        셀룰러 시스템의 셀 경계에서의 하향 링크 성능 향상을 위한 Joint SD-MRC 수신 방식

        WiBro 시스템과 같은 최근 통신 시스템에서 대역폭 효율을 증가시키기 위해 모든 셀에서 주파수를 재사용하는 경우, 셀 경계에 위치하는 수신기는 인접 셀로부터 오는 간섭 신호로 인해 수신 성능이 열화된다. 본 논문에서는 셀룰러 시스템에서 셀 경계에서의 하향 링크 성능 향상을 위해, 다수 개의 안테나를 가진 단말기에서 활용할 수 있는 수신 방식을 제안한다. 성능 검증을 위하여 인접 셀의 간섭 신호 세기 및 단말기의 안테나 개수의 변화에 따른 유효 신호 대 간섭 잡음비의 확률 밀도 함수와 대역폭 효율을 산출한다. 제안하는 방식은 MRC(Maximum Ratio Combining) 및 SD(Spatial Multiplexing) 방식 대비 유효 신호 대 간섭 잡음비와 대역폭 효율을 큰 폭으로 향상시킴을 분석 결과로 확인할 수 있으며, 실험을 통해 그 결과를 검증한다. At coverage boundaries of cellular systems including the recent WiBro standard which operate with full frequency reuse for increased spectral efficiency, interference signals from the base stations(BS) of adjacent cells degrade the receiver performance. In this paper, a detection method for multiple-antenna mobile stations(MS) is proposed for downlink performance improvement at coverage boundaries of cellular systems. For the performance verification, we obtain the probability density function(pdf) of the effective signal-to-interference and noise ratio(SINR) according to the variation of the interference signals from adjacent cells as well as the number of MS antennas, and calculate the transmission efficiency. We also verify the performance of proposed method with simulation results, to demonstrate a significant performance improvement is achieved over the maximal ratio combining(MRC) and spatial demultiplexing (SD) methods in terms of the effective SINR and the spectral efficiency.

        이미지 분석을 이용한 살모넬라 신속 진단키트의 측정감도 향상

        식중독을 일으키는 대표적인 원인균인 살모넬라를 검출하기 위해 측방 유동형 간이진단 키트를 제작하였다. 또한, 제작된 간이진단 키트의 검출한계를 향상시키고 살모넬라 균수를 정량적으로 분석하기 위해 이미지 분석 시스템을 적용하였다. 그 결과 간이진단 키트의 검출한계는 10? cfu/mL에서 105 cfu/mL로 향상시킬 수 있었다. 살모넬라 균수의 정량적 분석을 위해 Tpeak/Cpeak와 Tarea/Carea값을 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 수행하였으며 개발된 다중회귀방정식 중에서 가장 단순하고 결정계수가 높은 다중회귀방정식을 선정하였다. 추가로 제작된 간이진단 키트를 이용하여 개발된 다중회귀방정식을 검증한 결과 결정계수가 0.9393으로 우수한 선형성을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 다중회귀방정식을 이용하여 더 정확하게 간이진단 키트에서 측정된 살모넬라 균수를 예측하는 것이 가능하였다. The objective of this study was to improve the detection limit of rapid detection kit for Salmonella Typhimurium by image analysis system. The rapid detection kit was comprised of four elements: sample pad, conjugate pad, nitrocellulose pad and absorbent pad. Gold nanoparticle and Salmonella antibody were used as a tag and a receptor. Salmonella antibody and goat rabbit IgG antibody were used as test and control lines on nitrocellulose membrane. The color intensity of test line began to increase from 10?CFU/mL of Salmonella sample. A multiple linear regression analysis was employed to explain the relationship between predicted and measured number of Salmonella cells. The developed model could successfully predict the cell number of Salmonella with validation against extra-experimental result.

        영어의 시제와 상의 의미 연구

        This paper is to allow for a unified analysis of tense, and aspect, not committed to a particular theoretical framework but to a comprehensive descriptive syntax. Aspect and tense are both concerned with temporal reference, and considering that tense sometimes may imply aspectual meaning, it is difficult to distinguish between tense and aspect. The English aspect, however, deserves an independent grammatical category as it has syntactic devices to express various aspectual meanings related to non-dietic time in aspect. Aspectual meanings vary according to the distinction of count terms and mass terms, the interaction of the event quantification with the argument quantification like the subject and object, and the interaction of the event quantification with the adjunctive quantification. Therefore, to describe the tense and aspect, we should consider not the verb alone but the relations between the other grammatical categories, including subject, object, and ever adverb. Relevant contexts can reveal the relevant situations which tense and aspect represent.

      • 대도시권 계획의 실행에 있어서 문제점과 개선방안

        Why metropolitan regions have a difficulty in implementation of metropolitan plan? This study aims to know realities and solutions for the implementation of the Capital Region plan of Korea. To do this work, we need to know planning system in Capital Region. The planning system in Capital Region of Korea consists of general and special system. The former is national-metropolitan-city general plan system, and the later is Capital Region plan system that is named as Capital Region Readjustment Plan. In this system, plan making, plan implementation, and plan monitoring are carried out. Then, what are problems of in-efficiency and in-effectiveness in implementation of metropolitan region plan? The first problem is the top-down approach and very centralized plan making system in the Korean planning acts. So, provincial and local governments in Capital Region have a difficulty in the participation of metropolitan-level plan making. The second problem is a mismatch between metropolitan region plan and city general plan; and a mismatch between metropolitan plan and national and provincial sectoral plan such as transportation, environment, industrial location, and budget. This in-consistency came from the absence of the cross-acceptance principle in Korean planning system. The third problem is the weak coordination and cooperation activity in metropolitan region. This problem is mainly caused by the absence of metropolitan planning body. As a result, the implementation of metropolitan plans in Capital Region could not work efficiently and effectively. So, I would like to suggest solutions to improve the implementation of metropolitan plan. First, we need to reform existing metropolitan planning act. The making of provincial government-dominated plan, cross-acceptance principle, and cooperative governance system in metropolitan planning should be realized in planning acts. Second, we need a metropolitan planning body for cooperative governance. The proper types are planning authority type like American MPOs or government association type like American COGs. The main role of metropolitan planning body is survey, indicator, monitoring, and plan making. Third, we have to change the plan making system. To get efficient and effective planning and implementation, related plans including metropolitan region plan, sectoral plan and city's general plan should be made, implemented and monitored 'simultaneously' in time and 'cross-acceptably' in inter-government. This approach should benefit to governments in Capital Region caused by the decrease of government spending, the establishment of consistency among plans, and the realization of decentralization system. Upper efforts would be detail steps for the cooperative governance in the Capital Regional planning system.

        라만 분광법과 부분최소자승법을 이용한 불량 분말식품 비파괴검사 기술 개발

        본 연구는 라만 분광법과 부분최소자승법을 이용하여 불량 분말식품을 비파괴적으로 검출할 수 있는 기술을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 향신료와 건강보조식품 등으로 소비가 증가하고 있는 마늘과 생강분말을 실험대상으로 선정하고 옥수수 전분을 농도별로 혼합하여 시료를 제작하였다. 라만 반사스펙트럼과 부분최소자승법을 이용하여 불량 분말식품에 혼합된 옥수수 전분의 농도를 예측하기 위한 모델을 개발하고 교차검증을 통해 그 성능을 평가하였다. 또한 변수중요도척도를 이용하여 예측모델의 개발에 기여도가 높은 라만스펙트럼을 선정한 후 이 스펙트럼을 이용하여 새로운 예측모델을 개발하였다. 그 결과 전체 라만 스펙트럼의 약 1/3에 해당하는 스펙트럼 데이터만을 이용하여 전체 라만 스펙트럼을 이용하여 개발된 예측모델과 같은 성능을 갖는 모델을 개발하는 것이 가능하였다. This study was conducted to develop a non-destructive detection method for adulterated powder products using Raman spectroscopy and partial least squares regression(PLSR). Garlic and ginger powder, which are used as natural seasoning and in health supplement foods, were selected for this experiment. Samples were adulterated with corn starch in concentrations of 5-35%. PLSR models for adulterated garlic and ginger powders were developed and their performances evaluated using cross validation. The R²c and SEC of an optimal PLSR model were 0.99 and 2.16 for the garlic powder samples, and 0.99 and 0.84 for the ginger samples, respectively. The variable importance in projection (VIP) score is a useful and simple tool for the evaluation of the importance of each variable in a PLSR model. After the VIP scores were taken pre-selection, the Raman spectrum data was reduced by one third. New PLSR models, based on a reduced number of wavelengths selected by the VIP scores technique, gave good predictions for the adulterated garlic and ginger powder samples.
