        액체신틸레이션 검출기 공간분해능과 각도계산 방법에 따른 중성미자 지향성

        On the basis of Monte Carlo simulation, a liquid scintillation neutrino detector was used to study the conditions for determining the neutrino directionality. The emission angle of the neutron was calculated using the annihilation position of the positron generated through inverse beta decay, which was caused by the neutrino and the gamma-ray emitted by the neutron that was absorbed by gadolinium. When the neutron emission angle was considered as the neutrino directionality, the neutrino demission angle was linearly dependent on the neutrino incidence angle. Therefore, the calculation method for the emission angle of neutrons is a more critical factor in determining the incidence direction of neutrinos compared with the spatial resolution of the detector. 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션을 기반으로 액체 신틸레이션 중성미자 검출기를 이용하여 중성미자 입사방향에 따른 지향성을 결정하는데 필요한 조건을 연구를 하였다. 중성미자에 의해 발생한 역베타붕괴에서 양전자의 소멸 위치와 중성자가 가돌리늄에 흡수되어 방출하는 감마선의 신호를 이용하여 중성자의 방출각을 구하였다. 중성자 방출각을 중성미자 지향성으로 고려하였을 때, 역베타붕괴를 이용한 중성미자 입사방향은 중성미자 지향성에 선형적으로 의존하였다. 또한 중성자의 방출각을 정의하는 계산방법이 검출기의 공간분해능보다 중성미자 지향성을 결정하는데 더욱 중요한 요인임을 알게 되었다.

      • USLE 模形을 利用한 農村地域의 非點汚染源規模와 特性에 關한 硏究

        This study was performed to evaluate the applicability of USLE(Universal Soil Loss Equation) for rural area and to provide necessary information for water quality management. The management of nonpoint sources about water pollution is often frustrated by its costly and intricate tasks. The results of this study applying USLE in evaluation of pollutant load from nonpoint sources of rural areas were as follows. Rainfall energy factor (R) was 288 lower than the nationwide average 483. The values of other important factors in USLE were estimated to be 0.3 of soil erodibility factor (K), 0.9 of slope length and steepness factor (LS), 0.24 of crop management factor and 0.8 of conservation practices factor. Annual estimated sediment yield from the survey area was 16.7 tons/ha, and annual loads of T-N and T-P were estimated to be 87.8Kg/ha and 26.8 kg/ha respectively. The maximum load of nutrients as T-N and T-P was produced July to August.

        무인이동체 및 지상국 컴퓨터 간의 시간 정보 동기화를 위한 시스템 연구

        In this paper, system that includes multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are considered. The vehicles are equipped with a mission computer for a specific mission and equipment. The mission equipment operates based on the time of mission computer. Also, data collected by flight computer and mission computer is saved with the time of each operating system. Generally, time offset between multiple computers always exists, though the computers are connected to the Internet. When the data collected by multiple computers is combined, the time offset causes damage on reliability of the combined data. Computers that connected to the Internet are synchronized by network time protocol (NTP). This paper proposes a system that the time of multiple mission computers are synchronized by the same NTP server to minimize the time offset. In the results of the measurement, the system time offset of multiple mission computer is maintained within 10ms from the system time of the server computer.

        Vertebral Body Sliding Osteotomy for Cervical Myelopathy With Rigid Kyphosis

        Cervical spondylotic myelopathy is surgically demanding when associated with rigid kyphosis. Posterior surgery cannot restore cervical lordosis, and adequate decompression is not possible with rigid kyphosis. Vertebral body sliding osteotomy (VBSO) is a safe and novel technique for anterior decompression in patients with multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy. It is safe in terms of dural tear, pseudarthrosis, and graft dislodgement, which are demonstrated at high rates in anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion. In addition, VBSO is a powerful method for restoring cervical lordosis through multilevel anterior cervical discectomy and fusion above and below the osteotomy level. It may be a feasible treatment option for patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy and kyphotic deformity. This is a technical note and literature review that describes the procedures involved in VBSO.

        원위지골 내연골종에 이차적으로 발생한 심수지

        원위지골의 내연골종에 이차적으로 발생한 심수지 굴곡건의 견열 손상은 매우 드문 손상으로 아직 국내에 보고된 증례는 없다. 내연골종의 병적 골절에 대해서는 단순 소파술 후 주두돌기로부터 채취한 자가골을 이식하여 치료하였고, 견열 손상에 대해서는 끌어내기 봉합법을 통해 골편을 원위지골에 재부착하였다. 저자들은 이러한 치료를 통해 골 유합과 좋은 기능적 결과를 얻게 되어 이에 대해 보고하고자 한다. This case report describes the unusual occurrence of a flexor digitorum profundus avulsion secondary to an enchondroma of the distal phalanx of the middle finger. The enchondroma was treated by simple curettage with an autogenous bone graft harvested from the olecranon. The avulsed bone fragment was reattached to the distal phalanx using the pull-out suture technique. Bony union and full function of the digit were achieved.

        Full Cementation in Revision Total Knee Arthroplasty Using a Constrained Condylar Knee Prosthesis with an Average 7-Year Follow-up

        Purpose: To evaluate clinical and radiological outcome of the full cementation technique in revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA) using a constrained condylar knee (CCK) prosthesis. Materials and Methods: Between January 2008 and March 2012, 18 cases (16 patients) of fully cemented revision TKA were performed using a CCK prosthesis. Fifteen cases of aseptic loosening (13 patients) and 3 cases of infection were included. There were 2 males and 14 females with a mean age of 76.7 years at the time of surgery, and the average follow-up was 81 months. Clinically, the pain score, function score and Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score were evaluated. Radiologically, loosening, radiolucent lines and migration of implant were evaluated. Results: Preoperatively, the pain score, function score and HSS score were 50.3, 24.4 and 61.8 points, respectively. At the latest follow-up, the scores were improved to 84.8, 63.6 and 85.6 points, respectively (p<0.05). Loosening or migration of implant was not observed in any cases. Radiolucent lines were observed in 5 cases underneath the tibial component without progression during the follow-up. Conclusions: The full cementation technique in revision TKA using a CCK showed excellent clinical results. Although radiolucent lines were observed in 27.8% underneath the tibial component, there was no progression to loosening or instability.
