        가평 전주이씨묘 출토복식 고찰

        In 1995, the costumes were restored in an unknown woman's tomb at the Jeonju Lee's family cemetery in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-Do, and there are currently nine items remaining. In this study, we first introduced these 9 relics to academia and analyzed the morphological characteristics of the costumes. We also estimated the time and person of burial compared with costumes unearthed from other burials. Jeogories (short jacket) are all four items. One of these items was unusual in shape, and the upper part of the seop (gusset) was wrinkled and shaped. This type of Jeogori appears only till the 1520s in other tombs. There are also two skirts, one of which is characterized by a superimposed pattern. The top and bottom / middle part of the skirt were rolled up, and the skirt, which was double-rolled up in this way, was first discovered. An analysis of the shape of Jeogori and skirt indicated that the person buried in the Jeonju Lee's family tomb was believed to have survived until the early 16th century. Based on these estimated periods, as a result of looking at the genealogy of Jeonju Lee's family, it was concluded that the tomb was probably a woman named Lee Geum Myeong (李金命) born in the mid-15C and died between the late 15C and the early 16C.

        동결건조 진주담치 추출물의 항산화 및 DNA 손상 보호 활성

        동결건조에 의한 진주담치의 생리활성의 변화를 살펴보고자 DPPH 라디칼 소거능, ORAC, CAC 등의 항산화 활성과 comet assay를 이용한 DNA 손상 보호능을 측정하였다. 생 진주담치 및 동결건조 진주담치에서 물 추출물을 제외한 에탄올과 메탄올 추출물에서 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 확인하였고, 메탄올 추출물의 경우 동결건조에 의해 DPPH 라디칼 소거능이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 생 진주담치의 ORAC 수치는 물 추출물에서 가장 높게 나타난 반면, 동결건조 진주담치의 경우 메탄올 추출물에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 동결건조 후 ORAC 수치는 물 추출물에서만 유의적으로 감소된 반면 HepG2 세포의 라디칼 소거능(CAC)의 경우 물 추출물에서 유의적으로 증가하여 소거 대상 라디칼에 따라 항산화활성의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생 또는 동결건조 진주담치는 모든 추출물에서 산화적 스트레스에 의한 DNA 손상을 억제하는 보호 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌고 동결건조에 의한 보호 효과는 유의적인 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 진주담치는 물 추출물의 DPPH 라디칼 소거능을 제외하고는 모든 추출물에서 항산화 활성과 더불어 DNA 손상의 보호 효과가 관찰되었고 동결건조 가공처리에 의해서 그 활성이 크게 영향을 받지 않거나 추출물에 따라 오히려 활성이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라에서 생산되는 진주담치의 식품 첨가물이나 기능성 식품 개발을 위한 생리활성 소재로의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. Blue mussels (Mytilus edulis) are widely distributed among the world’s oceans in various habitats. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of freeze-drying on the antioxidant and antigenotoxic activities of blue mussels collected in the Gyeongnam coast area of Korea. Raw (RM) and freeze-dried blue mussel flesh (FRM) were extracted with ethanol, methanol, and water. Antioxidant activities were evaluated on the basis of DPPH radical scavenging activity, oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC), cellular antioxidant capacity (CAC), and antigenotoxic activity (comet assay). Except for the water extract, RM and FRM showed DPPH radical scavenging activities, which increased upon freeze-drying in MeOH extract. The highest ORAC value was observed in water extract of RM and MeOH extract of FRM. CAC was protected against AAPH-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cells by both RM and FRM extracts. Freeze-drying lowered ORAC value of water extract, whereas it increased CAC activity, suggesting that antioxidant activities varied according to the generated radicals. All extracts from RM and FRM showed antigenotoxic activities by reducing H₂O₂-induced DNA damage in human leukocytes. Freeze-drying had no effect on antigenotoxicity of blue mussels. Taken together, these results indicate that blue mussels possess antioxidant and antigenotoxic properties, and freeze-drying might be a useful processing method for blue mussels to retain their maximum physiological potential as a functional food.

      • 학령기 인공와우 이식 아동의 조사 전략

        Purpose: Cochlear Implant technique helps hearing impaired children to perceive and produce speech and to develop early reading skills. But children with cochlear implant still have problems in reading comprehension. This study aims at investigating the reason why children with cochlear implant have trouble understanding what they read., examining the use of morphosyntactic strategy, especially postpositional particle strategy which has important role in Korea sentence. Methods: The study has collected 6 children with cochlear implant and 13 normal hearing children who attend elementary schools in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do. Their chronological age had no statistically significant difference. Reading comprehension strategy questions were used to understand the children’s reading comprehension strategy. The questions were made by the researcher and had four items which were semantically or morphosyntactically manipulated to fill in a blank in a 3 to 4 words–long sentence. The children was told the test was under time limit but there was no actual time limit. Results: In reading comprehension strategy task, there was significant difference of correct answers and ratio of error type. Conclusions: Children with cochlear implant do not fully understand the relation between verb and postpositional particle or among postpositional particles. That is, children with cochlear implant pay less attention to morphosyntactic clue than normal hearing children do.

        MIL-STD-810H를 적용한 전력차단기 조립 자동화 설비의 진동해석

        현재 국내 전력 차단기 제조업체의 대다수는 생산성과 효율성이 낮은 방식으로 생산하고 제작 중에 별도의 성능검사를 미실시하여 완제품 불량이 발생하고 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 개발 중인 조립 자동화 설비는 에어 실린더, 연결된 주변 공정 등 다양한 진동 환경에 노출되어 있으므로 제작 전 설계 안전성을 검토하여 파손 및 고장에 대한 위험성을 예방해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설계단계의 전력 차단기 조립 자동화 설비를 대상으로 미 군사 규격인 MIL-STD-810H Method 514.8에 규정된 복합 바퀴 차량의 가속도 스펙트럼 밀도 데이터를 이용해 개발 장비의 구조적 안전성을 확인하였다. ANSYS 소프트웨어를 통해 구조해석을 진행하였으며, 해석 값을 통해 안전여유를 계산한 결과 1.28 이상의 값이 계산되어 구조적 안전성을 확보할 수 있었다. Currently, the majority of domestic power breaker manufacturers produce products with low productivity and efficiency and do not conduct separate performance tests during manufacturing, resulting in defects in finished products. To compensate for this, the safety of designs should be reviewed before manufacturing to prevent the risk of breakage and failure. An assembly automation facility that is under development is exposed to various vibration environments such as air cylinders and connected surrounding processes. In this study, the structural safety of the development equipment was confirmed using the acceleration spectrum density data of a complex wheel vehicle specified in the US military standard MIL-STD-810H Method 514.8 for a power breaker assembly automation facility in the design stage. Structural analysis was conducted through ANSYS software. The margin of safety was calculated, and a value of 1.28 or higher was found to ensure structural safety.

      • 웃음치료프로그램 전후에 따른 긍정적 태도와 심리적 행복감에 차이분석

        이 연구의 목적은 웃음 치료가 긍정적 태도와 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 웃음 치료 프로그램에 참가한 표본 대상자인 45 명은 서울의 평생 학습 센터에서 선택되었다. 배포 및 수집 된 45 개의 설문지 중 신뢰성이 낮은 9 개의 표본은 연구에서 제외되었다. 본 연구에서는 빈도 분석, 탐색 요인분석, paired t-test를 수행되었다. 이 연구의 연구 결과로 첫째, 웃음 치료 프로그램은 개인의 긍정적인 태도에 중요한 영향을 나타냈다. 둘째, 웃음 치료 프로그램은 심리적 행복감에 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러므로 웃음 치료 프로그램은 개인의 신체, 정신, 정서, 사회적 행동을 바람직하게 변화시키는 레크리에이션뿐만 아니라 병리적인 치료의 목적과 삶의 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시키고 행복감을 증가시킬 수 있는 활동이다. The purpose of this study was effect of laughter therapy on positive attitude and psychological well-being. The 45 laughter therapy program participants were chosen from Ggu lifelong learning center in Seoul. Among 45 questionnaires distributed and collected, 9 were excluded from the study because they were neither thoughtfully nor completely answered. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, paired t-test were performed. The research results of this study indicate that First. laughter therapy program had a significant influence on positive attitude. Second, laughter therapy program had a significant influence on psychological well-being.

        사례 연구: 녹거노인 일상 활동 모니터링 시스템의 실제 주택에서의 장기간 실험

        This paper describes analysis of long-term experiments on a monitoring system to assess the daily activities of the elderly who live alone. The developed system is composed of an in-house sensing system and a server system. The in-house sensing system installed in their own houses is a typical wireless sensor network system including three kinds of wireless sensors. The server system has a database server and an assessment server. We have installed the system into an elderly house, collected data during over two years continuously, then analyze the data. From the analysis, we could measure the energy consumption profile of three kinds of sensor nodes. The experiment shows all kinds of nodes can operate over one year with two AA-size alkaline batteries. Using a measure of reliability of the monitoring system called ‘deadzone’, the system has showed the failure operation for 842 hours (4.66 %) during over 18,000 hours total operation period.

        지능형 홈을 위한 사용자 식별 및 출입 감지 시스템

        This paper presents a sensing system for smart home which can detect an location transition events such as entrance/exit of a member and identify the user in a group at the same time. The proposed system is compose of two sub-systems; a wireless sensor network system and a database server system. The wireless sensing system is designed as a star network where each of sensing modules with ultrasonic sensors and a Bluetooth RF module connect to a central receiver called Bluetooth access point. We propose a method to discriminate a user by measuring the height of the user. The differences in the height of users is a key feature for discrimination. At the same time, the each sensing module can recognize whether the user goes into or out a room by using two ultrasonic sensors. The server subsystem is a sort of data logging system which read the detected event from the access point and then write it into a database system. The database system could provide the location transition information to wide range of context-aware applications for smart home easily and conveniently. We evaluate the developed method with experiments for three subjects in a family with the installation of the developed system into a real house.
