I study the actual condition and the problem of the crime prevention system of two seoul police station. that is operated on the unit of police box, and present the new improvement. Stragic and active is the new crime prevention system that introduces a concept of community oriented policing, the tendency of a developed country police. I present a medium - sized police station where 250${\sim}$300 policemen work. It consist of a patrol division, a community division and a administration support division. The chief of police bears the responsibility only for crime prevention service by concentrating on pure Patrol - centered crime prevention activity and community relation activity. Next I present a police inspector system. The most important on this paper is the community policing officer system that a policeman bears responsibility on district apart from a patrol division and support a police service related community. To be operated these systems effectively, these need to be regulated according to a police distinct, a police purpose and it's demand. Also a scale, function, authority of a existing. Police station must be regulated and the police training must be carried out.

XML 문서에 대한 포함질의는 XML의 핵심 질의 중의 하나이다. 따라서, XML 데이터를 지원하는 DBMS에서 이런 유형의 질의를 효과적으로 처리하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 최근 들어, 객체관계형 DBMS에 XML 데이터를 저장하려는 많은 노력들이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체관계형 DBMS에 BLOB 형태로 저장된 XML 데이터를 대상으로 포함질의를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 확장형 인덱스를 제시한다. 즉, 객체관계형 DBMS의 확장성을 이용해서 포함질의 처리를 위한 효과적으로 처리하는 확장형 인덱스의 구현과 이 인덱스의 사용 방법을 기술한다. Containment queries for XML documents is one of the most important query types, and thus the efficient support for this type of query is crucial for XML databases. Recently, object-relational database management system (ORDBMS) vendors try to store and retrieve XML data in their products. In this paper, we propose an extensible index to support containment queries over the XML data stored as BLOB type in ORDBMSs. That is, we describe how to implement the index using the extensibility feature of an ORDBMS, and describe its usage.

가격괴리율과 추적오차에 의한 ESG ETF의 성과분석

[연구목적] 본 연구에서는 사회적책임투자와 관련하여 ESG 투자의 성과를 알아보기 위해 국내 상장된 ESG ETF를 대상으로 성과를 실증분석하였으며 이를 통해 국내 ESG ETF의 성과와 특성을 알아보고 이와 관련된 시사점을 제공하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 국내 상장된 ESG ETF의 가격괴리율과 추적오차 분석을 통해 ESG ETF의 성과를 분석한다. 또한, 코로나 19 발생 이전과 발생 이후의 기간에서의 ESG ETF의 성과에 대하여 비교 분석한다. [연구결과] ESG ETF가 기초지수보다 평균수익률은 높았고, 표준편차는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 가격괴리율 평균은 유의한 음(-)의 값을 보였고 할인 현상이 할증 현상보다 더 많이 발생하였으며, 코로나 19 발생 이후 기간에서 가격괴리율의 절대치가 더 크게 나타났다. 추적오차 분석에서 평균 추적오차의 절대치는 상당히 작았고 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 회귀분석에 의한 추적오차 분석에서 ESG ETF의 수익률이 기초지수의 수익률을 잘 추적하지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 그 차이는 매우 작았으며 이러한 차이는 코로나 19 발생 이후 기간에서 더 크게 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 국내 ESG ETF는 할인현상이 더 많이 발생하였고 가격괴리율은 0과 동일하지 않아 효율적이지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 추적오차는 작았지만, ESG ETF의 수익률과 기초지수의 수익률간에는 유의적인 차이가 존재하여 ESG ETF가 기초지수를 효율적으로 추적하지 못한다고 평가할 수 있다. 이를 통해 국내 ESG ETF 투자에 의해 초과성과를 얻기에는 다소 한계가 있음을 유추할 수 있었고, 이러한 결과는 ESG ETF 투자와 관련 규제 입안 등의 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] This study empirically analyzes the performance of ESG ETFs in Korea to find out the performance of ESG investment in relation to social responsible investment. Through this, the performance and characteristics of ESG ETFs were investigated and implications were provided. [Methodology] This study reviews the performance of ESG ETFs through price disparate ratio and tracking error of ESG ETFs in Korea. In addition, the performance of ESG ETFs in the period before and after the outbreak of Corona 19 is compared and analyzed. [Findings] ESG ETF showed higher average rate of return and lower standard deviation than the underlying index. The average price disparate ratio was a significant negative value, and the discount occurred more than the premium. And the absolute value was larger in the period after Corona 19. In the tracking error analysis, the absolute value of the average tracking error was significantly small and statistically significant. The analysis of the tracking error by regression analysis showed that the return of ESG ETF did not track the return of the underlying index well, but the difference was very small and this difference was larger in the period after Corona 19. [Implications] This study can be inferred that there is a limit to the excess performance by ESG ETF investment These results are expected to be used as data such as ESG ETF investment and regulation drafting.

퍼지집합 질적 비교분석을 통한 의료분야 사용자 혁신 단계별 핵심요인 조합 연구

본 연구는 의료분야 사용자 혁신을 아이디어 도출-연구개발-상용화 및 창업의 세 단계로 분류하고, 각 단계별로 혁신의 성공에 미치는 핵심요인의 조합을 30개 국내 사례에 대한 퍼지집합 질적 비교분석을 통해 파악했다. 아이디어 단계에서는 사용자 인적 네트워크상에서 그 가치를 평가하고, 연구개발 단계로의 이행을 위한 자원을 제공해 주는 것이 중요했다. 연구개발 단계에서는 급진적 혁신은 기술역량, 자원 접근성, 정부지원이 모두 갖추어져 있거나 우수한 혁신 네트워크에 아이디어가 도입된 경우 발생했다. 상용화/창업의 경우 급진적 혁신은 연구개발과 같이 세 조건이 모두 갖춰진 경우 발생했으며, 점진적 혁신은 기술역량이 탁월한 개인이 소규모 정부지원 또는 주변 자원을 활용해 이루어졌다. 민간기업의 사용자 혁신 전략과, 정부 지원 정책의 효과, 효율성을 모두 제고할 수 있는 사용자 혁신의 틀을 제공했다는 점에 현실적 의미가 있다. 학술적으로는 사용자 혁신 단계별 핵심요인 조합을 규명하고, 퍼지집합 질적 비교분석방법을 적용한 첫 연구라는 의의가 있다. We examine how combinations of key factors affecting healthcare user innovation vary by innovation stages from idea generation through R&D to commercialization and venturing using a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) of thirty Korean cases in the healthcare field. Our empirical analysis shows that well-functioning innovation network and easy resource acquisition facilitate ideation of radical user innovation. However, technological capability and governmental support are crucial to make a shift to R&D as well as commercialization stages. Differently, incremental user innovation depends heavily on technological capability of users. Our analysis can provide policy makers as well as corporate innovation mangers with a strategic framework for boosting user innovation along three stages.

제2국민병의 소설화 양상에 대한 일고찰

본 연구에서는 6.25 당시 세상을 떠들썩하게 했던 국민방위군 사건 및 제2국민병과 관련되는 내용을 다룬 소설의 양상을 고찰하였다. 관련 내용을 소설화한 텍스트는 흔하지 않지만 당세에 비판 여론과 관심이 매우 컸던 만큼 그 소설화 또한 상당한 의미가 있다. 연구 대상 텍스트는 김동리의 「귀환장정」(1951), 류재신의 「제2국민병」(1996), 신석상의 「신의 바람」(1986) 등 세 편이다. 「귀환장정」은 제2국민병의 병영 생활을 우회적으로 고발하기 위하여 극단적인 성격을 창조하고, 동료의 목숨을 살리지 않고 함께 골목으로 사라져 버린 의외의 결말을 제시함으로써, 전쟁 중에 일어난 상식을 초월하는 반인간적 폐단을 강력하게 암시하였다. 「제2국민병」은 제2국민병으로서 겪은 고통스러운 체험과 사실을 바탕으로 하면서도 넌픽션 소설로서의 문학성을 갖추고 있다. 주인물 ‘재신’이 국민방위군 생활을 마치고 귀경하여 가족을 다시 만나는 과정과 행방불명된 형을 그리는 꿈이 서두와 말미를 연결시키는 구성은 소설적 기교에 속한다. 「신의 바람」은 제2국민병의 소집, 귀향을 직접 다루면서 그 참상과 사회적 부조리를 뚜렷이 제기하고 방위군 사건의 책임 소재를 제기하는 등 날카로운 현실 비판을 제기한다. 비록 단편적이기는 하지만 소설 속이야기로 재창조해 내었다. 세 작품은 제2국민병을 다루면서도 이처럼 그 소설화 양상은 각기 다르다. 「귀환장정」은 사건 당시 소설화를 시도하였기에 병영 생활을 직접 다루는 대신 성격을 극단적으로 변화, 대조시키는 수법을 썼지만, 「제2국민병」은 40여 년 전에 겪었던 충격적인 체험을 되돌아볼 수 있는 여유를 가졌기에 수기가 아니라 넌픽션 소설로 그려 낼 수 있었다. 이에 비해 「신의 바람」은 6.25 전쟁 이후 30여 년이 흐른 시점에서 제2국민병이라는 제재를 본격적으로 소설화할 수 있는 가능성을 열어주는 것으로 볼 수 있다. This studies on a novel that treated the National Defense Corps Scandal the contents related to the 2d national soldier flustering the world in Korean War on June 25. The text that novelized the mobilization and experience of the 2nd national soldier and the contents related to it is not common, but it had a big criticism that it would be significant to be novelized resulting in social reflection. The texts to study are three in Kim Dong Ri’s 「The strong young man coming home」, Ryu Jaeshin’s 「The second National-soldiers」, and Shin Seok Sang’s 「The God’s wish」. As its analytic result, 「The strong young man coming home」 takes an indirect criticism of the reality through extreme change of soldier’s character who returns from the military mobilization, while 「The second National-soldiers」 is a non-fiction novel that was composed by experience and fact. And, 「The God’s wish」 is recreating story fictionalizing certain part to present the sad situation of national soldiers and its related absurdity. I think a discovery of novel treating the mobilization of the second National-soldiers and in-depth study in the future.
