        방향족 폴리아미드의 합성 및 특성에 관한 연구(I) ―3-($\rho$-aminophenoxy)-4성-aminobenzanilide로부터 합성한 폴리아미드―

        Monomer, 3-($\rho$-aminophenoxy)-4-aminobenzanilide(APAB), having an easy rotatable ether-linkage and the kink was synthesized so as to increase the solubility of aromatic polyamide. This monomer was polymerized and copolymerized with $\rho$-phenylene diamine(PPD) in various ratio by low temperature solution polymerization method. Polyamides prepared from APAB were soluble in organic solvents and decomposed at above 40$0^{\circ}C$. In the copolyamides, as the content of PPD was increased, the heat resistance was increased. According to X-ray diffraction curves, it was found that all the polyamides were in crystalline form.

      • 신분증을 이용한 블록체인 기반의 분산원장 인증 시스템

        기존에 존재하던 개인 신원 인증은 실물 위주 및 중앙화된 정보처리를 바탕으로 진행되었다. 이러한 중앙통제식 시스템에서는 사용자가 개인정보의 주권을 지키기 어렵다. 개인정보보호의 중요성은 전 세계적 이슈이자 정보화 사회의 필수 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보의 주권을 지키기 위해 탈중앙화의 대표 개념인 블록체인을 도입하여 새로운 인증 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 탈중앙화의 핵심기술은 분산 합의 알고리즘이다. 본 연구에서는 비동기 네트워크 환경에 적합한 RBFT 알고리즘을 적용한 Hyperledger Indy를 사용하였다. 이를 통해 시나리오를 작성한 후, SSI 원칙들을 준수하는지에 대한 여부를 검증하였다. So far, many user authenication systems have been centerally coordinated. However, it is fundamentally challenging and difficult to maintain and protect the sovereignty of personal information under a centralized system. Maintaining and protecting the sovereignty of personal information has been criticial in the last few years with the rise of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this work, we propose a distributed authentication system using a blockchain with the distributed concensus algorithm. We use Hyperledger Indy, which leverages the RBFT algorithm that is suitable for asynchronous network environments. Next, we provide the validity check of our prototype based on Self-sovereign identity (SSI) principles.

        이점 대각 이차 근사화 기법을 적용한 최적설계

        Based on the exponential intervening variable, a new two-point approximation method is presented. This introduces the shifting level into each exponential intervening variable to avoid the lack of def inition of the conventional exponential intervening variables due to zero-or negative-valued design variables. Then a new quadratic approximation whose Hessian matrix has only diagonal elements of different values is proposed in terms of these intervening variables. These diagonal elements are determined in a closed form that corrects the typical error in the approximate gradient of the TANA series due to the lack of definition of exponential type intervening variables and their incomplete second-order terms. Also, a correction coefficient is multiplied to the pre-determined quadratic term to match the value of approximate function with that of the previous point. Finally, in order to show the numerical performance of the proposed method, a sequential approximate optimizer is developed and applied to solve six typical design problems. These optimization results are compared with those of TANA-3. These comparisons show that the proposed method gives more efficient and reliable results than TANA-3.

        벨리댄스가 중년여성의 혈액성분, 골밀도, Osteocalcin에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 40대 중년여성 16명을 벨리댄스군 8명, 대조군 8명으로 구성하여 후 벨리댄스 그룹은 12주에 걸쳐 주3회 1회 60분 동안 운동을 지속적으로 실시하여 혈액성분과 골다공증, Osteocalcin을 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. WBC는 벨리댄스 그룹이 집단간, 집단내에서 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. 하지만 RBC, Hb, PLT은 모든 그룹이 집단내, 집단간 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못했다. 2. 골밀도는 벨리댄스 그룹이 집단간 유의하게 증가하였고, 집단내에서는 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 3. Osteocalcin은 벨리댄스 그룹내 증가양상은 보였지만 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 통해서, 벨리댄스가 WBC와 골밀도에 유익한 변화를 가져왔으며 이로 인하여 중년여성의 건강증진과 골다공증 및 골 관련 질환의 예방을 위해 큰 도움을 줄 것이며, 아직 국내에 벨리댄스에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이라 향후 장기간 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to develop a movement program adopted from Bellydance, and to analyze the effects of the Bellydance program on the blood Components and Deoxypyridinoline, Osteocalcin in middle aged women. The Bellydance program was composed of warming-up (10min), main exercise (40min) and cooling-down (10min) parts. The 40 middle-aged women between 40 and 60 year old were divided into two group; the control group (8 women), the Bellydance group (8 women). The Bellydance program was applied three times a 12weeks. The result of this study were as follow. RBC, Hb, WBC, PLT, Osteocalcin was measured in a whole blood. The bellydance group showed WBC was more significantly decreased than control group, but RBC, Hb, PLT were insignificant in other groups. The bellydance group showed Deoxypyridinoline was more significantly increased than control group, but Osteocalcin were insignificant in other groups. Therefore this program can be available in middle aged women.

        발레 프로그램이 아동의 신체조성, 체력과 성장관련 인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ballet program on body composition·physical fitness·growth-related factors in elementary school female students. The subjects of this study were 15 females aged from 7 to 8, who were divided into experiment group(n=7) and control group(n=8). The ballet program conducted on 7 subjects(experiment group), 60 minuets per day, three times a week, for 12- week, and applied exercise equivalent to RPE 11-14. The results of comparative analysis are as follows; As to the interaction effect between group and period according to factors, a significant difference was observed in GH, IGF-1. As to change in body composition, physical fitness, growth-related factors correlation showed a significant positive correlation in variables including IGF-1 and balance, flexibility and lean body mass, but showed a significant negative correlation in variables including flexibility and fat mass, flexibility and %fat. In conclusion, the result of this study show that ballet program improves body composition, flexibility, GH, IGF-1 in elementary school female students. It is considered that ballet program give positive effects for promoting their growth and development.

        만성 편측 장골동맥 폐색 환자에서 대퇴동맥-대퇴동맥 우회로조성술 시 혈관성형술의 의의

        Purpose: The purpose of this article is to analysis the results of combined agioplasity and femorofemoral bypass in patients with unilateral iliac arterial occlusive disease. Method: During the 11-year period from 1990 to 2000, 44 patients with iliac artery occlusion and a hemodynamically significant contralateral iliac artery stenosis were treated by using a combination of percutaneous transluminal femoral bypass (n=14) at Korea university medical center. PTA was performed if the lesions in the donor iliac artery were less than 3 ??㎝ in length with in more than one well-localized lesion in either the common or external iliac artery, or both. Stent was deployed for suboptimal PTAs. The femorofermoral bypass was done within 3 to 5 days after PTA or stenting. Result: The mean age was 61.2 years. The Indications of fermorofermoral bypass were hypertension, ischemic heart disease, chronic obstructive lung disease, old age (>75), cancer, and previous abdominal operation, The complication rate of the combination treatment was lower than that of the others. Primary patency rate at 1 and 3 years were 89%, 78% for aortobifemoral bypass, 83%, 66% for iliofemoral bypass, and 77%, 65% for femorofemoral bypass, respectively. Conclusion: The combination of PTA with or without stent deployment and femorofemoral bypass can be a useful option for treating iliac occlusion and contralateral iliac stenosis in patients with severe comorbid illness, advanced age, and intra-abdominal pathology. Angioplasity can allow more widespread use of femorofemoral pypass in these patients.

        급성 상장간막 허혈성 질환의 임상적 고찰

        Purpose: The prevalence and incidence of the superior mesenteric ischemic diseases are increasing nowadays because of the increase of aged people and cardiovascular diseases. The morbidity and mortality of the superior mesenteric ischemic diseases are so high and detrimental because acute mesenteric infarction results post operatively reperfusion injury short bowel syndrome and sepsis. A successful management requires very efficient diagnostic and therapeutic measures. So, we reviewed the medical records of superior mesenteric ischemic diseases and identified the clinical and therapeutic characters of these disease. Method: Between January 1991 and December 2000, 33 patients with a clinical diagnosis of superior mesenteric ischemic diseases supported by clinical and imaging studies were included in this study. The medical records of the 33 patients who had admitted Korea University Hospital were reviewed retrospectively and identified the clinical characters, the diagnostic tools, underlying diseases and the therapeutic modalities. Result: The most common cause of theses disease was the superior mesenteric arterial embolism and the peak incidence was identified in 7th and 8th decades. These diseases were diagnosed with physical examination, abdominal CT or angiogram, but almost half of them were identified at the operative field. 29 patients were treated surgically and the rest of them were medically. At result 12 patients died of these diseases (36.4%). The high WBC count (15,000/ml) and shock were considered as prognostic factors predicting for the mortality (p=0.005). Conclusion: The old persons who were suffered from the nonspecific abdominal pain should be suspected of these diseases and treated with properly applied diagnostic tools and therapeutic modalities, especially they show the leukocytosis and the clinical evidence of shock.
