        한국 현대문학 연구 60년의 회고와 전망

        After 1950s, the studies on Korean modern literature was gotten into its stride. The studies on Korean modern literature overall have shown the three primary orientations as follows. The first orientation is endeavor for the positive basis for the further studies. Accordingly the studies on Korean modern literature has the primary literature source from the early enlightenment period to recent times and the secondly source related Korean modern literature. The second orientation is interpretations and evaluations on literature history for Korean ethnic community. In other words, the studies on Korean modern literature have performed interpretations and evaluations on Korean literature works that keep up with many difficult problems which Korean ethnic community was confronted with after modernization times. The third orientation is the well-establishing for academical theory. This orientation includes methodologies to understanding various thoughts and forms in literary works and to analyze and evaluate literary works allowing for various contexts surrounding them. I expect that these orientation of the studies on Korean modern literature would be embodied from now on, so more profound studies on Korean modern literature would be presented continuedly.

        NTRIP 서비스를 이용한 도로절토사면 현황조사방법

        최근 집중호우로 인한 절토사면의 붕괴사고가 매년 반복적으로 일어나고 있는 실정이다. 절토사면의 붕괴로 인하여 인명피해와 도로유실 등 많은 재해를 일으키고 있어 절토사면의 유지관리가 필요하다. 절토사면의 유지관리를 위한 현황조사 양식중에서 일반현황을 살펴보면 피해지역의 위치를 도로상의 거리표와 경위도로 나타내고 있기 때문에 피해지역의 위치와 사면의 형상파악이 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 피해지역의 정확한 위치와 사면의 형상을 표시하기 위해 NTRIP서비스를 이용한 해양 DGPS기준국에서 수신하는 GPS 보정신호를 통한 NDGPS방법과 VRS 서비스를 이용한 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 두 방법 모두 실제 절토사면과 비슷한 형상의 사면이 나타나 차후 다른 연구지역의 절토사면조사에도 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. With recent localized heavy rain, the collapsing accident of the cut slopes occur repeatedly every year. The maintenance of the cut slopes is very crucial as the collapsing of cut slopes causes various calamities such as human causalities and sweeping away of the roads. By looking at the study of current situation of the cut slopes, designed for maintenance of cut slopes, the locations of the damaged districts are hard to figure out as they are represented through distance mark and longitude and latitude. In this paper has used NDGPS methods and VRS service through GPS signal corrections that are received by DGPS standard department to correctly analyze the exact location and the shape of the slope. The result of this analysis shows that both methods produce similar shape of the slope. Therefore, these two methods, NDGPS methods and VRS service, can be applied to other analysis of cut slopes in different areas.

        이상 소설의 글쓰기 양상 연구 - 원한과 복수, 분열증, 아이/해골

        This Thesis has a purpose to study what the aspect of writing Lee Sang's novels showed. I refered to the philosopy of G. Deleuze and F. W. Nietzsche, especially their viewpoint on the relationship between master and slave. At his first novel “12th December”(『십이월 십이일』), the aspect of writing were shown the form of grudge and revenge to foster father who was his uncle. On the other side, the grudge also directed against tuberculosis that make him to feel horror of death. But the writing of grudge couldn't solve the horror of death stemmed from tuberculosis. He was in a state of slave who has hostility. Lee Sang's next attempts was a writing of schizophrenia. Two bitterly opposed ego in his psychology were “non-infected I”(or “past I”) and “infected I”(or “present I”). This form of writing is compared to “lion” that Nietzsche called the second stage to superman. But the writing of schizophrenia also couldn't solve the horror of death. Last attempts was a writing of child. In this stage, he changed the confrontation between “non-infected I” and “infected I” into the confrontation between “loving-woman I” and “non-loving-me she”. This made a quite big difference in the overall mood of his novels. Wit, paradox and childish expression were mainly written in this period. Especially the writing of childish expression compared to “Child” that Nietzsche called the third stage to superman. But a desperate mood flowed in the inside of this form of writing. And so Lee Sang expressed it with “child/skeleton”(『동해』).

        Triazolopyrimidine계 저해제와 보리 Acetolactate Synthase와의 상호작용

        Acetolactate synthase(ALS)는 박테리아, yeast, 그리고 고등 식물에서 가지를 가진 아미노산 Val, Leu, Ile의 생합성에 공통적으로 관여하는 필수적인 효소이다. 최근에 개발된 sulfonylurea, imidazolinone, triazolopyrimidine, 그리고 pyrimidyl-oxy-benzoate계 제초제들은 구조적으로 상호 유사성이 없음에도 불구하고 모두 ALS를 작용 표적으로 한다. Triazolopyrimidine(TP)계의 새로운 유도체들을 합성하여 보리의 ALS에 대해 저해활성을 측정하였다. 활성을 나타낸 저해제들의 $IC_{50}값은 3.2nM-0.62mM로 몇 개의 유도체는 뛰어난 활성을 보였다. 보리 ALS에 대해 triazolopyrimidine 유도체 TP4의 저해활성은 반응 시간이 증가함에 따라 증가하였고, 혼합형 저해유형을 보여주었다. TP4와 imidazolinone 제초제인 Cadre, 그리고 feedback 저해제인 Leu에 대한 dual inhibition 실험 결과 모두 평행한 kinetic pattern이 얻어져 이들 저해제의 결합 부위가 최소한 부분적으로 중복되는 부분이 있음을 시사했다. ALS의 Tyr의 변형은 TP4에 의한 저해 효과를 감소시키는 반면 Trp과 Cys 변형은 TP4의 결합에 영향을 나타내지 않았다. Acetolactate synthase (ALS) is the common enzyme in the biosynthesis of branched chain amino acids, Val, Leu, and Ile in bacteria, yeast, and higher plants. The enzyme is target site of several classes of structually diverse herbicides, including the sulfonylureas, the imidazolinones, the triazolopyrimidines, and the primidyl-oxy-benzoates. We have synthesized new triazolopyrimidine (TP) derivatives, and determined their inhibitory activities on barley ALS. $lC_{50}$ values for the active compounds were 3.2 nM-0.62 mM, and some of them appeared to be potent inhibitors. The progress curves for inhibition of ALS by TP4, a representative derivative, indicated that the extent of inhibition increased with incubation time. The inhibition of ALS by TP4 showed mixed-type inhibition with respect to pyruvate. Dual inhibition analyses of TP4 versus imidazolinone Cadre and feedback inhibitor Leu suggested that three different classes of inhibitors bind to ALS in a mutually exclusive manner. Chemical modification of tyrosyl residues of ALS decreased sensitivity of ALS to TP4, while modification of tryptophan and cysteine did not affect the sensitivity.

        엔지오제닌에 의한 가토 각막 혈관신생에 대한 라파마이신의 억제 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether immunosuppressant, rapamycin could inhibit corneal angiogenesis induced by angiogenin and to evalutate its role by micropocket assay. Methods: The rabbit`s eye was implanted intrastromally into the superior cornea with pellet for the control group, pellet containing of angiogenin for the angiogenin group, and pellet containing of angiogenin and rapamycin for the angiogenin+rapamycin group. Biomicrographically, corneal angiogenesis was evaluated for 14 days after pellet implantation, based on the number and the length of new vessels. The neovascularized cornea also was examined histologically. Results: We could observe that the angiogenin inducing corneal angiogenesis was inhibited by rapamycin. The score of neovascularization was significantly decreased in the angiogenin+rapamycin group than in the angiogenin group at 3, 7 and 10 days after pellet implantation (p<0.05). Histologically, the cornea of angiogenin+rapamycin group also showed much less new vessels than that of angiogenin group, in which inflammatory cells and edema was observed. Conclusions: Rapamycin appears to inhibit angiogenin induced angiogenesis in a rabbit corneal micropocket assay and may have therapeutic potential as an antiangiogenic agent.

        Pyrimidine 유도체에 의한 완두 Acetolactate Synthase의 저해에 관한 연구

        Acetolactate Synthase(ALS)는 가지를 가진 아미노산 valine, leucine, isoleucine의 생합성 과정에서 공통적으로 작용하는 효소이다. ALS는 서로 구조적 유사성이 없는 최근에 개발된 sulfonylurea, imidazolinone, 그리고 trizolopyrimidine계 제초제들의 공통적인 작용표적이다. 완두로부터 분리한 ALS를 이용하여 새로 합성한 4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine 유도체들의 저해활성을 측정하였다. 가장 우수한 저해활성을 나타내는 유도체는 K11570으로 $IC_{50}$값이 0.2 ${\mu}M$이다. 완두의 ALS에 대한 K11570의 저해활성은 incubation 시간이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며, 기질 pyruvate에 대해 혼합형 저해유형을 보여주었다. K11570와 sulfonylurea Ally, 그리고 feedback 저해제 leucine에 대한 dual inhibition 실험결과 이들 저해제의 결합부위가 최소한 부분적으로 겹치는 것으로 생각된다. Arg을 변형시킨 효소는 K11570, sulfonylurea Ally, 그리고 leucine의 저해 민감도의 변화가 관찰되었으나, Trp의 변형은 저해 민감도에 영향이 없었다. Acetolactate synthase(ALS) is the common enzyme in the biosynthetic of valine, leucine, and isoleucine, and is the target of several classes of structually unrelated herbicides, including sulfonylureas, imidazolinones, and triazolopyrimidines. In an effort to develop new and desirable herbicides, we have synthesized 4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine derivatives, and examined their inhibitory activities on pea ALS. The most active compound was found to be K11570 and $IC_{50}$ value for K11570 was 0.2 ${\mu}M.$ The inhibition of pea ALS by K11570 was biphasic, showing increased inhibition with incubation time. The K11570 showed mixed-type inhibition with respect to substrate pyruvate. Dual inhibition analysis of K11570 versus sufonylurea herbicide Ally and feedback inhibitor leucine revealed that three inhibitors were competitive for binding to ALS. The arginine modified enzyme showed decreased inhibition by K11570, sufonylurea Ally, and leucine, in constrast to, tryptophan modification did not affect on the sensitivity of ALS to the inhibitors.
