저온플라즈마 처리조건이 신발 중창용 EVA 발포체의 접착력에 미치는 영향

The surfaces of injection and pressure-molded sheets of polyethylene-covinylacetate)(EVA) foams used for shoe mid-sole were treated with low temperature plasma to improve adhesion with a water-based polyurethane adhesives. Several experimental variables were considered, such as radio frequency power, treating time, type of gas, gas flow, and distance between electrode and sample. The modificated surface by plasma treatment were characterized using contact angle meter, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), universal testing machine(UTM). Adhesion was tested by T-peel tests of treated EVA foams/polyurethane adhesive joints. The treatment in the low temperature plasma produced a noticeable decrease in contact angle. The peel strength of EVA foams treated with plasma was increased with plasma treating time, and gas flow.
지방자치단체 직무발명에 대한 연구; 충청북도를 중심으로

지방자치단체의 직무발명의 규정 및 활동에 관한연구를 위하여 1990년에서 2007년 사이의 충청북도의 직무발명 특허를 분석하였다. 특허출원 및 등록 건수가 지속적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 전체 출원특허의 약 72%가 등록유지 상태를 보이고 있어, 직무발명 출원 대비 특허 등록유지 비율이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. E02B 와 G10D 등 특정분야의 직무발명은 특정 지자체에서만 이루어지는 현상을 나타내었다. 특정 소수의 발명자에 의해 대부분의 직무발명이 이루어지는 것이 아니라 다수의 발명자에 의해 다양하게 직무발명이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. To study employee's inventions belonging to local government, we analysed the patents applied by Chungchungbukdo since 1990 to 2007. Number of patents registrated and applied by Chungchungbukdo increased each year. 72% of total patents have been registrated, Patents in special category as E02B and G10D were applied by specific local governments such as Youngdonggun and Yeasangun. We also recognized that thkdoe employee's inventions were not being registrated by few inventors, instead many inventors were registrating variety of mployee's inventions.
열방성 액정 Copoly(ether-ester) 탄성체의 합성 및 특성

Block copolymers with poly(tetrametnylene glycol) (PTMG) or poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) spacers of different length and the 4.4、 -(terephthaloydioxy) dibenzoyl unit have been synthesised by interfacial polymerization. Copolymers were characterised for solubility behavior behavior and by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, DSC, TGA, and polarizing microsocopy. Thermal properties were found to be dependent on average length of hard segment as well as of the polyether segment. All copolyesters were elastomeric at room temperature. Thermtopic liquid crystalline behavior was found for all block copolyester and orginated from the hard segment.
계면중합에 의한 Dibutylphthalate의 마이크로 캡슐화

Polyurethane microcapsules containing dibutylphthalate(DBP) were prepared by the interfacial polymerization using diisocyanates and polyols. Effects of chemical structure of PU, dispersing agent and polymerization time on the mean diameter of microcapsules were investigated. The diameter decreased with increasing dispersing agent concentration, and it is decreased in the order of the dispersing agents using gelatine 〉PVA〉arabic gum at the same concentration. A slight increase in diameter was observed when the ratio CH₂/OOCNH of PU was increased. The releasing of DBP from microcapsules depended on the chemical structure of PU and extracting medium. As the ratio CH₂/OOCNH of PU was increased, the amount of extracted DBP for hexane using as a extracting solvent was decreased, however, it was not changed for THF.

Radio frequency(r.f.) plasma polymerization of acrylic acid has been used to modify the surface properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) film. The modifications produced on the PET film surface by plasma graft with acrylic acid was assessed using contact angle measurement, NMR spectroscopy, infrared-attenuated total reflection spectroscopy(FTIR-ATR). FTIR-ATR spectra of the treated film and transmission spectra of plasma polymer films onNaCl windows indicated that as power increased the CO/H ratio increased. The treament in plasma graft produced a noticeable decrease in contact angle, which can be mainly ascribed to the creation of COOH moieties on the PET film. Graft yield of acrylic acid on PET film by plasma polymerization is about 1wt%.
친수성 고분자와의 용액 블렌딩에 의한 PAN의 대전성 개선

To increase the moisture regain and thereby to reduce the static charge of polyacrylonitrile (PAN), blends of PAN with hydroxypropyl cellulose(HPC), a hydrophilic polymer, were prepared. Results indicated a significant increase in moisture regain and drastic drop in static charge to approximately 1/12 of PAN at 4% HPC. However, the tensile strength of blend decreased with HPC content due mainly to incompatible nature of the binary blends. Addtion of cyanoethylated HPC(CEC) or polyacrylonitrile-g-HPC(GHP) to the PAN/HPC binary system reduced the dispersed phase domain to appromaximately 1/10 of the binary blends and resulted in an increased tensile strength to a level close to PAN.
