IoT는 인터넷에 연결되어 있고 각종 센서를 탑재하여 정보를 수집하는 디바이스들이 상호간의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 인간에게 서비스를 제공하는 것이라고 해석할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 IoT 기술들을 이해하기 위해 IoT에 대해 설명한 후 실제로 미세먼지 측정 및 환기 제어 어플리케이션을 개발한 과정에 대한 경험을 기술하고자 한다.

저압화학증착 기술을 이용하여 유리 기판 위에 투명전도성 산화주석막을 증착하였다. Tetramethyltin, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, 및 순수한 산소 혹은 오존 포함한 산소가 전구체, 혼입제 및 산화제로 각각 사용되었다. 산화주석막의 저압화학증착에서 오존의 역할을 조사하기 위하여 오존 포함한 산소를 사용해 증착된 산화주석막의 증착속도와 전기적 및 광학적 성질을 순수한 산소를 사용한 그것들과 비교하였다. Tetramethyltin과 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane은 오존이 열적으로 개시되어 분해됨으로써 화학적으로 활성화되었다. 다른 점에서는 동일한 증착조건에서 오존 포함한 산소를 사용하여 보다 높은 증착속도에서 양질의 산화주석막을 제조할 수 있었다. Transparent and conducting tin oxide films have been deposited on glass substrates employing the low pressure chemical vapor deposition technique. Tetramethyltin, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, and pure oxygen or ozone-containing oxygen were used as the precursor, dopant and oxidant, respectively. In order to examine the role of ozone in the low pressure chemical vapor deposition of tin oxide films, deposition rate, and electrical and optical properties of tin oxide films deposited using ozone-containing oxygen were compared with those using pure oxygen. Tetramethyltin and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane were chemically activated by thermally initiated decomposition of ozone. Using ozone-containing oxygen under otherwise identical deposition conditions, we succeeded in preparing tin oxide films of better quality at higher deposition rate.

N/A We studied the clinical features of 17 patients of Tb. peritonitis, 2 patients of gastric tuberculosis. 16 patoemts of intestinal tuberculosis and 16 patients of intestinal Tbc with Tb. peritonitis who had been admitted to Kwangju, Korea, from July 1985 to July 1987, The results are as following: 1) In Tb. peritonitis, age predominace was almostly same, but in intestinal Tb, woman was predominat (1:4.3) at 3rd, 4th decade. 2) Pulmonary Tb. was accompanied by following: Tb. peritonitis 47%, Gastric tuberculosis 100%, and intestinal Tb. with peritonitis 83%. So, this results recommened that pul. Tb was major cause of these disease but, the severity of Pul. Tb was not consist with incidence of these diseases. 3) After anti Tb. chemotherapy, clinical symptoms were improved more than 70% within 7 days. 4) 3 Tb. peritonitis patients (13%), 2 gastric Tb. patients (100%) and 8 intestinal Tb. patients were confirmed by peritoneal biopsy and endoscopic biopsy. 5) The most common colonscopic finding of intestinal Tb. was multiple ulcers with inflammatory polyposis (70%) and the common sites were inflammatory polyposis (70%) and the common sites were as following in orders: cercum (57%), ileum (57%), ascending colon (52%), descending colon (14%) and sigmoid colon (5%). 6) Ascites in Tb. peritonitis (17 case) and intestinal Tb. with peritonitis (6 case) was all exudative finding with more than 50% lymphocytes.
