악교정 수술을 위한 석고모형 수술시의 계측오차

The errors in orthognathic surgery can occur during the preoperative preparations including the model surgery, but till now there's been some lack of reserches about them. So we wanted to verify the accuracies in measurements used in model surgery. We compared the accuracy of measurements by vernier calipers, which has been the main measurement tool for conventional model surgery, and that by height gauge, which is recently claimed to be more accurate, with 3 dimensional coordinate analyzer. We could have following results and have a plan to use them for the invention of new model surgery techniques. 1. The measurement errors in Group 1, which mean the difference between "the measurements by 3-D analyzer"and "the measurements by height gauge", were small enough with the range of $0.1{\sim}0.2mm$ in all planes. 2. The mean error in Group 2, which is the differences between the measurements of 3-D analyzer and those of vernier calipers, was 1.1mm. 3. The measurement errors in Group 2 were variable according to the factors including the differences of individuality and expertness of each measurers. But in case of Group 1, they were small and not variable by the expertness. 4. The measurements were more accurate at the points in anterior teeth than in molar teeth in Group 1 and 2. 5. The errors after model surgery increased remarkably, compared with those before surgery in Group 2. And the situation was different in Group 1 in that errors decreased after surgery. According to these results, it assumed that the measurements with height gauge during the model surgery for orthognathic surgery are accurate enough and can be maintained, regardless of complexity of models, individuality, or expertness of measurers.

기존 질병을 가진 환자들의 치료를 위해서는 간 경변증의 병태생리를 잘 이해하고 적절한 수술 전, 후 처치를 시행하여야 하며 합병증의 발생에 대비하여야 할 것이다 마찬가지로 간 경변증을 가진 악안면 영역 외상 환자나 감염증 환자에서도 간경변증에 대한 충분한 이해를 바탕으로 치료를 하는 것이 합병증이나 속발증을 막을 수 있는 최선의 방법으로 생각된다. 따라서 각종 검사를 이용하여 간 경변증의 진행 정도와 외과적 처치의 위험 정도를 파악하고 수술이 필요한 경우 술전에 충분히 준비를 하도록 하며 마취나 수술시 그 방법의 선택을 신중히 해야겠다. 그리고 수술후에는 발생 가능한 합병증을 예상하고 치료할 수 있도록 철저히 대비하는 것이 필요하겠다. To evaluate the pathophysiology and surgical considerations for liver cirrhosis in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, 4 cases with maxillofacial traumas or infections in different stages of liver cirrhosis were reviewed. Although appropriate medical cares were ensured, 2 patients were died due to complications of the liver disease. Each cases were classified by the Pugh s classification system and analyzed with reference to laboratory findings and hospital courses. For improved understandings of pathophysiology of liver cirrhosis, the coagulopathies, the lowered detoxification, the hepatic encephalopathy, the hepatorenal syndrome, the sepsis, other conditions - ascites, esophageal varix, portal hypertension, etc - and pre or postoperative complications were reviewed. And special emphases were made at the staging of liver cirrhosis in oral and maxillofacial surgery, preoperative preparations, and prevention of intraoperative or postoperative complications.

본 논문은 서울메트로 안전사고 현황을 바탕으로 유형분석을 통한 안전사고 발생원인을 심층 분석하여 안전사고 예방(저감)을 위한 대책으로 4 가지 개선방안을 도출하였다. 우선 안전사고 빅데이터를 활용한 분야별 대책 마련을 제안하였고, 승객이동 편의시설 전반에 대한 안전관리 진단 및 관리․감독 강화를 제안하였다. PSD 장애 빈발개소에 안전요원을 우선 배치하도록 하며, 마지막으로 대 시민 안전사고 예방 홍보활동 강화를 제안하였다. 향후 안전사고 예방대책의 중요성은 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되며 상기 대안으로 제시된 대책으로 안전성이 크게 향상될 것으로 판단된다. Authors developed the patent database mangement system for oral and maxillofacial surgery, using a IBM compatible personal computer and a spreadsheet database program Excel . We adopted the automatic diagnosis-description system, which required less input load errors, using tips that could help users manage clinical data with ease. It did serve an easy accumulation of clinical data and a rapid searching for wanted data during our clinical study. On our way for the development, we realized that we need a new standardized classification of diseases and operations that are fit to our situations, which would let us have great chances to develop our clinical patient management system.

1,000만 서울시민의 발로써 지난 40년간 대중교통의 중추적인 역할을 해온 서울메트로는(1~4 호선 운영) 전국 도시철도 수송의 45% 이상을 담당하고 일 평균 이용객 422만(2014년)이상 시민을 수송하는 명실상부한 대중교통의 동맥으로 자리매김 하게 되었다. 이렇게 수많은 사람들이 이용하는 지하철에서 최근 발생되고 있는 안전사고를 분석한 결과, 이용객 부주의 및 승무원의 미인지로 인한 사고는 오히려 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지하철에서 발생하는 안전사고를 운행업무 중심으로 QC(Quality Control)기법을 이용하여 분석함으로써 안전관리 향상 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 14대 大選에서 地域感情이 투표행위에 미친 영향

이 논문은 지역감정이 제14대 대통령선거에서 전라북도 유권자들의 투표행위에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위한 조사연구이다. 이 연구를 위해 선거공고가 나기전인 1992년 11월과 투표가 끝난 후인 1993년 2월에 설문지를 통한 조사연구가 두차례 실시되었다. 설문대상은 전주, 남원, 정주, 고창, 무주ㆍ진안ㆍ장수 지구의 유권자들이었으며, 투표에 대한 태도변화를 보기 위한 조사이기 때문에 1,000명의 고정된 표본집단이 구성되었다. 연구결과 대다수 전북인들은 타지인에 의한 지역감정을 직접 경험에 의해서가 아니라 제 3자를 통해서 간접적으로 형성하고 있다. 또한 전북인들은 지역감정이 정치적ㆍ경제적 요인에서 연유된 것으로 보기 때문에 지역감정을 해결하기 위한 우선적 과제로 지역간의 균형적 개발이나 공직 인사상의 공정성 등을 들고 있다. 실제로 이번 선거에서 지역감정이 이 지역 유권자들의 투표행위에 미친 영향은 어느 정도 있었던 것으로 분석되었다. 부산의 기관장 대책회의가 있기전에 김영삼후보를 지지했던 약간의 유권자와 어느 특정 후보를 결정하지 않은 부동표 중의 일부가 이 사건 이후 김영삼 지지에서 일탈하였으며, 선거일이 다가오면서 김대중 후보에 대한 지지가 확대되는 경향을 보였다. 이는 선거운동이 진행되면서 지역감정이 고조되고 그것은 곧 투표행위에 어떤 영향을 주는 것으로 해석할 수 있겠다.
