      • 12주간 정체경락(整體經絡)프로그램 실시가 중년 여성의 내반슬 하지부정렬 교정에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 내반슬 하지부정렬(genu varus)의 정체경락 프로그램(Jung-Che meridian pathways foot massage program; JCMPFMP) 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 30대 중반 여성 8명을 대상으로 마사지의 원리와 특이적응 원리를 이용한 정체경락 프로그램으로 주 3회, 1회 1시간 20분, 총 36회를 적용하여 실험 전·후 신장, 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방량, 근육양, 그리고 내반슬 무릎간 거리를 측정하였다. JCMPFMP 적용결과를 분석하기 위하여 집단 내 사전·사후 paired t-test를 실시하였다. 그 결과 JCMPFMP는 중년 여성 하지부정렬 O자다리 집단에서 체중과 체지방율, 근육량, 체질량지수에서는 유의한 변화를 나타내지 않았으나 키가 커지고(p<.021) 내반슬 무릎간 거리가 가까워졌으며(p<.001), 고관절각이 외전 변화(p<.006)되면서 일자다리로 변화시키는 결과를 나타냈다. 따라서 하지부정렬 교정을 위한 방법으로 위험요인이 크고 심리적 불안감이 큰 수술적 방법 대안으로 제시될 수 있으며, 누구나 쉽게 현장적용이 가능한 프로그램으로 나타났다. Part of the purpose of not aligned Varus Deformity (genu varus) the Jung-Che meridian pathways program(JCMPFMP) is to verify the effect. Eight Subjects with mid-30s female massage using the principles of the specific adaptation to imposed demand to the identity of Meridian program 3 times a week, a week 1 hour 20 minutes, apply a total of 36 times before the experiment. After the height, weight, BMI, fat, BMI, and knee to knee length were measured. Groups to analyze the results of applying JCMPFMP my dictionary. Post-paired t-test was conducted. As a result, minor JCMPFMP not a middle-aged women with weight in the group sort fat, muscle mass, body mass index did not show a significant change. However, This study was an increase in height(p<.021). And between his knees were close(p<.001), hip joint angle changes to the outside as a result the date was changed to the legs(p<.006). Therefore, psychologically unstable is large and the risk factors for surgical site than anyone can be applied easily JCMPFMP are presented.

      • 장기간의 트레드밀 운동이 폐경여성의 혈중 콜레스테롤 농도에 미치는 영향

          The present study was designed to investigate the effects of 24 weeks of treadmill exercise training on blood cholesterol in menopause women. Sixteen women, aged 50 to 55 years, were volunteered to participate in the study as subjects, and were divided into two groups, i.e, TR(training group, n=8) and CON(control group, n=8). Subjects in TR went through 24 week of training, performed 4 times per week at 60 to 70% of HRmax(heart rate maximum), whereas subjects in CON were asked not to change their normal life style. In pre and post tests, variables regarding to blood cholesterol were treasured and compared, Following the training, TC(total cholesterol), LDL-c(low density lipoprotein cholesterol) and HDL-c(high density lipoprotein cholesterol), TC/HDL ratio decreased significantly in TR, whereas no changes in the variables were found in CON. The HDL-c increased significantly in TR due to the exercise training, whereas it has not changed in CON. It was concluded that long-term exercise training would have positive effects in improving blood cholesterol.

        군 장병의 체육 활성화를 위한 방안

        The purpose of this study was ultimately to delve into policy setting about the improvement of military physical education. 1. In order to expedite the development of required human resources, the Ministry of National Defense should strengthen relevant departments and organizations that are responsible for P.E. policies, and appoint P.E. experts to responsible posts. Korea Armed Forces Athletic Corps should be more empowered to provide education and develop military P.E. programs, which were their unique missions. 2. Military units weren`t well furnished with P.E. facilities or equipment. Although the importance of physical fitness training is accentuated as part of daily educational and training programs, P.E. facilities were insufficient and outdated, and more advanced facilities and equipment should be secured. 3. Nurturing specialized military personnels and securing modernized facilities are expected to help military men to build up their physical strength and lead a better quality of life. A variety of systematic programs should be provided for them to master a sport during the period of service, and that will contribute to enlarging the population of who enjoys sports for all. Experts who can be educated to develop diverse physical training programs and different sorts of P.E. programs tailored to each unit`s characteristics should be selected, educated and assigned to the right posts, and they should receive further education on a regular basis to keep improving themselves.

        경계성고혈압을 지닌 노인남성의 신체질량지수와 근육량과의 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to examine a relationship among body mass index (BMI), lean body mass (LBM) and blood pressure in elderly males with prehypertension (n=121). We were analyzed a correlation of BMI and LBM with systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP). The result showed that there were significantly different between BMI and SBP, DBP, MAP responses (p<.05). LBM was also significantly different between SBP and MAP responses (p<.05). From the above results, there was high possibility that an elderly male whose BMI was higher than 25 kg/m2 is in dangerous to hypertension and cardiovascular disease, and additional study were needed for elderly males" physical activity level and nutrition.

        운동선수들의 혈중항산화효소 , 과산화지질 및 총항산화능에 관한 연구

        N/A The purpose of this study was designed to examine activation of antioxidant enzymes and concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) and total antioxidant status(TAS) in athetics. For this purpose, baseball, ice-hockey and taekwondo players were picked up to be tested to a treadmill running from rest until their entire physical exhaustion. Subject` blood was collected before, immediately after, 10 and 30 minutes after the exercise to be examined. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. It was found out that the activation of superoxide dismutase(SOD) could be changed on different phases : before and immediately after exercise, and recovery of exercise. However, there was found no significant difference of the activation depending on the length of elapsed time.As a result of the one-way ANOVA, it was found that there was no significant difference of SOD activation among groups before, immediately after and recovery 10 and 30 minutes after the exercise. 2. It was found out that the activation of catalase(CAT) could be changed on different phases : before and immediately after exercise, and recovery of exercise. However, there was found no significant difference of the activation depending on the length of elapsed time. As a result of the one-way ANOVA, it was found that there was no significant difference of CAT activation among groups before, immediately after and recovery 10 and 30 minutes after the exercise. 3. It was found out that the concentration of MDA could be changed on different phases : before and immediately after exercises, and recovery of exercise. However, there was found no significant difference of the concentration depending on the length of elapsed time. As a result of the one-way ANOVA, it was found that the baseball players group signification showed the highest concentration immediately after exercise. 4. It was found out that the concentration of TAS could be changed on different phases : before and immediately after exercise, and recovery of exercise. However, there was found no significant difference of the concentration depending on the length of elapsed time. As a result of the one-way ANOVA, it was found that taekwondo and ice-hockey player groups showed significantly lower concentration then baseball players group immediately after exercise. We conclusion that immediately after exercise, Taekwondo, Ice-hockey and baseball player, increased TAS, MDA, and CAT. But those gradually decreased to baseline at recovery phras and antioxidant enzyme depend on exercise type and exercise intensity.

        생활체육의 운동참여 실태에 따른 운동상해에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study involved the movement of the actual situation living participants based Physical movement injuries and movement injuries by analyzing the factor s minimize disruption to movement and exercise to allow continue to exercise participants, and athletic director is intended to provide basic information. The subjects of this study, walking, hiking, badminton regularly involved in targeting men and women were selected for each 160 people total of 480 people were surveyed. Career involvement and type of exercise, depending on whether the differences are involved, but time was similar at how the purpose and activities. 2. Symptoms of injury due to exercise forms of participation. Athletic career at a very low population bruises, fractures, osteomyelitis, sprains, ligament, disc, muscle bruises, muscle stiffness, abrasion injuries, such as wound, injury, regardless of participation hours if it is worn more than the position that seems. In addition, most participants regardless of the number of sports injury than if you wear a lot if you have appeared, individuals osteomyelitis, sprains, arthritis, disc, abrasions, fractured families, others articulated the upper left, community in muscular bruises, muscle stiffness showed a lot.

        폐경기 중년여성의 운동 참여 효과 검증

        Physical activity is known to reduce risk of early death through reduction of risk of metabolic syndrome, prevention of weight gain, reduction of abdominal obesity, and increment of bone density. Despite the presence of some physical activity guidelines, a lot of people have been conduct physical activity by their own standards. In the present study, the effects of physical activity that based on arbitrary criteria on the obesity and osteoporosis were investigated. 64 volunteers, who aged over 40 and under 50, were participated. And they were divided into four subgroups(menstruation without exercise, menstruation with exercise, postmenopause without exercise, postmenopause with exercise) to determine the participation of physical activity and menstrual status. In the present results, statistically significant differences occurred in %Fat, abdominal fat ratio, visceral fat area, despite no statistical differences in body mass index in each groups. % Fat, abdominal fat ratio, visceral fat area was increased significantly by menopause, however, physical activity showed the opposite effects. In the blood analysis results were not statistically significant difference occurred. Regression analysis results on visceral fat area showd that age, body mass index, w·aist circumference, triglyceride levels have been identified as a statistically significant, and menstruation showd that T-score and Z-score levels have been identified as a statistically significant. Base on the results of present study, it is suggested that physical activity that conducted by the arbitrary criteria in women after menopause showed positive effects on abdominal fat, and osteoporosis, however for the more obvious effects, increasing calorie consumption and frequency of participation is desirable.

      • 휜다리교정을 위한 정체경락 복합 프로그램이 하지 골격형태 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        연구의 목적은 휜다리교정을 위한 정체경락 복합프로그램의 유용성을 검토하였다. 연구대상은 30대 중반 여성 내반슬 실험집단 11명과 통제집단 8명으로 구분하였다. 무릎간 거리를 좁히는 휜다리 정체경락 복합프로그램을 적용하여 신체구성 및 체력, 하지 골격형태를 사전사후 측정하여 Two-way ANOVA와 Paired t-test를 실시하였다. 그 결과 %fat의 유의한 감소(p<.001)와 최대산소섭취량의 평균차이가 3.82(ml/kg/min) 증가하였고, 호흡수도 4.27(회/분) 증가하였다. 그리고 골반의 후방경사와 하퇴의 외회전에 따른 슬개골의 각도 정상화는 무릎간 거리를 평균 3.26cm 좁히는 결과를 나타냈다. 정체경락 복합프로그램에 의한 8주간의 내반슬 교정은 실험집단의 신체구성 및 체력, 하지의 골격형태 변화에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내고 있어 오자형 내반슬로 고민하는 사람들에게 수술적 대안으로 제시 될 수 있는 것으로 사료된다. Previous studies demonstrated that massage program could improve genu varus. However, it still remains unknown whether idal body meridian pathway program (IBMPP) characterized by combined massage program and chiropractics enhances genu varus in the middle age women. Therefore, we investigated effects of combined IBMPP for genu varus remedy on bone structure of lower limb and physical fitness. Twenty subjects presented with genu varus were recruited in this study and the subjects were divided into the control group(n=8) and the experimental group(n=11). The genu varus was diagnosed by physical examination placed particular emphasis on the alignment of the knee. The knee distance, bone structure, VO<sub>2</sub>max, the percent body fat, balance, and leg muscular strength were measured in both group before and after IBMPP. As a result, significant decrease of% fat (p <.001) and mean difference of VO<sub>2</sub>max increased by 3.82 (ml / kg / min) and respiratory rate increased by 4.27 (times / minute). The normalization of the patella in accordance with the posterior slope of the pelvis and the external rotation of the lower leg showed an average of 3.26cm narrowing between the knees. The 8-week valgus correction by IBMPP has a positive effect on the body composition, physical strength, and skeletal changes of the lower extremities, suggesting that it can be suggested as a surgical alternative to those suffering from genu verus.

        비만을 동반한 폐경이 Group 구심성 신경의 대사적 수용기에 미치는 영향

        Both obesity and menopause cause the dysfunction of autonomic nervous system. Recent human studies have reported that exercise pressor reflex (EPR)-mediated increases in blood pressure are exaggerated in obese or postmenopausal women. Whether these findings can be extended to both obese and postmenopausal women remains unclear. Mean arterial pressure (MAP), cardiac output (CO), and total vascular conductances (TVC) were measured in normal premenopausal women (NPW; n = 11; 36 ± 2 yr), normal postmenopausal women (NPOW; n = 14; 57 ± 1 yr), and overweight postmenopausal women (OPOW; n = 14; 56 ± 1 yr) at baseline, and during static handgrip at 50% maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) followed by a period of postexercise muscular ischemia (PEMI) to isolate the metabolic component of the EPR. Changes in MAP from baseline were augmented in OPOW subjects during both 50% MVC handgrip (P < 0.05), and these group differences were maintained during PEI (P < 0.05). There were no differences in heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV), and CO during hand grip exercise and PEMI among groups. Even though there was no group difference in TVC during exercise and PEMI, the TVC tended to be abolished in OPOW group. In summary, compared with NPW subjects, OPOW group exhibit exaggerated pressor responses to handgrip exercise that are maintained during PEMI, indicating that activation of the metabolic component of the EPR is augmented in OPOW group. The exaggerated pressor response mediated by the muscle metaboreflex activation in OPOW group mainly occurs via preperial vasoconstriction with little change in CO.
