Multiple Auditory Steady-State Response(MASTER)을 이용한 유소아의 청력검사

This study was done to compare thresholds between those of Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) with clicks or tonebursts and Multiple Auditory Steady-State Response (MASTER). The results would give a promising tool for evaluating frequency-specific hearing sensitivity in infants or young children. The correlation coefficient value between the click ABR thresholds and MASTER thresholds at carrier frequencies, 500, 1,000, 2,000 Hz, and 4,000 Hz was obtained at Pearson 0.91, 0.94, 0.93, and 0.91.

본 연구는 IT자산을 효율적.이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위하여 IT 서비스별 원가를 계산하는 IT Cost 모형을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 사례기업의 현행 IT Cost 모델과 비교분석함으로써 새로운 모델에 대한 활용가능성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 기존에 많은 연구가 이루진 회계학분야의 ABC적용에 관한 연구에서 나아가 효율적인 IT서비스를 제공하기 위한 IT Cost를 계산하기 위하여 ABC의 자원(Resource)과 활동(Activity) 그리고 원가대상(Cost Object)에 대하여 각각 비용계정(Cost Account), 비용중심점(Cost Center), 원가대상(Cost Object)의 구조로 대응하여 IT Cost모델을 설계함으로써 IT Cost를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계적인 기틀을 제시하였다. 둘째, 비용계정(Cost Account)을 가트너 그룹이 제시한 TCO 구분체계로 설정함으로써 전산관련 예산에 포함되는 직접비용뿐만 아니라 사용자 운영비, 서비스 정지 및 기능장애로 인한 손실비용과 같이 숨겨진 간접비용까지 관리할 수 있는 IT Cost 모델을 제시하였다. 셋째, IT원가관리를 위해 시스템을 구축하는 절차는 기업마다 매우 다양하게 접근할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 IT원가관리에 대하 미흡과 그동안의 인식부족으로 실제 사례에 대한 부족하여 방향성을 제시해 주지 못하고 있기 때문에 본 연구는 IT원가모델을 설계하려는 기업들에게 학습의 기회를 제공하여 줄 수 있는 참고모델이 될 것이다. This study can provide the companies with all round viewpoint of IT Cost model design. This is also an ongoing case study to present factors which need to be considered to design IT Cost model. The result of the IT Cost model shows that the accuracy and reliance on IT cost information depends on the importance of the direct cost. To make it more efficient. It can summerised follows;First, Cost account should be able to consisted with TCO system to compute the unit cost. Second, cost center should be designed as a system that IT cost can be totalized directly. Third, cost driver should be set properly after understanding the relation among cause and effect of cost account, cost center and cost object.

Design of Permanent Magnet Solenoid Valve for Electric Vehicle AVH

The solenoid valve for traction control valve (TCV) responsible for the automatic vehicle hold (AVH) function of electric vehicles require a continuous supply of power to the magnetic coil in order to operate. When power is continuously supplied, heat is generated because of the resistance of the magnetic coil, which leads to deterioration of the periphery of the solenoid valve and deteriorates durability. To prevent this, when power is applied to the solenoid valve for TCV for more than a certain period of time, the power supply is automatically turned off and the AVH function is controlled to be performed by the electronic parking brake (EPB). In this study, we designed, manufactured, and verified the permanent magnet solenoid valve of TCV for AVH that can minimize unnecessary power consumption of electric vehicle batteries. For the design of the permanent magnet solenoid valve, the location, polarity direction and specifications of the permanent magnet within the solenoid valve were studied through finite element analysis. In order to check whether the braking function by the permanent magnet is maintained even when the current is cut off at AVH’s TCV solenoid valve, electronic control unit (ECU) and electronic stability control (ESC) were manufactured and evaluated for actual vehicle testing. Therefore, it was possible to manufacture a permanent magnet solenoid valve that minimizes unnecessary power consumption of the battery because it does not require power supply even when the car is stopped for a long time in the AVH function of the electric vehicle.

장애학생 관련 학교폭력에 대한 A 중학교 교사의 경험에 관한 질적 연구

The purpose of this study is to better understand the current state of school violence involving students with disabilities and to determine supporting measures the mitigate this violence by analyzing ‘A’ middle school teachers’ experiences. We conducted a focus group interview with five teachers that resulted in six categories and twenty sub-categories-all of these can be reduced to two broad categories. The results suggest that, first, violence of types involving students disabilities has taken place at all regardless of the time and place. We found that perpetrators often had discriminative attitudes and a low level of understanding about disabilities and school violence. Second, we found that teachers with fair and supportive attitudes are necessary to prevent school violence and to help victims recover their daily lives. In addition, we found that the intervention of teachers at initial stages, educational support to help victims‘ self-defense, and promoting a comprehensive school culture are all crucial when dealing with school violence involving students with disabilities. Lastly, we discussed various preventive measures against school violence involving students with disabilities. 이 연구의 목적은 장애학생이 관련된 학교폭력에 대한 A 중학교 교사의 경험을 분석하여 장애학생의 학교폭력 피해 현황과 실태, 지원 방안을 모색하기 위해 실행하였다. 이를 위해 5명의 교사를 연구 참여자로 선정하여 포커스그룹 면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 2개의 대 범주와 6개의 중 범주, 20개의 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 장애학생이 관련된 학교폭력은 시간과 장소에 상관없이 다양한 유형의 학교폭력 사안이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 가해학생은 장애에 대한 차별과 장애 특성에 대한 이해 부족, 학교폭력에 대해 낮은 감수성을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애학생이 관련된 학교폭력을 예방하기 위해서는 해결과정에서 공정하게 처리하고 일상으로 회복할 수 있도록 교육을 지원하는 것이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사의 초기 개입과 적극적 대처 능력이 필요하며, 장애학생을 대상으로 한 자기보호 역량 등 교육지원과 함께 포용적인 학교문화를 만드는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 논의에서는 연구 결과를 바탕으로 장애학생이 관련된 학교폭력을 예방할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out what is the functional role of VTS in order to get the people concerned with marine traffic/transportation understand about VTS. VTS could be described as the essential risk management system in both cost effective on cost-benefit analysis and the sea space or time management at port, coastal environment. The important role of the VTS are those functions such as the decision making infrastructure, the passive/active safety measures at sea. VTS could not control/regulate marine traffic as strong as ATC(Air Traffic Control) owing to the marine traffic characters. However, the right and responsibility of VTS finally are belong to the master, pilot and mariners. For the benefit of the electronic technology development, VTS system also cloud be upgraded to communication system from information system. In connection with these system upgrading, the right and responsibility of VTS/staff should be supported by domestic legal system. The followings are presented for VTS to be effective. First, the cooperation and understanding of VTS between the peoples concerned with marine traffic/transportation are essential. Because they are all data supplier and also information consumers. Second, VTS staff/regulator should be selected, educated, trained accordingly as per their career, ability, quality, qualification, certification and etc. Third, the port reliability from VTS users depends on the factors such as economic interests, safety and effectiveness/efficiency of VTS.
