Normal value of serum proteins of cockerels and pullets was obtained by seperating serum proteins of 80(♂40, ♀40)immature domestic fowls for routine clinical application purpose, using paper and agar electrophoresis. The concentration count of serum proteins which were fractionated was determined by using densitometer and planimeter. The fractionation value of serum proteins (of cockerels and pullets was indicated in the table 1. The composition of serum proteins by paper and agar electrophoresis showed remarkable differences between cockerels and pullets, but only ${\beta}$-globulin could not found difference between them.

The microwave sensor in which the sensitivity was excellent and a structure is simple was developed and it manufactured. And the sensing range that uses the developed product was confirmed. When the developed microwave sensor was set up in the ceiling of a building, we confirmed that the amplitude of the sensitive area increased as the tilting angle was enlarged. The sensitive area became a greatest in case the tilting angle was 65 degree. According to the height of a ceiling, because the sensing range is determined, in case of using in the building in which the height of a ceiling is enough secured it is determined to secure the more wide sensitive area. Moreover, the configuration of the circuit having the simple structure makes the miniaturization of a product, and the light weight possible. It is considered to have the price competitive power which it reduces the manufacturing cost, is sufficient.

Because of directly receiving the thing in which a microwave is reflected and comparing the frequency, the microwave sensor with doppler effect completely overcomes the problem of the passive infrared sensor. The microwave sensor with doppler effect well operates about a temperature, the dust, and the peripheral noise because of being dull in the most of ambient conditions. The system developed in this research is the electricity saving detection sensor which it senses the real time action of a man as the microwave sensor and automatically turns on the electric lamp and turns off, minimizes the electrical energy consumption. Since the microwave sensor is not influenced in the light, the dust, and the natural element like the ambient temperature, the effectiveness is considered to be superior to the passive infrared sensor being used currently. There was the energy reduction effect more than about 60 % in the performed example which established this system. When this was compared with the construction cost, the cost of establishing payback period was about 1-1.5 year. The microwave sensor with doppler effect developed from this research result is convinced in the future to do enough for the electric energy saving.

As to this research is new structure of the semiconductor substrate heating apparatus. The fast thermoresponsive according to the direct heating structure of the heating plate layer adhering closely to the floor side of a substrate and the fast heat loss minimization can be accomplished. Moreover, the contact area of the sheath heater, which is the heating plate layer built-in heating apparatus, is increased, so that it has more heating valid area. For this, it adheres closely to the substrate, in which the photosensitive film is coated and the heating plate layer, adhering closely to the floor side of a substrate the mica layer which adheres closely to the floor side of the upper heating plate layer in order to minimize an insulation and heat loss, and the lower part of the mica layer and it is comprised of the floor plate layer. The heating plate layer forms the continued groove portion over the floor side whole. The sheath heater for heating a substrate is inserted with the groove portion and the heating plate layer is comprised. It is confirmed that by using the new substrate heating structure, the temperature change of the heating plate against the time is observed. Then, there is the electric power saving effect of about 40 % in comparison with the existing method.
LiNbO₃ 강유전체를 이용한 MFISFET의 제작 및 특성

MFISFETs with platinum electrode on the LiNbO₃/aluminum nitride/Si(100) structures were successfully fabricated and the properties of the FETs have been discussed. ID-VG characteristics of MFISFETs for linear region (that is, 0.1 V of the drain voltage) showed hysteresis loop with a counter-clockwise trace due to the ferroelectric nature of LiNbO₃ films. A memory window (i.e., threshold voltage shift) of the fabricated device was about 2[V] for a sweep from -4 to +4[V]. The estimated field-effect electron mobility and transconductance on a linear region were 530[㎠/Vㆍs] and 0.16[mS/㎜], respectively. The drain current of 27[㎂] on the "on" state was more than 3 orders of magnitude larger than that of 30[㎁] on the "off" state at the same "read" gate voltage of 1.5[V], which means the memory operation of the MFISFET.

For the evaluation in the safety of outdoor insulator, there are various methods such as: visual observation; voltage measurement; use of ultrasonic wave due to partial discharge; electric field measurement; use of infrared/ultraviolet sensor-type camera. However, many problems have been issued regrading the reliability of the evaluation test and safety of testing operation. Accordingly, the present study has investigated and analyzed the characteristics and mechanisms of the insulator deterioration, in order to obtain an optimal method for detecting poor insulator so that the reliability of power facilities can be enhanced. Besides, based on theoretical analysis of domestic and international detection methods for poor insulator, the reliability has been compared and evaluated quantitatively. As a result, it was shown that the corona camera would be the best choice for domestic workplace application in detecting poor insulator for enhancing the reliability of power transmission line.
