1,1-디메틸) 에틸디메틸실릴옥시]-2-노네닐트 리페닐포스포늄브록염의 Wittig 반응에 의해 (9Z, 11E)-13-[(1,1-디메틸)에틸디메틸 실릴옥시]-9, 11-옥타데카디엔산을 얻는데 이는 탈실릴화후 가수분해되어 최종물질을 얻을 수 있다. (2E)-4-[(1,1-디메틸) 에틸디메틸실릴옥시]-2-노네닐트리페닐포스포늄 브롬염을 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 핵산알에서 합성되고 에틸 9-옥소노난산을 아제레르산에서 합성되었다. (±)-13-Hydroxy-(9Z, 11E)-octadecadienoic acid, a self defensive substance of the rice blast disease was synthesized. Wittig reaction of the two fragments, ethyl 9-oxononaoate and (2E)-4-[1,1-dimethyl)ethyldimethylsilyloxy]-2-noneyltriph enylphosphonium bromide afforded ethyl (9Z, 11E)-13-[(1, 1-dimethyl)ethyldimethylsilyloxy]-9, 11-octadecadienoate, which can be silylated and saponified to give the final product by the reported procedure. The fragment (2E)-4-[(1, 1-dimethylethyl)dimethyl silyloxy]-2-nonenyltriphenylphosphosphonium bromide was synthesized from readily available hexanal and the other fragment ethyl 9-oxononaoate was prepared from azelaic acid.
(E)-γ-히드록시-α,β-불포화 슬폰과 니트릴의 합성

β,γ-에폭시슬폰과 β,γ-에폭시느트릴을 -78℃에서 THF를 용매로 LDA를 사용하여 탈 양성자-제거반응을 유도하면 선택적으로(E)-히드록시-α, β-불포화 니트릴을 좋은 수율로 각각 얻을 수 있었다. Deprotection-elimination of β, γ-epoxy sulfone and β, γ-epoxy nitrile with LDA in THF at -78℃ afforded (E)-γ-hydroxy-α, β-unsaturated sulfone and (E)-γ-hydroxy-α, β-unsaturated nitrile in good yields, respectively.
