PLD 법으로 증착된 n-ZnO:In/p-Si (111) 이종접합구조의 특성연구

ZnO films doped with different contents of indium ($0.1{\sim}10$ at.%) were deposited on Si (111) substrate by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). The structural, electrical and optical properties of the films were investigated using XRD, AFM, Hall and PL measurement. Results showed that un-doped ZnO film had (002) plane as the c-axis orientated growth, whereas indium doped ZnO films exhibited the peak of (002) and the weak (101) plane. In addition, in the indium doped ZnO films, the electron concentration is ten times higher than that of un-doped ZnO film, while the resistivity is ten times lower than that of un-doped ZnO film. The indium doped ZnO films have UV emission about 380 nm and show a red shift with increasing contents of indium. The I-V curve of the fabricated diode show the typical diode characteristics and have the turn on voltage of about 2 V.

본 연구의 목적은 모멘트 접합 골조에서 각형강관 기둥-H 형강 보 접합부의 내진성능평가이다. 각형강관은 H형강에 비해서 효율적이고 많은 장점이 있음에도 불구하고, 아직 접합 디테일의 부족과 경험 부족 등의 이유로 현장에서 적용이 제한적이다. 각형강관을 사용한 기존의 모멘트 접합부는 주로 관통형 다이아프램 형식을 사용하고 있는데 이는 시공과정이 복잡하여 현장에서의 적용을 어렵게 한다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 각형강관 기둥을 절단하지 않는 접합상세에 대하여 구조성능 및 내진성능을 평가하고자 하였다. 엔드플레이트와 헌치를 이용한 용접접합의 접합상세에 대하여 내력 및 강성, 에너지흡수능력을 비교분석하였다. The objective of this paper is to examine the structural performance of steel moment-resisting frames on the various connection details of Seismic Wide-flanged Beam-to-Rectangular Steel Tube Column connections. Although compared to an H-shaped steel tube, a rectangular steel tube has many advantages and is more efficient, its application is limited due to the lack of experience in using it and the connection details. Existing steel moment connections using the rectangular steel tube are mainly used through plate diaphragms. The processing of construction of the rectangular steel tube is so complicated that it is hard to apply it in the field. In this study, the structural performance and the earthquake capacity of the connection details that do not cut the rectangular steel tube column were investigated. A comparative analysis of the strength, rigidity, and energy absorption capacity of the welded connection details using an end-plate and a haunch was also performed.

강구조 초고층건축물의 실용성을 높이기 위하여 내화성능이 우수하며 일반적인 합성보와 비교하여 층고절감이 가능하며 평면의 자유로운 변경과 공장생산에 의한 시공 품질관리가 가능한 새로운 공법개발이 시급하다고 판단된다. 따라서 기존 슬림플로어시스템의 문제점을 보완시킨 반슬림플로어를 적용한 합성보의 구조성능실험을 하였고, 이에 콘크리트와의 일체성 확보 및 휨에 대한 구조적 성능 등에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 반슬림플로어시스템을 적용한 합성보의 휨거동을 평가하기 위한 것이다. 실험은 슬래브지지보의 구 조형식, 슬래브두께, 개구부의 설치 여부, 전단연결재의 유무를 변수로 하여 총 5개의 반슬림합성보에 대한 단순지지 휨실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 모든 실험체가 연성적인 거동을 보였다. In order to promote the practicality of high-rise steel buildings, the development of structural system which have the better fire resistance, the changeable plan, and the quality control of construction with general composite beams is needed. In this research, new semi-slim floor which the defect of general slim floor was complemented was evaluated to investigate the concrete integration with slim-flor beam and the flexural performance. 5 simply supported semi-slim floor beam tests were performed with parameters; structural form of slab support beam, slab thickness, with or without web opening, and shear connection. Experimental results showed that all specimen s had good ductile behavior.

댄스스포츠 파트너 폭력선수들의 스트레스가 운동중단과 대처방안에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 댄스스포츠 파트너 폭력선수들의 스트레스가 운동중단과 대처방안에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 2014년 대한체육회 산하 한국댄스스포츠경기연맹(Korean Federation of Dancesport : KFD)에 선수등록을 하고, 각종 댄스스포츠 경기에 참여하면서 폭력을 경험한 광주·전남, 서울·경기 지역 선수 200명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 그 중 39명의 자료가 불성실한 것으로 판단되어 161명의 자료가 최종 분석되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보기 위하여 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis)과 요인분석(factor Analysis)을 하였고, 인구통계학적 변인을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석과 각 변인간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관분석을 하였다. 마지막으로 파트너 폭력선수들의 스트레스가 운동중단과 대처방안에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변인 중 댄스스포츠 선수들의 파트너폭력 실태를 알아 본 결과 폭력의 가해자는 파트너가 41.2%로 가장 많았고 폭력이 일어난 장소는 연습실이 57.6%로 가장 많았다. 연습 중 실수로 인하여 폭력을 당했다는 통계가 29.4%로 가장 많았으며 폭력의 종류는 언어적 폭력이 58.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 폭력 경험 참가선수들의 스트레스, 운동중단, 대처방안간의 상관관계를 알아 본 결과 모든 하위요인에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 폭력경험 참가선수들의 스트레스가 운동중단에 미치는 영향으로는 운동중단의 각 하위요인에 따라 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 폭력경험 참가선수들의 스트레스가 대처방안에 미치는 결과는 대처방안의 하위요인 중 문제중심적 대처에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of partner violence on stress and exercise dropout in dancesport players over the subjects of dancesport players, and provide the coping strategies for such analysis results, and so present in-depth information to dancesport players, and then help dancesport players to solve their problems and lead better player life and life, and further contribute to the development of elite dancesport. The subjects of this study were 200 players in Gwangju/ Jeonnam and Seoul/ Gyeonggi regions, who were registered as players in Korean Federation of Dancesport(KFD) under the influence of Korean Olympic Committee as of 2014 and have experienced violences in participating in all sorts of dancesport games. This study investigated such subjects using convenience sampling. Then, this study excluded the data of 39 copies which missed the parts of survey contents and responded insincerely, and used the data of 161 copies in total as the final valid samples of this survey. For the statistical analysis of collected data, this study conducted reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, simple regression anlysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) 20.0 strategical program. The results of this study were as follows. In light of synthesizing the above results, there were direct relationships between partner violence, stress, exercise dropout, and coping strategy. Therefore, in order to reduce the level of exercise dropout temptation in dancesport players, it is necessary to pay close attention to the violence to occur between partners, and prepare the prevention and countermeasure against negative circumstances to accompany during dancesport player activities, and strengthen the active and steady efforts of leaders and managers in order to enhance the positive need for achievement.
