        만보산 사건과 중국인의 조선인식

        The two differing trends of nationalism and internationalism werenot only harmonized without any major contradictions in East Asia during the early 20<SUP>th</SUP> century, but also conflicted there. This study analyzes the conflicts that emerged between Joseon and Chinese nationals in Manchuria and Joseon in July 1931 as part of what came to be known as the Wanbaoshan Incident. This incident is defined herein as as one of the symptoms that allows us to develop a better understanding of the ideal and reality of the notion of a people’s alliance in East Asia. Despite the common goals of resisting against Japanese imperialism, the two nations (Chinese and Joseon) exhibited clear differences as far as the Chinese Revolution and the national liberation of Joseon was concerned. These differences led to the emergence of cracks in their ideal of forming a national alliance between oppressed nations to resist against imperialism. The Wanbaoshan Incident can be regarded as saliently exhibiting the fissures that emerged between the two nations, and further the conflicts and contradictions that existed in reality. In fact, the history of modern and contemporary Korea-Chinese relations is a complicated one characterized by the concepts of alliance and conflict. This study reviews how the ideal of an alliance between China and Joseon geared towards shared goals, namely anti-Japanese and anti-imperialism. became twisted and distorted. The Wanbaoshan Incident of 1931 exposed the fact that althoughpeople of East Asia sought to forge alliances that went beyond national borders during the early 20<SUP>th</SUP> century. they also engaged in conflicts and clashes with one another. In July 1931, Chinese nationals were killed by Joseon people in Joseon. In Manchuria. many Joseon people were targeted as the subjects of persecution and expulsion. The persecution toward other nations. which emerged in the East Asian region before and after the Wanbaoshan Incident included racialist elements. The expansion of the scope of Japanese imperialism as a result of incidents such as the Manchurian Incident and the establishment of Manchukuo, the Sino-Japanese War. and the Asia-Pacific War Some led some Joseon nationals to fantasize of a world in which Joseon was the main arm of Japanese imperialism. thus exposing an undisguised sense of superiority and exclusiveness toward other nations and races. China also failed to overcome its perception of Joseon as its tributary, a position that was rooted in it traditional Sinocentric awareness. This is clearly evidenced by the Anti Minsaedang Incident (反民生團事件), which saw the Chinese Communist Partysuppress the independence activities of Joseon nationals residing in Manchuriaduring the early 1930s. China’s continued emphasis on thelogic of the single nation, namely that the Zhonghua minzu (Chinese nation) constitutes the only nation in China. some 60 years after the emergence of the Chinese Revolution has important implications with regards to the understanding of modern and contemporary Korea-Chinese relations. including the Chinese people’s perceptions of Joseon.

        취업한 청각장애인의 차별경험이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 취업한 청각장애인의 차별경험이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 차별경험과 생활만족도 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하여 청각장애인의 생활만족도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 제8차 장애인고용패널조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 취업한 청각장애인 234명의 자료를 추출하여 분석에 이용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 차별경험은 자아존중감과 생활만족도와 부적(-)인 관계가 있으며, 자아존중감은 생활만족도와 정적(+)인 관계를 보이고 있었다. 둘째, 차별경험에 대한 인식이 낮을수록 자아존중감이 높아졌고, 차별경험에 대한 인식이 낮을수록 생활만족도가 높아졌다. 셋째, 차별경험과 생활만족도 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 확인되었으며, 차별경험의 경우 자아존중감과 동시에 투입되었을 때, 통계적으로 유의미한 영향력이 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 자아존중감이 완전 매개효과가 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 즉, 차별경험은 자아존중감을 매개로 하여 생활만족도에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 특성으로는 혼인상태, 건강상태, 사회경제적 지위가 유의미하게 나타나, 배우자가 있는 경우, 건강상태를 긍정적으로 인식할수록, 사회경제적 지위를 높게 인식할수록 생활만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 취업한 청각장애인의 생활만족도를 향상하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The objective of this study is to understand the influence of discrimination experience on life satisfaction of the employed hearing-impaired, and also to verify the mediating effects of self-esteem on relations between discrimination experience and life satisfaction. To achieve this objective, the data of the 8th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled was used, and then the extracted data of 234 employed hearing-impaired persons was used for analysis. The results of this study are like below. First, discrimination experience showed negative(-) relations with self-esteem and life satisfaction while self-esteem showed positive(+) relations with life satisfaction. Second, when the perception of discrimination experience was low, the life satisfaction was high. Third, the mediating effects of self-esteem were verified on relations between discrimination experience and life satisfaction. Marital status, health, social-economical position has effected on life satisfaction. Based on such results of the study, suggestions were made to increase life satisfaction of the hearing-impaired.

        한국의 고령자 생체능력 조사로 안전한 운전면허 적성검사 강화 연령 추정

        Purpose: Due to the change of demography, the ratio of senior drivers has increased and the transition to a super-aged society is expected to make more seniors drive in the future. Method: In this research, we analyzed medical characteristics of the driver's age-specific decline in body function and saw that both the function of the physical as well as mental capacities deteriorates as people age. Among them, various functions are precipitously weakened after reaching 70, implying that those over the age of 70 are classified as seniors in a medical sense. In this context, we also could identify that based on such age criteria, various safety policies for senior drivers should be developed and set up in Korea. Result: We could find a steep fall in the physical function of body after reaching 70 from the chronological change of cognitive function and judgment ability. In particular, it is revealed that the driving license institution and aptitude test for drivers over 70 should be thoroughly examined, as physical functions necessary for driving such as eyesight and hearing ability is not strong enough in many drivers over 70. Conclusion: Focusing on the physical capacity to drive, we tried to find the hazardous age bracket of senior drivers which might influence driving behaviors. Going forward, we expect this work would help to understand the policies for senior drivers and drivers' physical differences.

        사랑, 다시 ‘봄 seeing’으로의 초대 - 결핍의 실재에 대한 머독 (Iris Murdoch)의 형이상학적 이해를 중심으로 -

        이 글은 머독의 사랑의 개념을 중심으로 인간욕구의 윤리적 재교육화의 가능성을 그녀의 형이상학적, 실재주의적 윤리 안에서 재조명하고자 한다. 나는 이 글에서 결핍의 실재에서 소환되는 사랑의 개념에 주목하여 그 결핍은 선의 부재의 상황이자 고통과 악의 현실에서 점철된 거짓위로와 착각의 형태로 나타난다고 보았다. 나는 머독이 주장하는 선, 내적 삶, 참된 위로의 개념들을 거짓위로와 착각에 대한 대안으로 살펴보고자 한다. 나는 결핍의 실재에서 소환되는 대안적인 사랑의 윤리를 제시함으로써 자아와 타자 그리고 세상을 진실하게, 책임있게 ‘보는’ 윤리와 그것의 교육적 비전을 제안하고자 한다. In this paper, I will revisit Murdoch's understanding and theorization of love situated within her metaphysical, realist thought. The upshot of this paper is that love can and should be reclaimed as a hermeneutical principle for a new orientation and a re-education of human desires. In engaging with Murdoch's thought, I delve into the reality of the void, insofar as the void caused by the corporate and individual expressions of evil in modern and late modern world is often-times filled in by egoistic fantasies and distorted perceptions about the world. Given this reality of the void, I argue that love in the face of the void contributes for the transformation of human desires as a spiritual discipline by reclaiming the idea of the Good, inner life, and true consolation situated within Murdoch's metaphysical, realist thought. I envisage here an ethic of love and its pedagogical vision to see self, others, and the world truthfully and responsibly in our contemporary context.
