        한국어 논증적 텍스트의 필자 목소리 모형 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to construct a auctorial voice model of the Korean argumentative text and verify whether the constructed model fits the characteristics of the Korean argumentative text. To this end, 45 argumentative texts by native Korean speakers were used as research data, and three experts evaluated the appropriateness of the use of auctorial voices. Then, Pearson correlation and linear regression were used to verify whether the overall voice strength and each subcategory had a correlation with the score of the writing texts, and which category of voice had the greatest influence on the score of the writing texts. As a result of the study, it was found that the overall voice strength of the auctorial voice had a correlation with the score of the writing texts. 28.5% of the score was determined by the overall voice strength of the auctorial voice. Among the subcategories of the auctorial voice, the most influential factors on the score of the writing texts were hedges, other’s voice mention, evidence reference, and rebuttal. 66.2% of the overall voice strength was determined by each subcategory of the auctorial voice. rebuttal, interpretation, hedges, and other’s voice mention had the greatest influence on the overall strength of the auctorial voice. Referring to the English auctorial voice model constructed by Zhao(2013), it can be said that the auctorial model constructed in this study fits the characteristics of the Korean argumentative writing text.         중국 강소성 신도시화의 질적향상과 녹색경제효율성의 연계 발전에 관한 연구

        This article uses panel data of thirteen prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2021, and adopts entropy method, SBM model, and coupling coordination degree model to empirically study the development level of new model of urbanization and green economic efficiency in Jiangsu Province and the coupling coordination relationship between them. The results show that: the coupling coordination was in a moderate disorder and on the verge of disorder in 2008 and 2009. However, it steadily improved after 2010, and even witnessed a significant increase from 2018 to 2021. After that, it shows a high-quality coordination in 2021, indicating that the level of coordination between urbanization and green economic efficiency in Jiangsu province is steadily improving. Analyzed from a spatial perspective, the overall development of the regions in the province is sound and the coordination is growing at a significant rate, but there are still certain gaps in the coordinateddevelopment between the regions. 본 논문은 2007년부터 2021 년까지 강소성 13개 현급 도시의 패널 데이터를 사용하여 엔트로피 방법, SBM 모델 및 결합조정정도 모델을 채택하여 강소성의 신도시화의 질적향상과 녹색경제효율성의 연계발전관계를 실증분석하였다. 연구결과 연계발전관계는 2008년과 2009년에는 낮은 수준으로 나타났으나, 2010년 이후에는 꾸준히 개선되었으며, 2018년부터 2021년까지는 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 이후 2021년에 높은 발전을 보여 강소성의 도시화와 녹색경제효율성 간의 연계발전수준이 꾸준히 개선되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 강소지역의 발전은 전반적으로 건전하고, 상당한 속도로 조정되고 있지만, 지역 간에는 여전히 차이가 있었다.

        BIM을 이용한 건설프로젝트의 이점에 관한 사례 연구 - 국내 건축공사 사례를 중심으로 -

        As a result, the areas of knowledge that received the highest score in a positive impact were areas of risk management, while those that received the highest score in a negative impact were items of software management. In addition, each project was rated according to the score obtained. The distribution of grades by project was 71% for projects above middle grade and 29% for projects below middle grade. These results show that interest in BIM technology is increasing compared to the past, actual field application and research are actively being conducted, and that real construction sites also enjoy significant positive effects in terms of project management through BIM. In addition, the company is using BIM by applying advanced digital technologies such as AI technology, laser scanning technology and drone technology in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Such a steady progress in future research on BIM technology development will reduce the number of low-grade projects and many middle-grade projects are expected to be upgraded to higher-level ones.

        316 스테인리스강의 크리프 성질에 미치는 재결정 발생의 영향

        Constant-stress creep tests at temperatures of 913,953 and 993 K over a stress range of 140 to 230 MPa were made on AISI 316 stainless steel to investigate the effect of recrystallization occurring during creep. The best creep properties were obtained in the specimens which had been pre-stained 207% arid tested at 953 K under a stress in the range of 147-170 MPa. Above 30% pre-strain the creep properties gradually deteriorated, which was attributed to partial recrystallization. The carbides in the partially recrystallized specimens,0.1-0.3㎛ large, did not coalesce during creep but remained dispersed in the grains and grain-boundaries. In the 30% pre-strained condition, the best creep properties were obtained with the creep stress of 200-230 MPa at 953k. The creep resistance was considerably reduced by 40% pre-strain. It was responsible for the coarsening of carbides and the formation of subgrains.

        국내 최초 Industrial IPD(I2PD) 프로젝트 사례분석을 통한 Pre-construction BIM 적용을 위한 성공요소 도출

        Recently, the domestic construction industry has been introducing the new delivery systems such as IPD, CM at Risk and Pre-Con. This is delivery method that can further enhance the usability of BIM technologies, enabling direct and effective support of construction management tasks performed during the Pre-construction phase. However, there are no BIM application methods, procedures, or strategies in this delivery system in domestic so far, it remains in limited BIM application, which was used under the existing design-bid-build method. In this research, the case of IPD and BIM applied to industrial plant construction project for the first time in Korea is analyzed and, by doing so, the success factors for BIM application in IPD project are derived. The single case study was used as a research methodology, and the success factors of IPD BIM are derived by conducting face-to-face interviews with key stakeholders who actually participated in the case project.

        공동주택 사용검사 전 하자 특성 분석

        본 논문에서는 사용검사 전 하자로 분류되는 미시공과 변경시공을 대상으로 하자분류체계를 설정하여 세부적인 사용검사 전 하자발생 패턴과 특징을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 실제로 하자 분쟁이 발생한 공동주택 사례 133건, 약 3,110건의 사용검사 전 하자항목을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 하자중요도 관점에서 마감공사에서 발생하는 사용검사 전 하자들이 상대적으로 높은 순위를 차지하였다. 둘째, 일반적으로 외벽 균열 등과 같은 하자도 매우 중요한 하자로 인식되고 있으나, 사용검사 전 하자들의 경우, 외벽에는 상대적으로 나타나지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 방수공사의 경우, 기전실이나 주차장 등에서 사용검사 전 하자가 주로 발생하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 하자중요도 상위 20위 내에 포함되는 하자에 대한 세부 내역을 확인한 결과, 분쟁 소송 과정에서 다양한 쟁점이 발생할 수 있음에 따라 이해관계자 간 이견을 합리적으로 해결할 수 있는 기준이나 대응책 마련이 필요하다. The purpose of this paper is to establish a defect classification system for defects before inspection and to derive the pattern and characteristics of defects before inspection by examining about 3,110 defect items for 133 apartment buildings. The study analysis revealed a relatively high rate of defects before inspection that occurred in finishing work. Second, defects occurred such as cracking of external wall, which is a very important defect. However, defects before inspection were relatively rare on the external wall. Finally, defects before inspection occurred during waterproofing in the common area or garage. It is necessary to establish a reasonable basis or countermeasure to resolve differences between stakeholders as various issues may arise in the course of a dispute, as a result of identifying the details of defects within the top 20 of the defectives.

        계류기구로 관측한 대구시 야간 안정층 특성에 관한 사례연구

        Using measured data at Daegu by tethersonde for the period or 1984~1987, we have investigated the lower atmospheric boundary layer structure including relationships between inversion layer and meteorological factor(wind and temperature), and the inversion strength and inversion height. The inversion layer was defined from the vertical temperature profile and its strength was analyzed with the wind shear as well as the vertical temperature gradient. From October to January, measured inversion layer isn't destroyed, however, in June, after sun rise, it is destroyed by surface heating and mixed layer is developed from surface. According to pasquill stability classes, the moderately stable cases dominated. It's the larger vertical temperature gradient, the lower SBL height. We have introduced B(bulk turbulence scale) which indicated SBL height. It's larger B, the higher SBL height and vice versa. It was noted that the bulk turbulence scale (B) is appropriated to determine the stable boundary layer height.
