        군 방호시설에 자철석 콘크리트 적용 시 감마선 차폐효과 분석

        핵 및 방사능전 상황에서 방사선에 의한 인명피해를 줄이기 위한 방안으로서 유개호에 자철석이 포함된 중량 콘크리트의 적용 가능성을 확인해보았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자철광 콘크리트의 방사선 차폐효과를 분석하기 위하여 감마선원을 사용하여 차폐실험을 진행하였고 실험조건과 동일한 몬테칼로 모델링도 하였다. 그 결과 자철광의 함량이 증가할수록 감마선에 대한 차폐효과가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 자철광 콘크리트가 군사적 목적의 시설물에 적용될 경우 방사선 차폐 측면에서 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. The purpose of this research is to analyze the gamma ray shielding effect of heavy concrete containing magnetic aggregate and to confirm the applicability to the military protective facilities. In general, a military concrete structure protects combatants from bullets, and also it provides some radiation shielding. In this research, experiments were conducted using a Cs-137 source to check the gamma ray shielding effect. In addition, the Monte Carlo N-Particle(MCNP) modeling was applied to evaluate the gamma ray shielding effect of a military structure. As a result, as the concrete thickness increased, the shielding performance improved according th the linear attenuation law. With that, as the ratio of magnetic aggregate was increased, gamma ray shielding performance was also improved. Therefore, this research verified that the application of magnetic aggregate concrete to military facilities for radiation shielding purposes would be useful.

        논토양(土壤)의 탈질작용(脫窒作用)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -제(第)4보(報) 토양유기물함량(土壤有機物含量), 온도(溫度), pH, 질소비종(窒素肥種) 및 시비량(施肥量)이 탈질작용(脫窒作用)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        담수상태(湛水狀態)의 논토양중(土壤中) 유기물함량(有機物含量), 온도(溫度), pH 질소비종(窒素肥種) 및 시비량등(施肥量等)을 달리했을때 탈질작용(脫窒作用)과 탈질량(脫窒量)을 알고저 질내(窒內)에서 항온시험(恒溫試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 담수상태(湛水狀態)의 논토양(土壤)에서 탈질량(脫窒量)에 관계(關係)가 큰 요인(要因)은 토양유기물함량(土壤有機物含量) > 항온온도(恒溫溫度) > pH가(價) > 질소비종(窒素肥種) > 질소시비량(窒素施肥量)의 순(順)으로 컸다. 2. $N_2O$ gas의 생성량(生成量)은 토양유기물함량(土壤有機物含量) 3.0%인 토양(土壤)에서 항온온도(恒溫溫度) $20^{\circ}C$, pH 6.0일때 $KNO_3$ 20mg/100 토양(土壤) 시용구(施用區)에서 가장 많았다. 3. $N_2O$ gas 1 mole 생성(生成)하는데 소모(消耗)되는 탄소(炭素)는 전체평균(全體平均)이 0.5 mole 이였으며 탄소량(炭素量)이 제일(第一) 많이 요구(要求)되는 경우는 토양유기물함량(土壤有機物含量) 1.0%인 토양(土壤)에서 류안(硫安) 10mg/100g 토양(土壤) 시용시(施用時)(1.06 mole)였으며 제일(第一)적은 탄소요구(炭素要求)의 경우는 유기물함량(有機物含量) 3.0%인 토양(土壤)에서 $KNO_3$ 20mg/100g 토양(土壤) 시용시(施用時)(0.13 mole)였다. 4. Michealis-Menten의 효소반응식(酵素反應式)에서 유도(誘導)된 $N_2O$ gas의 V/2가(價)는 유기물(有機物) 1.0% 토양(土壤)에서 $(NH_2)_2CO$ 시용시(施用時) 550, $KNO_3$ 시용시(施用時)는 $1100N_2O{\mu}g/100g$ 토양(土壤)이였고 3.0%인 토양(土壤)에서 $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ 시용시(施用時)는 $490N_2O{\mu}g/100g$ 토양(土壤)이였으며 $KNO_3$ 시용시(施用時)는 시비량(施肥量)이 증가(增加)할수록 V/2가(價)는 계속 증가(增加)되었다. A series of laboratory experiments were carried out to find the effects of soil organic matter contents, soil temperature, pH values, kinds and amount of nitrogen fertilizers on the denitrification-$N_2O$ gas evolution-. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Denitrification rate, amount of $N_2O$ gas evolution, was influenced the order of organic matter contents>soil temperature>pH values>kinds of N-fertilizer>levels of N-fertilizer. 2. The highest dentrification rate was observed in organic matter content of 3.0%, pH values at 6.0 with application of $KNO_3$ at levels of 20 mgN/100g soil. 3. For the evolution of I mole $N_2O$ gas, averaged carbon consumption was obtained as 0.5 mole in all these experiment condition. However, the highest carbon consumption rate was obtained in organic matter contents for 1.0% with application of $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ at levels of 10 mgN/100g soil (1.06 mole) while lowest carbon consumption rate was obtained in organic matter contents for 3.0% with application of $KNO_3$ at levels of 20 mgN/100g soil (0.13 mole). 4. According to Michaelis-Menten's equation, the V/2 values for evolution of $N_2O$ gas was estimated by progress curve. The results obtained was as 550 ug for $(NH_2)_2CO$ and 1100 ug $N_2O/100g$ soil by application of $KNO_3$ in organic matter contents of 1.0% soil. On the other hand, when the application $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ the V/2 values of $N_2O$ gas was obtained as the amount of 490 ug/100g soil while V/2 values of $N_2O$ gas by application of $KNO_3$ was on the linear line in soil organic matter contents of 3.0%.

        연작재배지토양(連作栽培地土壤)의 식물독소(植物毒素)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -제(第)1보(報) 토양중(土壤中) 식물독소(植物毒素)의 분리정량(分離定量) 및 식물독소(植物毒素) 첨가(添加)가 고추 유식물(幼植物)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        고추, 마늘 및 배추등(等)의 연작지토양(連作地土壤)에서 식물독소(植物毒素)의 분별정량(分別定量), 독소물질(毒素物質)이 고추 발아(發芽) 및 생육(生育)에 미치는 영향등(影響等)을 알고져 질내시험(窒內試驗)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 불휘발성(不揮發性) 방향족(芳香族) 유기산(有機酸)인 Hydroquinone, Benzoic-, P-hydroxybenzoic- 및 Vanillic 산등(酸等)은 BSA(N, O-bis(trimethylsily1)acetamide)로 Silyl 화(化) 시켜 Gas chromatogphy 방법(方法)에 의하여 분별(分別) 정량(定量)이 가능(可能)하였다. 2. 고추, 마늘 및 배추 연작재배지(連作栽培地) 토양(土壤)에서 Hydroquinone, P-hydroxybenzoic- 및 Benzoic 산(酸)이 검출(檢出) 되었으며 특(特)히 고추 연작재배지토양(連作栽培地土壤)에서 작물(作物)의 장해한계농도(障害限界濃度) 이상(以上)의 독성물질(毒性物質)이 검출(檢出)되었다. 3. 고추 발아(發芽) 및 생육(生育)에 미치는 각종(各種) 식물독소(植物毒素) 피해농도(被害濃度)는 200 ppm 정도(程度)였으며 식물독소중(植物毒素中) Benzoic acid에 의한 피해(被害)가 가장 심(甚)하였다. 4. 식물독소(植物毒素)에 의한 고추 유식물(幼植物)의 피해징상(被害徵象)은 줄기 신장억제(伸長抑制), 유엽(幼葉)의 갈변(褐變), 생육정지등(生育靜止等)의 현상(現象)을 볼 수 있었다. A laboratory experiment was conducted to find out the concentration of phytotoxin in intensively cultivated hot-pepper, garlic and chinese cabbage, and effects of these phytotoxin to the germination and growth of young hot-pepper plant. Also this experiment presents describes of the bio-assay method and results of phytotoxin application to the toxicity of hot-pepper plant. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. A series of non-volatile (aromatic) phenolic compounds such as hydroquinone, benzoic-, p-hydroxybenzoic, and vanillic acid were quantitatively and qualitatively analysed using BSA(N, O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide) by means of gas chromatography method. 2. Phytotoxin as hydroquinone, benzoic-, p-hydroxybenzoic- and vanillic acid were determined in intensively cultivated hot- pepper, garlic and chinese cabbage. Highest concentration of phytotoxin was obtained in hot-pepper cultivated soil. 3. Direct toxic action of the applied phytotoxin to the germination and young hot-pepper plant growth was observed at the levels of 200 ppm. Benzoic acid was obtained the highest toxicity to the young hot-pepper plant growth. 4. Mode of actions of phytotoxins to the young hot-pepper plant growth were observed as stunting of stem elongation, discoloration of leaf and oxygen depletion from consideration as causes of symptom.

        거짓비늘증후군에서 안압 상승의 위험인자

        Purpose: We evaluated the short and long-term changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) and studied its risk factors in pseudoexfoliation (PEX). Methods: A total of 40 eyes that had been newly diagnosed with PEX from January 1, 1995 to December 31, 2007 were included in this study. Age, gender and accompanying systemic disease were recorded. In addition, the age, gender, number of antiglaucoma eye drops, history of cataract operation, and history of systemic disease were evaluated as risk factors for IOP elevation during the follow-up periods. Pre and post cataract operation IOP was checked to evaluate the effect of the cataract operation on IOP. Results: The risk factors for IOP elevation in patients newly diagnosed with PEX were old age and female gender. After treatment, a long follow-up period and number of eyedrops were risk factors for IOP elevation. The cataract operation had a one year IOP control effect, especially in cases where the pre operative IOP was greater than 21 mmHg. Over the long term, however, the IOP control effect of cataract surgery could not be determined. Conclusions: IOP increased as result of increased patient age. Phacoemulsification was a protective factor for IOP elevation and may be a good method for short-term IOP control.

        Effects of Compost and Rice Straw on Immobilization and Mineralization of Nitrogen Fertilizer Added to Coarse Loamy and Clay Soil

        토양(土壤)이 상이(相異)한 조건(條件)에서 볏짚 및 퇴비시용시(堆肥施用時) 시비질소(施肥窒素)의 유기(有機) 및 무기화(無機化) 작용(作用)을 파악(把握)코저 중질소(重窒素) [$^{15}(NH_4)_2SO_4$]를 사용(使用)하여 실내시험(室內試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 식질(埴質) 및 사질토양(砂質上壤)에 퇴비(堆肥) 및 볏짚시용시(施用時) 시비질소(施肥窒素)의 50~90%가 관수(灌水) 10일경(日頃) 유기화(有機化)되었다. 2. 시비질소(施肥窒素)의 유기화(有機化) 정도(程度)는 사질토양(砂質土壤)에 볏짚 시용시(施用時)가 타(他) 처리(處理)에 비(比)하여 보다 많은 유기화량(有機化量)을 보였다. 3. 유기화(有機化)된 시비질소(施肥窒素)는 담수(湛水) 300일(日) 이후(以後), 무기화(無機化) 되었으며 이 양(量)은 퇴비(堆肥)보다 볏짚시용시(施肥時), 그리고 사질(砂質)보다 식질토양(埴質土壤)에서 현저(顯著)히 많았다. 4. 시험후(試驗後) 토양(土壤)의 질소분별정양결과(窒素分別定量結果), 무기태질소(無機態窒素) ($NH_4{^-}N+NO_3{^-}N+NO_2{^-}N$)의 양(量)은 사질토양(砂質土壤)에서 많았다. 5. 사질토양(砂質土壤)에 볏짚시용시(施用時)와 식질토양(埴質土壞)에 퇴비시용시(堆肥施用時) 시험후(試驗後) 토양(土壤) 중(中) Aminoacid-N와 미동정유기태(未同定有機態) 질소(室素)의 함량(含量)이 증가(增加)되었으며 Aninoauger-N와 Humin-N의 함량(含量)은 처리간(處理間)에 일정(一定)하지 않았다. Immobilization and mineralization of the tracer nitrogen $^{15}(NH_4)_2SO_4$ applied in submerged soil condition with compost and rice straw to coarse loamy and clay soils were studied at different amounts of applied nitrogen. About 90-, 60-, and 50% of added nitrogen were immobilized at the 10 days of incubation when 0.8-, 1.6-, and 2.4mg of fertilizer nitrogen were added with compost and rice straw in both of coarse loamy and clay soils, respectively. Especially, more pronounced immobilization took place in coarse loamy soil than clay soil. Results obtained from nitrogen fraction showed that the mineral nitrogen was increased with addition of rice straw in clay soil than coarse loamy soil. The amount and index of aminosugar-N and humin-N were variable between soil series and organic matter. Especially, more pronounced amounts of amino acid-N and unknown-N were observed with application of rice straw in coarse loamy soil and compost in clay soil, respectively.

        답토양(畓土壤)의 유기물(有機物) 시용효과(施用效果)

        As in many other country, the use of organic matter in Korea has long history. Farmers understand the value of organic matter as the source of plant nutrient and soil improving agent in general. Since 50 years ago, the sources of organic matter in paddy soils were compost, rice and barly straw, green manure, animal waste, fish and beancake, etc.. Application of green manures such as vetch and chinese milk vetch showed no significant effect on the yield of brown rice in paddy soil. On the other hand, the effects of compost and rice straw showed more significant on the yield of brown rice in paddy soil. Application of rice straw in rice cultivation is commonly made at different times between harvest, early spring and several weeks before transplanting. Considering the suitable paddy soil for application of rice straw under well to moderately well drained soil, the yield was pronounced more than poorly drained soil. Based on laboratory and field experimants, application of rice straw promoted the decrease of oxidation-reduction potential in well to moderately well drained soil. This results to be enhanced the release of some mineral nutrients,. such as potassium, calcium, silicon, and increase of availability of soil phosphorus. In the field experiments, results obtained from nitrogen fraction on the immobilization-mineralization of the tracer nitrogen applied in paddy soil,the amount and index of organic nitrogen incoporated in soil was more pronounced in rice straw application than control. Rice straw and its transformation products incoporated in the soil, provided the inflow of energy necessary to maintain heterotrophic microbes activities. Rice straw and its transformation products, especially soluble carbohydrate, enhanced the population of free-living heterotrophic $N_2$ - fixing microbes. Moreover, rice straw and its transformation products in paddy soil, enhanced the activities of soil enzymes such as dehydrogenase and urease.

        웹 서비스 코레오그라피를 이용한 자동 웹 서비스 컴포지션 시스템

        웹 서비스와 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)의 확산으로 웹 서비스 컴포지션의 대한 관심도 점차 커져가고 있다. 최근에는 보다 동적이고 지능적인 SOA 환경의 구축을 위해서 자동 웹 서비스 컴포지션에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 아직까지 자동 웹 서비스 컴포지션에 관한 완전한 해결책은 제시되지 못하고 있으며, 기존의 연구에서는 여러 가지 문제점을 드러내고 있다. 문법적인 정보 기반의 자동 컴포지션은 잘못된 의미 연결로 인하여 컴포지션의 정확성을 떨어뜨린다. 또한 대부분의 연구에서는 추상적인 컴포지션 결과를 만들어내기 때문에, 실제로 실행하기는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위하여 웹 서비스 코레오그라피 기반의 자동 웹 서비스 컴포지션 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 컴포지션의 정확성을 향상시켰고, 보다 구체적인 컴포지션 결과를 만들어낼 수 있다. Web Services composition has gained a considerable attention because of the widespread use of the Web Services and SOA. Recently, various researches on automatic Web Services composition are on going to realize more dynamic and intelligent SOA environments. However, there is no complete solution for automatic Web Services composition now and previous researches have several problems. Automatic composition based on syntactic information has low correctness through incorrect semantic linking. Moreover, many researches make an process as the result of composition which is hard for actual execution. In this paper, improved automatic Web Services composition based on Web Services choreography is proposed. In this system, the correctness is improved and the result of composition is more concrete process.

      • 전립선암의 방사선치료 시 직장풍선의 유용성 평가

        Purpose : The using of endo-rectal balloon has proposed as optimal method that minimized the motion of prostate and the dose of rectum wall volume for treated prostate cancer patients, so we make the customized rectal balloon device. In this study, we analyzed the efficiency of the Self-customized rectal balloon in the aspects of its reproducibility. Materials and Methods : In 5 patients, for treatment planning, each patient was acquired CT slice images in state of with and without rectal balloon. Also they had CT scanning samely repeated third times in during radiation treatment (IMRT). In each case, we analyzed the deviation of rectal ballon position and verified the isodose distribution of rectum wall at closed prostate. Results : Using the rectal balloon, we minimized the planning target volume (PTV) by decreased the internal motion of prostate and overcome the dose limit of radiation therapy in prostate cancer by increased the gap between the rectum wall and high dose region. Conclusion : The using of rectal balloon, although, was reluctant to treat by patients. View a point of immobilization of prostate internal motion and dose escalation of GTV (gross tumor volume), its using consider large efficients for treated prostate cancer patients.

        Associated Nitrogen Fixation in the Rhizosphere of Rice in Saline and Reclaimed Saline Paddy Soil -III. Inoculation of several associative N<sub>2</sub>-fixing bacteria on the rice spermospher axenic culture media

        간척지(干拓地) 토양(土壤)의 잡초(雜草) 및 수도근(水稻根) 조직(組織)에서 분리동정(分離同定)한 수종(數種)의 협생질소고정균(協生窒素固定菌)을 질소(窒素)를 함유(含有)하지 않은 순수배양(純粹培養) 내(內)에서 재배형(栽培型) 및 품종(品種)이 상이(相異)한 수도종자권(水稻種子圈)에 접종(接種)하여 수도(水稻)의 건물중(乾物重), 초장(草長), 근장(根長), 근수등(根數等)의 생육특징(生育特徵)과 협생질소고정력(協生窒素固定力)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) 수도품종(水稻品種) 및 협생질소고정균(協生窒素固定菌)의 조합간(組合間) 교호작용(交互作用)은 통계적(統計的)으로 유의(有意)한 상관관계(相關關係)를 보이지 않했다. 그러나 공시수도품종중(供試水稻品種中)에서 Annapuruna는 7종(種)의 협생질소고정균(協生窒素固定菌)을 접종(接種)하므로써 생육량(生育量) 증가(增加)를 보였다. 그리고 7종(種)의 협생질소고정균(協生窒素固定菌)을 교호접종(交互接種)했을때 협생질소고정력(協生窒素固定力)은 Annapuruna와 신광(新光)벼 조합(組合)에서 가장 높았으며 IR-8이 가장 낮았다. 또한 협생질소고정균(協生窒素固定菌)과 수도품종간(水稻品種間)에는 신광(新光)벼와 Pseudomonas sp. H8 조합(組合)에서 질소고정력(窒素固定力)이 가장 높았다. A laboratory experiment was conducted to find out the effect of inoculation with plant growth of associative $N_2$-fixing bacteria on the combination of eight different rice seedling with seven different associative $N_2$-fixing bacteria in which were isolated and identified from grasses and rice in saline and reclaimed saline paddy soil. Those were examined in N-free axenic culture medium. The result of this experiment exemplified the contribution of associative $N_2$-fixing bacteria to their host plant were varied much by the combination of rice cultivars and bacterial strains. Acetylene reduction ($N_2$-fixation) activity seems to be more variable with respect to the combination of rice cultivars and bacterial strains. The relationship between acetylene reduction activity and rice performance such as dry matter weight, plant height, root length, and number of root were statistically insignificant. However, in comparision with the control, the dry matter yield of Annapuruna was increased by inoculation of all the seven bacteria strains. Among the seven rice cultivars, the average acetylene reducing activity was the highest in Annapuruna, and Shingwang, and the lowest in IR-8 inoculated with Pseudomonas sp H8. Among the seven bacterial strains the highest acetylene reducing activity was obtained by the combination of Shingwang with Pseudomonas sp H8.

        토양중(土壤中) 향광색소생성세균(螢光色素生成細菌)에서 형성(形成)되는 3가철등(價鐵等)의 양(陽) ion 결합물질(結合物質)인 Siderophore 생성(生成)이 토양부생성사상균(土壤腐生成絲狀菌)의 생육(生育) 및 $Fe^{3+}$와 $Mn^{2+}$의 흡수이용(吸收利用)에 관(關)한 영향(影響)을 밝히고저 실내실험(室內實驗)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 형광색소생성(螢光色素生成) 토양세균(土壤細菌)인 Pseudomonas putida Pt-II의 인공배지(人工培地)에 접종(接種)은 Siderophore 생성(生成)을 증가(增加)시켰다. 2. 경시적(徑時的) Siderophore 생성량(生成量)은 3가철(價鐵)의 첨가(添加)로 감소(減少)되었으며 철결합물질(鐵結合物質)인 EDDHA와 유사(類似)한 작용(作用)을 보였다. 3. Siderophore 농도(濃度)의 증가(增加)는 토양부생성(土壤腐生性) 사상균(絲狀菌)의 생육(生育)을 억제(抑制)하였으며 억제(抑制)의 정도(程度)는 독소생성(毒素生成) 사상균(絲狀菌)인 Stachybotrys chatarum과 F. solani에서 강(强)하였으나 F. oxysporum에 대해서는 억제력(抑制力)이 약(弱)하였다. 4. 인공배지내(人工培地內)에서 $Mn^{2+}$의 농도변화(濃度變化)는 Siderophore 생성(生成)에 영향(影響)하지 못하였으나 토양부생성사상균(土壤腐生性絲狀菌)의 생체중(生體重) 증가(增加)와는 정상관관계(正相關關係)를 보였음. A laboratory experiment was conducted to find out the abilities of siderophore formation and competition of $Fe^{3+}$ and $Mn^{2+}$ absorption in synthetic medium with inoculation of fluorescence forming pseudomonas and soil saprophytic fungi as Stachybotrys chatarum, Fusarium solani, and F. oxysporum. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The concentration of siderophore in synthetic medium with inoculation of Pseudomonas putida pt-II was increased (with progress of incubation time). 2. The negative correlation was obtained with the increase of $Fe^{3+}$ ion concentration and siderophore in synthetic medium with inoculation of fluorescence forming pseudomonas and soil saprophytic fungi. 3. The fresh weight of fungal hyphae was decreased with the increase of siderophore in synthetic medium. 4. There was insignificant relationship between the concentration of $Mn^{2+}$ and the concentration of siderophore while the positive correlation was obtained with the increase of fresh weight of fungal hyphae.
