        기존의 산업용, 식품용 방습포장재는 습기 및 산소의 차단성을 위해 종이에 재생이 어려운 PE 수지를 도공하거나 은박지에 PE수지를 도공을 하여 사용하였다. 이를 친환경 소재로 하기 위한 노력으로 종이에 재생이 가능한 친환경의 방습제를 도공하여 사용하려고 많은 시도가 있었으나 습기 및 산소 차단성이 부족하여 실재로 적용하는 일이 거의 불가능 하였다. 최근 습기 및 산소의 차단성이 우수하고 재생이 가능한 친환경의 방습제를 개발하여 종이나 은박지에 PE를 도공하여 사용하는 대신 종이에 친환경의 방습제를 도공하여 사용 하는 일을 가능하게 하여 산업용 및 식품용에 적용 가능한 방습제를 세계 최초로 개발하였다. 이번에 연구 개발한 친환경의 방습제는 습기 및 산소 차단성이 기존의 PE 수지에 비하여 성능이 월등히 우수하고 재생이 가능하여 종이를 소재로 하는 친환경적인 방습포장재에 적용이 가능하게 하였다.

        돼지의 산자수 및 체중에 대한 유전력 및 유전상관 추정

        This study was conducted to estimate the heritabilities, genetic, phenotypic and environmental correlations among litter size, body weights at birth and weaning in swine. The data analysed were recorded from 2794 male pigs produced by 282 boars of Hampshire, Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc and Crossbreed raised at Duk Won-farm in Inchon from 1983 to 1984. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The least square means over all litters studied were 9.86±0.13 pigs at birth, 8.57±0.13 pigs at weaning. Crossbreed Yorkshire and Landrace tended to be larger than Hampshire or Duroc in both traits. 2. The least square means of body weight over all litters studied were 1.37㎏ at birth, 6.82㎏ at weaning. 3. The hetitabilities of litter size at birth and weaning and body weight at birth and weaning were 0.454, 0.379, 0.009, 0.156, respectively. 4. Genetic correlation between litter size at birth and at weaning was 0.694, between body weight at birth and weaning was 0.294. 5. Phenotypic correlation between litter size at birth and at weaning was 0.794 and between body weight at birth and at weaning was 0.288. 6. Environmental correlation between litter size at birth and at weaning was 0.649, and between body weight at birth and at weaning was 0.294.

        재활용유리 건축자재 개발 전략에 관한 연구

        The product development of recycled glass in Korea is restricted in interlocking blocks and lots of research results has not been dissipated into market yet. Comparative analysis between domestic and international markets shows that the types of products should be diversified into various types products and be integrated with other sustainable functions as well. Markets can be matured by several strategies below: 1) amendment of Good Recycled product certification standards, 2) restructuring products line-up with high-quality colorization, 3) inventing new types of usage in the building, and 4) adopting prefabricated construction methods for various design patterns and recent interior design requirements.

        Evaluation of the Natural Lighting Performance of Rooftop Daylight Installations for Multi-purpose Sports Hall in Seoul

        Purpose: The demand for natural light to maintain studetns’ the physical and psychological health is increasingAs indoor activities are required in multi-purpose sports halls owing to the outbreak of Covid-19 and the worsening of outdoor fine dust pollution. Therefore, this study aimed to provide design information for architects and all stakeholders to rely on in the initial design stage. Method: This study analyzed useful daylight index and daylight glare probabilty for side-lit windows, rooftop lightwells, and hybrid types. This study examined daylight performance with the Radiance engine and compared the numerical results and patterns for cases with different window sizes to find optimized instances. Result: The side-lit clerestory and eye-level types showed the best daylight performance at window-wall-ratio of 20% and 15%, respectively. The sawtooth and the cone lightwell type proved superior performance among the rooftop types; they showed excellent useful daylight index performance in cases with window-floor-ratio of 10% or higher. The daylight glare probability results showed that in all subjective cases disturbing glare was not found; in particular, the rooftop application demonstrated well-controlled glare-free environments. Moreover, the hybrid type demonstrated significantly improved daylight performance compared with the basic separate applications. The best daylight performance was the hybrid cases of sawtooth and cone types with side-lit windows of window-wall-ratio 10%. This paper provides helpful information in the early design decision stages, and detailed design research is required in the future.

        비마취하 요역동학적 검사에서 PGE2로 유발한 과민성방광에서 수컷과 암컷 흰쥐의 배뇨변화

        Purpose: We wanted to obtain informations on the different mechanisms of awake micturitions between male and female rats by using an overactive model with intravesical PGE2 instillation. Materials and Methods: Sprague Dawley rats(6 male, 6 female) were used. A catheter was implanted into the bladder to record the intravesical pressure. Three days later, the awake cystometry was performed, and PGE2 was given intravesically to induce detrusor overactivity(DO). With using the conventional pressure and volume parameters, a new parameter of flow pressure was investigated. Results: When recorded as the flow pressure, the male rats exhibited higher urethral resistance than did the female rats in the normal state. The male rats showed higher urethral resistances after DO was induced, than those before the DO. However, the female rats did not show increased urethral resistance after DO was induced. Conclusions: An increase in urethral resistance through the outlet region was induced in male rats after intravesical PGE2 instillation, but this didn’t occur in female rats. This result indicates that overactive bladder has different mechanisms and responses in different genders.
