구성브랜드 브랜드자산이 비유사 공동브랜드 브랜드자산과 브랜드태도에 미치는 영향 : 자기조절초점의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 비유사 공동브랜딩 상황에서 공동브랜드를 구성하는 구성브랜드 브랜드자산의수준이 어떻게 공동브랜드 브랜드자산과 브랜드태도의 평가에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보았다. 또한 구성브랜드 브랜드자산의 수준과 함께 비유사 공동브랜드 브랜드자산 및 태도에 영향을 미치는 조절변수로서 조절초점 성향을 제안하고 이를 2(구성브랜드 자산: 많음vs. 적음) × 2(조절초점 성향: 촉진 vs. 방어) 집단 간 요인설계를 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 비유사 공동브랜딩 상황에서 실험참가자들은 구성브랜드 브랜드자산이 적을 때보다 많을 때 공동브랜드 브랜드자산 및 브랜드태도에 더욱 호의적인 평가를 내리는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 더불어 구성브랜드 브랜드자산과 조절초점 성향 간에 유의미한 상호작용이관찰되었는데 구체적으로 구성브랜드 브랜드자산이 적을 때 촉진초점 성향자가 방어초점성향자에 비해 공동브랜드 브랜드자산과 브랜드태도 평가에 더욱 호의적이었다. 구성브랜드 브랜드자산이 많을 때는 조절초점 성향에 따른 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구는이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 비유사 공동브랜딩의 이론적·실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. The goal of this study is to investigate the effects of brand equity of constituent brand on the co-branding brand equity and brand attitudes. Furthermore, this study examined the moderating role of self-regulatory focus. In this experimental study, a 2(brand equity of constituent brand: low vs. high) × 2(self-regulatory focus: prevention-oriented vs. promotion-oriented) between-subject factorial design was conducted with a total of 200 college students. Findings of this research revealed that the brand equity of constituent brand positively affect co-branding brand equity and co-branding brand attitudes. Also, moderating role of self-regulatory focus was found in that when the brand equity of constituent brand is low, promotion-focused consumers tend to evaluate co-branding between two dissimilar product categories more favorably than prevention-focused consumers. However, no such effect was found when the brand equity of constituent brand is high. Theoretical and practical implications as well as suggestions for future research in this area are provided.
유튜브에서 ‘기후변화’, ‘기후위기’, ‘지구온난화’는 어떻게 다뤄지는가? : 기후 문제 대응을 위한 공공커뮤니케이션 방향 모색

기후 문제를 지칭하는 용어로 ‘기후변화’, ‘기후위기’, ‘지구온난화’ 등이 사용되고 있다. 이들 용어가 지닌 사회적 담론을 비교 분석함으로써 기후 문제 대응을 위한 공공커뮤니케이션 방향을 모색하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 최근 정보 검색서비스로 이용되고 있는 유튜브 콘텐츠에 대한 채널연결망 분석, 의미연결망 분석, 토픽모델링 분석 등을 활용해서 용어별 담론을 세부적으로 분석했다. 분석 결과, 기후 문제 관련 용어별 담론의 특성이 다르게 나타났다. ‘기후위기’는 공적 의제설정 단계에 적합한 용어로 기후위기 시대에 대한 대응정책 마련과 비상 행동 참여를 강조한다. ‘지구온난화’는 공중 형성 단계에 적합한 용어로 기후 문제의 원인을 살피고 해결 방안을 모색한다. ‘기후변화’는 다른 두 용어의 담론을 모두 포함하고 있는 특성을 나타냈다. 결론적으로, 이 연구는 기후 문제 대응을 위한 공공커뮤니케이션 과정에 기후 문제 지칭 용어들을 어떻게 적절히 활용할지에 대한 건설적 논의가 필요한 시점임을 주지시킨다. The terms “climate change”, climate crisis , and global warming are used to refer to climate-related issues. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of public communication on climate-related issues by comparing and analyzing the social discourse of those terms. The discourse by terminology was analyzed in detail by using channel network analysis, semantic network analysis, and topic modeling analysis of the relevant contents on YouTube, which has recently been used as an information retrieval service. The results indicate that the characteristics of discourse by the terms are different. The term climate crisis appears more apt for the stage of public agenda-setting and emphasizes the preparation of climate policies and participation in emergency actions in the era of climate crisis. Global warming is a term suitable for the public formation, which discusses the causes of climate problems and seeks solutions. “Climate change” is characterized by the inclusion of both discourses. In conclusion, this study calls for constructive discussions on how to appropriately utilize terminology concerning climate-related issues in the public communication process.
기후변화방지 캠페인을 위한 메시지 프레이밍의 전략적 사용: 이슈관여도의 조절적 역할을 중심으로

limate change mitigation actions are undertaken to minimize the potential negative consequences of future climate change. In this regard, climate change mitigation efforts can be compared to prevention behavior in health behavior research, which is taken to mainly prevent the onset of disease. Based on the similarity, this study seeks to examine how transferable extant research findings on message framing from heath behavior research are to the climate change case. In addition, this study attempts to specify some boundary conditions for the influence of message framing in climate change mitigation-related campaigns, by proposing and testing issue involvement as a moderator. A 2(message framing: gain vs. loss) x 2(issue involvement: high vs. low) between-subject factorial design was conducted to test the hypotheses of this study. The results revealed that gain framing led to higher levels of perceived issue seriousness and more favorable attitudes toward climate change mitigation campaigns only for the participants in the high involvement condition. For the participants in the low involvement condition, no framing effect was observed. 본 연구는 위험성이 낮게 지각되어 상대적으로 안전한 행위라고 고려되는 예방행위(prevention behavior)의 경우, 손실 프레이밍에 비해 이익 프레이밍이 보다 효과적이라는 헬스커뮤니케이션 분야의 연구를 바탕으로 이와 유사한 프레이밍 효과가 기후변화방지 노력과 관련한 친환경 공공캠페인에 적용가능한지를 검증하였다. 더불어, 메시지 프레이밍 효과의 경계조건(boundary condition)을 탐색하기 위해 이슈관여도를 조절변인으로 제안하고 프레이밍과 이슈 관여도의 상호작용 효과를 2(프레이밍: 이익 vs. 손실) X 2(이슈관여도: High vs. Low) 피험자간 요인 설계를 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 프레이밍의 주효과는 나타나지 않았으며, 프레이밍과 이슈관여도의 상호작용효과의 경우, 이슈 심각성 지각과 캠페인 태도 부분에서 관여도가 높은 실험 참가자들의 경우에만 이익 프레이밍이 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기후변화방지 캠페인과 같은 친환경 캠페인의 경우에 프레이밍 효과가 제한적일 수 있음을 시사한다.
Polyfluorene-based PVDF Graft Copolymers Possessing Light-Emitting and Piezoelectric Properties

Graft copolymerization reactions of polyfluorene-based macroinitiators with vinylidene fluoride (VDF) were challenged to achieve multi-functional materials. In the first place, a reactive fluorene monomer was prepared by the incorporation of end-functionalised alkyl moieties, which was then converted to statistical polyfluorenes with ordinary dioctyl fluorene and colour-modulating comonomers. The resulting polyfluorenes with hydroxyl groups were transformed to macroinitiators working in a RAFT polymerization condition, and finally graft copolymerization reactions with VDF were carried out successfully. Red, green and blue copolymers were analysed by thermal and spectroscopic means to look at their unique structural features. When the copolymers were introduced into devices as an active layer, they showed light-emitting, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties, demonstrating their potential use as synchronized piezoelectric-luminescent (SPL) materials.

Department of Nuclear Medicine in Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) had developed $^{18}F$-Flumazenil as Benzodiazepine receptor imaging agent for PET diagnosis of Epilepsy. But production Activity of $^{18}F$-Flumazenil is decreased owing to this method has difficult synthesis procedures and pretty long synthesis time. In this study, we can modify synthesizing method to have more simple procedure and less spend time and help to increase production Activity. Old method: Radioactivity was produced by cyclotron was captured by QMA cartridge that was activated. Captured radioactivity was eluted into the reaction vial by using kryptofix solution and delivered. After evaporation of eluent, the azeotrophic drying step repeated two times. tosylflumazenil in anhydrous Acetonitrile was added to a reaction vial while bubbling. The reaction mixture was evaporated until the mixture volume was 0.5 mL. Reaction vial washed with 20 % Acetonitrile and that solution went into the reaction vial. The reaction mixture was loaded to the HPLC loop by hand and purified $^{18}F$-Flumazenil by HPLC column. New method: We used $TBAHCO_3$ solution as a eluent. After the eluent was evaporated, tosylflumazenil in anhydrous acetonitrile was added to a reaction vial and the reaction mixture was bubbled for 15 minutes. It was evaporated until the mixture volume became 0.5 mL. It was loaded to the HPLC loop. In old method, $^{18}F$-Flumazenil was synthesized via 6 steps synthesis procedures in 105 minutes with 30~35% synthesizing yield (non-decay correction) and specific activity was about $0.5{\sim}2{\times}10^5$ Ci/mole. In new method, It had 3 steps synthesis procedures in 53 minutes with 40~45% synthesizing yield and specific activity was about $3{\sim}8{\times}10^5$ Ci/mole. This method leads to improve of minimizing synthesis time, increasing synthesis yield and specific activity. While we can load reaction mixture to the HPLC loop, we can expose high radiation field thanks to used by hand.
