표본건물 계측에 의한 업무시설에서의 용도별 에너지사용량 및 CO₂ 배출량 연간 원단위 (2016 - 2017) 분석

In this study, annual site and primary energy use intensities (EUIs) and CO₂ emission intensities (CEIs) per area by end use were estimated based on the measurement data from June 2016 to May 2017 of 19 sample office buildings in Seoul. In addition, the estimated site EUIs by end use were compared to the U.S. Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) 2012 data. Average site EUIs by end use were found to be in the order of electric appliance (typical floors) > heating > cooling > lighting > air movement > domestic hot water > vertical transportation > city water supply. In the case of primary EUIs and CEIs by end use, electric appliance was found to be the largest. As results of comparison with the CBECS 2012 data, it was found that the site EUIs were similar for heating, cooling, domestic hot water, and electric appliance, etc., but slightly different for lighting and air movement. The number of sample office buildings will continue to increase until 2020 (total number of samples 85) and intensities data by end use will be continuously updated through continuous collection of measurement data.

In order to investigate the effect of autonomic nervous system on salivary gland, the authors have observed the effects of various drugs acting on the autonomic nervous system to the rat submaxillary gland by comparing the changes of gland weight, the amylase activity and various electrolyte contents with control group. The results are as follows; 1. The pilocarpine, physostigmine, norepinephrine, atropine and DMPP increased the rat submaxillary gland weight. 2. The amylase activities of rat submaxillary gland were increased by pilocarpine, physostigmine and norepinephrine, but decreased by atropine and DMPP. 3. Calcium contents of rat submaxillary gland were highly increased by pilocarpine and physostigmine, hut slightly increased by norepinephrine. 4. Magnesium contents of rat submarillary gland were increased by DMPP, but decreased by pilocarpine, physostigmine and norepinephrine. 5. Sodium contents of rat subnaxillary gland were increased by pilocarpine, physostigmine, norepinephrine and DMPP, but decreased by atropine. 6. Potassium contents of rat submaxillary gland were highly increased by atropine, and slightly increased by DMPP and norepinephrine, but decreased by pilocarpine and physostigmine.

In addition, estimated site EUIs by end use were compared to the U.S. Residential Energy Consumption Survey (RECS) 2009 data. Site EUIs by end use were found to be in the order of heating > electric appliance > domestic hot water > cooking > lighting > cooling > air movement. In the case of primary EUIs and CEIs by end use, electric appliance was found to be the largest. As results of comparison with the RECS 2009 data, it was found that site EUIs were very similar for heating, domestic hot water and electric appliance, etc., but slightly different for cooling. The number of sample apartment units will continue to increase until 2020 (total number of samples 200) and intensities data by end use will be continuously updated through continuous collection of measurement data.

Alloxan is a well known diabetogenic agent which destroys the beta-cell of the Langerhan's islet. The authors investigated the influence of the repeated infusion of glucose solution upon the toxicity of alloxan in the mice. The effects of glucose on the blood sugar content and the serum transaminase (S-GOT and S-GPT) activities in the rabbits treated with alloxan were also observed. The results were as follows: 1. The $LD_{50}$ of alloxan in mice showed a slight decrease by pretreatment with glucose for one or two weeks. 2. The elevated blood sugar level in rabbits induced by alloxan shelved a significant fall for the first 3 days by pretreatment with glucose. 3. The increased serum transaminase activities in rabbits induced by alloxan decreased for the first 3 days by pretreatment with glucose.

X-ray grid is the most important means to reduce the scattered ray from patients, but alternative way is air gap technique that is another name of Groedel technique. This technique is mainly used in chest radiography. Authors performed an experimental study on the air gap technique for chest radiography and obtained the results as follows; 1. In using the high voltage air technique, scattered ray could be reduced effectively, while the percentage of scattered ray was slightly increased than conventional grid technique. 2. In film contrast, 30cm air gap technique was inferior to 12:1 grid technique and contrast improvement was increased when the object was thicker and higher voltage was used. 3. The patient exposure dose was reduced about $25{\sim}45%$ compared with conventional grid technique by air gap technique used.

As the institute of education teaching radiologic technology in Korea, different from others, junior college is the only institute which has been managed for it as a two-year educational course for 27 years since 1963 when it was established for the first time in our country irrespective of the needs of the times. But according to the development of medical equipment, variety of medical skill, increase of medical demands now a days, the supply of radiologic technology in modern medicine not only makes it advance as an inevitable factor but also broadens the area of its business systematically. Therefore, we got the following results after we had considered the necessity to lengthen the term of education and searched for the most reasonable way. 1. The term of study of the radiologic technologists in junior college must be lengthened to 3 years from 2 or 3 years regulated in the law of education. 2. In three-year curriculum, the subjects like basic medical science, science and engineering and ultramodern science, etc., which are lated to the new radiologic science must be taught in the junior colleges, and hospital practice also must be a compulsory subject in curriculum. 3. As the school years becomes longer, a lot of programs to make the study effective must be searched, researched and propelled forward.

The purpose of this study is to preliminarily derive the energy use intensity(EUI) and reference EU I of apartments’ heating energy consumption in the autumn season. 45 sample units were selected for analysis in this study. The installation of energy consumption measuring equipments for the sample units(40 complexes with 200 units) is scheduled to be phased in over the 4 years starting from 2015. A reference EUI database for apartments and a benchmarking tool based on this database will be available after 2020, and similar systems for office buildings are now being established.
