군위성통신 차량용단말 X-대역 TWTA용 HVPS 개발

The HVPS of the TWTA for military satellite communications is developed and tested. With 380 V input DC voltage, the HVPS provides -10.95 kV for Cathode, -4.27 kV for Collectorl and -6.57 kV for Collector2 of the TWT that generates 600 W X-band output signal power. The total output power of the HVPS is about 1.6 kW. The voltage ripples of Cathode, Collectorl and Collector2 are 6 V, 12 V and 6 V, respectively, which are only $0.055\%,\;0.281\%$ and $0.091\%$ compared to the absolute output voltages. 본 논문에서는 군위성통신의 차량용단말에 사용되는 X-대역 TQTA용 HVPS를 설계 및 제작하고 그 성능을 측정하였다. 본 HVPS는 X-대역에서 600 W의 RF 신호 출력을 발생시키는 TWT를 구동시키기 위하여 제작되었다. HVPS의 스위칭 주파수는 80 kHz로 설계되었고 입력전원은 380 V의 직류전원을 사용한다. HVPS의 출력전압은 Cathode 전극에 -10.95 kV의 최대전압을 발생시키고 두개의 Collector 전극에 각각 -4.27 kV, -6.57 kV의 고압 전원을 제공하며 총 출력 전력은 1.6 kW를 발생시킨다. 한편, ripple 전압의 peak-to-peak 크기는 Cathode 전극의 경우 6 V, Collectorl은 12 V, Collector 2는 6 V로서 출력전압에 비해 각각 $0.055\%,\;0.281\%,\;0.091\%$ 수준으로 상당히 안정된 전원특성을 얻었다.

근래 통신망의 발전 추세는 모든 서어비스를 종합적으로 처리해 줄 수 있는 ISDN으로 급속한 발전을 계속하고 있다. ISDN관련 연구는 다양한 분야가 있으나 그 중에서도 통신망의 중추가 될 교환기 및 가입자 전송 방식 즉 ISDN가입자/망 간 접속에 관한 연구가 커다란 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문을 ISDN교환기 관련 권고안에 따른 ISDN교환기 구조에 대해 연구를 진행하였으며, 이에 기초한 ISDN용 교환 emulator를 설계 제작하여 봄으로서 가입자/망 간 신호 방식인 LAPD(Link Access Procedure on D-Channel), CCP(Call Control Procedure)등 ISDN에 필요한 교환기 관련 사항을 연구분석하였다. Recently the tendency of the network system development rapidly progresses toward ISDN that intergrates all presetn-day communication networks and services into a single, universal network set up on the basis of the exisiting telephone network. For this reason many countries pay worldwide attention to the researches about ISDN, especially to the researches about the exchange and the ISDN user-network interface which is one of the most important parts of network system. This paper is the first part of the two-par papers describing the ISDN user-network interface. in this paper, after surveying the architecture of ISDN exchange recommended by CCITT, the general architecture of the ISDN exchage is proposed, Based on this architecture, the switching emulator is implemented, and the necessary conditions of the ISDN exchage(LAPO, CCP etc) are also studied.
직류전위차법을 이용한 AISI 316강 시효재의 탄소성 파괴인성 평가

AISI 316 steel has been used extensively for heater and boiler tube of the structural plants such as power, chemical and petroleum plants under severe operating conditions. Usually, material degradation due to microcrack or precipitation of carbides and segregation of impurity elements, is occured by damage accumulated for long-term service at high temperature in this material. In this study, the effect of aging time on fracture toughness was investigated to evaluate the measurement of material degradation. The elastic-plastic fracture toughness behaviour of AISI 316 steel pipe aged at $550^{\circ}C$for 1h-10000h (the aged material) was characterized using the single specimen J-R curve technique and eletric potential drop method at normal loading rate(load-line displacement speed of 0.2mm/min) in room temperature and air environment. The fracture toughness data from above experiments is compared with the $J_{in}$ obtained from predicted values of crack initiation point using potential drop method.
다수의 지상국(GS)을 이용한 무인 항공기(UAV) 추적 FDOA 기반의 CRLB 성능 분석 연구

본 논문에서는 다수의 지상국을 이용하여 얻은 FDOA(Frequency Difference of Arrival) 측정값을 통해서 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle; 무인항공기) 추적 알고리즘의 이론적 경계인 CRLB(Cramer-Rao Lower Bound)를 분석하였다. 첫째로 FDOA 측정값을 시간을 두고 모았을 때 CRLB에 주는 영향을 관찰하였고, 둘째로 지상국이 일정한 범위 안에서 무작위적 위치를 가질 때 그 범위에 따른 FDOA의 측정값이 어떤 특성을 갖는지 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 CRLB의 크기를 측정하여 CCDF(Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function)로 나타내어 성능을 비교, 분석하였다. In this paper, the performances of Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CRLB) with Frequency Difference of Arrival (FDOA) measurements for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) tracking are investigated. We focus on two cases: the influence on CRLB with FDOA measurements collected by time, and random distribution of Ground Stations (GSs). We derived the performance by gauging the size of CRLB through Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function (CCDF). From the simulation results, broader distribution of GSs and FDOA measurements by longer time bring about better performance.

The objectives of this study was to evaluate the skin-whitening efficacy of Helianthus tuberosus ethanol extract (HTEE) and its mechanism of action in melan-a cells. The total contents of polyphenolics and flavonoids in HTEE were 71.6 and 25.0 mg/g, respectively. At HTEE concentration of 1,000 μg/mL, its electron-donating ability was 28.9%. An MTT assay showed that the maximum permissible HTEE concentration for treatment of melan-a cells was over 200 μg/mL. In comparison with the vehicle control, treatment with HTEE at 100 μg/mL significantly decreased melanin contents (by 11.6%), intracellular tyrosinase activity (by 21.1%), tyrosinase messenger RNA expression (by 11.7%) and its protein level (by 14.4%, all p<0.05). We conclude that HTEE has a considerable skin-whitening efficacy in melan-a cells and this inhibition is exerted through inhibition of tyrosinase transcription. Thus, HTEE can be expected to be useful as a cosmetic skin-whitening agent.
