        The 'growing novel' is a general term which is being widely used by literary critics because it is more appropriate to designate a sub-branch of Korean novel than any other terms. Recently, some critics turn their own interest on 'feminine growing novel', and try to find any characteristics in this kind of novel, for example whether there is a certain kind of transfiguration in plot or there are qualitative differences in the process of growing of heroin in particular. To begin with, I define in this thesis 'the growing novel' as follows : 'a novel which describes the life of hero or heroin growing up from immature to full-fledged adult through the inner struggle of his (her) mind and outer struggle with the world.' With this definition, I will analyze the term, 'growing novel' and inquire the characteristics of that term. First of all, I have read two of Kang's novels, 「Mother and Daughter」(1931), and 「Human Problem」(1934) with great attention and analyze them with narratological method. From the view of a level of the story, 「Mother and Daughter」 has a narratological consolidation which was combined our heroin, Ok-yi's narration as a central axis with two peripheral narrations of her mother(Yepbun) and mother-In-Iaw(Sanhozoo). By dividing the story in sequence and reducing the story to several motif, we can see firstly that Ok-yi is growing up without parent which means that she has no chance to have protective role of parent, Secondly, she becomes a scapegoat of a male-chauvinistic family system which was traditional in Korea. Thirdly, she is awakened to social consciousness after being received new education. Fourthly, she is going out in search of a new way of life. The sequences of the story can be patterned by the formula which consist of 'ordeal', 'awakening' and 'separation' in turn. The main reason of ordeal which Ok-yi inevitably faced is coming from such a traditional family system as polygamy and marriage custom which allows a young girl to be taken one's family as a future daughter-in-law, After such an ordeal, Ok-yi has passing through sudden and short period of self awakening by receiving new education which makes it possible for her to separate herself from old fashioned family system and the past life. The separation is a key word by which we can see 'a developing narration' in novels of Korean literary circles in early 1930' s and it represents an ideal of socialist feminism which the author strongly maintained. In view of the level of discourse, the outstanding character of 「Mother and Daughter」 is a skill of narration borrowed from ancient literature, In the middle of narrations of main character, the narrator inserted two narrations which is a third of whole story. It takes a form of biographical narration concerning of the life of Ok-yi's mother and her mother-in-law, The narrator also tells a story to the reader directly like a performer in Pansori or Korean masked dance, This is a prematured and pre-modem forms of discourse, although it shows popularity in character and is based on reading experience of author herself and internalized tradition. Kang's novel, 「Human Problem」is an another 'growing novel' structured with double narrations in which two person are involved with an equal role. The story is unfolding with four different steps. The first step is about our heroin's growing without parent as depicted as the former novel, rMother and Daughterj The second step is connected with an ordeal the main character happened to be experienced by sexual assault. After passing through the period of torment, the heroin is going out to the world to find a new life. This is third step which is followed in conclusion by a tragic death of main character, 'Sunbi' caused by harsh reality of class society, 'Ordeal', 'separation' and 'frustration' are the names of the way the story is unfolding. The cause of ordeal is double discrimination, sexual and social class. This novel presents harsh reality more dramatically by taking hard and slow process of separation, The author tries to complete her own socialist vision by showing that the tragic death of 'Sunbi' provides the life and growth of 'the First' which is ascending conclusion. By showing antigrowing narrations of woman, the author places great emphasis on the necessity of growing for woman and accuse the limitation of the time. Background and objects are important elements at the level of story. In 「Human Problem」, there is a type of space confrontations, that is Won-so(lake) vs. spinning factory, a natural space vs. an artificial space, a space of dream and consolation vs. a space of torment and alienation, a space in which a rich man who is vicious must be punished vs. a space in which a poor labourer is exploiting and a space for life or death. And root for medical use vs, money shows same category of confrontation. In conclusion, these two novels tell us a story about women who have to grow up without parent and without proper education. As a result of personal and social background, they have to pass through many ordeals coming from the suppression of social system and violence. However, there is some differences between two main characters, Ok-yi in 「Mother and Daughter」 found her self-consciousness by taking an opportunity of new education and aid from mediator, but Sunbi in 'Human Problernj could not have an opportunity of receiving proper education and aid from mediator. As a result of it, she could not escape from a tragic death. In the former novel, the author represents optimistic and idealistic vision, and in the later novel objective and realistic vision has been presented. This difference has deep connection with the main current of Korean literary circle in early and middle years of 1930's, In this thesis, I tried to make it clear that Kang Kyung-ae is a unique female writer who wrote 'feminine growing novel' with a socialist feminism in 1930' s and I also pointed out that the objects and the qualitative process of growing depend on the time and ideology to which the writer belongs.

        서울시내 대학생들의 외식소비 행태 및 만족도 조사

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the determining factors of purchasing attitude for university students living in Seoul by analyzing the effect of dining-out consumption behavior and purchase attitude according to food service consumption propensity. And this study is to provide basic data understanding the dining-out behavior of university students and to establish their proper dining culture. In order to investigate the eating out consumption behavior of university students, this study was conducted using the questionaires for 200 students in Seoul. It was revealed that 55.5% of the subjects spent 5,000~10,000 won for eating out cost for a meal, while 52%~54% of them ate out more than once a day. The frequency of eating out was one time per week (52%) the highest among the subjects and twice per week was (54%), three times per week (19.5%), four times was (19.5%). The students were eating at least one meal a day when they come to hear the lecture. When students choose to eat out, they are more likely to use 82.5% of restaurants around the time, depending on the lecture time and frequency of use. Rather, the usage rate of the university cafeteria is considerably low, and it is necessary to expand and improve the cafeteria in the future. As the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications are presented as follows. Food service companies officials should be interested in food service consumption propensity and established marketing direction in order to improve the purchasing attitude of university students.

        Im, Ok-In(1911-1995) was a prolific female-writer who wrote more than 120 pieces of novel for a long period of her life. Particularly. during the years of 1950s and 1960s she was one of representative female writers of Korea. It is. however. true that only a few criticism has been made on her works. and the literary evaluation about her novels is not so generous. The aims of this thesis is to read her novels impartially in the context of feminism and anti-feminism which will help us to find her literary position as a female writer in the history of modern Korean literature. The structure of Im, Ok-In's literary world has consisted of a few contrary axes. for examples. 'departure vs. return'. 'homelessness vs. making home'. 'romantic love vs. depraved love' and ' motherhood and infertility'. These contrary axes are names of paradoxical inclination appeared in her works. The meaning of 'departure vs. return' is that Im, Ok-In. in the early works tried to leave and cast away long-established tradition of patriarchy and male-chauvinism. but she in later period of her literary life. returned such traditional values. Through the windows of 'homelessness vs. making home'. we can see the personal life of the author herself as a woman who lost a native place like any other people after Korean war. Im, Ok-In firmly stick to the traditional value of sex which prefer virginity and platonic love to corrupted love. It can be pointed out that she failed to reflect the current change of sexual morality at that time. In connection with feminism. we can point out that the characters of Im, Ok-Ins works can be described under four headings: firstly. the majority of her novels are autobiographical. For a female writer who try to find self-identity. it was a common and suitable method to write novels in autobiographic style since in 1920s. So it is proper interpretation to see Im Ole-In's literary contribution from the utility of female writings point of view. not from the male-centered standard of writing. Secondly. she was very fond of using the form of letter which is suitable strategy to express personal feelings about her own life. It is also very persuasive manner. Thirdly. we can see the limit or failure. to some extent, of fair understanding of femininity in her novels. Women who played an important role in her novels are mainly intellectuals. They hardly have any understanding or sympathy with lower class women. On the contrary. they have superiority over uneducated and lower class women and try to show them kindness just like men do. From feminism point of view, Im, Ok-In was regressive and going back to the male-centered mode of thought. In this thesis. I tried to show that a conflict between feminism and anti-feminism oddly coexist in Im, Ok-In's novels. and it is a kind of literary limitation of her own ages. This paradoxical phenomenon around feminism is somewhat common to the female writers in 1950s-60s. In conclusion, this thesis suggests that we need to make much efforts to find female writers who deserve to have their own literary position.

        역사문화관광지에서의 관광경험과 관광만족, 삶의 질, 재방문의도 간 관계 -MZ세대를 중심으로-

        This study intends to investigate the various influences of the MZ generation on tourism experiences based on the tourists' experiences of historical and cultural tourism destinations. By applying the tourism experience marketing theory, this study closely analyzes the behavior of tourists, and also examines the relationship between tourism experience, quality of life, and re-visit intention. In addition, by making practical suggestions, we intend to provide useful materials that can help in the development of historical and cultural tourism contents and establishment of marketing strategies. The summary of the results shown through the empirical analysis of this study and the implications of the study are as follows. First, entertainment, esthetic, and escapist factor of tourism experience influence tourism satisfaction. Therefore, based on the results of a number of studies, it was confirmed that various factors of tourism experience had a significant effect on tourism satisfaction. Second, tourism satisfaction did significantly affect the quality of life. And tourism satisfaction had a positive effect on revisit intention. This indicates that tourism satisfaction, which is positively formed through pleasure, happiness, and interesting experiences, which is a satisfactory tourism experience, is effective in increasing the intention to revisit, and in particular, suggests the importance of tourism satisfaction of historical and cultural tourism tourists. Third, quality of life did not have a positive effect on intention to revisit tourist destinations. This confirms that although the quality of life of tourists is affected by tourism satisfaction, the quality of life has no direct influence on the intention to revisit.

        글로벌 기업의 학습조직이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기주도학습의 매개효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of a learning organization on innovative behavior through the mediating effect of self-directed learning. The sample is comprised of 763 employees in global companies located in Korea and China. Results revealed that a learning organization has a significant positive impact on self-directed learning. Moreover, a learning organization has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior and self-directed learning has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior. In addition, self-directed learning partially mediated the relationship between a learning organization and innovative behavior. The result corresponded with the assumption of the past studies that learning organization positively impacts on innovative behavior. More importantly, this study found that learning organization indirectly impacts on innovative behavior through an increased level of self-directed learning. Therefore, this study implies that self-directed learning of employees should be leveled up to increase innovative behavior of employees in addition to improving the learning organization.

        사회적 자본과 조직몰입이 비윤리적 친조직행동에 미치는 영향: 윤리적 리더십의 조절된 매개효과

        Although there is a lot of research on social capital, there are few studies examining the double-sidedness of social capital. In order to examine social capital from various perspectives, it is necessary to examine both positive and negative functions of social capital. Present paper not only understood the positive results of the social capital investigated by the prior social capital researchers, but also focused on the negative aspects of the social capital. Although social capital can induce positive outcomes such as organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction, excessively high level of social capital could form closed group or instrumental tool and lead to group conformity. Based on this perspective, current study attempts to examine the negative aspects of social capital. Present study also aims to provide the negative mechanism of social capital and the strengthened understanding. The purpose of current study is as follows. First, this paper analyzed whether the level of social capital has a positive effect on the unethical pro-organizational behavior of the members. Second, We examined the mediating effect of organizational commitment in the influence of social capital on unethical pro-organizational behavior. Third, present paper investigated whether the effect of social capital on unethical pro-organizational behavior through organizational commitment depends on the level of ethical leadership. A total respondents of 565 questionnaires in 30 companies located in Seoul and metropolitan areas. were analyzed by SPSS 23.0, Amos 24.0, and Process Macro. The results of this paper are as follows. First, impact of social capital on unethical pro-organizational behavior is not significant. Second, social capital has a positive impact on unethical pro-organizational behavior through mediating role of organizational commitment (Affective, Normative). Third, although the influence of social capital on unethical pro-organizational behavior through organizational commitment is not significantly moderated by ethical leadership, it is true that the effect of social capital varies according to the level of ethical leadership. This results are meaningful to have different results from previous research related to existing social capital. In the mediating role of organizational commitment, the influence of social capital on unethical pro-organizational behavior is fully mediated by organizational commitment. Results implied that the social capital in the organization increases the emotional attachment and duty of the members, induces the group conformity that discriminates and rejects other groups, and causes the members to engage in unethical pro-organizational behavior in violation of social norms. In the Moderated Mediation role of ethical leadership, although the hypothesis that the effect of social capital through organizational commitment on unethical pro-organizational behavior would be Moderated Mediation by ethical leadership was rejected, the magnitude of effect has changed according to the level of ethical leadership. The results displayed the dysfunction of social capital and suggested the implications for mitigating the dysfunction of social capital through ethical leadership in addition to the existing research that the formation of social capital is important. Based on these findings, current paper suggests understanding and necessity of ethical leadership in order to facilitate interaction between supervisor and members for ethical management at the organization level. 본 연구는 사회적 자본의 긍정적인 효과를 제시한 대다수의 선행연구와는 다른 시각에서 사회적자본을 통해 형성된 구조적, 인지적, 관계적 자본이 오히려 조직과 구성원, 동료들 간의 폐쇄적 네트워크를 유발하여 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 주장에 주목하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 자본이 구성원들의 조직몰입(정서적·규범적)을 증가시키고 이를 통해 비윤리적 친-조직행동을간접적으로 증가시키는 부정적인 효과를 가질 수 있다는 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 리더가 가지고 있는 윤리적 리더십에 따라 사회적 자본이 조직몰입을 매개로 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 미치는 영향이 완화될 것으로 가정하고 윤리적 리더십의 조절된 매개역할을 하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 기업 및 조직에 재직하고 있는 565명의 구성원에게 수집된 설문을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 사회적 자본은 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 조직몰입은 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을미쳤다. 셋째, 조직몰입(정서적·규범적)은 사회적 자본과 비윤리적 친-조직행동의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 자본과 비윤리적 친-조직행동의 관계에서 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 조직몰입(정서적·규범적)의 매개효과에 대한윤리적 리더십의 조절된 매개효과 역시 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 윤리적 리더십의조절된 매개효과에서 조건부 간접효과를 살펴본 결과, 중간 집단과 낮은 집단에서는 윤리적 리더십의 조절된 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 그 효과는 윤리적 리더십이 중간인 집단에서 낮은 집단보다 사회적 자본이 조직몰입(정서적·규범적)을 통해 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 미치는 정(+)의 영향이 완화된 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 사회적 자본의양면성을 밝히고, 사회적 자본이 올바르게 기능하도록 부정적 효과를 줄일 수 있는 방안을 수립하는 등 인적자원관리 관점에서 유용한 이론적·실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

        윤리적 리더십이 비윤리적 친조직행동에 미치는 영향 직무열의와 조직몰입의 이중 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Ethical Leadership on job engagement, organizational commitment and unethical pro-organizational behavior and to analyze the dual mediation effect of job engagement and organizational commitment. We used 565 questionnaires collected by members in domestic companies. The result of the analyses are as follows: First, Ethical Leadership has no positive effect on unethical pro-organizational behavior. Second, in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and unethical pro-organizational behavior, job engagement does not play a mediating role, but organizational commitment plays a mediating role. Third, in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and unethical pro-organizational behavior, job engagement and organizational commitment play a dual mediating role. The theoretical implication is that this study once again confirmed the behavior patterns such as cognition, emotion, attitude and behavior of members in the organization. In addition, this study can contribute to theoretical expansion by explaining that these behavior patterns are identified by social exchange theory. The practical implication is that this study confirmed that members in the actual management field are willing to perform unethical pro-organizational behavior in order to achieve the organization's goal efficiently and effectively. Therefore, it is suggested that active efforts should be made to recognize these negative influences and possibilities at the organization level and to create a clean and fair organizational culture and environment that everyone can recognize at the social level. 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 갖고 있는 양면성에 초점을 맞추어, 리더의 윤리적 리더십이 직무열의, 조직몰입, 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 직무열의와 조직몰입의 이중 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 565부의 설문지를 활용하여 연구를 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더의 윤리적 리더십은 비윤리적 친-조직행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무열의는 리더의 윤리적 리더십과 비윤리적 친-조직행동의 관계에서 매개역할을 하지 않았으나, 조직몰입은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더의 윤리적 리더십과 비윤리적 친-조직행동의 관계에서 직무열의와 조직몰입은 이중 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점은 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 항상 긍정적인 효과만을 발휘하는 것은 아니며, 비윤리적 행동과의 관계성을 규명했다는 데 의의가 있다. 또한 조직 내 구성원의 인지, 정서, 태도, 행동의 과정을 살펴보고, 다시 한 번 정서사건이론의 패턴을 확인할 수 있었다. 나아가 이러한 행동패턴이 사회교환이론에 의해 규명되어진다는 점을 밝히는데 이론적 함의를 찾을 수 있다. 실무적 시사점은 조직차원에서 이러한 부정적인 영향 및 가능성을 미연에 방지하고 나아가 사회적 차원에서 조직성과를 제고하는 동시에 윤리적 기준을 준수할 수 있는 조직문화 및 환경을 조성할 수 있도록 적극적인 노력이 필요하다는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

        목표지향성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of goal orientation on the innovative behavior through the mediating role of knowledge sharing. The result of the study is as follows. First, learning goal orientation has a significant, positive impact on the knowledge sharing. Second, learning goal orientation has a significant, positive impact on innovative behavior. Third, the mediating variable, knowledge sharing has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between learning goal orientation and innovative behavior, but do not mediate the relationship between performance approach goal orientation and innovative behavior. The result showed that performance approach goal orientation does not have a significant impact on both knowledge sharing and innovative behavior not like learning goal orientation. These imply that knowledge sharing and innovative behavior could not be gained easily through raising personal characteristics. Instead, learning goal orientation should be leveled up to increase knowledge sharing and innovative behavior of employees. In addition, results suggested that, to effectively draw knowledge sharing and innovative behavior from employees with goal orientation, structural factors like organizational culture or social learning culture should be considered to fit with individual factors.

        해운·항만 구성원의 감성지능이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 : LMX와 TMX의 이중 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Emotional Intelligence on LMX, TMX and Customer Orientation and to analyze the dual mediation effect of LMX and TMX. We used 333 questionnaires collected by members in domestic companies. The result of the analyses are as follows: First, Emotional Intelligence has positive effect on Customer Orientation. Second, in the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Customer Orientation, LMX does not play a mediating role, but TMX plays a mediating role. Third, in the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Customer Orientation, LMX and TMX play a dual mediating role. The theoretical implication is study can contribute to theoretical expansion by explaining that these behavior patterns are identified by social exchange theory. The practical implication is that this study confirmed that members in the actual management field are willing to perform Customer Orientation in order to achieve the organization's goal efficiently and effectively. 서비스 산업의 비중이 높아져가면서, 해운·항만 기업들도 기존의 선박 운항에 관한 주요 항만정책 부분에서 탈피하여 안정적인 물량확보 및 유치를 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 따라, 서비스 상품 차별화와 함께, 구성원들의 고객지향성을 중요시하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 해운·항만산업의 환경적 변화를 고려하여, 감성지능이 LMX, TMX, 그리고 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 LMX와 TMX의 이중 매개효과를 실증·분석했다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 해운·항만 기업에 재직하고 있는 구성원 333명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 23.0, Amos 24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 감성지능은 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, LMX는 감성지능과 고객지향성의 관계에서 매개역할을 하지 않았으나, TMX는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감성지능과 고객지향성의 관계에서 LMX와 TMX는 이중 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점은 다음과 같다. 이론적 시사점은 본 연구를 통해 다시 한 번 구성원의 감성지능의 효과를 확인했다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이런 감성지능이 사회교환관계를 강화시켰다는 점을 밝힘으로써 이론적 확장에 기여하였다. 실무적 시사점은 본 연구를 통해 실제 해운·항만 기업에서 구성원들이 조직의 목표를 효율적이고 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 기꺼이 고객들과 장기적 관계를 구축하고 고객의 필요와 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.
