This paper analyzed the effects of rotational stiffness of wedge connection between vertical and horizontal members of system supports. By simulating the connection condition both a hinge connection, which is considered in the design stage, and a spring with the rotational stiffness reflecting the actual behavior, the critical buckling load and the maximum combination stress ratio are compared. The results show that hinge condition somewhat underestimate the actual behavior of vertical members of system supports. However, it is also noted that the horizontal member represents the increased stress due to the rotational stiffness of the connection.

In this study, numerical modeling was performed to analyze air flow including radiation heat transfer inside a small chamber. Characteristics of heat transfer between source plate and target through glass are investigated for various surface temperature of heat source plate with buoyancy effect due to gravity force. Conduction heat transfer through the glass is considered and heat source plate is assumed to be a black body. Target surface temperature is largely affected by the radiation heat transfer. It can also be seen that as the source temperature increases target surface is dominated by radiation rather than convective heat transfer by air.

The purpose of this study is to provide client safety and health management duty in the construction industry. Most regulations did not give direct roles and duty to client in construction industry. As a result of the survey on construction workers who have the greatest influence on the prevention of industrial accidents, the clients and constructors chose contractor the most. Safety managers and supervisors chose client the most. Therefore, it is necessary to manage safety and health centered on the client in order to prevent fundamental disasters.

Collapse of reinforced earth retaining wall due to improper design and construction is still occurring during construction and operation. While most studies of reinforced retaining walls are focused on the mechanistic behavior, there is little study on the improvement of assessment item, which is used to examine the safety of retaining wall, based on the existed inspection data. This study proposed new weighting factor of assessment item by utilizing multiple regression analysis technique, AHP method, and entropy method for the existed inspection data of reinforced earth retaining wall. Compared to the existed weighting factor, the value and the rank of proposed weighting factors are changed. By applying the proposed weighting factors to the existing retaining walls of 161 sites, fragility region of 47 sites is changed.

In this study, numerical modeling was performed to analyze wet air flow through a coaxial pipe subject to dew condensation for various outer surface temperatures of the inner pipe. The wet air was assumed to be of 20℃ and 80 % RH at constant velocity at inlet and the outer surface of coaxial pipe was considered to be under adiabatic condition. For 4 cases of inner pipe surface temperature ranging from 1℃ to 7℃, the distributions of flow parameters such as temperature, velocity and density were examined and compared. Also condensate mass fraction distributions for each case model were investigated and it was found that for the case of 7℃condition, the condensate mass fraction was about 0.0032 which is 2.4 times smaller than that of 1℃ condition.

건설현장에서 발생한 재해의 70~80%는 소규모 건설현장에서 발생하고 있다. 소규모 사업장의 재해특성을 파악하기 위해서는 우선적으로 재해지표를 분석하여야 하나, 소규모 사업장의 재해지표를 세부적으로 분석한 연구는 부족한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 소규모 건설 현장의 산업재해 예방대책 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 건설업의 산업재해 현황분석 자료를 분석하였다. 2010년에서 2014년까지 5년 동안의 산업재해현황 자료를 근거로 사업장 규모에 따른 재해율, 사망만인율, 재해발생형태별 사망자 수, 뇌심혈관 사망자 수, 소규모 건설현장의 여성근로자 재해 등을 상세하게 분석한 결과, 건설 현장의 전체 재해율과 사망만인율은 300인 미만 사업장의 재해율과 사망만인율과 유사한 경향을 나타내나, 300인 인상의 대규모 사업장의 재해율과 사망만인율은 변화폭이 작은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사업장 규모가 감소될수록 재해율은 증가하며, 연도별 재해율의 변화폭도 큰 것으로 나타나는 특징을 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 소규모 사업장의 재해 감소가 건설업 재해 감소에 효과적인 방법으로 판단된다. 재해 형태별 분석결과도, 모든 재해 형태에서 사업장 규모가 감소될수록 재해자 수가 증가되는 것을 확인할 수 있으며, 뇌심혈관 사망자와 여성근로자의 재해도 300인 미만 사업장에서 대부분 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. The accidents in the small construction workplace(SCW) account for 70~80 percent of all construction workplace. In order to investigate the accident characteristics of SCW, accident statics should be analyzed first. However, there is little research on the accident statics of SCW in detail. This paper analyzed the accident characteristic of SCW using the “Analysis on the Industrial Accident in Korea” in order to provide fundamental data which is helpful for drawing accident prevention methods. Base on the accident data from 2010 to 2014, various statics such as accident rate, rate of fatal injuries, the number of accident victim according to accident type, the brain cardiovascular deaths, and accidents of female workers by considering the size of workplace. Results show that the accident rate and rate of fatal injuries in workplace with less than 300 employees showed similar trend to those in total construction workplace. However, the accident statistics such as accident rate and rate of fatal injuries in the workplace with 300 employees or more represented little variation along with annual data. In addition, as the size of workplace decreased, the accident rate increased and the variations were more pronounced. Therefore, the decrement of accidents in the SCW will be effective to reduce the accident rate in the total construction workplace. Considering the accident type, the number of accident victim in all accident types was increased with the decrement of the size of workplace. The brain cardiovascular deaths and accident of female worker were found to occur mostly in the workplace with less then 300 employees.
산업재해 현황분석 자료를 활용한 국내 건설업 재해 특성 -2010년에서 2014년 통계-

본 연구에서는 건설업의 재해 예방에 대한 기초자료를 제시하기 위해 건설업의 산업재해 현황분석 자료를 다양한 측면에서 분석하였다. 건설업의 재해율은 2009년 이후 증가하고 있으나, 사망만인율은 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 건설업의 사망만인율이 제조업보다는 매년 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 사업장 규모별 차이에 따른 분석결과 “50인 미만 소규모 사업장”이 건설업 전체 산업재해의 상당 부분을 차지하고 있으며, 노동시장의 고령화로 고령자의 재해가 전체 재해의 과반수를 넘는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 재해발생 형태는 추락재해가 해마다 가장 많은 재해형태이며, 지속적으로 증가하고 있으므로 추락재해의 대책과 예방이 우선적으로 실시되어야 한다. “Analysis On The Industrial Accident” has been analyzed in various aspects to build basic statistic in order to examine the effective prevention measures of industrial accidents in the construction work place. The injury ratio of construction industry is continuously increasing after 2009 while the fatal ratio is decreasing. However, the fatal ratio of construction industry is still higher than that of manufacturing industry. Analyzing the size of workplace, it is found that the most accident was occurred in the small-scale construction workplace under 50 workers. Furthermore, the effects of population aging on labor market gave a serious problem that the injuries about 65% were occurred over 50 years of age. The most occurred accident type is fallen accident and the number of injured workers by fallen accident is continuously increasing. It seems that the priority access for prevention of fallen accidents is needed.

RFID 기술의 발달로 인해 다양한 분야에 RFID 기술이 사용되고 있고, RFID 디바이스도 다양해지고 있다. 하지만 RFID시스템을 위한 미들웨어는 단순히 인식만을 지원하고 디바이스를 개발하는 제조사 고유의 인터페이스를 사용하여 응용 및 개발을 어렵게 만들고 있다. 본 논문에서는 본 논문에서는 임베디드 RFID 미들웨어를 위해서 CC/PP 프로파일과 UPnP 기능이 추가된 적응형 임베디드 RFID 미들웨어를 제안 및 구현한다.
