        옛 마을에서 새 마을로 - 대구시의 한 도시재개발지역의 문화사 -

        Urban redevelopment project should be designed for improving residents’quality of life. But most preceding projects aimed at securing developer’s profit rather than achievement of residents’ interest. As a result, the quality of life in redevelopment area deteriorate because of insufficient public service. Established social relationship among residents were disorganized because most poor residents could not have a chance to resettle after projects. We can both inspect these problems and evaluate the relevance of alternative ways through scrutinizing an urban redevelopment area in Daegu metropolitan city. Focusing on the spatial change and the change of social relationship among residents during the last two decades, we can discern merits and demerits of urban redevelopment project. Finally, social capital theory and ‘community business’ discussion are applicable for groping desirable alternative urban redevelopment project. 도시재개발사업은 열악한 주거환경을 개선함으로써 지역민의 삶의 질의 향상을 지향해야 한다. 그러나 그간의 도시재개발사업은 지역민의 이해 관철이 아닌 개발주체의 이윤확보에 우선하였다. 그 결과 재개발지역의 공공서비스 시설의 미비에 따른 삶의 질의 저하와 기존 지역민의 재정착 기회의 배제에 따른 사회관계 해체의 문제를 초래하였다. 대구시의 한 도시재개발지역은 이러한 문제를 재조명하고 학계에서 제시된 대안적 방식의 적합성을 점검하기에 좋은 사례지역이다. 재개발사업 시행된 지 20년이 경과한 시점에서 주거공간과 지역민 사회관계에서 나타난 변화를 통해 재개발사업의 공과를 점검할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 사회적 공공성에 기초하여 공동이익을 구현하는 사회적 자본론의 논의와 사회적 취약층의 자활에 기여하는 여러 가지 실천적 논의로부터 대안적 방식의 실현 가능성을 살피고 있다.

        남해안 어촌지역 해양문화자원의 보존과 활용: 경남 거제시 구조라리를 중심으로

        Recently the demand of marine tourism is increased rapidly. Therefore a number of marine tourism development projects are implemented especially in the Southern Coast of Korea. Some novel ways making use of resource of maritime culture should be taken into account for preventing fishing villages from dysfunction occasioned by unsystematic development. Resource of maritime culture consists of resource of maritime history and maritime life-history in fishing villages. Resource of maritime culture of Geoje-do island represents self-respect and pride of the islanders who have overcome historically foreign invasions and poverty in the coastal border area. Preservation of natural and ecological environment and transmission of traditional culture can be expected through addition of resource of maritime culture into marine tourism development. Culture Contents of maritime culture including various soft programs representing maritime history and maritime life-history in fishing villages enable host and guest in maritime tourism both to establish their respective identification and to create communication space. 최근 해양관광에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있으며, 이에 따른 해양관광개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 무절제한 개발이 초래하는 부작용을 방지할 수 있는 체계적인 해양관광개발을 위해 지역의 역사, 생활문화, 민속, 문화유산과 관련된 해양사 및 해양생활사 자원을 활용하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 거제도의 수많은 해수욕장과 해금강, 외도 등 수려한 경관 위주의 관광개발은 변방의 해안지역으로서의 특성을 반영한 해양사 및 해양생활사 자원의 활용과 병행될 때, 자연 및 생태환경의 보존뿐만 아니라 지역의 고유한 문화적 전통의 보존과 적절한 전승의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 거제도의 역사적, 문화적 유산은 외침과 가난이라는 역경을 함께 극복해온 이 지역 사람들의 자존과 자긍의 상징으로서 의미를 지닌다. 이러한 해양문화자원의 콘텐츠화는 다양한 체험프로그램을 통해 이용자와 제공자 모두의 정체성 형성과 이를 통한 상호이해의 공간 형성의 기회를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

        In this paper I make a consideration on the faunal elements and the geographical distribution of remarkable species of the Heteroptera of Quelpart island. The numbers of families and species of the heteroptera of Korea and Quelpart island are as shown in table 2. (1) Several types of specific distribution: ① Cheju straits type: The southern species inhabit in Cheju island, Tsushima island and Japan proper but not entered into Korea proper. It means that the limitting line is the Cheju straits Korea straits, for instance, Glaucias subpunctatus (Walker, 1867) and Eysarcoris fallax (Breddin, 1909). ② Cheju straits- Tsushima straits type: The southern species inhabit in Cheju island and Japan proper but not distributed over the Tsushima island and Korea proper, for instance, Mizaldus lewisi Distant and as in the 3-(B) of the text. ③ Korea straits type: The species inhabit in Japan proper and Tsushima island but not into the Korea proper and Cheju island, for instance, Alcimocorisj aponensis Scott and Piezodorus rubrofasciatus Gmelin. ④ Tsushima straits type: The species inhabit in Korea and Tsushima island but not into the Japan proper. The type includs two directional limits, i.e. the first instance, Placosternum sp. inhabits in Korea proper and Tsushima island but not Japan proper and the corresponding species to it, P. alces is distributed over China, India and Ceylon. The second instance, the northern species, Pentatoma semiannulata inhabits in Korea proper, Cheju island and Tsushima island but not collected in the Japan proper, bbut recently the fossil of the species was reported from Japan by Hiura (1966). Haematoloecha rufithorax (Breddin) inhabits in Korea, Cheju island and Tsushima island only. ⑤ Korea-Formosa type: Each of corresponding species inhabits in Korea and Formosa but not in any of the intermediate areas. Rhyacobates esakii inhabits in Korea but R. takahashi inhabits in Formosa. Formerly the former was treated as the same for the latter. Sirthenea sp. inhabits in Korea proper and Cheju island, which is very similar to the Formosan species S. dimidiata, but ought to be distinguished from the latter. As above it is also remarkable that the species of Cheju straits-Tsushima straits type are more comparatively than the species of the other types. (2) The numbers of Pentatomoid species of Korea proper, Cheju island, Tsushima island and Kyushu island are given in the table 2, in which are also shown numbers of the common species between the above mentioned four districts. The relation between them also calculated, the relation-ratio of the species can be computed by the next formula: Number of common species/Number of species of standard district·This is modified from Nomura's formula: Number of common sp./Number of sp. of fewer district.(1955). It is remarkable that Cheju island is not more related to the Korea proper than the Tsushima to the same area; on the other hand, Cheju island more related to Kyushu island than the Tsushima island to the same area. This conclusion is based upon the present data of the Heteropterous fauna. The numbers of species of the component families and subfamilies of Pentatomoidea of each area are shown in the table 3. The component patterns are very similar to each other. (3) The distribution of 149 species of the Heteroptera from Cheju island may be summarized as follows. 40 species are oriental, common to Formosa or the more southern area, among which 14 species are limited to the Cheju straits and not entered to Korea proper; 11 species are on the east areas of the Asiatic continent, spread from Manchuria or the more northern area to Formosa or the more southern area; 8 species are common to Ryukyus including China or Japan; 25 species are Korea-Japan zone; 20 species are common to China including Japan and Korea; 23 species are common to Siberia including Saghaline; 9 species are Holopalaearctic; 3 species are Holarctic; 2 species are cosmopolitan and 8 species are endemic; the above is 149 species in total. On the other way, 63 species are common to the Ryukyus or the more southern areas, except the cosmopolitan species; 51 species are common to Manchuria, North China or the more northern areas, except the species in China which is not specified as northern or southern. But most of the species of China and Japan regions are thought to be belonging to the palaearctic affinities. It is also remarkable that the percentage of the common species to the Ryukyus or the southern areas is 42% of the total number, very high in comparison with nothern affinities. As above mentioned, the Cheju straits is worthy to separate from Korea proper and the island ought to be bound to a small special area in the Korea district of Sino-Manchurian subregion of Paloearctic region.

      • 동해안 어촌의 생활문화 연구 : 경주시 감포읍 G마을의 사례

        본 연구는 동해안 어촌의 생활문화를 살펴보고 있다. 이를 위해 동해안의 한 어촌을 조사지역으로 선정하여 인구학적 특성, 사회조직, 경제행위 그리고 민간신앙을 중심으로 어촌지역의 생활문화와 그 변화의 양상을 살펴보았다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구감소와 고령화에 따라 어촌생활의 재생산이 어려워지고, 관광업에 종사하는 외지인의 전입으로 지역사회의 동질성이 약화되고있다. 둘째, 사회전반적인 변화와 새로운 기술의 도입에 따라 공동체 의식이 약화되고 사회조직의 기능이 축소되었다. 셋째, 상업에 종사하는 주민이 증가하면서 주민간 경쟁과 갈등이 증가하고 있다. 넷째, 사회통합의 기제였던 공동체신앙이 간소화되는 등 민간신앙이 줄어들었다. 이를 통해 공동체에 기초한 어촌의 전통적인 생활문화가 새롭게 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This case study is to examine the way of life of a fishing village on East Coast of Korea. For that, selecting a fishing village on East Coast for a research field, the way of life and its aspects of change are examined focusing on the demographic characteristics, social organization, economic behavior, and also folk-religion. The results are as follows. In the first place, congeniality of the community becomes weaker and weaker resulted from the difficulty in the reproductive capability to the decrease in population and advance in age, and the moving-in population engaged in the tourism industry. In the second place, consciousness of the community becomes weakened, and function of the social organization is diminished, because of the change over the society and introduction of new technology to fishing community. In the third place, as residents engaged in commercial business increase, competency and conflict between residents increase. In the fourth place, the folk-religion an important mechanism of social unification is dwindled in respects of simplification of religion of the community. Through this research, it is confirmed that traditional way of life of a fishing village based on the community is brought up to date.

        가스호환성 판정에 편리한 새로운 화염안정영역의 도시법의 제안 및 유용성 검토

        A flame stability diagram in a partially premixed flame is typically expressed using the axis coordinates of heat input rate and equivalence ratio. These diagrams are inadequate for identifying changes in combustion conditions and flame stability when a reference fuel is substituted with other fuels under identical operating conditions. This study proposes a new type of diagram and validates it experimentally. In this new diagram, the axis coordinates are air flow rate and Wobbe fuel flow rate, defined as the fuel flow rate multiplied by the square root of the relative density. The diagram was validated in trials using various fuels, including CH4, C3H8, and LFG-C3H8 mixed fuels, in a domestic gas-range and an gas interchangeability test burner. The results of these trials show that the new diagram can provide information useful for assessing gas interchangeability of combustion conditions and flame stability when one fuel is substituted with another under identical operating conditions.

        데이터 마이닝의 분류화와 연관 규칙을 이용한 네트워크 트래픽 분석

        As recently the network environment and application services have been more complex and diverse, there has. In this paper we introduce a scheme the extract useful information for network management by analyzing traffic data in user login file. For this purpose we use classification and association rule based on episode concept in data mining. Since login data has inherently time series characterization, convertible data mining algorithms cannot directly applied. We generate virtual transaction, classify transactions above threshold value in time window, and simulate the classification algorithm.

        일본의 ESD 현황 분석

        A Study on the Current Status of ESD in JapanChangeon Lee Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the Japanese government’s strategies for revitalizing ESD(education for Sustainable Development), including Japan’s ESD policies and institutions, initiatives, and ESD implementation mechanisms, and the structure of participation and cooperation, and to draw implications. This study is a preliminary study to conduct a comparative analysis of the specificity and universality of ESD between Korea and Japan. As for the methodology, this study used the Internet and literature review as a preliminary exploratory study. In the course of the research, this study first focused on the five priority action areas in Japan’s cross-ministerial linkage system by the ESD-related ministries liaison meeting, the ESD support law, and the 2nd ESD domestic implementation plan. In doing so, this study confirmed that the driving force for ESD in Japan is the formation of a multi-layered network between the government and stakeholders. Second, this study found that Japan’s institutions, laws, and implementation systems for ESD revitalization act as a driving force for ESD revitalization.         수치계산을 이용한 LFG 혼합연료의 연소속도 상관식에 관한 연구

        In this study, the burning velocities of LFG and LFG mixed fuels have been numerically determined. C3 reaction mechanism involving 92 species and 621 reactions was adopted in the calculation. The computed burning velocities using C3 mechanism show good agreements with experimental data. Based on numerical results, the maximum burning velocities of LFG and LFG mixed fuels were correlated as a function of CH$_4$ and LFG component percentage at stoichiometric conditions. In addition, the correlations of burning velocities of LFG and LFG mixed fuels were obtained over a wide range of the equivalence ratio. The numerical results are well agreed with the burning velocity correlations. The burning velocity correlations for LFG and LFG mixed fuels suggested in this study can be applied to the practical utilization of LFG.
