Silica-Perfluorinated Polymer Composite Nanoparticles for Superhydrophobic Surfaces

Herein, we report a simple technique to fabricate robust and efficient superhydrophobic surfaces by spray coating silica-core/perfluorinated polymer-shell composite nanoparticles (silica@PFA NPs) onto the adhesive-coated surface. The novel silica@PFA NPs were prepared by covalently attaching perfluoroalkyl acrylate on the surface of the silica nanoparticles. The fluorinated shell thickness in the silica@PFA NPs could be easily controlled by varying the degree of polymerization and the NPs underwent spontaneous assembly to form complex micro/nano dual scale roughness after spray coating. In addition, we introduced an epoxy adhesive layer in between the NPs and the substrate, which led to a high mechanical robustness of the surface from external damages. Thus, outstanding superhydrophobic performance and mechanical stability could be achieved simultaneously and in a simple manner.

We have calculated theoretical Hugoniot of simple metals in hot metallic liquid. This is done by combining the Gibbs-Bogoliubov inequality for the ionic free energy and the second order pseudoptential theory of simple metals for the core-valence interaction. For aluminum, theoretical results are in good agreement with shock compression data up to 10 Mbar.

Authors made an experimental study on the reproduction efficiency and quality control of 10 X-ray equipments in comparision with H.H.S. standards and the results obtained as follows. 1. Eight X-ray equipments were suited to the standards in reproduction efficiency. 2. Three X-ray equipments were suited to the standards at 80 KVP, and all of them was exceeded the standards in accuracy at 60 KVP. 3. In half-value layer, all of the generators was suited to the standards in the limited range. 4. Eight X-ray generators in the tube voltage were accorded with the indicated value on the meter of generator. 5. Most of the X-ray generators were suited to the standards in long exposure time(over O.1 second).

In polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, the poor power performance of hydrocarbon (HC)-basedmembranes in low relative humidity conditions arises from the materials’ inherently inadequateproton conductivity under water-deficient conditions. In this study, we introduce boehmite into thecatalyst layer as a water retention material to enhance the power performance of a HC-basedmembrane/electrode assembly (MEA) in low RH conditions. The addition of well-dispersed boehmiteinto the CCL increased the water concentration and consequently accelerated water back diffusion tothe MEA at a low RH. The power performance also improved upon the addition of an optimal percentcontent of boehmite.

정부는 국가 온실가스 배출량을 2030년까지 BAU 대비 37% 감축할 계획을 수립하고 목표 달성을 위해 온실가스 배출권 거래제와 목표관리제가 시행되었다. 반도체 산업은 최고효율 감축기술(분해설비)이 기 적용되어 감축 한계에 봉착하였고, 교토 의정서에서 지정된 온실가스 외 NF3가 신규 온실가스로 선정 될 가능성이 매우 높다. NF3는 반도체, LCD 및 태양전지 제조공정 중 하나인 CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) 공정에서 Chamber 내부 벽의 잔류물을 제거하기 위한 용도로 사용하는 가스이다. 세계반도체 및 디스플레이 협회에서는 녹색지수관리를 통해 규제관리를 시작하였으며, 규제내용도 점점 강화되고 있는 추세이다. 그리고 국내업체가 NF3 세계생산량 50% 이상을 점유하고 있는 만큼, 국내에서는 NF3에 대한 규제 대응기술이 절실히 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 NF3의 대체가스로 매우 유력한 F3NO 제조기술 중 가장 유력한 SbF5/NF3/N2O 시스템을 이용한 F3NO합성 방법, 중간체 분석 방법 등에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

High kilovoltage technique as compared with low kilovoltage in taking chest radiogram has much advantages. Authors performed an experiment by using acryl phantom to make the technical chart at 120KV and obtained the results as follows; 1. Increase and decrease of tube voltage in thickness change was 3.2KV per cm at variable technic chart. 2. At fixed kilovoltage technic chart, increase and decrease was $0.12{\sim}0.2$ mAs per cm in chest thickness. 3. Increase and decrease of distance was 1.3inches per cm in thicknese change
