        This study tried to suggest improvement directions by analyzing the results of the workshops conducted so far to promote the sustainability of the documented living lab. To this end, first, a theoretical study was conducted on the recording and living lab, and second, the survey results of the recording living lab and the workshop conducted in the first half of 2022 were comparatively analyzed. Third, based on the results of the analysis, implications were drawn and the directions for improvement were suggested.

        학교시설 코로나19 예방 가이드라인 개선방향 연구

        Since the COVID-19 epidemic, the response of educational facilities regarding infectious diseases has been through software quarantine guidelines that involved installing partitions and keeping distance. However, this is a temporary prevention method, and hardware supplementation is needed with consideration of the placement of space or movement path of infectious diseases that could occur in the future. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the infectious disease guidelines of educational facilities that could occur even afterwards, and derive implications through surveys and interviews with related officials and experts. Reports and documents from the Ministry of Education and the provincial education office related to infection prevention management and response manuals were analyzed. This study was divided into institutional and spatial aspects that entailed the prevention of infectious diseases related to school facilities after 2019. Opinions were collected through a survey conducted on operators of these educational facility guidelines and implications were derived from status analysis based upon interviews and surveys taken from architectural design experts. Finally, the direction for improving these guidelines for preventative COVID-19 measures in school facilities was suggested from the responses of school operators and architectural experts.

        공공건축물의 감염병 예방설계 가이드라인 개선방향 연구

        코로나 장기화 및 새로운 감염병에 대비해 지속적인 감염병 예방설계가 요구되는 현 시점에서, 의료시설 대상의 기존 감염병 예방설계는 모든 건축물에 적용시킬 수 있는 보편성을 가지지 못하며 새로운 연구 및 사례들 또한 비교 분석을 통한 개선방향의 피드백이 이뤄지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 새로운 감염병 예방설계의 가이드라인 및 사례 분석을 통해 일반 건축물의 기본적 설계 요소로써 적용될 수 있는 감염병 예방설계 가이드라인의 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다. 공공을 통해 보편적 위생기준이 확립되는 감염병 예방설계 구축 시스템에 따라 본 연구는 정부 및 공신력을 가진 민간기업이 주체로 연구한 감염병 예방 설계 가이드라인과 공공건축물 사례를 비교 분석함으로써 일반 건축물에도 적용할 수 있는 보편적 가이드라인의 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다. 연구는 기존 가이드라인의 분류를 참고해 도출된 계획적 측면, 제도적 측면, 프로그램적 측면, 장비 및 설비 측면으로 분류하여 분석되었으며, 각 측면에서의 개선방향을 도출하였다. 이는 뉴노멀 시대에 무분별하게 등장하고 있는 감염병 예방설계들을 분석 및 정리함으로써 개선된 가이드라인의 후속연구에 이바지할 수 있으며, 공공건축물의 예방설계 가이드라인 분석을 통해 의료시설 대상의 기존 감염병 예방설계를 극복하며 일반시설에도 도입될 수 있는 일반성과 보편성을 가지므로 지속적인 감염병 예방설계를 제공한다는 측면에서 의의를 가진다. Design for continuous infectious disease prevention is required in preparation for prolonged COVID-19 and new infectious diseases. Existing design for infectious disease prevention in medical facilities does not have universality that can be applied to all buildings, and new studies and cases are not feedback on improvement through comparative analysis. Therefore, this study proposes a direction for improvement of guidelines that can be applied as basic design elements to general buildings through the analysis of other guidelines and cases of new infectious disease prevention design. A construction system for infectious disease-prevention design establishes universal hygiene standards through the public. According to the system, the proposed universal guidelines can be applied to general buildings. Aspects were classified into planning aspects, institutional aspects, program aspects, equipment, and facilities by referring to the classification of existing guidelines. We derived improvement directions in each aspect. This study could contribute to a follow-up study on improved guidelines by analyzing and organizing designs for infectious disease prevention that have emerged indiscriminately in the New Normal era.

        아세클로페낙의 경피 제제설계 및 피부투과 특성

        Aceclofenac is an non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug which has been used in the treatment of rheumatoidal arthritis and osteo-arthritis. In order to decrease the gastric ulcerogenic effects and control the plasma level of aceclofenac, we have developed the transdermal delivery system of aceclofenac plaster, which were formulated employing matrix polymers of acrylates and penetration-enhancers such as Lauroglycol^ⓡ, Transcutol^ⓡ, oleic acid and linoleic acid. Using Franz diffusion cells mounted with a rat skin, transdermal penetration characteristics of the formulations were evaluated by the HPLC assay of aceclofenac and diclofenac, an active metabolite, in the receptor compartment of pH 7.2 phosphate buffered solution. Skin penetration was increased when the content of aceclofenac increased, showing the flux(J, ㎍/㎠/hr) of 0.37 and 2.50 for 2% and 6.75% of the content, respectively. The flux(J, ㎍/㎠/h) from plasters made of Durotak^ⓡ 87-2074, Durotak^ⓡ 87-2510 and Durotak^ⓡ 87-2097 were 2.50, 2.77 and 4.39, respectively. Durotak^ⓡ 87-2074 showed the lowest penetration due to the carboxylic acid group in the polymer, which might form a strong hydrogen bonding with a secondary amine of aceclofenac. Although both Durotak^ⓡ 87-2510 and Durotak^ⓡ 87-2097 are amine-resistant adhesives, Durotak^ⓡ 87- 2510 showed lower penetration than Durotak^ⓡ 87-2097 because of the hydroxyl group in Durotak^ⓡ 87-2510, which might form a weak hydrogen bonding with aceclofenac. These results reveal that the functional group in acrylic polymers would greatly affect the release of aceclofenac from the matrix, which is the rate-limiting step in the penetration of aceclofenac through rat skins. The penetration of aceclofenac from plasters using different penetration-enhancers increased in the following order : Transcutol < linoleic acid < oleic acid. And the flux from the plasters containing oleic acid as a penetration-enhancer was 2.22 times greater than that of creams, which suggest that a newly developed aceclofenac plaster could be used in the treatment of rheumatoidal arthritis and osteo-arthritis as an advanced transdermal delivery system.
