        사시의 침치료에 대한 최근 임상 연구 동향

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate recent clinical studies on effect of acupuncture for strabismus in Korea and other countries. We have analyzed 10 years (from 2006 to 2015) of case studies and randomized controlled trials (RCT) on effect of acupuncture for strabismus. Methods The search database includes Oasis, KTKP (Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal), Medline, Embase, and Cochrane library. To narrow the search, the following key search terms were used: 'strabismus, acupuncture'. The search was limited to the publication date from 2006 to 2015. 7 case studies and 5 control studies were selected for analysis. Results and Conclusions 1. The acupuncture treatment is effective for paralytic strabismus 2. The studies used BL1, GB1, ST2, TE23, GB15, EX-HN5, ST1, and LI4 acupoints and also an electroacupuncture treatment, which is 15 minutes of extraocular muscle stimulation, was used. 3. Degree of strasbismus was tested by Ocular motor range test, Corneal light reflex test, Ocular abducent scale test (Scott and Kraft, Diploptic range test).

        자폐스펙트럼장애의 침치료에 대한 최근 임상 연구 동향 - RCT 중심으로 -

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate recent clinical studies on effect of acupuncture for Autism Spectrum Disorder in other countries. We have analyzed the studies on effect of acupuncture for Autism Spectrum Disorder within randomized controlled trail (RCT) for 6years (from 2010 to 2015). Methods The search database includes Medline, Embase, Cochrane library and CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure). To narrow the search, the following key search terms were used: 'autism or ASD or Asperger's Syndrome or pervasive developmental disorder, acupuncture'. The search was limited to the publication date from 2010 to 2015. 7 control studies in Medlin, Embase, Cochrane library and 5 control studies in CNKI were selected for analysis. Results and Conclusions 1. The acupuncture and rehabiliation treatment is more effective than only acupuncture treatment. Especially, Retention of needling is helpful. 2. It is necessary to set up standard scale in assessment of ASD patients and serum arginine-vasopressin (AVP) can be substitution. 3. Head acupuncture and tongue acupuncture is effective for ASD.

        곽향정기산합육미지황탕가미방(藿香正氣散合六味地黃湯加味方)을 처방한 자폐스펙트럼장애 환아 7례

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to report seven cases of autism spectrum disorder treated by oriental medicine. Methods Seven patients who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder were treated with herbal medicine (Kwakhyangjungkisanhapyukmijihwangtang-gamibang), and the effect was measured. Results After the treatment, cognitive skill, speech, motor function, communication skill, and the patients' general conditions have gotten better. Conclusions This study has shown that the oriental medical treatment for autism spectrum disorder was effective, but further studies are needed.

        BLE Beacon Plate 기법과 Pedestrian Dead Reckoning을 융합한 실내 측위 알고리즘

        As the demand for indoor location recognition system has been rapidly increased in accordance with the increasing use of smart devices and the increasing use of augmented reality, indoor positioning systems(IPS) using BLE (Bluetooth Lower Energy) beacons and UWB (Ultra Wide Band) have been developed. In this paper, a positioning plate is generated by using trilateration technique based on BLE Beacon and using RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator). The resultant value is used to calculate the PDR-based coordinates using the positioning element of the Inertial Measurement Unit sensor, We propose a precise indoor positioning algorithm that combines RSSI and PDR technique. Based on the plate algorithm proposed in this paper, the experiment have done at large scale indoor sports arena and airport, and the results were successfully verified by 65% accuracy improvement with average 2.2m error. 스마트 기기의 생활화와 증강현실 활용 증가로 실내 위치 인식 시스템의 수요가 급증함에 따라, BLE(Bluetooth Lower Energy) 비콘 그리고 UWB(Ultra Wide Band) 등을 이용한 실내 측위 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BLE Beacon을 기반으로 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)를 이용한 삼변측량(Trilateration) 기법을 사용하여 측위 플레이트(Plate)를 생성한다. 이에 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) 센서의 방향, 속도, 이동거리 등의 데이터를 이용하여 PDR(Pedestrian Dead Reckoning) 측위 좌표를 산출하여 정확도를 보정한다. 또, BLE 비콘(Beacon)의 RSSI를 적용한 플레이트(Plate) 기법과 PDR 기법이 융합된 정밀 실내 측위 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘을 실제 대형 실내 경기장과 공항에 BLE 비콘을 설치, 실험하여 평균 2.2m 의 오차로 65%의 정확도가 개선됨을 검증하였다.

        러닝퍼실리테이션을 활용한 팀기반 협업수업의 리더십 교육 효과 분석

        본 연구에서는 S대학교 인성교양대학에서 개설한 교양필수 교과목인 <홀리스틱 리더십>에 대한 교육효과 분석을 통해 효과적인 리더십교육의 방향을 모색할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 러닝퍼실리테이션을 활용한 팀 기반 협업 수업모형의 리더십 교육과 전통적 강의식 수업의 리더십교육과의 효과성을 파악하기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후 실험설계를 통해 리더십 역량의 정도를 파악하여 그 차이를 살펴보았다. t-test 분석 결과, 인지역량에서는 ‘창의성, 자기확신, 혁신성’이, 대인관계 역량에서는 ‘정서관리, 대인감수성, 의사소통, 갈등관리’가, 전략적 관리역량에서는 ‘코칭, 팀워크 형성’이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. In this study, we hope to provide an opportunity to explore the direction of effective leadership education through an analysis of the educational effectiveness of the Holistic Leadership, a liberal arts compulsory subject opened by S University. To this end, we examined the degree of leadership competency through post-experimental design of experimental groups and control groups in order to understand the effectiveness of the team-based collaborative class model using learning facilitation and the leadership education in traditional lecture-style classes. The t-test analysis showed that ‘creative, self-confident and innovative had statistically significant effects on human volume, ‘emotional management, interpersonal capacity, interpersonal capacity, communication and conflict management , and ‘coaching, team building on strategic management capabilities.

        성경에 등장하는 어머니 고찰을 통한 현대 교회 어머니 교육 방안 연구

        본 연구는 성경 속에 나타난 어머니의 여러 가지 역할을 고찰하고 분석하여 현대 교회 안에서 실천할 수 있는 어머니 교육의 방안으로 ‘8주 성경적 어머니 교육’을 제안하는 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 ‘8주 성경적 어머니 교육’ 커리큘럼을 세우기 위해 성경 속 대표 어머니 8명을 선정하여 그들의 삶을 통해 드러나는 어머니로서의 역할을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 각 어머니들이 갖추어야 할 8가지 역할을 제시하였고 이것을 중심으로 한 주에 한 어머니를 고찰하는 방법으로 8주간의 어머니 교육 커리큘럼을 설계하였다. ‘8주 성경적 어머니 교육’은 기존의 어머니 교육과는 다른 형태를 가지고 있다. 기존의 어머니 교육은 획일적인 교육 목표와 동일한 실천 방안을 가지고 있었다면 ‘8주 성경적 어머니 교육’은 성경 속에서 어머니로서의 상황과 역할을 고찰함으로 개인에게 주어지는 어머니 역할에 대해 스스로의 실천 과제를 정하는 교육방법을 사용한다. 더불어 실천 과제를 소그룹 안에서 나눔으로 자신의 자녀 양육스타일의 장단점을 깨닫게 되는 교육의 장이 되도록 하는 것이 ‘8주 성경적 어머니 교육’의 가장 큰 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹으로 가정의 역할, 특별히 부모의 역할의 중요성이 강조되는 이 시대에 어머니 역할에 대한 교육은 필수적이며, 더 나아가 교회 안에서 아버지 교육, 연령에 따른 자녀교육도 함께 시행되어야 함을 제언하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to consider and analyze the various roles of mothers in the Bible and propose “8-Week Biblical Mother Education” as a way of mother education that can be practiced in the modern church. More specifically, in order to teach modern Christian women the proper role of motherhood, the “8-Week Biblical Mother Education” was proposed as a method of motherhood education by examining the words and actions of women described as mothers in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. In order to establish the curriculum of “8-Week of Biblical Mother Education,” eight representative mothers in the Bible were selected and their roles as mothers revealed through their lives were analyzed. Through this, the eight roles that each mother should have were presented, and an eight-week mother education curriculum was created as a way to consider one mother per week. The “8-week Biblical Mother Education” has a different form from the traditional mother education. While the existing education of mothers has the same practice plan as the uniform educational goal, ‘8-Week Biblical Mother Education’ uses an educational method in which a representative mother is selected each week to determine one’s own practical tasks for the role of motherhood given to each individual by considering the situation and role as a woman, wife, and mother. In addition, it can be said that the biggest feature of the “8-week Biblical Mother Education” is to make the practice plan a place where mothers can realize the strengths and weaknesses of their parenting style by exchanging feed backs with each other through small group sharing. This study concludes by suggesting that in this era when the role of the family is emphasized due to the corona pandemic, education on the role of mothers is essential, and furthermore, fatherhood education and age-appropriate education should be implemented in the church.

        「자화상」에 나타난 자아 인식의 양상

        During the late 1930’s, two young poets, Yoon Dong-Joo and Seo Jung-Joo, both 23 years old, wrote poems with the same title, self-portrait. Self-portrait by definition is a portrait of himself by the artist. In literature, self-portrait is an expression and representation of ‘self-ego’ through writing. Pondering on self-ego and reaching the conclusion about the meaning of existence can only be done by the writer himself. This research is aimed at studying how two writers self-recognition is portrayed in poetic sense by comparing the Yoon’s and Seo’s self-portrait poems. In both poems, Yoon and Seo set up a persona, ‘The Other,’ to do ‘Self-reflection and ‘Self-definition’. For Yoon Dong-Joo, ‘The Other’ is set up as the representation of inner ego. The intent is to search himself honestly and conscientiously. But for Seo Jung-Joo, ‘The Other’ is referred as those who have different views from the writer. His ‘Self-definition’ is made from the social aspect. Therefore, when the poets ask the self-identity type of question as ‘Who am I?’, Seo’s poem points to denial of himself in the eyes of others while Yoons poem shows denial within himself. Seo’s poem portrays a young man who refuses the fixed self-identification by others and tries to reach his own self-recognition. But Yoon’s poem uses the self-examination approach where self is detached as the object because he wants to reach perfection as an object. This type of self-study is a preparation for looking out into the future, and both poets began to develop each own way to lead his poet career. In Korean poetic history, the 1930’s represent a break from macro issues usually dealt in the 1920’s. In the late 1930s, Yoon Dong-Joo and Seo Jung-Joo began personal introspection through self-portrait poems. These poems became the foundation for self-introspection gripping with the meaning of existence of oneself. At the same time, this offered an opportunity to examine the meaning of ‘Poet’ and his duty.
