산업부산물인 가네트를 이용한 콘크리트의 성질개선에 관한 기초적 연구

본 연구는 부존자원의 고갈화 문제에 따른 신소재 개발이라는 성자원적인 측면과 산업부산물의 재활용이라는 환경친화적인 측면에 상응하여 현재 경북지역에서 발생하는 산업 폐기물인 가네트를 대상으로 제반 물성 실험을 통하여 콘크리트 제조시 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 실험실적을 통해 그 가능성을 검토하였다. 그 결과 가네트 미분말은 포졸란 반응성과 상관관계를 갖는 실리카와 알루미나의 함유량이 약 50% 정도로써 화학조성상 혼화재로서 사용 가능성을 보여 주었으며, 응결시간은 가네트 치환량이 많아 질수록 다소 줄어드는 것으로 나타났으며, 플로우 시험결과 일반 모르터에 비해 가네트의 사용량이 많아짐에 따라 플로우치가 약간씩 증가하는 경향을 보이며 콘크리트에 활용시 시공연도를 증진시켜 줄 것으로 기대된다. 또한 모르터에 대한 압축강도 시험결과 물결합재비에 따라 약간씩의 차이는 있지만 대체적으로 일반 모르터에 비해 약간씩 압축강도를 상회하고 있으며 최고의 강도 발현율은 치환율 10% 정도로 사료되며, 기존 혼화재(실리카 흄, 플라이애쉬)에 비해 동수준의 강도 발현율을 나타냄으로써, 콘크리트 제조시 시멘트 절감효과 및 성질개선을 위한 혼화재로써의 사용가능성을 보여 주었다. This paper investigated the possibility of appling to concrete through fundamental experiment for garnet, which was industrial wastes generated in kyung pook region, in aspects of development of new materials and recycling of industrial wastes due to shortage of natural resources. Consequently, garnet powder showed the possibility of admixture as showed in the chemical composition because the content of silica and alumina in relation to pozzolanic activity was about 50%. The time of setting was more or less diminished as the increasing of replacement ratio of garnet. In flow test, flow values tended to increase to some degree as the increasing of replacement ratio of garnet. Therefore, application of garnet was expected to improve the workability of concrete. The compressive strength of mortar replaced by garnet was respectively increased as compared with plain mortar and the maximum strength was showed in replaced by 10%, however a little different to the change of W/B ratio. Also, the possibility of admixture to reduce the amount of cement and to improve the property of concrete was showed as the strength of mortar replaced by garnet was comparable to that by existing admixture(silica fume, fly-ash).

Writers were attended at the meeting which was held at Yanbian University Science & Technology in China from Aug. 2nd to 5th. During the meeting Study tour was conducted along the Duman River at the China side. Writers looked the hill slope along the Duman River, Hoeryoung City, and Musan City. Status on Farmland development in N. Korea could be observed.
유공의 형상 및 간격에 따른 철근콘크리트 다공보의 내력 및 변형특성에 관한 연구

This study is aimed to investigate on the structural properties(such as strength, failure mode, ductility) of beams with multiple openings reinforced with square tube or circular tube. The main parameter are follows ; 1) shape of openings, 2) space of openings. From the result, It is obtained that reinforced concrete beams with square tube were superior to those with circular tube in the strength and the ductile capacity that the structural advantages were high as the space of openings was wider.
강관을 이용한 철근콘크리트 다공보의 구조적 특성에 관한 연구

This study is aimed to investigate on the structural properties(like as strength, failure mode, ductility) of beams with multiple openings reinforced with steel tube of square. The main parameters are follows ; 1) location of openings, 2) the Number of opening, 3) existence of opening or not. When the locations of opening are respectively maximal moment zone, maximal shear zone, co-existence zone of moment and shear, the specimen with opening at mammal moment zone is not less than that without opening in terms of strength and ductility. The specimen with opening at shear zone and both zone is expected to carry the structural performance correspondent to beam without openings by varying the number and reinforcing method of opening.
초기재령에서의 플라이애쉬 치환율에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 수축특성

The purpose of this study is to investigate the autogenous shrinkage of high strength concrete at early age according to the fly ash content. The high strength concrete which investigated in this study has 8% of SF/B ratio and 24.9% of W/B content, and the fly ash content of the specimen were 0%,5%,10%,15%,20% respectively. The specimen size is 10×10×40㎝ and The shrinkage strain was measured by the embeded gauge at the each end of the specimen. From the experiment we observed that the autogenous shrinkage was remarkably decreased by fly ash and higher fly ash contents leads out lower autogenous shrinkage quantity.
