        포스트 코로나 시대, 파킨슨 환자를 위한 미디어 무용교육의 방안

        본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대의 파킨슨 환자를 위한 미디어 무용교육의 방안을 모색하고자 연구되었다. 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 노인인구는 더욱 증가하게 되었고 그로 인하여 노인성 질환자도 함께 증가 하였다. 3대 노인성 뇌 신경계 질환 중 하나인 파킨슨병 역시 매년 노인인구가 증가함에 따라 그 발병률이 증가하고 있다. 파킨슨병은 발병원인이 뚜렷하게 밝혀지지 않아 질병의 진행 억제와 증상완화를 위한 약물치료와 수술치료, 그리고 운동치료를 통하여 치료를 하고 있다. 그러므로 파킨슨 환자들에게 꾸준한 약물치료와 운동치료는 매우 중요하다.무용은 파킨슨 환자의 신체 기능을 향상시키고 우울감과 스트레스 해소 등의 긍정적인 효과를 주는 것으로 연구되고 있으며 파킨슨 환자들 역시 무용프로그램에 적극적으로 참여하고 있다.코로나19 바이러스의 발생은 인간 생활의 많은 부분을 변화시켰다. 재택근무, 원격수업, 온라인수업 등 비대면 방식이 활성화 되었고 앞으로 코로나19 바이러스 이후의 시대인 포스트 코로나 시대에는 온라인을 통한 미디어 활용 방식이 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 기대한다. 이에 따라 파킨슨 환자를 위한 무용교육 또한 미디어를 활용한 방안으로 연구되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.따라서 본 연구는 파킨슨 환자를 위한 무용교육의 방안 모색을 위해 세 가지의 방안과 그로 인한 긍정적인 기대효과를 제시하였다. This study was conducted t o s eek measures for media dance education for patients with Parkinson's disease in the Post-COVID-19 Age. Entering an aging society, in South Korea, the population of the aged has further increased, and accordingly, patients with senile diseases have increased, too. The prevalence of Parkinson’s disease, one of the big three senile diseases in the cerebral nervous system, increases as the population of the aged increases each year. Since the cause of the occurrence of Parkinson’s disease has not yet been revealed, it is treated through medication, operative treatment, and exercise therapy for the suppression of its progress and the alleviation of its symptoms. Thus, for patients with Parkinson's disease, continuous medication and exercise therapy are very important.As it has been reported that dance enhances the physical functions of patients with Parkinson's disease and has positive effects on the alleviation of depression and stress, patients with Parkinson's disease also actively participate in dance programs.The occurrence o f C OVID-19 h as c hanged m any p arts of human life. Untact methods such a s telecommuting, remote learning, and online classes, etc. have been revitalized, and it is expected that in the Post-COVID-19 Age after the end of COVID-19 in the future, the online methods utilizing media will further be revitalized. Thus, it is judged that it is necessary to investigate measures utilizing media also in dance education for patients with Parkinson's disease.Therefore, this study presented three methods and the positive expected effects of this to explore ways of dance education for Parkinson's patients.

        논문 : 도시 하천에서의 어류 폐사 원인 분석 2 - 자동수질측정장치 및 수질모델의 사용

        This study focused on the causes of fish kills and its prevention methods in Yudeung Stream, Daejeon, Korea. Intense field data, continuous water quality monitoring system and water quality modeling were applied to analyze the causes. Pollutant can be delivered to urban streams by surface runoff and combined sewer overflows in rainfall events. However, water quality analysis and water quality modeling results indicate that the abrupt fish kills in the Yudeung stream seems to be caused by combined effect of DO depletion, increase in turbidity and other toxic material. Excessive fish population in the study area may harm the aesthetic value of the stream and also has greater potential for massive fish kills. It is suggested to implement methods to reduce delivery of pollutants to the stream not only to prevent fish kills but also to keep balance of ecosystem including human uses. Frequent clean up of the urban surface and CSO, installation of detention basin will be helpful. In the long run, it seems combined sewer system has be replaced with separate sewer system for more effective pollutant removal in the urban area.

        심전도상 이상 소견환자의 심박변이도(HRV)에 관한 고찰

        Objectives : This study was designed to investigate heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with abnormality on EKG by power spectrum analysis of HRV. Methods : The patient group consisted of 147 patients diagnosed as abnormal on EKG at the Oriental Medical Hospital of Dong-eui University from November 2003 to September 2005. We divided the patient group into 9 subgroups (bradycardia, arrhythmia, PVC, AF, AV block, RBBB, LVH, cardiac ischemia, LAD ). The control group consisted of 117 patients who were diagnosed as normal on EKG at the same hospital during the same period. We checked HRV of the two groups over 5 minutes and compared the HRV index between groups. Results and Conclusions : In the time domain analysis, SDNN was significantly higher in the PVC and AF groups than control group and RMSSD was significantly higher in the all patient group and the bradycardia, PVC and AF groups than in the control group. In the frequency domain analysis, Ln(LF) was significantly higher in the all patient group and the PVC and AF groups than the control group but lower in the LAD group. Ln(HF) was significantly higher in The all patient group and bradycardia, PVE and AF groups than control group. LF/HF ratio was significantly lower in the all patient group and bradycardia, arrhythmia, AF, AV block and LAD groups than control group. The autonomic nerve system and parasympathetic nerve system were higher in the patient group with abnormal EKG compared with the control group.

        콩 뿌리조직에서의 $Ca^{2+}$에 의한 마이크로솜 이온펌프 활성저해

        콩 뿌리조직의 이온 흡수와 관련된 생리활성을 조사하기 위하여 뿌리조직으로부터 마이크로솜을 분리하였고, 마이크로솜 ATPase (이온점프) 활성을 분광학적 방법인 enzyme-coupled 분석방법에 따라 측정하였다. 마이크로솜 ATPase의 활성에 미치는 여러 가지 이온의 효과 또는 ATPase의 이온선택성을 조사하기 위하여 $10mM\;Na^+$과 $120mM\;K^+$을 포함하는 대조용액에서의 평균활성을 측정한 결과 190 nmol/min/mg protein으로 나타났다. 대조활성에 비하여 $Na^+$을 포함하지 않은 $130mM\;K^+$ 용액에서는 활성이 150%로 증가하였고, $K^+$을 포함하지 않은 $130mM\;Na^+$ 용액에서는 활성이 63%로 감소되었다. 반응용액의 $K^+$ 농도에 따른 활성변화를 측정한 결과, ATPase의 활성은 외부용액의 $K^+$ 농도 증가에 따라 활성이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 마이크로솜 ATPase 활성은 반응용액의 pH 감소에 따라 증가되어 $pH\;6{\sim}7$에서는 비교적 높은 활성을 보였으나, pH 8 이상에서는 급격히 활성이 감소되었고, pH 9에서는 80%이상의 활성이 저해되었다. $Ca^{2+}$에 의한 이온펌프의 활성조절 여부를 평가하기 위해서 마이크로솜 내부 및 외부의 $Ca^{2+}$에 의한 ATPase 활성변화를 측정하였다. 마이크로솜 ATPase의 활성은 반응액의 $Ca^{2+}$ 농도가 낮아질수록 증가하여 $10^{-9}M$ 이하에서 최대활성이 관측되었고, $Ca^{2+}$ 농도가 증가할수록 활성은 감소하여 $500\;{\mu}M$ 전후에서 50%의 활성이 감소하였다. 또한 ATPase의 활성은 마이크로솜 내부의 $Ca^{2+}$ 농도증가에 의해서 저해되어, $Ca^{2+}\;ionophore\;A23187$처리에 의한 외부의 $Ca^{2+}$ 유입에 의해서 약30%의 활성감소를 보였으며, EGTA 처리에 의한 $Ca^{2+}\;chelation$에 의해서 마이크로솜 내부의 $Ca^{2+}$ 농도가 감소되었을 때, ATPase 활성은 증가하였다. 위의 조건에서 실제 마이크로솜 내부로의 $Ca^{2+}$ 유입 여부는 $‘Ca^{2+}’$를 이용하여 확인하였다. 이상의 결과는 마이크로솜 막에 위치한 ATPase의 내부 및 외부에 $Ca^{2+}$에 의한 효소활성 조절부위가 각각존재함을 시사한다. In order to investigate the mechanisms of epithelial ion transports, microsomes of soybean roots were prepared and the activity of microsomal ATPases was measured by an enzyme-coupled assay. The effects of various ions were evaluated on the total activity of microsomal ATPases and the average activity was 190 nmol/min/mg protein in the control solution containing $10\;mM\;Na^+\;and\;120\;mM\;K^+$. The activities were increased to 150% and decreased to 63% of the control activity in the solution containing $130\;mM\;K^+$ without $Na^+$ and in the solution containing $130\;mM{\;}Na^+$ without $K^+$, respectively. In general, the activity of microsomal ATPase was increased by$K^+$ in a concentration-dependent manner The activity was also increased at lower pH and relatively higher activities were observed in the pH range of $6{\sim}7$. However, the activity was decreased at weak alkaline $pH\;and{\sim}80%$ of the activity was inhibited at pH 9. Since intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ has been known to control the activity of various enzymes, we have investigated the effects of intra-and extrarnicrosomal $Ca^{2+}$ on the activity of microsomal ATPases. The maximal activity was obtained at the extrarnicrosomal $Ca^{2+}$ concentrations below 1 nM. The activity was gradually decreased by increasing $‘Ca^{2+}’$ concentration and 50% inhibition was observed at ${\sim}500{\;}{\mu}M{\;}Ca^{2+}$. The increase in luminal $Ca^{2+}$ concentration also inhibited the activity of microsomal ATPase. When the influx of external $Ca^{2+}$ was induced by $Ca^{2+}$ ionophore A23187 treatment, the activity was decreased by 30%; however, it was recovered by EGTA-induced chelation of $Ca^{2+}$. These results suggest that the presence of $Ca^{2+}$ regulation sites on both cytoplasmi and luminal sides of microsomal ATPases.

        통합 필터 변별도와 그래프 컬러링을 이용한 전술통신망 백본 무선 링크의 주파수 지정 방법

        The tactical communications network has to be deployed rapidly at military operation area and support the communications between the military command systems and the weapon systems. For that, the frequency assignment is required for backbone wireless links of tactical communications network without frequency interferences. In this paper, we propose a frequency assignment method using net filter discrimination (NFD) and graph coloring to avoid frequency interferences. The proposed method presents frequency assignment problem of tactical communications network as vertex graph coloring problem of a weighted graph. And it makes frequency assignment sequences and assigns center frequencies to communication links according to the priority of communication links and graph coloring. The evaluation shows that this method can assign center frequencies to backbone communication links without frequency interferences. It also shows that the method can improve the frequency utilization in comparison with HTZ-warfare that is currently used by Korean Army.
