      • 발전소 온배수 영향 저감을 위한 냉각방식 개선 타당성 조사연구

        국내 대부분의 발전소는 해안가에 위치하여 전력생산을 위한 냉각 계통수로 많은 양의 해수를 사용하고 있으며, 일과식 냉각방식(Once-through Cooling System)을 채택하고 있다. 일과식 냉각방식은 현존하는 냉각방식 중에서 가장 효과적이나 사용된 온배수가 해역으로 직접 배출되므로 수온상승에 따른 환경적인 문제를 발생시킨다. 이의 해결을 위해서 최근에 건설된 신규발전소의 경우 저층 취ㆍ배수(Seafloor In-Outlet System)를 채택하고 있으나, 이 역시 저층 생태계에 대한 피해를 배제할 수는 없다. 본 연구에서는 가동 중인 발전소의 냉각방식 개선대안을 저층 취ㆍ배수 방식, 습건식 냉각탑 방식, 순환 냉각수 공랭 방식, 냉각지 방식 등으로 구분하고 각각의 개선방법을 기술성 검토, 소요부지 및 용수확보 분석, 개선에 따른 효과분석, 공사로 인한 전력수급영향을 고려하여 분석하였으며 각각의 대안에 대한 개선비용을 산출하고 이를 토대로 기존 발전소의 냉각방식 개선 타당성을 검토하였다. 검토결과, 기존 발전소의 냉각설비 개선은 많은 부지가 소요되고 용수의 확보가 곤란한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 공사에 따른 발전 손실과 전력계통에 미치는 영향과 공사비용을 고려할 때 개선방법의 총비용 대비 효과 측면에서 다소 비현실적으로 검토되었다. Most large-scale power plants are located on the seashore and use a lot of seawater for their once-through cooling system. Once-through cooling system seems to be most efficient but can affect marine ecosystem by the thermal water. Recently, newly constructed plants select seafloor in-outlet system to minimize influenced area but it also may cause environmental problems of the seafloor ecosystem. The alternative cooling methods considered in this study were seafloor in-outlet system, cooling tower system, dry cooling system and cooling pond system. In this study, those methods were investigated from the viewpoint of applicability, operating area and water, effectiveness and benefit, terms for construction and power supply influence. All cost were evaluated and it is concluded that there were no applied cases in/outside country and not available on a basis of cost and benefit

        교사를 위한 인공지능 소양교육 프로그램 개발 및 인공지능 융합교육 관심도 효과성 검증

        본 논문에서는 현직 초·중등 교사의 인공지능 융합교육 역량 강화 및 소양 함양을 위한 인공지능 소양교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하여 인공지능 융합교육 관심도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 검사도구는 Hall et al.(1979)의 관심중심수용모형을 기반으로 George, Hall & Stiegelbauer(2006)이 개발한 관심단계 설문 척도를 사용하였다. 인공지능 소양교육 프로그램 적용 전, 후 인공지능 융합교육에 대한 관심도를 분석한 결과, 프로그램 적용 전, 후 모두 비사용자의 유형이 나타났으나 전반적인 관심도는 적용 전에 비해 상승하였다. 인공지능 소양 교육 프로그램의 만족도 결과를 분석한 결과 대부분의 영역에서 만족한다는 응답이 도출되었으나, 인공지능과 산업의 융합 및 적용 사례에 대해서는 다소 만족도가 떨어지는 경향이 나타났다. In this paper, we developed an artificial intelligence literacy education program to strengthen the AI convergence education capacity and cultivate literacy of in-service elementary and secondary teachers, and verify the effect on the degree of interest in artificial intelligence convergence education by applying it. As a test tool, the level of interest questionnaire scale developed by George, Hall & Stiegelbauer(2006) was used based on the center of interest acceptance model of Hall et al.(1979). As a result of analyzing the degree of interest in artificial intelligence convergence education before and after the application of the artificial intelligence literacy education program, the types of non-users were found both before and after the application of the program, but the overall degree of interest increased compared to before application. As a result of analyzing the satisfaction result of the artificial intelligence literacy education program, a response that was satisfied in most areas was derived, but there was a tendency to be somewhat less satisfied with the case of convergence and application of artificial intelligence and industry.

        하악골 골절의 임상통계학적 연구

        This is a clinical study on 235 inpatients who sustained a total of 350 mandibular fractures and who were treated in our department during the period of Oug., 1989 through Dec., 1993. The results obtained are as follows : 1. The mumber of patients has not been increased year after year. In respect of incidence, there were the highest frequency as 67 patients(28.5%) in 1991 and the least frequency as 16 patients(6.8%) in 1989 and the highest frequency as 28 patients(11.9%) in October and the least frequncy as 12 patients(5.2%) in February. 2. The age frequency was the highest in the second decade(30.6%). The youngest patient was 8 months and the eldest patient was 80 years and mean age was 27.8 years. The ratio of men to Wemen was 4 : 1. 3. The most frequent cause was fall down as 86 patients(36.6%) and the next was fist blow 4 as 75 patients(31.9%), traffic accident as 56 patients(23.9%) in order. 4. The most common location was symphysis as 141 numbers(40.3%) and the next was condyle as 96 numbers(27.4%), angle as 94 numbers(26.8%), body as 14 numbers(4.0%) in order. The sum of fracture sites were 350 and there were 1.49 fracture sites per one patient and multiple fractures occured in 100 patients(40.5%) of the 235 patients. The ratio of Left to Right except for symphysis was 1.71 : 1. 5. Among the 333 associated injuries, facial laceration was 136(57.9%) and tooth injury was 58(24.7%) and extremity was 31(13.2%). 6. Among the 350 mandibular fractures, complications after treatment occured in 51(14.6%) and infection as 20(5.7%) was the most frequent complication. 7. In respect of treatment of mandibular fracture, close reduction was 64 patients(27.2%) and open reduction was 164 patients(69.8%) and other were 7 patients(3.0%) of all and so open reduction was the most common in type of treatment.

      • 국내 인공지능 교육 정책 동향 및 기관별 운영 현황 분석

        본 연구에서는 인공지능 교육과 관련된 정부 및 교육부의 교육 정책 동향과 산하기관 및 지역 교육청, 영리 · 비영리 기관 등 교육 기관의 운영 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 이들 기관에서 지향하고 있는 인공지능 교육의 방향 및 흐름에 대해 분석하고 논의하였다. 정부 및 교육부는 인공지능 국가전략, 제1차 정보교육 종합계획, 전국민 AI · SW교육 확산 방안, 인공지능 시대 교육정책 방향과 핵심과제 설정을 통해 인공지능 교육의 세부목표, 추진 전략 및 주요 내용 등을 제시하였다. 교육대학교 및 교육대학원, 한국교육학술정보원, 한국과학창의재단, 지역 교육청은 정부 및 교육부 정책에 따라 학생 · 교사 대상 인공지능 교육 프로그램 및 교원 연수 개발 및 운영, AI · SW교육 정책 기획 및 연구, 현직 교원 및 예비 교사의 인공지능 융합교육 이수 지원, 인공지능 교육을 위한 물적 인프라 확충 등을 실시하고 있다. 향후 인공지능 교육의 성공적인 확산과 안착을 위해서는 학교 교사, 비영리 단체, 민간 기업의 자발적인 참여와 연구 사례가 늘어나는 것이 바람직하며, 교사가 인공지능 교육을 위해 충분히 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 인적 · 물적 인프라 및 환경을 지속적으로 지원할 필요가 있다. 또한, 인공지능 교육의 내용으로는 사고력 · 역량 중심의 인재 양성이 우선되어야 하며, 이를 위한 정책적인 노력도 필요하다.

      • 인공지능의 교육적 활용에 관한 기초 연구

        인공지능 기술은 대상과 학습 단계에 따라 다양한 방법으로 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능 기술의 교육적 활용에 관하여 비교 분석하였다. 대상은 교수자와 학습자로 구분할 수 있으며 학습 단계는 학습 전, 중 후로 구분할 수 있다. 향후 학습자의 사고가 담긴 문장 형태의 서술형 답안에 대한 평가 과정을 포함한 시스템을 개발하고 성능향상을 위한 방안을 도출하여 세부적인 실험을 통한 최적화 및 예측 방안을 연구하고자 한다. Artificial intelligence technology can be applied in a variety of ways depending on the target and learning stage. In this paper, we compared and analyzed the educational use of artificial intelligence technology. Objects can be divided into teachers and learners, and learning stages can be divided into before, in, and after-learning stage. In the future, we will develop a system that includes an evaluation process for narrative answers in sentence form containing learners" thoughts, derive measures for performance improvement, and study optimization and prediction methods through detailed experiments.

      • 능동위상배열 레이더용 X-대역 T/R 모듈 제작 및 위상 보정 알고리즘 기법 개발

        In this paper, we have designed a X-band T/R module that have lower noise figure 3.5dB and higher output power 9W with Duty 10%, PRF 10kHz. The designed the 4-channel T/R module is contained within active electrically scanned array radar. Because each T/R module has non-uniformity of initial phase with gain deflection, the phase correction algorithm is developed by measuring the performance for this module. This provides the performance enhancement and the automatic measurement of antenna. As a result, the productivity of T/R module is improved through the decreasing the compensation processing time.

        77GHz 고집적 CMOS SoC 기반 차량용 레이더 송수신기 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, the FMCW transceiver of a high resolution was designed and manufactured with detecting maximum distance 200m and its resolution 1m, the maximum beat frequency 200KHz, and field of view 20° according to the development of 77GHz millimeter band radar sensor for application to the omni-directional assist system for auto-navigation system of a vehicle. This transceiver by applying a SiGe CMOS SoC-based 77GHz band two 4-channel receiver(RRN7740) and one 2-channel transmitter(RTN7730), respectively, was manufactured by 2-channel transmission and receive 8-channel structure. Because the selected device(RRN7740, RTN7730) requires the coupled lines, it was applied to the Ring Hybrid Balun design method to minimize loss due to the amplitude errors and phase errors of the line. In addition, we are designed to reflect the low transition structure band characteristics compared to losses in order to obtain reliability of a millimeter-wave hybrid manufacturing and measurement error was to present the HMIC process improvement.

        모델링 및 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 탐색레이더용 TWTA 성능 분석 및 개선

        In this paper, we have analyzed the performance of the X-band 8kW TWTA(Travelling Wave Tube Amplifier) which is applied to a naval surveillance radar and identified the problem derived from this result using the M&S(Modeling & Simulation) technique. Currently, the 8kW TWTA has multiple problems: a long repair period of six months, a warm-up time of 30 minutes, a short MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) of 5,000 hours, and a limited maximum detectable range. We suggest the SSPA(Solid State Power Amplifier) composed of a duty ratio of 13% or more and a maximum transmission output of 4kW as a method to improve these features. As a result of comparing the performance of the SSPA to TWTA, the SSPA is 25% better on detection distance of low altitude as it reached 34km, 40% better on degree of detection elevation as it was 35 degree, 100% better on detection altitude height at 4km. Additionally, we applied the pulse compression technique to solve the problem with decreased resolving power when applying SSPA.

        Gsps AD Converter 기반의 광대역 디지털수신기용 신호처리기 설계 및 제작

        Wideband digital receivers for collecting signal analysis and identification signals applied to electronic warfare (EW) systems have a wide range of DC to 20GHz and high dynamic range, excellent sensitivity, and accurate pulse detection are required. In this paper, we have studied the latest technology trends of Gsps(Giga Sample per Second) ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter) rather than analyzing the signal characteristics and signal identification required by electronic warfare wideband digital signal processors. Also, it was to analyze and verify the structure and haracteristics of a Gsps ADC for digital signal receiver applications and apply it to the design of signal processing algorithms and hardware. The designed and manufactured wideband digital receiver signal processor has an IF (Intermediate Frequency) input frequency band of x.xxGHz to x.xxGHz, a ADC resolution of 45dB or more, a frequency resolution of 5KHz, a pulse width resolution of 80nsec or less, a processing speed of 1,000,000 PPS(Pulse per Second) or more.

      • 77GHz 차량용 측후방 레이더 센서 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, we designed an automotive rear-side radar sensor on 77GHz and compared it with the existing radar sensor for 24GHz. The radar sensor of 77GHz is mostly used for preventing forward collision of the vehicle and the 24GHz radar is used for side-rear. Since weight lightening and miniaturizing trend of the radar as well as frequency regulation on EU, The frequency band of side-rear radar sensor is expected be changed into 77GHz. if the side-rear radar sensor of 77GHz is designed, it is possible to reduce its antenna size to 1/3 and the entire size is expected to be able to be reduced to 1/2 because it has short wavelength compared to the 24GHz band It is capable of meeting specific requirement for the car sensor and It is determined to be competitive in cost aspects.
