장애인거주시설 생활지도원의 직무특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study is aimed to examine the effect of job characteristics on the job satisfaction of careworkers in the residential facilities for the disabled. The research was conducted on 50 residential facilities for the disabled and a self-recorded questionnaire survey was performed. The total of 42 residential facilities data were collected and finally 323 careworkers among 24 residential facilities data were used for analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, task significance and autonomy statistically-significant affected on job satisfaction of careworkers among core job characteristics. Namely, job satisfaction of careworkers was higher when task significance and autonomy was higher. Secondly, organization trust had not only direct effect but also interaction effect with autonomy on job satisfaction of careworkers. In other words, job satisfaction of careworkers was higher when organization trust was higher, and the higher organization trust, the higher positive effect of autonomy to job satisfaction of careworkers. Based on the results of the study, I presented an political and practical implications needed to manage and develop job satisfaction of careworkers in residential facilities for the disabled. 본 연구는 장애인거주시설 생활지도원의 직무만족 영향요인을 직무특성이론을 적용하여 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국 장애인거주시설 50개소를 대상으로 우편조사를 통한 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 수집된 42개소 가운데 본 연구에서는 장애유형 별 거주시설 24개소에서 종사하는 생활지도원 323명을 최종 분석대상으로 삼았다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 직무특성 요인 가운데, 과업중요성과 자율성이 생활지도원의 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 과업중요성과 자율성 모두 높을수록 생활지도원의 직무만족은 높아지는 결과를 보였다. 한편, 조절변수로 설정한 조직신뢰는 생활지도원의 직무만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 핵심직무특성요인 중 하나인 자율성과 상효작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말해서, 조직신뢰가 높을수록 생활지도원의 직무만족은 높아지며, 조직신뢰는 자율성이 높을수록 직무만족이 높아지는 관계를 보다 강화하는 효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 장애인거주시설 생활지도원의 직무만족을 향상 및 관리에 필요한 제언을 하였다.

현재 우리나라 군대는 병역자원 감소 및 군 복무기간 단축으로 인한 현실적 위협으로 직면해 있는 환경에 처해있다. 안보를 최우선시하는 군사적 관점에 따라, 국방부를 비롯한 정부 기관 및 국제기관들이 인식을 같이 하고 있는 일반적으로 객관적인 내용 위주로 반영하여 미래 육군에 미치는 영향 및 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 즉, 본 연구는 국제질서를 바라보는 주류 관점(현실주의, 자유주의)의 인식 방향을 살펴보고, 국제질서 이론 및 전망에 대하여 국가안보에 기여하는 군 조직의 본질적 특성을 반영하는 군사적 합목적주의에 입각하여 한반도 미래 안보전략을 수립하는 방향과 큰 틀을 제시한다. Currently, the nation's military is facing a real threat due to a reduction in military service resources and shorter service periods. Based on the military view that puts security first, the military tried to draw its impact and implications on the future army by reflecting the general objective content that the Ministry of National Defense and other government agencies and international agencies share. In other words, this study looks at the direction of the perception of mainstream perspectives (realism, liberalism) on international order, and presents the direction and framework for establishing future security strategies for the Korean Peninsula on the basis of military relevance that reflects the essential characteristics of military organizations contributing to national security on the theory and prospects of international order.

The primary goal of this study was to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention of careworkers in the residential facilities for the disabled. A self-reported questionnaire survey was employed for the data collection. The data was collected from 536 careworkers working in 39 residential facilities for the disabled. The results showed firstly that task efficacy negatively affected on turnover intention of careworkers. Secondly, facilitiy size, education and trainning program, innovative and goal-oriented leadership of mid-level manager had an negative and positive effect on turnover intention respectively. Thirdly, as for the interaction effect between individual and organization factors, there were postive effects between task efficacy and facility size, and negative effects between task efficacy and innovative leadership of mid-level manager. Based on the results of the study, we presented theoretical and practical implications needed to manage turnover intention of careworkers in residential facilities for the disabled. 본 연구의 목적은 장애인거주시설 생활지도원의 이직의도 영향요인을 개인 및 조직수준에서 다차원적으로 검증하는 것으로 가설검증을 위한 이론적 틀로써 조직이론인 상황이론과 심리학 이론인 자기결정이론을 종합적으로 활용하였다. 검증을 위해 국내 장애인거주시설 50개소를 대상으로 우편설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 시설 39개소, 생활지도원 536명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 개인수준 요인 중 과업효능감이 생활지도원의 이직의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 나타났고, 조직수준 요인 중에는 조직규모와 사무국장의 혁신적, 목적지향적 리더십이 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 다음으로 개인 및 조직수준 간 상호작용 효과를 검증한 결과, 개인수준인 생활지도원의 과업효능감은 조직수준인 조직규모, 그리고 중간관리자의 혁신적 리더십과 통계적으로 유의미한 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애인거주시설 생활지도원의 이직의도를 관리할 수 있는 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제언하였다.

The anarchist and anti-Japanese soldier, Lee Dal(1910-1942) who was the member of the South China Korean Youth League and the Korean volunteer corps, wrote many articles for Chinese and Korean publications. His most noted works were critiques about modern Chinese literature on Korean publications from Jan. 1935 to the Spring of 1936. Focusing on Ba Jin’s collection of short stories, Revenge, he wrote a critique about Ba Jin(巴金)’s attitude of writing. Instead of emphasizing the noble sacrifices made in war, Lee Dal pursued human justice and humanity beyond the narrow scope of nationalism or distorted patriotism. He had high regards for Guo Mo-ruo(郭沫若)’s rebellious spirit as an enlightening light and indomitable spirit in dark times. But he criticized severely Mao Dun(茅盾)’s trilogy, Disillusionment, Disturbance, Persuit. He claimed that Mao Dun’s writings sowed seeds of depression and disillusionment among young readers. And Lee Dal emphasized that profound significance in life could only be found through strenuous efforts. As an anarchist and anti-Japanese soldier, Lee Dal spent his whole life pursuing a free and equal society and wholly devoted himself to the independence of his nation.

The Decline in the Quit Rate during the 1920s: The Role of Labor Demand Revisited

This paper revisits the debate on the decline in the quit rate in the United States’ manufacturing sector during the 1920s. As an alternative to analyzing previously used labor market indicators, this paper utilizes the Help Wanted Advertising Index as a proxy for labor demand. It also incorporates net migration as a source of labor turnover. The results contradict a common view in the economic history literature. The shortage of labor demand yields a satisfactory and sufficient explanation for the decline in the quit rate. On the other hand, factors, such as changes in employment policies that have been believed to be important, played more limited roles.
