Lee"s government is planning to establish English friendly educational environment such as English library and experimental facilities. There are already lots of English experimental facilities in Korea. Most of them are under name of English village. Some of the programs are huge in size and investment. But the effectiveness and satisfaction of the participants of the program are doubted. The reason is that most of the programs have similar in curricula and activities. As a result, students who participated in the programs don"t show much interest to participate in the program again. Also, there are some critical opinions about the effectiveness of the programs. However, even though the current case is a small size program with small amount of investment the perception from the participants is very positive. In this paper the goals, objectives and program outline will be introduced to discuss about the success of the program.

As panfacial fractures are involved multiple fracture, there are possibility of many pre-operative & postoperative complications. It is necessary to do exact pre-operative evaluation, appropriate operation and care, for preventing and treating these complications, especially related to optic nerve injury. The complication occurs rarely after periorbital facial bone fracture, and indirect injuries may occur as a result of impact shearing force transmitted into the optic nerve axons or to the nutrient vessels of the optic nerve. Also indirect injuries may occur after the force of impact because of vasospasm and swelling of the optic nerve within the confines of the nonexpansile optic canal. It is necessary to active evaluation and treatments involving decompression of the orbit surgically and high dose steroid therapy in relation to panfacial fracture. But sometimes this treatments are limited due to severe swelling of the face and related multiple bone fractures in the body. This case showed the delayed neuropathy, at last visual loss, in spite of megadose methylprednisolone administration. The purpose of this article is to present indirect traumatic optic neuropathy that is one of many complications in panfacial bone fracture.

Although synovial chondromatosis is most frequently found in the knee, they have been reported in temporomandibular joint. Synovial chondromatosis is a cartilaginous metaplasia of the mesenchymal remnants of the synovial tissue of the joint. It is characterized by the formation of cartilaginous nodules (loose bodies) in the synovium and within the articular space. Pain and swelling are the most common symptoms of the synovial chondromatosis and somtimes deviation of the mandible toward the unafected side during motion may occur. When these lesions becom symptomatic, they should be removed surgically.

Microsoft PowerPoint which the practical use is possible in the computer assisted language learning has been used as a simple presentation tool in the education. Although VBA(Visual Basic for Applications) can give an interaction method to the teachers and leaners, it has not been utilized friendly. In this paper, the researchers described to be developed an English writing assistance model with an effective, economical, and easily accessible tools as well as the possible feedback system using VBA. This paper presents a multiple branch predictor using perceptrons. The key idea is to apply neural networks to the multiple branch predictor. We describe our design and evaluate it with the SPEC 2000 integer benchmarks. Our predictor achieves increased accuracy than the Bi-Mode and the YAGS multiple branch predictor with the same hardware cost.

The purpose of this study is to explore the qualifications of NET in Korean classrooms perceived by the stakeholders such as English education theorists, practitioners and administrators. The methodology hired in this study is three step Delphi explained as follows: elicit essential expertise and abilities of native-speaking English teachers(NET) who are teaching English in public schools in Korea as grounds for setting up the direction of the policy of NET recruitment and management system. First, 24 experts in English education were selected and open questionnaires were distributed to investigate their professional opinions on the issue. Second, the result of open-questionnaires were structured into closed questionnaires. Third, the result of the second round of survey are further categorized with different rate of additional weights taking into consideration of participants` needs. Delphi Method was executed for investigating the professional and wide-range opinions of 24 experts group. After the survey questions are resulted from the Delphi panel, the questionnaires were distributed to 122 middle and high school English teachers. The required Elements for good NETs which had high level of approval and agreement among the panel through the three rounds of survey and pre-research were as follows: academic backgrounds; enthusiasm and readiness for good English class; awareness of the vocation as a teacher; and endeavors of lasting consistency for improving their teaching methods. 대형 윈도우에서 다중 분기 예측법을 이용하는 수퍼스칼라 프로세서의 프로화일링 성능 모델

This paper presents a profiling model of a wide-window superscalar microprocessor using multiple branch prediction. The key idea is to apply statistical profiling technique to the superscalar microprocessor with a wide instruction window and a multiple branch predictor. The statistical profiling data are used to obtain a synthetical instruction trace, and the consecutive multiple branch prediction rates are utilized for running trace-driven simulation on the synthesized instruction trace. We describe our design and evaluate it with the SPEC 2000 integer benchmarks. Our performance model can achieve accuracy of 8.5 % on the average.
민들레 뿌리분말의 첨가비율을 달리하여 제조한 민들레 약주의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성

민들레 뿌리분말의 첨가비율(0, 5, 10, 15%)을 달리하여 제조한 민들레 약주의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 민들레 뿌리분말 첨가량의 증가에 따른 pH 변화는 미미하였고, 산도와 당도는 15% 첨가구가 각각 가장 높은 함량을 나타났다. 환원당 함량은 민들레 뿌리분말 15% 첨가구가 발효 3일째에 다른 시료구에 비하여 가장 높았으며, 그 이후에는 급격하게 감소하여 다른 시험구와 비슷한 함량을 나타내었고, 알코올 함량은 발효가 진행됨에 따라 시험구 모두 증가하였다. 민들레 뿌리분말 첨가 비율을 달리하여 제조한 약주의 관능적 특성은 첨가 비율이 10, 15%로 증가할수록 종합적 기호도가 좋지 않았으며, 첨가 비율이 5%인 시험구가 색, 향, 맛, 목넘김, 종합적 기호도가 우수하였다. 이와 같이 민들레 뿌리분말의 첨가 비율을 달리하여 제조한 약주의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성을 검토한 결과, 민들레 뿌리분말 5%를 첨가하여 제조한 약주가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 위의 실험 결과, 민들레 뿌리분말로 약주를 제조할 경우, 민들레 뿌리분말 5%를 첨가하는 것이 가장 적합함을 알 수 있었다. The physicochemical and sensory characteristics of Yakjufermented with different ratios of Taraxacum platycarpum(dandelion) root powder (0, 5, 10, and 15%) were investigated. The pH of Yakjudecreased and the total acidity and sugar content increased according to the addition of dandelion root powder. Dandelion root powder (15%) showed significantly higher reducing sugar content on the 3rd day of fermentation compared with other groups, including the control. Also, further exposure of fermentation time showed a declining pattern of reducing sugar content. Including control, the alcohol content increased in all Yakju samples fermented with dandelion root powder as fermentation progressed. The Yakjufermented with 5% dandelion root powder showed the highest sensory scores for color, aroma, taste, swallowing, and overall acceptability as 6.38±1.27, 5.58±1.02, 5.79±0.98, 6.08±1.21, and 5.96±0.91, respectively. In the present study for the production of Yakju, 5% dandelion root powder was the most appropriate amount to be added for the production of Yakju. The result obtained here may provide fundamental data for the traditional Yakjuindustry, which is interested in using a variety of natural resources.
