        키조개(Atrina pectinata)를 이용하여 양식한 흑진주의 특성평가

        진주는 유기질 보석의 일종으로서, 광산에서 발굴하는 보석이 아니라, 연체동물(Mollusc)의 내부에서 생광물화(biomineralization)의 결과로 얻어지는 고부가가치 상품이다. 이러한 진주를 생산해 낼 수 있기 위해서는 연체동물 내부의 패각 안쪽에 진주층(nacre)이 존재해야 하는데, 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 진주양식에 사용되지는 않지만, 패각 안쪽 진주층이 두텁고 아름다운 색을 지니고 있어 충분히 진주 양식의 가능성을 보이는 키조개(Atrina pectinata)를 이용하여 새로운 양식 진주를 개발하고자 조사, 분석하였다. 주사전자현미경을 통해 키조개(Atrina pectinata)를 모패로 사용하여 양식된 흑진주의 진주층을 관찰한 결과, 이매패 진주층에서 나타나는 Aragonite형 탄산칼슘 층의 특징적인 다각형 판상구조가 관찰되였다. 또한 구체적인 특징을 알아보기 위해 분석한 결과, ED-XRF를 통해 해수 진주의 특징적 원소가 검출되었고, Raman 분석에서는 Aragonite의 특징적 $1083cm^{-1}$, $705cm^{-1}$ peak가 검출되었다. 그러나, UV-Vis 스펙트럼 분석에서는 흑접패(P. margaritifera) 흑진주와는 다른 요인에 기인하는 발색 양상임을 예상하게 했으며 이는 흑진주를 생산하는 모패의 종이 다르기 때문으로 생각된다. Pearl is the organic gemstone which does not come from mines but from the biomineralization inside mollusc. Mollusc with nacre on inner surface of the shell is inevitable to make pearl. In this paper we researched and analyzed the pearls cultured using Pen shell (Atrina pectinata) which is not used in pearl farming industry but has potential to make pearls because it has thick and beautiful nacre inside the shell. SEM analysis was conducted to reveal the pattern of nacre on the Atrina pectinata pearl. Specific characteristics as sea-water pearl are detected by further analysis with ED-XRF. Aragonite specific peaks such as $1083cm^{-1}$ and $705cm^{-1}$ were shown by Raman analysis. UV-Vis analysis of Atrina pectinata pearl showed different pattern of spectrum compared with Pinctada margaritifera pearl. The reason for this discrepancy is assumed by the metabolic difference of each species.

        Waste statistics of Korea is being prepared in a method that inversely calculates the disposal of waste facility after calculating the discharge quantity by the estimation of generation, rather than calculating the discharge quantity centering on waste facilities, thereby being able to function as a cause of inaccuracy and of a annual fluctuation in statistics. Consequently, it prepares centering on "the waste collection quantity" from "the waste generation quantity", a method that has been used so far, and simplifies it with the large classification such as flammable, inflammable, recyclable goods, bulky waste, others, and private collection quantity, thereby being required to minimize error in case of preparing statistics, and to secure accuracy in long-term DB. In terms of waste category, the statistics needs to be prepared by simply classifying items centering on the separate discharge recyclable goods from the discharge stage. However, as for flammable and inflammable wastes that are being mixed and discharged at the separation stage, the dual management system is needed, which separately manages by classifying items given the waste statistics survey, rather than unreasonably estimating and preparing in the administrative statistics. The “Guidelines for the Preparation of Waste Generation and Treatment Status ” allows its survey to be carried out 4 times per year in the incineration facility and landfill site. Thus, the regulation is judged to be necessary against overlapping and contradiction to its survey in “National waste statistical survey” and “Present status of the national waste generation and treatment.” And, there is necessity of unification into a system that has high use frequency and is efficient, through evaluating application characteristic and use frequency. The private recycling enterprises' waste collection is showing very high ratio with 20%-50%. However, the collection quantity management on these enterprises is in the difficult situation, thereby being required the management in institutional dimension on the private recycling enterprises. And, in particular, the supply and education of a statistical program are desperately needed for the private recycling facilities short of accuracy in statistics. According to 「Regulations for saving in resources and facilitating re-cycling」, the report system needs to be implemented, which the contract manager reports the amount of collection waste to local government, such as private recycling enterprise and apartment. And, at this time, the local government will proceed with utilizing it as a means to implement DB on the reported waste amount and to manage the local recycling enterprises in the institutional dimension, through supporting the installation in waste measuring instrument and the implementation in electric computer system, and others.

        This paper aims to explore the prospect and challenges of environmental policy faced by Gyeonggi Province and to provide a future policy orientation to cope with them. A recent lift of the development ban on the ‘green belt’ area as well as devolution and the balanced national development policy are expected to double the development pressure in the region, while the growing public concern in the quality of life and amenity will create a high demand on the natural environment. Global environmental regimes such as Kyoto Protocol and WEEE will also influence the local environmental policy. Drawing on the changing conditions of environmental policy at the national and local level, seven tasks to be addressed by Gyeonggi Province are suggested; ⅰ) introduction of the concept of regional environmental capacity and total maximum load system of air and water pollutants including minimum requirement of green space area, ⅱ) establishment of comprehensive environmental preservation plan and harmony of city planning and environmental planning, ⅲ) creation of a regional blue-green network along riverside, green space and the coast, ⅳ) a resource-circulating society building, ⅴ) establishment of green governance and conflict management system, ⅵ) construction of an eco-industrial complex, ⅶ) formulation of a climate protection program. In conclusion, how to balance development and environmental conservation and to practice “sustainable development” in reality through an integrated pollution control and precautionary measures will be the biggest challenge in the region. It should also be emphasized that green governance based on partnership and participation among residents, business and local administration is an important way to create a better life and to secure sustainability in the long run.

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the double suppression and distorted motherhood of black women under slavery in Toni Morrison s Beloved. Morrison insists on the resistance to the ideology and contradiction under the white. she emphasizes that it is deeply remembered and kept like This is not a story to pass on. This work is literarily worth to concern about the double suppression and distorted motherhood of the black women under the past history of slavery. Under the past special circumstances, the black slave women reproduce not to be mothering as mother. Morrison suggests that the proper motherhood is not a possessive form of motherhood stemming from the confusion of the self but healthy motherhood, which helps lead to a better future. Morrison emphasizes that the black and white must both go through reconciliation, forgiveness, and coexistence in order to lead a productive life.

        This research tried to provide basic data to the social support strengthening plan for it investigated whether the social support reached any effect on the psychological well-being of the rural elderly, or not increasing the psychological well-being of the rural elderly. For this purpose, this research classified the social support level which the rural elderly is late into the family support, relative support, and public support according to the social supporter and looked into. And it classified the rural elderly psychological well-being level into the positive well-being and negative well-being and looked into the first. Second, the difference of the social support according to the population sociology characteristic and psychological well-being were looked into. Third, in the preceding research, after controlling the age, confirmed as the factor having an effect on the social support of the rural elderly and psychological well-being monthly income, and health condition, the relatively influence that family support, relative support, and public support reaches to the psychological well-being of the rural elderly was looked into. In this research, the survey was performed for 170 old peoples more than the lives in Kyongsangbuk-do Chungdo-gun quarter age of 65. The investigation which supplemented and which it looks at from September 10th in 2011 until September 24th was performed. The total 190 part of questionnaires was distributed and 170 parts except was insincere or is not completed 20 parts of answer were used for the final analysis. Summarizing the result, it is obtained from this research, it is like the next. First, the level of the social support shows in this order-family support, relatives support, public supports. Namely, the rural elderly recognize the families support highest, on the other hand, recognjze the public support lowest. The social support of the rural elderly shows negative well-being higher than positive well-being. It shows that two dimension have negative relationship. Second, the result of analyze the difference of the social support according to the population sociology characteristic of the rural elderly and psychological well-being are as follows. First, as the age was low if we looked at the social support, the rural elderly recognized the whole social support and family support and relative support. And high the family support was high recognized as the monthly income was high. The more the age was high if we looked at the psychological well-being, the negative well-being of the psychological well-being was exposed to be high recognized as the health condition was bad. Third, in case the more the result of looking into the effect that the social support of the rural elderly reaches to the psychological well-being and health condition were similar, the rural elderly psychological well-being level t was high, the positive well-being of the psychological well-being which the rural elderly realizes as the official support was high showed high. In addition, the more the rural elderly psychological well-being level was low in case the monthly income was similar, the negative well-being of the psychological well-being which the rural elderly recognizes as the official support was low was shown up to be high. The theoretical, political, and practical undertone was presented based upon this kind of research result.
