혼합고분자 전해질을 이용한 준고체 염료감응형 태양전지의 광전변환 효율 개선

염료감응형 태양전지는 크게 전자/정공을 분리하는 염료 분자, 전자 이동을 담당하고 TiO<sub>2</sub> 광전극, 전공 이송역할의 전해질로 구성되어 있다. 일반적으로 염료감응형 태양전지에는 액체형 전해질이 이용되고 있느나, 광전변환 과정 중 온도차이에 따른 누액, 부식성등의 문제로 소자의 장기 안정성에 문제점을 유발하는 원인이 되고 있다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 다양한 고체 및 준고체형 전해질 소재가 개발되고 있으나, ion conductivity가 감소함에 따른 소자 효율 감소 때문에 염료감응형 태양전지의 상용화의 걸림돌로 작용하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 준고체 전해질의 conductivity 개선을 위하여 고분자 복합형 준고체 전해질을 제작하였다. 고분자 복합체의 조성변화에 따른 conductivity를 측정하였으며 이를 염료감응형 태양전지에 적용하여 고분자 복합체의 전해질 조성에 따른 광전변환 효율을 측정하였다.

Biodegradable triblock copolymers based on 4-arm polycaprolactone (PCL) were synthesized by ring opening polymerization of PLA followed by RAFT polymerization of poly(methyl vinyl ketone)(PMVK). Microspheres based on 4-arm triblock copolymers were prepared by emulsion-evaporation method, and then photodegraded with UV irradiation to obtain porous microparticles. In order to polymerize by RAFT method, PCL-PLA based macro-CTA (chain transfer agent) was first synthesized by reacting carboxylic acid-terminated CTA with PCL-PLA, and used to synthesize triblock copolymer with methyl vinyl ketone (MVK). The morphology of the particles before and after UV irradiation were confirmed by SEM and TEM images and the release studies of paclitaxel, anti-cancer agent for female cancers from the particles were evaluated by HPLC. PCL-PLA based biodegradable microparticles will be anticipated to enhance drug release and could find potential application for biomaterials.
경력정체 및 분배공정성이 간호사 이직의도에 미치는 영향 -주도성의 조절효과를 중심으로-

Objectives: This study analyzed the influence of the career plateau phenomenon and distributive justice among hospital nurses on their turnover intention and the moderating effect of proactivity on these correlations. Methods: Survey data from 459 out of 500 hospital nurses at 9 hospitals were collected and used for analysis. SPSS 24.0 was used for conducting regression, validity, and reliability analyses. Results: Career plateau was positively related to turnover intention, whereas distributive justice was negatively related to turnover intention. Proactivity strengthened the positive influence of career plateau on turnover intention. By contrast, proactivity alleviated the negative relation between distributive justice and turnover intention. Conclusions: This study empirically confirmed that career plateau and distributive justice are important antecedent factors of the turnover intention of hospital nurses. Proactivity played a key moderating role between these antecedent factors and turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications of this study were also discussed.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore the relationship among subjective health status, mental health, and cancer stigma of long-term cancer survivors after gastric surgery. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 135 cancer survivors visiting the family medicine clinic of a tertiary hospital were surveyed. Data were collected from March 1 to May 31, 2017. Using the questionnaire, subjective health status, mental health, and cancer stigma were measured and analyzed. Results: The mean scores for subjective health status, stress, and cancer stigma were 80.16, 2.97 and 1.59 respectively. Anxiety and depression rates were 37.1% and 28.9% respectively. Cancer stigma was negatively correlated with subjective health status (r=-.18, p=.036) and positive association with anxiety (r=.23, p=.009), depression (r=.20, p=.023), and stress (r=.21, p=.017). Conclusion: In this study, long-term cancer survivors’ subjective health status, mental health, and cancer stigma were low and these variables were significantly associated. In order to improve the quality of life of long-term gastric cancer survivors, it is necessary to actively evaluate anxiety, depression, stress, and cancer stigma. The appropriate psychosocial care interventions developed through repeated research of survivors of long-term cancer should be continued.

The effect of temperature variations on the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC), based on quasi-solid electrolyte, has been studied under 1 sun irradiance. The cell performance was characterized with J-V curves obtained at different cell operating temperatures and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements before and after the temperature treatments. The measured temperature range was from ca. 25°C to 75°C at an interval of ca. 10°C. The results show the higher temperature, the higher photo-current density of DSSCs. At lower temperatures, the short-circuit current (JSC) is limited by the conductivity of electrolyte, while at higher temperatures, the JSC increases due to more pronounced charge transport.
