        이용객 관점에서 외식업체 ESG 경영이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 기업신뢰의 조절효과 -

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of ESG management of restaurant companies on corporate trust and behavioral intention for users. Through research, we intend to help restaurant companies understand ESG management. It also seeks ways to help ESG management of domestic food service companies pursue sustainable development from a long-term perspective through Environmental, Social and Governance. To this end, the survey was commissioned by Macromill Embrain, a research institute. The recruitment period was conducted for five days from February 22 to 27, 2023, and 173 refined data were analyzed using SPSS. Adjusted regression analysis was performed to test the hypothesis. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the Environmental and Social of ESG management had a significant effect. However, it was found that the Governance had no significant effect. Second, in ESG management, all components were found to have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Third, as a result of verifying the hypothesis that corporate trust will play a controlling role in the relationship between ESG management and behavioral intention of restaurants, it was found that only the Social in ESG management plays a controlling role in the relationship between additional payment intention. Now, it is necessary to focus on management with the region rather than management that only puts the profits of companies ahead. In particular, restaurant companies should strive to improve their image through ESG activities through the execution of various programs that can be done with the local community and customers.

        척추와 척추관내에서 지방을 포함하는 병변: 임상화보

        The recent development of image techniques, including computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disease. A variety of lesions in the spine may contain fat tissue, and these lesions have the possibility of being benign or malignancy. The principle of treatment varies depending on the characteristics of the lesions. The purpose of this pictorial assay is to document the radiologic findings to help physicians make the correct diagnosis, to confirm the characteristics and the extent of the lesion, to anticipate the prognosis and to select and decide upon the therapeutic method when a fat-containing lesion is located in the spinal vertebrae and/or spinal canal. 최근 전산화단층촬영술과 자기공명영상 등 영상기술의 발달은 척추 질환에 대한 진단과 치료 방침결정에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 척추 질환들에서 지방조직을 포함한 다양한 양성 혹은 악성 병변이 있으며 그 특성에 따라 치료의 방향은 달라진다. 이 임상화보에서는 척추와 척추관내에서 지방조직을 포함하는 병변들을 접할 때 고려해야 할 진단, 병변의 특성과 범위, 예후의 예측, 치료방침의 선택과 결정에 도움이 되는 방사선학적 소견을 서술하고자 한다.

        배달앱 서비스품질이 태도 및 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 연구 -식습관 조절효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence relationship between delivery app service quality factors, customer attitude, and continuous usability. In addition, in the relationship between them, the moderating effect according to the type of eating habit is studied together. At this time, detailed factors of delivery app service quality were divided into convenience, efficiency, information, product accuracy, and product guarantee. The survey period was conducted online from August 20 to August 25, 2021. Of the total questionnaires, 203 copies were used for analysis, excluding invalid questionnaires. As a result of the study, it was investigated that efficiency and product guarantee among service quality had a significant effect on customer attitude. In addition, it was investigated that customer attitudes had a significant effect on continuous use intention. In the results of the moderating effect analysis, it can be said that the relationship between service quality factors, customer attitude, and continuous usability differs depending on the eating habits of users. In particular, it was investigated that convenience, efficiency, and product guarantee among service quality had a significant effect on customer attitude in the case of regular eating habits. However, in the case of customers with irregular eating habits, it was investigated that information and product accuracy among service quality had a significant effect on customer attitudes.

        자유학기제 연계 로봇활용 SW교육이 중학생의 컴퓨팅사고력, SW효능감, SW흥미에 미치는 효과

        Using robots in SW education is attracting attention because it supports the active participation of learners and maximizes the immersion and interest of learners. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of SW education using educational robotics in Free semester on students’ computational thinking, SW self-efficacy and SW interest. To investigate these agendas, robot-assisted SW education was designed and conducted for 77 middle school students in Seoul, South Korea. The data collected were analyzed by matched-pair t-test. The results showed implication of SW education in Free semester using educational robotics significantly improved students’ computational thinking, SW self-efficacy, and SW interest, but no significant improvement was identified in cooperation. The results of this study will expand the understanding of the SW education using by identifying the effects computational thinking, SW efficacy, and SW interest. Therefore, it proposed implication for the design and implementation of SW education using educational robotics in Free semester. SW교육에서 로봇을 활용하면 학습자의 능동적 참여를 지원하고 학습자의 몰입과 흥미를 극대화할수 있기에 로봇활용 SW교육이 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 자유학기제 로봇활용 SW교육 프로그램이 중학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력, SW효능감, SW흥미에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 규명하기 위해 서울 소재 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생 77명을 대상으로 8차시동안 자유학기제 로봇활용 SW교육을 실시하였으며, 수집된 사전-사후 데이터는 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 자유학기제 로봇활용 SW교육은 학생들의 컴퓨팅사고력, SW효능감, SW흥미 향상에 유의하게 효과적인 것으로 나타났으나, 컴퓨팅사고력의 하위 변인 중 협동심에서는 유의한 향상이 확인되지 않았다. 본 연구는 자유학기제 연계 로봇활용 SW교육이 컴퓨팅사고력, SW효능감, SW흥미에 미치는 효과를 규명하여 로봇활용 SW교육에 대한 이해를 확장시키고, 자유학기제 로봇활용 SW교육의 설계 및 실행에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

        캠핑장 선택속성이 캠핑 제약요인 및 캠핑 지속적 행동의도 간의 구조적 영향 관계 - 캠핑형태의 조절 효과를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of camping site selection factors on camping constraints. In addition, the factors influencing camping constraints on the continuous behavioral intention of campers were identified. In addition, the adjustment effect of auto camping and car camping is identified. To this end, 314 camping users were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS analysis tools. As a result of the study, it was investigated that the camping site selection factor did not significantly affect the physical constraint factor. However, among the factors for selecting campsites, the remaining three factors excluding the environment were found to have a significant effect on external constraints. In addition, it was investigated that camping constraints had a significant effect on the continuous behavioral intention of campers. In addition, a difference test was conducted on the moderating effect between the camping type of auto camping site and car camping. As a result of the study, since the result value of 28.134 (df=15) is greater than the standard value of 25.00 (df=15), it may be said that there is a control effect. Therefore, it can be said that the relationship between the selection factor of the camping site, the camping restriction factor, and the continuous behavioral intention of the campers varies depending on the camping type of auto camping and car camping. Through this study, we intend to examine new trends in the camping industry and continue positive changes.

        리조트 ESG 경영활동이 기업이미지 및 추가지불의도에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study derived resort ESG management activities from a consumer perspective.To this en resort ESG management activities consisted of environmental factors, social factors, and governance factors. It also identifies the structural relationship between the corporate image based on ESG management activities and the intention to pay additionally. The survey was conducted online by a research institute and 163 copies were used for analysis The collected data was subjected to frequency analysis to understand the demographic status using SPSS/PC+ WIN 21.0. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to find out the reliability and validity of resort ESG management activities, corporate image, and additional payment intention. In addition, structural equation analysis was conducted using AMOS 18.0 to achieve the research purpose. As a result, it was found that among the factors of resort ESG management activities, governance factors had a significant effect on the corporate image. However, it was found that environmental and social factors did not significantly affect the corporate image. In addition, the corporate image was also found to have a significant effect on the intention to pay additional payments. It was found that all factors of resort ESG management activities had a significant effect on the intention to pay additionally. Through the research results, the following academic and practical implications are provided. The academic implication is that ESG's research area has been expanded with research on how it affects consumers based on consumer perceptions of corporate ESG activities In particular, the elements of ESG management activities for the resort industry were identified at a time when the tourism industry was not covered in the international discussion process on ESG management. It can also be meaningful that it attempted to study the impact of ESG activities on corporate image and additional payment intention.

        야영장 안전실태에 따른 야영장 선진화 방안

        In this study, we will establish the type and classification system of campsites and investigate the status and convenience of the safety management facilities of the campsite. This is to provide safe leisure facilities for the people by reflecting on-site opinions in establishing camping-related policies for overall rebuilding of safety facilities and operations. For this purpose, 128 campsites were selected, which is 10% of the registered field sites (as of June 29, 2016). The selected campsite conducted a field survey for operators of both July 1, 2016 and November 15, 2016. The survey items included general status of the camp site operator, operation of the campsite, status of the campsite safety management facility, and status of the campsite convenience facilities. As a result, there are safety facilities such as residency of safety personnel, emergency broadcasting facilities, emergency broadcasting equipment, shelter, information signboard, and safety rules indication of auxiliary facilities, emergency lights, etc. However, safety fences such as safety facilities, danger signs, safety fences near roads, speed limit signs and rocks were found to be insufficient. As to the status of the campsite amenities, most campsites were found to be equipped with a janitorial, a cafeteria, a parking lot, a shower room, a toilet, a cooker, and a cooker. However, most campsites do not have facilities to promote convenience for customers such as barbeque, seminars, swimming pools, playgrounds, experience areas, and trampoline to reflect the nature of the campsite. 야영인구 증가, 야영장 다변화로 인해 캠핑산업이 계속적으로 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 야영장 운영관리에 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 야영장 안전관리시설 뿐만 아니라 야영장 내 편의시설에 대한 시급한 대책 마련과 야영장 관리체계의 선진화가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 다양한 형태로 존재하는 야영장에 대한 유형 및 특성의 이론적 검토와 명확한 분류체계를 확립할 뿐만 아니라 야영장의 안전관리 시설 현황 및 편의시설을 조사하여 야영장 관리체계를 선진화 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2016년 6월 29일 현재 등록된 야영장의 10%에 해당하는 128곳을 선정하여 2016년 7월 1일과 11월 15일 운영자를 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하였다. 조사항목으로는 야영장 운영자의 일반적 현황, 야영장 운영현황, 야영장 안전관리 시설 현황 및 편의시설 등을 포함시켰다. 이러한 조사 결과 안전요원, 긴급방송시설, 구급장비, 대피소, 부대시설의 안전수칙표시 등 안전시설이 있다. 하지만, 구명시설, 위험표지부착, 도로 인접한 곳의 안전펜스, 속도제한표지판, 안전펜스 설치 등이 부족한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 야영장 편의시설 현황에 있어서는 대부분의 야영장에 관리동, 매점, 주차장, 샤워실, 화장실, 개수대 등을 갖추고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 많은 야영장에는 바베큐장, 세미나실, 수영장, 놀이터, 체험 공간, 트램펄린 등의 고객 편의를 도모할 시설을 갖추고 있지 않는 것으로 조사되었다.

        COVID-19에 따른 배달 앱 이용자의 식생활 라이프스타일 연구

        The purpose of the study was to realize marketing strategies such as development of products and service products that meet customer needs based on market segmentation by vegetative life style of delivery food consumers. To this end, a survey was conducted on 260 people aged 14 or older who experienced delivery food. Based on the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis were conducted through SPSS 21.0. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives, K-mean cluster analysis, One-Way ANOVA, and post-test were conducted. As a result, vegetation life style was divided into six factors: "Health Pursuit," "Simple Pursuit," "Food High Involvement," "Food Exploration Pursuit," "Cooking Preference Pursuit," and "Diversity Pursuit.". Based on this, it was classified into 'group that pursues taste and freshness', 'group that pursues taste and convenience', 'group that pursues taste and cooking', and 'group that pursues complexity'. Based on the research results, the academic implications are as follows. First, vegetative life styles were subdivided for restaurant consumers aged 14 or older who have experience in delivery food. Based on this, the characteristics of modern consumers were identified by classifying them into four groups and comparing the eating out behavior. Second, it can be used as data to present marketing strategies for the restaurant delivery market based on the results of market segmentation. As a practical implication, this study showed significant differences in demographic characteristics and delivery app usage characteristics according to vegetation life style. Therefore, delivery and take-out managers should use food development, distribution channels, and marketing strategies that consider the distribution of population characteristics through customer analysis.

        호텔 외식업 브랜드 확장에 관한 소비자 평가

        This study introduced hotel’s brand equity which indicates differentiated characteristics and competitive value of hotel through perceptual evaluation of consumers on general hotel activities, and examined how hotel’s brand equity affects product of brand extensions. In order to achieve these purposes, a non-random survey on the person who experienced the hotel and the extended brand were executed. Questionnaire were divided into 5 types by each hotel and distributed 200 of each type. The target brands used the study were namely Shilla, Walkerhill, Intercontinental, Chosun, Plaza. Through literature review and empirical analysis, this study shows that brand equity and its components has a positive effect on of products brand extension and their effects depend on the form of brand extension. As mentioned above, the enforcement of consumer’s need or brand structure would be considered to be necessary for the successful brand management and efficient brand strategies based on brand extension. In other words, when the hotel want to extend brand through the hotel brand equity, they should consider the external environmental factors such as consumers’ perception on brand equity.

        호텔 서비스 회복에 대한 공정성 지각과 관계의 질, 행동의도의 관계에 관한 연구

        As service recovery is based on service failure, the study was conducted under the assumption that there was an initial service failure and a subsequent effort to restore the service. Also the model of the study was established by previous studies and hypotheses that were created in order to validate of the study. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of service recovery justice(the distributive justice, the procedural justice, the interactional justice) on the customer satisfaction, in order to construct the efficient recovery system for the hotel service failure. Also, the another purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on the word of mouth and the repurchase.According to the results of the study, the customer evaluation on service recovery could be explained by the concept of justice. The concept of justice included the three dimensions, that is, the distributive justice, the procedural justice, and the interactional justice. Also, this justice influenced the overall satisfaction on service recovery, and further the satisfaction on service recovery influenced the subsequent positive word of mouth or repurchase intention.So, it was necessary to identify more positively the customer satisfaction items. It was important that employees should be educated, trained and motivated in order to implement the recovery for service failure well.
