        한우정자의 일반성장 , 보존성 및 내동성에 관한 연구

        Semen were collected from 20 Korean bulls raised in Kyunggi Province with artificial vagina and quality, preservability in liquid state with and without glycerol and freezability were investigated. The results obtained in this study were summarized as follows: 1. Volume of semen, initial sperm motility index, number of sperm per ㎖ of semen, abnormality, pH and mounting times till ejaculation was 4.4㎖, 83.7, 10.3×10^8, 13.6%, 6.4 and 2.2, respectively. 2. In the case of liquid semen stored at 5℃ for 7 days, sperm motility index of diluted semen with glycerol was higher than that of diluted semen without glycerol. 3. Freeze-thawed semen which was stored at 5℃ for 6 days decreased slightly its sperm motility index during 1 and 2 days, but rapidly thereafter. 4. Forty-five percentage of the bull ejaculated showed more than 41 sperm motility index after freeze-thawing.

        저속 초광대역 방식의 무선 측위에 알맞은 신호 도착 방향 추정 기법 두 가지

        IEEE802.15.4a 표준 채널 환경에 적합한 신호모형과 평균가중 도착각 추정기법을 제안하여 저속 초광대역 방식에 근거한 무선측위 시스템에 시용되는 신호 클러스터의 도착각 매개변수를 추정하고, 종래 추정방식들과 비교해 추정성능이 우수한 두 가지 방식을 제안한다. 클러스터 수가 많은 채널 환경에서는 평균 주사백터기반의 도착각 추정방식이, 클러스터 수가 작은 채널에서는 평균기중 주사백터 방식의 도착각 추정이 더 정확함을 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 보인다 또한, 신호대 잡음비를 변화시켜도 항상 제안 방식의 성능이 우수함을 알 수 있으며, 제안 방식은 신호대 잡음비가 증가함에 따라 추정오차가 감소함도 알 수 있다. The signal model and weighted-average based estimation techniques are proposed to estimate the angle-of-arrival (ADA) parameters of multiple clusters for a low data rate ultrawide band (LR-UWB) based wireless positioning system. It is observed that the weighted-average based AOA estimation technique gives an optimal AOA estimate under few clusters condition, and the average based AOA estimation technique gives a correct AOA estimate under many clusters condition through computer simulation. Also, we can observe that the variance estimation error decreases as SNR increases, and the proposed techniques are superior to the conventional technique from the viewpoint of performance.

        돼지 성조절에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the sex ratio between the natural born pigs and B-body test sperm, which the data were obtained from a total of 1.242 pigs born at Swine Farm, Jeil Sugar Co. And it was attempted the sedimentary and galvanic separation. of X-and Y-bearing spermatozoa with 4 boar semens at College of Agriculture, Seoul National University. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The natural sex ratio of pigs born was about 50%, and B-body test sperm was a-so about 50%. It was, therefore, statistically non-significant differences of the sex ratio between the natural born pigs and B-body test sperm. 2. The B-body test sperm obtained from Fractionated semen was similar to B-body sperm of control 3. Spermatozoa of swine were separated into different fractions by sedimentation. B-body rest sperm to anode was 53.70%, and the B-body from bottom was 33.43%. 4. The swine semen could separate X- and Y-bearing sperm by galvanization without interfering the sperm liability. In galvanization of sperm, the percentage of the B-body sperm induced to anode was 60.4%, while the sperm to cathode was 28.15%. This experiments with seminal galvanization and sedimentation for the separation of X- and Y-bearing sperm have been exclusively conducted with swine. Since the data presented in this report were still unstable, more detail research would, so far, be needed.
