To develop memory foams for the insole of shoes. In order to examine the effect that the types of foam plays on compression set, shape memory characteristics commercial EVA foams and shape memory foams were produced. Cross-linking agents are used in the production of the shape memory foam. The effects that the types of crosslinking agents have on the shape memory characteristics. Shape memory foams appeared to have excellent shape recovery property. They experienced less plastic deformation to compression than the regular foams. Therefore, shape memory foam proved to be more suited for the insole of shoes than the commercial EVA foam. As the percentage of sulfur increased in the cross-linking agent that is used in the production of the shape memory foam, the shape memory characteristic also improved significantly.

The purpose of this research is the effects of the sport centers satisfaction and repurchasing intention according to the instructors' teaching types so I will find for development of sport center. I corrected Data for this study at August, 2008. Data for this study were obtained by using convenience sampling method from samples of customers (n=544). It was analyzed by Windows SPSS 15.0 Version and it was used Frequency analysis, internal consistency reliability, correlation analysis multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows; 1.The effects of the sport center satisfaction according to the instructors' teaching types. The effects of the sport center program satisfaction according to the instructors' teaching types have p<.01 at plan, corporation. The effects of the sport center facilities, promotion, price satisfaction according to the instructors' teaching types have p<.01 at corporation. 2.The effects of the repurchasing intention according to the instructors' teaching types. The effects of the repurchasing intention according to the instructors' teaching types have p<.01 acorporation. 3. The effects of the repurchasing intention according to the sport center's satisfaction. The effects of the repurchasing intention according to the sport center satisfaction types have p<.01 promotion satisfaction.

태권도지도자의 변혁적-거래적 리더십과 선수만족과의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 변혁적-거래적 리더십과 선수만족이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인함으로써 선수들의 만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 바람직한 리더십 유형을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2008년 현재 대한 태권도협회에 등록된 고등학교·대학교 태권도 선수 전체를 모집단으로 설정하고, 제38회 협회장기전국단체대항태권도대회 참가한 고등부, 대학부, 제35회 전국대학태권도개인선수권대회 대학부에서 총 1,000명을 표집대상으로 선정하여 유층집락무선표집법을 사용하여 표집을 선정하였다. 조사방법은 본 연구자가 사전에 교육된 조사원 3명과 함께 직접 배부하고 자기평가기입법에 의거하여 설문을 회수하였으며, 회수된 설문지 가운데 응답성이 불성실하거나 조사 내용의 일부가 누락된 자료를 제외한 923부(92.3%)를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 일반적 특성은 빈도분석에 의해 파악되었다. 설문지의 타당도 검사를 위하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고, 신뢰도 분석을 위하여 cronbach`s α를 산출하였으며, 태권도 경기 지도자의 리더십이 선수만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도지도자의 변혁적 리더십 요인들 중 카리스마와 지적자극은 운동만족에 정적 영향을 미치며, 동기부여, 카리스마, 그리고 지적자극은 생활만족에는 정적으로, 그리고 부정적 만족에는 부적으로 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 태권도지도자의 거래적 리더십 요인들 중 조건적 보상은 운동만족과 생활만족에 정적 영향을 미치며, 조건적 보상과 예외적 관리는 부정적 만족에 부적 영향을 미친다. 종합해 볼 때, 본 연구의 결과는 태권도 선수의 만족을 유도하기 위해서는 올바른 지도 유형의 정립이 요구됨을 시사한다. 태권도 선수로 구성된 팀의 효율성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 지도자와 선수 그리고 학교의 상호보완적 협력 체제를 구축하는 것이 가장 바람직한 방안이 될 것이다. The population was the entire list of high school and college taekwondo players registered at Korea Taekwondo Association as of 2008. Using stratified cluster random sampling, a total of 1,000 players were sampled that competed in the high school or college category at the 38th National Taekwondo Group Tournament to win the medal of the head of the association or in the college category at the 35th National Taekwondo Tournament for College Students. As for methodology, the investigator personally distributed the questionnaires in tandem with three researchers that received training in advance. The subjects were asked to fill them out in a self-administrative method. After excluding the questionnaires whose answers were not sincere or were missing, a total of 923 (92.3%) were used in the study as valid samples. The general characteristics of the collected data were examined with frequency analysis. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted to test the questionnaire`s validity. Cronbach`s α was obtained for reliability analysis. Correlation analysis was followed to investigate the relations among the variables. And multiple regression analysis was carried out to investigate the influences of taekwondo instructors` leadership on the satisfaction of players. The level of statistical significance was set at p<.05. The findings led to the following conclusions: First, charisma and intellectual stimulation of the elements of taekwondo instructors` transformational leadership had positive impacts on the players` satisfaction with exercise; and motivation, charisma, and intellectual stimulation had positive impacts on their satisfaction with life and negative impacts on their negative satisfaction. Secondly, conditional reward of the elements of taekwondo instructors` transactional leadership had positive impacts on the players` satisfaction with exercise and life; and conditional reward and exceptional management had negative impacts on their negative satisfaction. In short, the results imply that there should be the right leadership styles established in order to inspire taekwondo players` satisfaction. In addition, the most desirable approach will be to build a mutually supplementary system of cooperation among the instructors, players, and schools in order to maximize the efficiency of taekwondo teams.

The findings led to the following conclusions: First, while motivation, charisma, and intellectual stimulation of the elements of taekwondo instructors` transformational leadership had positive impacts on the players` emotional and normative commitment, motivation and charisma had positive impacts on their ongoing commitment. Secondly, while conditional reward of the elements of taekwondo instructors` transactional leadership had positive impacts on the players` emotional and normative commitment, exceptional management had positive impacts on their ongoing commitment. In short, the results imply that there should be the right leadership styles established in order to inspire taekwondo players` organizational commitment. In addition, the most desirable approach will be to build a mutually supplementary system of cooperation among the instructors, players, and schools in order to maximize the efficiency of taekwondo teams.

태권도장의 관계마케팅전략과 고객지향성이 도장경영성과에 미치는 영향

This study is an empirical study of relationship marketing in Takwondo academies that investigates its influences on the perceived management performance and to provide basic materials for establishing management strategies. Thus, this study is to be required for the evaluation of customer management and providing possible feedbacks. The subjective of this study was configured by workers who belonged their Taekwondo academy located in Seoul and Gyunggi areas as a mother group. Then, a total of 430 questionnaires were distributed by applying a convenience sampling method from a nonprobability sampling method. The conclusions obtained from this study can be summarized as follows: First, in the results of the analysis of the influence of the relationship marketing strategy on customer orientation, it is evident that it affects the customer orientation. Second, in the results of the analysis of the influence of the relationship marketing strategy on perceived management performance, it is evident that it affects the perceived management performance. Third, in the results of the analysis of the influence of the customer orientation of workers on perceived management performance, the performance represented a high level according to the high level in the customer orientation.

태권도 지도자의 지도유형이 지도자 신뢰 및 지도만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research is the effects of the Taekwondo masters' trust and satisfaction according to the masters’ teaching types so I will find for development of sport center. Data for this study were obtained by using convenience sampling method from samples of customers (n=207). It was analyzed by Windows SPSS 15.0 Version and it was used Frequency analysis, internal consistency reliability, correlation analysis multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The effects of the Taekwondo masters' sincerity and open mind according to the masters’ teaching types have propulsion, corporation, plan. The effects of the Taekwondo masters' ability and altruism according to the masters’ teaching types have p<.001 at corporation. The effects of the Taekwondo masters' consistency according to the masters’ teaching types have propulsion, corporation. 2. The effects of the Taekwondo masters' internal satisfaction and external satisfaction according to the masters’ teaching types have propulsion and corporation. 3. The effects of the Taekwondo masters' internal satisfaction according to the masters’ trust have sincerity, consistency, altrusim .and external satisfaction according to the masters’ trust have sincerity, consistency and altruism, and open mind.

지체장애인의 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  이 연구는 신경증, 우울, 사회통합, 사회적 지지가 지체장애인의 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 수행되었다. 이 연구를 위하여 전국의 장애인복지관 및 관련 협회를 이용하는 지체장애인 315명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 신경증, 우울, 사회통합, 사회적 지지가 지체장애인의 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 신경증, 우울, 사회통합, 사회적 지지가 지체장애인의 주관적 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 신경증이 낮을수록, 우울이 낮을수록, 사회통합이 높을수록, 사회적 지지가 높을수록 지체장애인의 주관적 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 의의, 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.   This study explored the relation between neuroticism, depression, social integration, social support and subjective quality of life of the physically disabled persons(aged 18 over). The sample of this study included 315 physically disabled persons. To analyze the incremental effect of antecedents variables on the subjective quality of life of the physically disabled persons, a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted on the demographic variables, neuroticism, depression, social integration, and social support. The results showed that the level of income, neuroticism, depression, social integration and social support significantly influenced the subjective quality of life of the physical disabled persons. That is, the higher the income, the perceived social support and the social integration, the higher the perceived subjective quality of life of the physically disabled persons. The lower the neuroticism and depression, the higher the perceived subjective quality of life of the physically disabled persons. Finally, implications and needs for future research are discussed.

Silica contaminates frequently accidental wounds, but most silica-contaminated wounds heal uneventfully with normal scarring. In exceptional cases, a delayed hypersensitivity granulomatous reaction occurs at the site of the old scar. We report a case of silica granuloma in a 30-year-old female. She had presented four discrete asymptomatic, mildly erythematous to skin colored papules or deep-seated nodules on upper extremity and trunk for 3 months. Histopathology of right upper arm lesion showed a well-demarcated conglomerate nodule in subcutaneous tissue, composed of numerous non-caseating granulomas without central necrotic or hyalinized foci. Small polarizable birefractile fibrous particles are found within the nodule. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) revealed thin needle shaped fibers with fracture ends and energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDXA) of the fiber showed major peak for a silica component.
