본 연구에서는 에너지 기반보호시설 내부에서 발생 가능한 악성코드를 효과적으로 탐지 할 수 있는 네트워크 보안관제 모델을 제안하였고, 제어시스템 운영환경과 유사한 네트워크 환경에서 취득된 데이터를 상세 분석하여 보안관제시스템에 적용 가능한 탐지요소 개발과 보안관제 방안을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 네트워크 보안관제 모델이 효과적으로 이상 트래픽을 탐지 가능함을 실증하였다. In this study, we propose an effective network managed security services model that can detect a presence of potential malicious codes inside the energy-based SCADA Systems. Especially, by analyzing the data obtained in the same environment of SCADA Systems, we develop detection factors to applicable to the managed security services and propose the method for the network managed security services. Finally, the proposed network managed security services model through simulation proved possibility to detect malicious traffic in SCADA systems effectively.

Odontogenic Myxoma of the jaws is a rare benign tumor derived from embryonic mesenchymal elements of dental anlage. It appears to originate from the dental papilla, follicle or periodontal ligament. Odontogenic Myxoma of the maxilla is less frequent but behaves more aggressively than that of the mandible, because it spreads through the maxillary sinus. Radiographically, the tumors present as unilocular or multilocular radiolucent lesions with well-defined borders with fine, bony trabeculae. On gross examination, the tumor appears as a smooth, glistening, gelatinous, lobulated mass. On microscopic examination, these neoplasms exhibit loose arrangement of stellate-shaped cells. The intercellular substance is a mucinous and homogeneous matrix. We report a case of odontogenic myxoma of the maxilla observed in our clinic with good prognosis after partial maxillectomy

Since the COVID-19 epidemic, the response of educational facilities regarding infectious diseases has been through software quarantine guidelines that involved installing partitions and keeping distance. However, this is a temporary prevention method, and hardware supplementation is needed with consideration of the placement of space or movement path of infectious diseases that could occur in the future. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the infectious disease guidelines of educational facilities that could occur even afterwards, and derive implications through surveys and interviews with related officials and experts. Reports and documents from the Ministry of Education and the provincial education office related to infection prevention management and response manuals were analyzed. This study was divided into institutional and spatial aspects that entailed the prevention of infectious diseases related to school facilities after 2019. Opinions were collected through a survey conducted on operators of these educational facility guidelines and implications were derived from status analysis based upon interviews and surveys taken from architectural design experts. Finally, the direction for improving these guidelines for preventative COVID-19 measures in school facilities was suggested from the responses of school operators and architectural experts.

This study tried to suggest improvement directions by analyzing the results of the workshops conducted so far to promote the sustainability of the documented living lab. To this end, first, a theoretical study was conducted on the recording and living lab, and second, the survey results of the recording living lab and the workshop conducted in the first half of 2022 were comparatively analyzed. Third, based on the results of the analysis, implications were drawn and the directions for improvement were suggested.

This paper explores the properties of users writing styles in online communication, in especially focusing on an instant messenger (KakaoTalk). Through this case study, this paper proposes that identifying different writing styles between generations (20s vs 60s) is necessary for effective intergenerational communication. Considering the properties of spoken and written language, this paper focuses on the four types of writing styles in KakaoTalk: 1) whether to use the title 2) whether to check the spelling 3) whether to use emoticons 4) whether to drop or transform functional elements. This paper collects data from 400 users with a professional opinion-testing agency for survey objectives. This paper analyzes and interprets the results based on a few variables such as generation, sex, and age to verify conclusions. This study will be the start point for improving intergenerational communication.

코로나 장기화 및 새로운 감염병에 대비해 지속적인 감염병 예방설계가 요구되는 현 시점에서, 의료시설 대상의 기존 감염병 예방설계는 모든 건축물에 적용시킬 수 있는 보편성을 가지지 못하며 새로운 연구 및 사례들 또한 비교 분석을 통한 개선방향의 피드백이 이뤄지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 새로운 감염병 예방설계의 가이드라인 및 사례 분석을 통해 일반 건축물의 기본적 설계 요소로써 적용될 수 있는 감염병 예방설계 가이드라인의 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다. 공공을 통해 보편적 위생기준이 확립되는 감염병 예방설계 구축 시스템에 따라 본 연구는 정부 및 공신력을 가진 민간기업이 주체로 연구한 감염병 예방 설계 가이드라인과 공공건축물 사례를 비교 분석함으로써 일반 건축물에도 적용할 수 있는 보편적 가이드라인의 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다. 연구는 기존 가이드라인의 분류를 참고해 도출된 계획적 측면, 제도적 측면, 프로그램적 측면, 장비 및 설비 측면으로 분류하여 분석되었으며, 각 측면에서의 개선방향을 도출하였다. 이는 뉴노멀 시대에 무분별하게 등장하고 있는 감염병 예방설계들을 분석 및 정리함으로써 개선된 가이드라인의 후속연구에 이바지할 수 있으며, 공공건축물의 예방설계 가이드라인 분석을 통해 의료시설 대상의 기존 감염병 예방설계를 극복하며 일반시설에도 도입될 수 있는 일반성과 보편성을 가지므로 지속적인 감염병 예방설계를 제공한다는 측면에서 의의를 가진다. Design for continuous infectious disease prevention is required in preparation for prolonged COVID-19 and new infectious diseases. Existing design for infectious disease prevention in medical facilities does not have universality that can be applied to all buildings, and new studies and cases are not feedback on improvement through comparative analysis. Therefore, this study proposes a direction for improvement of guidelines that can be applied as basic design elements to general buildings through the analysis of other guidelines and cases of new infectious disease prevention design. A construction system for infectious disease-prevention design establishes universal hygiene standards through the public. According to the system, the proposed universal guidelines can be applied to general buildings. Aspects were classified into planning aspects, institutional aspects, program aspects, equipment, and facilities by referring to the classification of existing guidelines. We derived improvement directions in each aspect. This study could contribute to a follow-up study on improved guidelines by analyzing and organizing designs for infectious disease prevention that have emerged indiscriminately in the New Normal era.

크라우드소싱형 배달을 위한 Stabilizer System 자세제어 캐리어설계를 위해 상보필터와 칼만필터를 적용하였다. 두 필터의 결과를 그래프로 비교하고 더 적절한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 캐리어가 운송수단에 부착되어 있는 상태(캐리어가 위아래로 흔들리는 상황)를 제어하기 위해 x축 데이터를 활용한다. A complementary filter and a Kalman filter were applied to design a stabilizer system posture control carrier for crowdsourced delivery. We compare the results of the two filters in a graph and propose a more appropriate algorithm. The x-axis data is used to control the state in which the carrier is attached to the transportation means.

The solubilization of isolated proteins into the adequate buffer containing of surfactants is primary step for proteomic analysis. Particularly, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) is the most widely used surfactant, however, it is not compatible with mass spectrometry (MS). Therefore, it must be removed prior to MS analysis through rigorous washing, which eventually results in inevitable loss. Recently, photocleavable surfactant, 4-hexylphenylazosulfonate (Azo), was reported which can be easily degraded by UV irradiation and is compatible with MS during proteomic approach using animal tissues. In this study, we employed comparative label-free proteomic analysis for evaluating the solubilization efficacy of the Azo and SDS surfactants using rice leave samples. This approach led to identification of 3,365 proteins and out of 682 proteins were determined as significantly modulated. Further, according to the subcellular localization prediction in SDS and Azo, proteins localized in the chloroplast were the major organelle accounting for 64% of the total organelle in the SDS sample, while only 37.5% of organelle proteins solubilized in the Azo were predicted to be localized in chloroplast. Taken together, this study validates the efficient solubilization of total protein isolated from plant material for bottom-up proteomics. Azo surfactant is suitable as substituents of SDS and promising for bottomup proteomics as it facilitates robust protein extraction, rapid washing step during enzymatic digestion, and MS analysis.
