노인요양시설 요양보호사의 조직 내 갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지의 조절효과

본 연구는 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 조직 내 갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 이 변수들 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 실증적으로 검증함으로써, 요양보호사들의 갈등을 효율적으로 관리하고 조직성과를 향상시키는 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경북지역 10개 시·군 소재 22개의 노인요양시설에 종사하고 있는 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN v21.0과 AMOS v18.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 구조모델 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 조직 내 갈등은 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직 내 갈등과 이직의도 사이에 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 작용하고 있으나, 그 효과는 사회적 지지 유형에 따라 다르게 작용하고 있었다. 셋째, 조직 내 갈등의 하위요인들과 사회적 지지 유형에 따라서 조절효과의 작용이 상이하게 나타나고 있었다. 이 연구는 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 조직 내 갈등요인이 요양보호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 분석함으로써, 노인요양시설의 효율적이고 효과적인 관리에 유용한 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제공했다는데 의의가 있다. This study aims to find ways to efficiently manage organizational conflicts of care workers working in the elderly care facilities and further improve the organizational performance by empirically verifying the influence of the organizational conflicts on their turnover intention and the moderating effect of social support between these variables. For these purposes, we collected data by conducting surveys among the care workers engaged in the 22 elderly care facilities in 10 cities and counties of Gyeongbuk province. The data collected were analyzed through the Descriptive Statistics, Correlation Analysis, and Structural Model Analysis with the SPSS WIN v21.0 and the AMOS v18.0. The results are as follows. First, organizational conflict of care workers was found to have a positive effect on their turnover intention. Second, although a moderating effect of social support was found between organizational conflict and their turnover intention, the effect varied depending on the types of social support. Third, the moderating effect varied depending on the types of conflict and social support. This research provides theoretical, practical and policy implications for the efficient and effective management of the Elderly Care Facilities by analyzing the influence of organizational conflicts among care workers on their turnover intention and the moderating effect of social support.

은 나노입자를 이용한 화학발광법에 의한 L-alanine의 정량

A chemiluminescent method with silver nanoparticles for determination of L-alanine has been presented. The chemilumiscence intensity was further enhanced by silver nanoparticles in the luminol system by its catalytic role. The silver nanoparticles enhanced chemiluminescent method is applicable for the determination of an amino acid such as alanine. When alanine was introduced to the luminol system with silver nanoparticles, chemiluminescence intensity was reduced with the concentration of the added alanine. The effects of pH, concentrations of luminol, hydrogen peroxide and silver nanoparticles on the chemiluminescence intensity were investigated. The calibration curve for L-alanine was linear over the range from 6.60×10(-8) M to 4.00×10(-7) M, coefficient of correlation was 0.996 and detection limit was 3.5×10(-9) M under the optimal conditions of 4.0×10(-3) M, 4.0×10(-2) M, 4.0×10(-4) M, 12.8 for the concentration of luminol, H2O2, silver nanoparticles and pH, respectively.

의미자질(SFA) 중재가 주관적 기억장애 노년층의 유명장소 이름대기 능력에 미치는 효과

배경 및 목적: 기억저하(memory decline) 등 인지 기능의 변화를 호소하는 노년층이 겪는 대표적인 언어적 어려움을 고유명사 이름대기(proper noun naming)로 설정하고 언어 중재를 적용한 후 중재 명사 이름대기 수행력에 미치는 효과와 비중재 명사 및 표준화검사로의 일반화 효과를 규명하였다. 방법: 주관적으로 기억력 저하를 호소하지만 객관적인 인지 기능에서 정상 범주의 수행을 보이는 만 60세 이상의 노인 26명을 선정하였다. 11명의 중재집단과 15명의 통제집단이 본 연구에 참여하였으며, 고유명사 이름대기 중재는 대상자와 1:1로 1회기 60분 동안 16회기에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 의미자질분석 중재를 기반으로 총 9단계로 구성되었으며 이름대기 수행을 촉진하기 위하여 시각적 자극, 의미범주, 의미자질 분석, 지리적 위치, 음운 · 철자 단서 등의 요소를 적용하였다. 결과: 유명장소 이름대기 중재 명사의 수행력에 대한 중재 전 · 후 및 집단 간의 상호작용이 유의하였다. 유명장소 이름대기 비중재 명사의 수행력에 대한 중재 전 · 후 및 집단 간의 상호작용이 유의하였다. 중재집단과 통제집단 간 보스턴이름대기검사 점수를 비교한 결과, 표준화 이름대기 검사로의 일반화 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 논의 및 결론: 의미자질 중재(SFA)가 목표 고유명사의 의미자질 산출을 촉진하고 중재 명사뿐만 아니라 중재 명사와 의미적으로 연결되어 있는 비중재 명사의 의미 네트워크를 활성화시키는 데 효과적이었다고 볼 수 있다. Objectives: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Semantic Feature Analysis (SFA)-plus treatment on landmark naming difficulties of the elderly with subject memory impairment (SMI). Methods: Twenty-six Korean individuals aged 60 or older with SMI participated in this study, eleven participants were in the intervention group and fifteen individuals who matched their age and years of education made up the control group. The landmark naming intervention consisted of a total of 9 steps based on SFA, presenting photo stimuli of famous places in Korean or abroad. The intervention used in this study was performed 1:1 with the subject for 60 minutes per session with 16 sessions. Visual stimulation, semantic categories, and semantic features such as geographic location, were applied to promote the performance of naming. The researcher provided tasks and clues to facilitate activation of the semantic and phonological information of landmark names. Results: Results demonstrated that there were significant increases in the performance of the trained and untrained place proper names among the intervention group. There was no generalization effect of the object naming. Conclusion: The current study suggested that the naming treatment using place names was effective in activating the semantic network, facilitating phonological information output, and enhancing landmark naming abilities in people with subjective memory decline.

A dual-band low noise amplifier is designed for hybrid structure using the source feedback and input and output resonance circuits to improve gain and noise for wireless LAN. An 2.4/5.8㎓ LNA is measured and the result shows the saturated output gain and noise of 13.2/4.2dB, 1.3/2.4dB at 2.4㎓ and 5.8㎓, respectively.

많은 무선기술이 개발되었지만, 그 기술들은 적용사례와 대역폭에서 한계를 가지고 있다. WLAN과 3G 네트워크는 무선통신을 도와주기 위한 플랫폼으로 나왔다. 그러나 서로 다른 네트워크 터미널의 이동성은 여러 리스크를 발생시킨다. 통신 보안과 효과적인 증명이 실행되어야 한다. 이 논문의 주제는 통합된 WLAN/3G 네트워크에 관한 증명방법의 분석에 있다. A number of wireless technologies have been implemented, but each technology has its limitation in terms of coverage and bandwidth. WLAN and 3G cellular network has emerged to be a complementary platform for wireless data communications. However, the mobility of roaming terminals in heterogeneous networks poses several risks. To maintain secure communications in universal roaming, the effective authentication must be implemented. The focus of this paper is on analysis of authentication architecture involved in integrated WLAN/3G networks.

단속교통류의 사고 잦은 구간 길이 선정방안 및 개선대안 우선순위 설정방안 연구 - Sliding Window 기법을 활용하여

본 연구에서는 설계속도에 따른 도로 기하구조와 특성이 다르고, 도로의 성격에 따라 사고의 원인과 사고 분포가 다르게 나타나고 있으므로 사고 잦은 지점을 포함하는 단속류 구간의 도로 및 차량특성을 반영한 Sliding window 길이를 새롭게 제시하여 기존의 일괄적인 기준으로 적용되고 있는 Sliding window length에 대해서 문제를 제기하고 단속류 구간의 분석구간 배치방법에 대한 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새로운 Sliding window length를 제시하였다. 기존 문헌 및 블랙박스자료를 이용한 실제 차량의 속도분석을 통해서 새로운 Sliding window length를 도출하였으며 이를 바탕으로 사고 잦은 구간을 선정한다면 도로 및 차량 특성을 반영한 구간 설정이 기존의 방식에 비해서 가능해 질 것으로 생각된다. 또한 사고 잦은 구간을 선정하는 Sliding window기법과 대물피해환산법인 EPDO를 활용하여 다양한 사고유형에 대한 심각도를 구하고 이에 따라 사고의 우선순위를 정하여 그 사고유형에 맞는 개선대안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 개선방안의 우선순위 설정에 대한 방법을 제안하고 있다는 점과 『교통사고 잦은 곳 기본개선계획 및 효과분석』의 기본개선방안의 내용에 부합하는 개선방안을 제시하는 부분에서는 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

17세기 루터교 정통주의 루터상(Lutherbild)의 역사적 발전 과정

This paper aims at the development of the image of Luther in the Lutheran orthodoxy of the 17th century. The Lutheran orthodoxy of the 17th century defended their theological position using the method of the Aristotelian philosophy in the polemical controversies with the Catholics and Calvinists. They described their theological theses in its dogmatic form. Here Luther`s theology played a very important role in the construction of the Orthodox teaching building. For the Lutheran the important was of only Luther`s theology as the true Christian doctrine, that it was necessary to salvation. This led to the understanding of Luther`s teaching authority of the Church, i.e. Luther was the only teacher of the church. The personal and biographical description of Luther did not matter for the Lutheran. Instead of the personality of Luther the Lutheran viewed Luther only as a teaching authority of the Church in the polemical dispute with the opponents. This resulted in the image of Luther: "Luther as an angel of the Apocalypse" and "Luther`s legality to the Reformation." For the support of Luther`s teaching authority the Lutheran moved to approach the Apocalypse 14:6-7. According to this biblical statement God sent an angel in the history to preach the pure doctrine of the Gospel. The Lutheran identified Luther with this angel. This has led to the image of Luther as the apocalyptic angel. For the legitimacy of Luther`s teaching authority, on the other hand, the Lutheran orthodoxy also established Luther`s legality to the Reformation by his call to the ordained priesthood, while recognizing him as doctor of theology and professor at the university.
