        율무 약침이 고지방식이 급여 흰쥐의 혈액 내 지질구성 및 Glucose량에 미치는 영향

        Objective : To investigate the effects of Yullmoo (Coix lachryma-jobi var. mayuen stapf.) Pharmacopuncture on plasma lipid composition and glucose concentration in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods : ${\beta}-lipoprotein$ free fatty acids, triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in Yullmoo (Coix lachryma-jobi var. mayuen stapf.) Pharmacopuncture groups were compared with those in the control group. Results : Concentration of ${\beta}-lipoprotein$ showed no significantly different in all treatment groups. Concentration of free fatty acids, triglyceride and total cholesterol in plasma were decreased in the Yullmoo (Coix lachryma-jobi var. mayuen stapf.) Pharmacopuncture groups. In the Yullmoo (Coix lachryma-jobi val. mayuen stapf.) Pharmacopuncture groups, plasma LDL-cholesterol showed a lower value and HDL-cholesterol showed a higher value than those of the control group. Contents of glucose were decreased in the Yullmoo (Coix lachryma-jobi val. mayuen stapf.) Pharmacopuncture groups. Conclusions : The results suggest that Yullmoo (Coix lach.yma-jobi var. mayuen stapf.) Pharmacopuncture may have an impact on lipid metabolism to potentially prevent obesity and enhance treatment effect.

        재배지역별 보검선인장 줄기의 영양성분 및 생리활성 평가

        본 연구는 재배지역이 다른 보검선인장의 일반성분, 비타민 C, 페놀 화합물 함량, 항산화 활성 및 ${\alpha}$-glucosidase 저해활성을 평가하고, 기초 자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 보검선인장 줄기의 수분함량은 85~95%이었으며, 조회분이 8.69~16.50%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 무기성분 중 Ca이 1,745~4,204 mg/100 g으로 다량 함유되어 있었으며, 비타민 C 역시 57.87~143.72 mg/100 g으로 함량이 높게 나타나, 재배지역에 따라 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 총 폴리페놀과 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 38.69~55.29 mg/g과 3.33~4.03 mg/g으로 지역적인 차이는 크지 않았다. DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소건 활성 역시 45.19~61.52%와 39.15~48.48%로 유사하게 나타났다. ${\alpha}$-glucosidase 저해 활성은 저농도(1 mg/mL)에서는 29.72~45.73%로 재배지역에 따라 차이를 보였으나, 고농도(10 mg/mL)에서는 68.91~78.51%로 차이가 적어 농도에 따라 저해 활성이 달라짐을 확인하였다. 일반성분, 무기성분 및 비타민 C 함량은 재배지역에 따라 큰 차이를 보였지만, 총 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량과 환원력 및 ${\alpha}$-glucosidase 저해 활성은 지역적 차이가 적었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 보검선인장 줄기는 우수한 Ca 급원이 될 수 있으며, 항산화 및 항당뇨 활성으로 인해 건강기능식품의 소재로 활용이 가능할 것이라고 기대된다. This study was conducted to investigate changes in the proximate composition, antioxidant activities, and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory activity of Opuntia ficus-indica (OFI) cladodes cultivated in Jeju (JJ1, JJ2, JJ3) and Jeonnam (JN1, JN2). The difference in the proximate composition (crude protein, lipid and ash content) of OFI between the two regions was not significant. Ca, Mg and Na were the major mineral components of OFI. The ascorbic acid content of OFI ranged from 57.87 to 143.72 mg/100 g. A 70% ethanol extract was used to investigate the antioxidant content and activity as well as the ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory activity. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of OFI were 38.69~55.29 and 3.33~4.03 mg/g, respectively. The antioxidant activities based on the DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging assays were 45.19~61.52% and 39.15~51.96%, respectively, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The inhibitory activity of OFI extracts against rat intestinal ${\alpha}$-glucosidase was 29.72~45.73% at 1 mg/mL concentration, and JN1 showed the highest ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory activity. This information could be very useful for authentication of Opuntia species with the highest potential as sources of nutritional and therapeutic elements.

        냉각재 공급자관 위상배열 검사 적용에 따른 결함 분석

        The feeder pipe of Main Primary Heat Transfer System in Wolsong Nuclear Power Plant was inspected by the Ultrasonic Phase Array technique in 2010. It is the first time to apply this method to the construction at Nuclear Power Plant in Korea. The time required for UT technique is less than RT method. The UT method doesn't need to evacuate personnel who works nearby inspecting area and doesn't need to wait developing of film. For these reasons, the UT method is the fastest method among the volumetric inspections. As a result of the examination, it became clear that main defect of the feeder pipe is the Lack of fusion in the welded area. Moreover, the rate of defect was reduced gradually as improvement of welder's skill. If welding machine has problem, the defect has tended to same pattern(occurred same position in the welding area) but these defects were founded without specific rules. For these reasons, the creation of defect is dependent on the skill of worker not on the automatic welding machine. This evaluation of defect signal and collecting data would be useful to further examination in ISI.

        홈 네트워크 기반의 펠릿 활용 난방 보일러 제어시스템

        본 논문에서는 '저탄소 녹색성장'의 세계적 추세에 따라 탄소 중립적 에너지원인 우드펠릿(wood pellet)을 사용하는 난방보일러 제어시스템 구현을 제시한다. 본 시스템은 공중전화망 및 이동통신망을 통해 원격으로도 제어 가능한 홈 네트워크 기반의 제어 및 관리시스템 구현도 포함한다. 구현된 시스템은 온도조절기능, 연료공급기능, 점화기능, 화력조절기능, 그을음제거기능 등을 수행하는 보일러 주제어부와 주제어부와의 RS-485 통신링크를 통해 각 방의 개별 온도를 제어 할 수 있는 온도조절기 모듈 및 보일러의 원격제어 및 모니터링이 가능한 공중전화망 및 이동통신망 인터페이스 부분으로 구성된다. 구현된 시스템은 기본동작시험과 원격제어시험을 통해 난방면적 $172m^2$에서 열효율 93.6%, 난방출력 20,640kcal/hr, 연료소모량 5.54kg/hr 으로 나타났다. 이러한 성능지표는 기존 개발된 펠릿보일러에 비해서 우수한 결과로써 기존 보일러에서는 적용하지 않았던 3단계의 점화과정과 그을음제거 기능과 함께 $C_dS$ 센서를 통한 불꽃감지기능 및 셔터개폐의 미세 조정을 통한 화력조절기능을 새롭게 적용한 결과이다. This paper presents the implementation of a control system of pellet boiler using wood pellet as carbon neutral material. The system also has the additional features to provide remote controlling and monitoring based on home networking technology through either public switched telephone networks or mobile communication networks. It consists of three kinds of sub-modules; a main controller provides basic and additional features such as a setting of temperature, a supplying of wood pellet, a controlling of ignition and fire-power, and a removing of soot. The second is temperature controller of individual rooms which is connected to the main controller through RS-485 links. And interface modules with PSTN and mobile networks can support remote controlling and monitoring the functions. The test results under the heating area of $172m^2$ show a thermal efficiency of 93.6%, a heating power of 20,640kcal/hr, and a fuel consumption of 5.54kg/hr. These results are superior to those of the conventional pellet boilers. In order to obtain the such high performance, we newly applied a 3-step ignition flow, a flame detection by $C_dS$ sensor, and a fire-power control by fine controlling of shutter to our pellet boiler.

        오차드그래스 성숙종자로부터 캘러스 유도 및 고효율 식물체 재분화

        In an effort to optimize tissue culture conditions for genetic transformation of orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.), an efficient and high-frequency plant regeneration system from seed-derived calli was established. Embryogenic calli induced on MS medium containing 3mg/L 2,4-D and 0.1mg/L BA had significantly improved regeneration ability. Plant regeneration rate was 92% when embryogenic calli were cultured on N6 medium supplemented with 1mg/L 2,4-D and 3mg/L BA. Among three kinds of medium, MS and N6 medium were optimal for embryogenic callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Ho difference in callus induction frequency was observed among four cultivars of orchardgrass, however, "Roughrider" cultivar showed higher regenerability with the frequency of 61%. Addition of maltose to the regeneration medium as a carbon source dramatically increased regeneration frequency up to 69%. A short tissue culture period and high-frequency regeneration system would be beneficial for molecular breeding of orchardgrass through genetic transformation.

        Instantaneous Voltage Sag Corrector Controller Design of Power Line System

        본 논문은 전력품질 향상을 목적으로 VSC의 새로운 제어 기법의 디자인에 대하여 기술하였다. 전압강하의 빠른 검출 기술은 동기 회전 d q-기준축에서 순시값의 검출을 통해서 구현되었다. 1차 디지털 필터는 노이즈에 대하여 둔감한 특성을 막을 수 있는 검출 알고리즘을 부가하였다. 필터의 전체 검출과 컷오프 주파수 사이에서 관계에 대하여 기술하였다. 에너지 저장 요소로서 사용되는 캐패시터 뱅크의 사이즈는 회로 해석으로서 입 출력 에너지의 관점에서 디자인 되었다. 마지막으로, 제안된 기법의 유효성은 모의실험을 통하여 증명되었다. This paper describes the novel control techniques design of VSC(Voltage Sag Corrector) for the purpose of power line quality enhancement. A fast detecting technique of voltage sag is implemented through the detection of instantaneous value on synchronous rotating dq-reference frame. The first order digital filter is added in the detection algorithm to protect the insensitive characteristics against the noise. The relationship between the total detection time and cut-off frequency of the filter is described. The size of the capacitor bank used as the energy storage element is designed from the point of view of input/output energy with circuit analysis. Finally, the validity of the proposed scheme is proven through the simulated results.

        재배지역, 수확시기 및 숙기에 따른 여주의 γ-Aminobutyric Acid 함량 변화 및 분석법 검증

        This study aimed to investigate the changes in the ${\gamma}$-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content of bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) cultivated from different regions, with different harvest times and at various maturation stages. Methods for observing the changes in GABA content were validated by determining the specificity, linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), and precision and accuracy using the HPLC-FLD system. Results showed high linearity in the calibration curve with a coefficient of correlation ($R^2$) of 0.9999. The LOD and LOQ values for GABA were 0.29 and $0.87{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. The relative standard deviations for intra- and inter-day precision of GABA were less than 5%. The recovery rate of GABA was in the range of 98.77% to 100.50%. The average content of GABA was 0.93 mg/g and Cheongju showed highest GABA content of 1.88 mg/g. As the time of harvest increased from May to September, the GABA content decreased from 1.56 to 0.86 mg/g. Also, maturation of the bitter melon fruit was associated with a decreased in GABA content.

        구독형 음원 스트리밍 플랫폼 고객의 구독의도 및 고객만족에 대한 실증 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore and examine the factors influencing customer satisfaction and subscription intention in order to propose useful implication regarding subscription economy model. Methods: This study adopts the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model (UTAUT2) as the theoretical framework. On the basis of literature review, this study suggested 9 related hypothesis. To examine the hypothesis proposed, the study designed surveys with 32 questions and 456 answers were collected for the analysis. The study adopted a structural equation model and path analysis, using AMOS and SPSS programs. Results: The results of this study are as follow: All hypothesis except performance expectancy and effort expectancy have significant influence on customer satisfaction. Performance expectancy and effort expectancy have no significant influence on customer satisfaction and facilitate condition is significant but negatively associated with customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Result of this study is expected to suggest data regarding subscription economy and customer satisfaction for business with subscription model. In detail the result implies that highly sophisticated curation system would create more customer satisfaction and subscription intention rather than how a subscription-based platform is easily used. Moreover, curation system of subsription-based music platform should function with high accuracy on recommendation in a creative visual form in order to gain comparative advantage while most platforms have built own curation service.

      • DME 연료의 분무 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper describes the atomization characteristics, as well as the velocity and size distribution, of DME spray based on common-rail injection system. To analyze the possibility of using DME fuel as an alternative fuel of diesel, spray atomization characteristics were investigated. For this investigation, two-dimensional phase Doppler analyzer system was used to obtain droplet size and velocity distribution simultaneously. Velocity and droplet size measurements were performed at various injection pressures. Results showed that increasing pressure from 25MPa to 50MPa leads to higher spray droplet velocities and smaller droplet diameter but injection pressure above 40MPa, no signifiant reduction was observed. With the droplet velocity and SMD comparison between diesel and DME fuel, it can be observed that DME has smaller SMD and droplet velocity due to its low surface tension.
