        Effect of niobium content on the microstructure and corrosion characteristic of hypo-solubility in binary Zr-Nb alloys were studied. The specimens with 0.2 and 0.4wt.% of niobium were prepared under various annealing temperatures from 400℃ to 800℃ and times from 30 to 5.000 minutes after vacuum arc remelting. The microstructures behavior was observed by a polarized optical microscope. TEM and micro-vickers hardness tester. The recrystallization temperature of the alloys slightly increased with niobium content due to increase of activation energy. The grain growth of the alloys more 0.2 than 0.4 wt.% of niobium occured rapidly. The specimens for corrosion test were prepared by annealing with 590℃ for 2hr to be recrystallized and performed in distilled water at 360℃ using a static mini-autoclave and the corrosion characteristic was measured by weight gains with exposure time. With increasing Nb content from 0.2 to 0.4wt.% the corrosion resistance in Zr-xNb binary alloys decreased an d oxide structure was slowly transformed from tetragonal -ZrO2 to monoclinic-ZrO2.

        주택 전세난에 대한 분석과 부동산정책 방향

        This study considers the policy on real estate to solve the shortage of house lease lasted for over two years and it focuses on low income group's further stabilization of the housing . To do this, the link between lease system and stabilization of housing is examined. And causes of shortage of house lease and problems of solutions for house lease are caught. As a result, the increase in single person or two people households causes the preference for purchase and lease of small and medium sized houses. However, many of these households are lower income group and government policy which cannot deal with decrease in housing and continuous increase in household debts aggravates the shortage of house lease. There are three things to improve for policy on real estate; Firstly, monthly rental housing complex only for single person household should be developed and renters' burden should be minimized by the vitalization of pension mortgage at the same time. Secondly, the proportion of house for dealing among house supply should be reduced or changed to rental house as well the criteria of selecting business and setting the limit of support of tax system should be prepared by introducing incentive system to private rental housing. Thirdly, the introduction of fair rental system should be hurried to find the solution of low income group's problems and then the detailed criteria of further subsidized rental should be set.

        최저임금이 공동주택 관리비에 미치는 영향 분석 -의무관리대상 공동주택을 중심으로-

        전체 주택의 약 75%를 차지하고 있는 공동주택의 관리비 상승은 공동주택 거주자의 가계에 큰 부담을 주게 됨을 의미하며 정부는 공동주택 관리비 상승의 주요 원인으로 관리업체들의 가격담합, 입주자대표회의와의 유착 등을 지목하고 있고, 주택관리업계는 최저임금 인상에 따른 경비원 등의 인건비 증가를 관리비 상승의 원인으로 설명하고 있다. 본 연구는 최저임금이 공동주택 관리비에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석과 지수분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 회귀분석결과 최저임금은 전체관리비, 공동관리비, 인건비성 경비 등 공동주택 관리비에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 지수분석결과 최저임금은 총 소비자물가지수〈 전체관리비지수〈 공동관리비지수〈 공동주택 관리비지수〈 인건비성 경비지수 순으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 인건비 외 기타비용과 개별사용료는 ‘12년~’18년 동안 오히려 하락하거나 같은 수준을 유지하고 있다. 넷째, 공동주택 관리비 상승의 원인은 거의 전적으로 최저임금 인상에 기인하며 인건비 외 기타비용과 개별사용료는 ‘12년~’18년 동안 오히려 하락하거나 같은 수준을 유지하고 있다. 따라서 정부는 최저임금이 공동주택 관리비에 미치는 영향을 신중히 고려하여 공동주택관리와 관련된 정책을 수립·집행해야 할 것이다. The rise in Multi-family housing Management Expenses, which accounts for 75% of the total housing, means a major burden on households in the Multi-family housing, and the government has blamed Management Entity for price fixing and collusion with the Council of Occupant’s Representatives. The effects of Minimum wage for Multi-family housing Management Expenses were analyzed through Regression analysis and Index analysis. As a result and implications of this analysis, the reasons for the rise in Multi-family housing Management Expenses are almost entirely due to a rise in minimum wage, and other costs and Private User Fees have declined or remained the same for ‘12 to ’18 years. This is a result of the government's efforts to make the Management Expenses more transparent, and of reducing the Management Expenses of Multi-family housing at Management Entity and Council of Occupant’s representatives. The government should carefully consider the impact of the minimum wage on Multi-family housing Management Expenses and implement policies related to Multi-family housing Management.

        한국문학 속의 영국문학 : 로렌스와 와일드가 이효석 문학에 끼친 영향

        Modern Korean Literature has about one hundred year history since western literature was introduced in Korea, and has been developed under its influence Yi Hyo Suk has been a representative of Korean novel, particularly in the sphere of the short novel He wrote many novels including Pollen as the long novel and "The Buckwheat Season" as the short novel and so on "The Buck Wheat Season" has been widely known as his best fiction signifying eroticism Two axes of his works are eroticism and aestheticism and it has been said that from this point his literature world has been influenced by two English writers, Lawrence and Wilde Here I wish to make an approach to a better understanding of their contrastive literature world For this purpose I attempt to explore their representative works Pollen and "The Buckwheat Season of Yi Hyo Suk, "'Salome" and The Pictare of Dorian Gray of Wilde of Wild, "Love among the Haystock" and "Odour of Chrysanthemums" of Lawrence There are many similarities of eroticism in Lawrence and Yi Hyo Suk They have common factors in human, nature, and sex and are commonly characterized by the images of animals, moon and flowers The mare has the common image of the vital life in nature, and the moon plays a major role in its technique as the archetypal image of fertility and flowers are symbols of the living, mysterious forces of nature Yi's literature world is very narrow, compared with broad scales of Lawrence's one from the view point of settings and view of life and world, so we can not help feeling the Korean boundaries in the literary world Wilde is a representative of aestheticism literature in the history of English Literature, and Yi Hyo Suck was influenced by his works such as "'Salome" as one of his best plays and the Picture of Dorian Gray and wrote Pollen as the long novel and Boon Yoe as the short story and so on Two writers share many common factors from the literary point of view decadence, hedonism homosexualism For example Dorian Gray sells his soul in exchange for eternal youth, and there are promiscuities among the characters in Pollen To conclude, compared with Wilde's aestheticism, Yi's one is nothing but Wilde's superficial imitation under the Korean circumstances

        KOSPI200선물계약을 이용한 헤지효과에 대한 실증적 연구

        전 세계적 금융환경의 불확실성은 많은 경제적인 문제와 붕괴를 야기해 왔다. 특히 예상치 못한 환율, 이자율, 원자재 가격 등의 변동은 개인, 기업, 금융기관 등, 경제주체들의 생존에 지대한 영향을 미치게 되었다. 이러한 금융환경의 불확실성을 효율적으로 관리하고 회피할 수 있도록 도입된 파생상품들 중의 하나가 주가지수선물거래이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 대표적인 주가지수선물거래인 KOSP1200 선물을 이용한 헤지효과를 5개의 현물지수 포트폴리오와 상장지수펀드를 대상으로 최소분산 헤지모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. Internationalization and liberalization of financial markets increased financial risks. Consequently portfolio managers seek to develop investment techniques to minimize financial risks and optimize returns. Stock index futures contracts may offer an effective method for hsk management to investors such as banks, securities companies, investment trusts and insurance companies. The objective of this paper is to test and compare the hedging effectiveness of three techniques of the minimum variance hedging model in Korea stock index futures market, specially KOSPI200. Each method is explained and compared using recent data from November 1st of 2006 to October 31st of 2008 as follows. (1) Price Change Hedge Ratio In this case the minimum variance hedging ratio is calculated as ◁수식 삽입▷ (원문을 참조하세요), under OLS conditions where h is regarded to be independent of the time interval over which the price change occurs. Second, maturity effect show that four week hedge effectiveness has the highest hedging effectiveness. Third, hedging effectiveness of price change hedging ratio, percentage price hedging ratio and log-price growth hedging ratio has no significant difference.

        로렌스의 작품에 나타난 인물 유형 연구 : 『무지개』와 초기 중단편의 이원론적 인물을 중심으로

        Lawrence's dualism is one of the central principles of his theory of aesthetics, Particularly those related to his characters His dualistic world is composed of two polarities of dark and light which symbolize spirit and flesh respectively These two polarized worlds are always prone to seek balance, or conciliation by menas of a spark of Holy Ghost There are many common factors between Lawrence's dualism and the oriental one of dark and light All of the characters can be groped along a spectrum of dark, light and the third type which contains both properties of dark and light from the point of view of Lawrence's dualism Here I wish to explore types of the dualistic characters in the Rainbow and his early short stones and novellas In the Rainbow Tom with blood intimacy who has dark properties unites himself with Lydia of light properties who came from the outer world, and eventually they establish a star equilibrium Anna marries Will Anna is the daylight and Will shadow, and in their marriage the union of opposites achieves a partial fulfillment, but for Ursula and Skrebensky there is no such fullness in union He is a character of light properties, full of social duty, and desires to engulf Ursula who is the third type character of halp_dark properties like Paul in Sons and Lovers Skrebensky has nothing to bring out a union with Ursula Alone therefore, she has to harmonize the dark with her own light before cleanisng and regeneration may come to her It is this that she tries to achieve in the closing pages Although class separateness is a main motif of "Daughters of the Vicar," Lawrence focuses on the ideal union of man and woman beyond the convention and artificial morality What unites Lousia and Alfred is the vital power of life, "the Jet of life" which both of them posses abundantly as the dark properties whereas Mary is obsessed with class consciousness under the harsh upbringing of her parents In other words Lawrence is dramatizing the theme of upper class sterility and the saving of an upper class woman by the vitality and superior human values of a working man In "the Love among the Haystacks," it is warm-hearted tenderness that can come to fulfill balance in Geoffrey and Lidia while on the other hand it is this tendeness that is apparently missing in the encounter between Maurice and the governess In "Ordor of Chrysanthemums" the chrysanthemums play a major role in the theme of this short story

        상가건물 임대차의 실태분석 및 제도 개선방안

        In commercial property lease contract, guarantee of rights is a problem of survival for the small businesses. In order to guarantee commercial tenants’ stable business period and security deposit, the ‘Commercial Property Lease Protection Law’ was established in 2002 and amended 7 times until August 2013; however, to this day, due to incomplete regulation, confusion in interpreting them, and abuse by the leaser, the effectiveness of the regulation is still in question. Therefore, the objective of this research is to uncover issues of the regulation based on the analysis on current condition of commercial property lease and propose improvement plans. Analysis on 8,000 effective samples against small businesses, several issues were uncovered, including lease increase upper limit and leaser’s right to demand contract extension; the following are improvement plans. Firstly, to increase the protection rate of commercial tenants, the commercial lease laws must be amended such that the subject to which Commercial Property Lease Protection Law is applied is expanded. Secondly, deposit limit must be maintained while not converting the rent money to deposit. Thirdly, the 12% annual rent money conversion rate must be lowered through amendment of enforcement decrees. Lastly, as part of improvement plan for maximum rent period, an adequate plan would be to extend the right to request lease renewal from the current 5 years to a minimum of 7 or 10 years. 상가건물 임대차 계약에서 임차인의 권리보장은 소상공인에게는 생존의 문제이다. 상가임차인의 안정적인 영업기간과 보증금 등을 보장하기 위해 2002년「상가건물임대차보호법」을 제정, 2013년 8월까지 모두 7 차례나 개정하였다. 그러나 법규정 미비, 법해석상 혼란 및 임대인의 악용으로 동법의 실효성이 여전히 문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 상가임대차 실태분석을 토대로 동법의 문제점을 도출하고, 이의개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 전국 소상공인을 상대로 8,000개 유효 표본을 분석한 결과 보호대상범위, 임대료 인상 상한선, 임차인의 계약갱신요구권 등의 문제점을 도출하였으며, 이의 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상가임차인의 보호비율을 확대하려면 상가건물임대차보호법의 적용대상을 확대하는 방향으로 상가건물임대차보호법이 개정되어야 한다. 둘째, 보증금액의 상한제를 유지하면서 월차임을 보증금에 환산시키지 않아야 함과 동시에 시행령 개정을 통하여 연 12% 월차임 전환률을 하향 조정할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 최장존속기간의 개선방안으로 임대차계약갱신청구권을 현행 5년에서 최소 7년 또는 10년으로 연장하는 방안이 타당하다.
