본 연구에서는 그린 홈의 보급확대와 평가기법 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구체적으로는 기 조사된 실측 데이터를 기본으로 시뮬레이션 결과 값의 보간 및 설비시스템의 교체에 따른 효과 검토를 통하여 에너지 절감량 및 이산화탄소 배출 삭감량 평가 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한, 그린 홈의 보급확대에 따른 비용 검토를 통하여 그린홈을 건설하는 사업자에게는 지방세법 개정에 따른 취등록세 감면 등의 지원대책을 수립하였다. The energy consumption of residential sectors is given a sizable portion in total energy consumption. So, improvement of building performance can be as a part of principal energy strategy. For this reason, an evaluation tool for estimation of energy consumption was developed and supportive policies were considered in this study. In particular, energy saving technology were examined to practice the green home project, among them 7 items were selected as a factor for estimating energy consumption. In addition, to the simulation study on energy consumption, heating load, hot water demand and electric consumption was also studied with actual measured value. Further more, several supportive policies were discussed to encourage green home project in Korea.
환승객을 고려한 버스 정류장 승객 대기 시뮬레이션: 청주 시외 버스 터미널 정류장 사례 연구

버스카드를 활용한 통합 요금제 시행 이 후 대중교통 통행량 및 환승 통행량은 증가하였다. 이에 따라 버스운영에 있어서 환승객을 고려하는 것은 보다 중요해졌다. 기존 연구들에서는 환승객을 고려할 때 결정적 수리모델을 제안하여 승객과 버스의 확률적인 움직임을 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있었으나 본 연구에서는 미시 시뮬레이션 모델을 바탕으로 하여 보다 실제적인 버스 정류장 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 시뮬레이션 모델을 기반으로 버스 도착 간격과 승객 대기 시간의 관계를 회귀 모델로 표현하였으며 환승객을 고려할 때와 고려하지 않을 때의 차이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 또한 승객 대기 시간을 비용으로 변환하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 최적 버스 도착 간격을 제안하였다. 연구에서 제안한 방법을 활용하면 버스 운영에 있어서 보다 현실을 반영한 상향식 의사결정을 가능하게 해줄 것으로 기대된다. After the integrated fare system has been applied, public transportation and transfer traffic increased. As a result, transfer passengers must be considered in the operation of the bus. Although previous studies have limitations due to utilizing deterministic mathematical models, which fails to reflect the stochastic movements of passengers and buses, in this study, a more realistic bus stop micro-simulation model is proposed. Based on the proposed simulation model, we represent the relationship between bus arrival interval and passenger wait time as a regression model and empirically show the differences between the cases with and without transfer passengers. Also, we propose a method converting passenger waiting time to cost and find optimal bus arrival interval based on the converted cost. It is expected the proposed method enables bottom-up decision making reflecting practical situation.
만성폐쇄성폐질환을 동반한 탄광부진폐증자의 혈청 중 LD 및 CRP 농도

Coal workers' pneumoconiosis (CWP) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are characterized as chronic inflammation of the lung in miners exposed to coal mine dust. The aim of the present study was to compare the levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LD) and C-reactive protein (CRP) as the inflammatory indices between subjects with CWP and those with CWP and COPD (CWP+COPD), among a total of 97 subjects (27 control, 40 CWP, and 30 CWP+COPD patients). The mean levels of serum LD (165.7 vs 184.6 U/L, p=0.016) and CRP (0.08 vs 0.15 mg/dL, p=0.002) in subjects with CWP were higher than those of in subjects without CWP. The mean level of serum CRP (0.10 vs 0.19 mg/dL, p=0.008) in subjects with COPD was higher than that in subjects without COPD. In an analysis of covariance adjusted by age, the mean level of serum CRP showed statistical significance among the study groups, control, CWP, and CWP+COPD (0.07 vs 0.13 vs 0.19 mg/dL, p=0.005); the mean level of serum CRP in the CWP+COPD group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p=0.001). The results suggest that a high level of CRP in the serum may be associated with CWP and COPD in retired coal miners.
Landsat Mss Data를 이용한 서울시 산림패취의 패턴 변화분석

This study is to have attempted to analyze the characteristics of the change in forest landscape pattern of Seoul for 18 years by grasping it through satellite image data on the forest area in Seoul where a rapid change according urbanization and industrialization is going on. On the basis of Landsat MSS data- satellite image data, this writer analyzed the change in the number and size of patch and the mean edge length of each forest land, and the index of patch shape by each year from a landscape -ecological point of view. The results are as follows; First, in the pattern change of the forest patch of Seoul, the highest patch fragmentation area is the forest of the Yangchon-gu district where is decreasing it forest area by 654ha, 511ha, 495ha, 402ha each year from its total size of 742ha in 1979. Second, the change tendency shows that the average forest size decreased at 552.58ha in 1983, 435.03ha in 1988, 396.23ha in 1992, and 379.96ha in 1996. And analysis showed that even in the number of patches, the forest fragmentation phenomenon was presenting by the increase of development disturbance. Third, the mean edge by year was longest at 23,385m in 1979, but it is decreasing continuously. This shows the regular and artificial uniformity of forest landscape by disturbance-effect increase of the built-up development and shows low portion against edge effect by the time-series change like 1979>1983>198>1992>1996. Finally, in the analysis of a shape index indicated by ratio of size and edge, total averages were 2.56, 2.33, 2.17, 2.14, 2.14 each year, so that it is considered that the disturbance and ecological health status against forest landscape can be grasped according to being examined as 1979>1983>1988>1992, 1996 by the time-series change of the landscape.
LMI 기법을 이용한 2자유도 표준모델에 대한 비결합 제어기의 $H_2$ 설계

This paper presents an LMI(Lincar Matrix Inequalities) method for designing the optimal decoupling controller. The proposed controller based on the Two Degree-of-Freedom configuration considers both the performance of controller and decoupling properties. A minimal set of assumptions for existence of the decoupling controller formula is described in the state space formulas. The decoupling controller parameters are obtained from LMI methods for computational efficiency. 본 논문에서는 다변수 시스템을 제어하는 경우 효율적인 제어를 어렵게 만드는 입력과 출력 사이의 결합 효과를 제거하는 비결합 제어기를 설계하였다. 설계된 제어기는 비결합 조건뿐만 아니라 제어계의 성능을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 2자유도 구조를 가지고 있다. 또한 제어기의 계산을 용이하게 하기 위하여 플랜트를 표준모델로 확장시킨 후 전달 행렬을 상태공간 계수로 표현하였다. 그리고 제어기의 계수값들은 선형 행렬 부등식을 이용하여 블록꼴 최적화 문제로 설정하여 구했기 때문에 비결합 및 성능 최적화에 초점을 둔 비결합 제어기의 $H_2$ 설계를 하는데 있어 효과적인 방법을 제시하였다.

In this paper, the genetic algorithm is used to design a mixed H₂/ H/sub ∞/ controller Two kinds of controller forms, Youla's form and the general form, are considered to design a mixed H₂/ H/sub ∞/ controller. Efficient searching methods are sought to minimize the given H₂cost function under the H∞ constraint. It is verified by an example that the developed algorithm can provide stable results in the region where unstable results are shown by the conventional gradient method.
