증기양생 조건에 따른 터널 PC 패널의 물리적 특성에 관한 연구

Many problems exist in the current cast in place concrete lining used in domestic tunnel construction. Especially, the crack of tunnel lining brings about a social and economic problem. It has a lot of influence on stability of structure and the fine finish of lining. So enormous repair-work and reinforcement of tunnel lining could occur an running out of government's budget. In our country, there are domestic production enterprises which produce a special pre-cast concrete product, but the technical level of them is still far behind compared to developed countries. Also, optimum steam coring method is important for the production of high quality product. But there is no regulation of steam curing method in our country. This study is to investigate the properties of PC panel according to the variation of steam curing conditions such as presteaming time and rate of temperature rise. The result shows that the optimum presteaming time of steam curing method in PC panel is more than 1 hour and the desirable rate of temperature in curing chamber is about $20^{\circ}C/hr$. 국내에서 대부분 시공되어지고 있는 현장타설 콘크리트 라이닝은 여러 가지가 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 그 중에 특히 라이닝의 균열 발생은 사회적 및 경제적인 문제로까지 제기되고 있으며 라이닝의 미관뿐만 아니라 안정성에도 영향을 미치게 되므로 막대한 보수보강 공사비의 지출을 유발해 국가 예산을 소모시키고 있다. 국내 콘크리트 2차 제품 생산업체의 생산기술은 아직 선진국 수준에 미치지 못하며, 고품질 제품 생산에 있어 가장 중요한 증기양생 방법 또한 규정되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 터널용 PC 패널의 증기양생조건 중 전양생시간, 온도상승구배를 달리하여 물리적 특성을 검토하였다. 시험결과, 고강도 PC패널의 전양생시간은 최소 1시간 이상이 바람직하였으며 온도상승구배는 최대 $20^{\circ}C$가 물리 역학적으로 가장 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.
실리카 흄을 혼입한 숏크리트의 강도증진과 장기내구특성에 관한 실험적 연구

본 연구에서는 실리카 흄을 혼합한 숏크리트의 강도증진 효과를 파악하기 위해 현장실험을 실시하였고, 유럽통합규격(EFNARC)에 의거하여 품질평가를 수행하였다. 그리고 탄산화와 동결융해의 복합인자에 의한 열화시험을 수행하여 고강도 숏크리트의 장기내구성을 평가하였다 실험결과 실리카 흄을 혼입한 숏크리트의 압축강도는 45.2~55.8MPa, 휨강도는 5.01~6.66MPa로 혼입하지 않은 경우에 비해 각각 37~79%, 17~61%의 강도증진 효과가 나타났고, 실리카 흄 치환율이 7.5~10%일 때 강도증진 효과가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 실리카 흄을 치환한 숏크리트의 상대동탄성계수, 질량감소율 및 탄산화 진행율 등을 측정한 결과, 실리카 흄이 강섬유 혼입에 의한 숏크리트의 열화현상을 최소한으로 감소시켜, 숏크리트의 장기내구성을 확보하는데 효과가 있음을 알수 있었다. In this study, field test was performed to investigate the strength-improvement effect of shotcrete mixed Micro-silica fume and shotcrete quality was estimated by EFNARC standard. Deterioration test combined the Freezing-thawing and Carbonation was also performed in order to investigate a long-term durability of high-strength shotcrete. As a result of test, the compressive strength of shotcrete using Micro-silica fume was 45.2~55.8MPa and flexible strength was 5.01~6.66MPa, so a promotion ratio of strength was 37~79%, 17~61% respectively. And the strength-improvement effect of strength by silica fume addition ratio of 7.5~10% for cement mass was more superior to the others. Due to relative dynamic modulus, mass decrease rate and carbonation progress of shotcrete mixed Micro-silica fume, it was especially realized that Micro-silica fume reduced deterioration caused by steel fiber and improved a long-term durability of shotcrete.

This research theoretical reappraise about leadership type, special quality as relation of department manager leader ship type and organization effectiveness. That wishing to present reappraising theory about organization effectiveness, theoretical basis corelation organization effectiveness and leadership. Research that see as these reason wished to examine of the some effect in organization effectiveness according to hotel kitchen department manager type of leadership. Also, I practice literature review and empirical test. This research that it was reverification for the adapt rapidly environmental change and improve organization`s effectiveness with employee`s common value or systematic formation culture`s belief. It is considered to be desirable for hotel kitchen post`s administration efficiency that study that split that leadership affects some formation effectiveness and administration result hereafter.
음나무 잎의 항산화 활성 및 돈피 튀김의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향

음나무 잎 추출물의 총 폴리페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 75.9±6.1 mg/g, 59.0±6.7 mg/g으로 나타났으며, FRAP 값은 0.3±0.0 mmol Fe2/g이고, 그리고 DPPH에 대한 높은 항산화 활성이 존재하였다. 또한 음나무 잎을 첨가하여 돈피 튀김을 제조한 다음 품질특성을 살펴본 결과, 대조구에 비해 음나무 잎 첨가량이 증가할수록 돈피 튀김의 경도 및 TBARS값이 감소되었고, 콜라겐의 함량은 대조구에 비해 시료 첨가구에서 유의적인 높은 값을 보였다. Antioxidant activities of ethanol extracts from Kalopanax pictus leaves (KPL) were investigated in vitro. Total polyphenols, flavonoids and ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP) values of KPL extracts were 75.9±6.1, 59.0±6.7 mg/g, and 0.3±0.0 mmol Fe2/g, respectively. KPL extracts showed robust DPPH radical scavenging activity. In addition, the quality characteristics of fried pork skin treated with KPL extracts were also evaluated. Fried pork skin was produced containing KPL extracts at 0, 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0%, respectively. The hardness and TBARS values regarding fried pork skin treated with KPL were reduced by the addition of KPL extracts, whereas collagen content was increased compared to the control. These results suggest the possibility of manufacturing fried fork skin with KPL extracts for the improvement of quality.
