Real Estate Investment Trusts company(REITs ; Real Estate Investment Trusts) according to the "Real Estate Investment Company Act" refers to a company that aims to deliver to its investors the profit that arise from investment into real estates or securities related to real estates by raising fund from a number of investors as a form of a corporation. As an indirect real estates investment commodity, REITS increases liquidity of real estates through combining the real estates market with the financial market, provides investment opportunities in real estates to small investors and enhances transparency of the real estates market. Adopted in 2001 in order to stimulate the restructuring process of enterprises and financial institutions ever since the 1997 IMF crisis, REITs has shown a consistent growth and has contributed to the forming a sound real estate market and supporting enterprise restructuring. In July of 2015, currently, a total of 125 REITs are being operated, with a total capital size of 18 billion KRW. Despite such external and internal growth, the plunging real estate prices, downturn in business deals, and sinking of Project Financing for real estate development ever since the 2008 global financial crisis have illuminated the necessity of a fundamental improvement in investment regulations for REITs. Consequently, in order to deregulate the entire process of operating REITs including market entrance, funding, investment methods, and distribution of dividends, so as to increase REITs` competitive edge and market base as a indirect investment commodity for real estates, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation has announced its plans to legislate the "Revised bill for implementation of Real Estate Investment Company Act" in May 23rd of 2014, and also that it has passed the bill through the Cabinet meeting in the 23rd of September.

This paper discusses two metaphorical extensions of the Caused-Motion (CM) Construction, the Intocausative and Out-of-causative constructions. The two constructions inherit the causative meaning from the CM, but employs several key different grammatical properties. The paper reviews some key properties of the constructions and investigate their authentic usages with the help of the corpora, COCA (Corpus of Contemporary American English) and COHA (Corpus of Historical American English). The paper also sketches a Construction Grammar view that may account for the shared as well as idiosyncratic properties of the two constructions in investigation.

This study was performed to determine whether the $LH{\beta}$-subunit gene missense mutation is present in Korean infertile patients with 46,XX POF women. The variants of $LH{\beta}$ exon 2 (Trp 8Arg; TGG to CGG and Ile15Thr; ATC to ACC) were studied in forty-four 46,XX idiopathic POF and 54 nonpregnant women. The $LH{\beta}$ exon 2 variants were more frequent in POF patients (20.5%) than nonpregnant (16.7%) women (p>0.05). POF patients with the variant was slightly higher than nonpregnant women with the variant.
청국장으로부터 Bacillus cereus에 대한 길항 균주 분리 및 길항 효과

청국장 내에 B. cereus을 효과적으로 저지하기 위한 생물학적 제어 방법의 개발을 위하여 전통적 방법으로 제조한 백태 및 흑태 청국장으로부터 총 20종의 Bacillus 속 균주를 분리하였고, 이중에서 24시간 배양액에서 B. cereus에 대한 길항활성이 가장 높은 Bacillus sp. SC-8 균주를 선별하였다. 이 균주를 B. cereus와 혼합하여 청국장을 제조한 후 길항능을 분석한 결과 청국장 발효 중에는 B. cereus에 대한 길항효과가 있었으나, 발효 후 4℃ 저장 중에는 균체수가 감소하여 억제효과가 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 대조군으로 사용하였던 Bacillus sp. SC-15 균주에서는 배양액에서는 B. cereus에 대한 길항 활성이 낮았으나 청국장 내에서는 길항효과를 보임에 따라 청국장 발효에 관여하는 균들은 배양 환경에 따라 길항물질의 생성에 차이가 있음을 보였다. For the development of a biological control method against B. cereus in cheonggukjang, 20 Bacillus spp. were isolated from the naturally fermented baektae and heuktae cheonggukjang, identified by using 16S rDNA sequences. Among the isolated strains, Bacillus sp. SC-8 was selected using the B. cereus lawn cell assay as an antagonistic microorganism against B. cereus. The culture medium of Bacillus sp. SC-8 after 24 hr of incubation at 37℃ also evidenced a high level of antagonistic activity. In cheonggukjang fermented with the mixed culture of Bacillus sp. SC-8 and B. cereus, antagonistic effect against B. cereus was maintained during the fermentation of cheonggukjang, while its effect was reduced during storage at 4℃ due to the decrement of cell population of Bacillus sp. SC-8. In Bacillus sp. SC-15, which was utilized a control, antagonistic activity against B. cereus was not demonstrated on the lawn cell plate assay and culture medium, but its effects were detected in cheonggukjang. Therefore, the production of antagonistic substances of Bacillus spp. depends on the fermentative environment.

The main purpose of this paper is two-fold: Firstly, we summarize the arguments that ey/eykey-phrase in Korean passives is an adjunct, not an optional complement and to analyse the passive constructions on the basis of hypotheses of Bouma, Malouf & Sag(1998). Passive type in Korean has its two subtypes such as short-form passive, and long-form passive. And they are constrained according to their distinct properties. And also the postpositional phrase, ey/eykey phrase, has been treated as adjunct in previous studies so far: Kiparsky (1987), Grimshaw (1990), Wechsler (1995) and Jo & Chung (2001). Secondly, we present the various mechanisms within the framework of HPSG, especially Manning & Sag (1998), Bouma, Malouf & Sag (1998), introduce the specific constraints on our passive types in Korean, and then formulate the passive type hierarchy. Like English, Korean employs several types of cleft constructions. This paper reviews the grammatical properties of two main types of Korean cleft constructions: pseudo cleft and inverted cleft construction. In particular, it reviews syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic properties of these two types and then discusses the interaction among grammatical levels. The paper than sketches an HPSG (Head-driven Phrase Structure Grammar) analysis that can capture the similarities and differences of the two types of Korean cleft constructions.
전통간장으로부터 분리한 Cladosporium sp.과 Sterigmatomyces sp. 미생물의 동정 및 NaCl 농도에 따른 미생물 효소활성 분석

전통방식으로 숙성되고 있는 한식간장의 표면으로부터 분리된 바위꽃과 메밀꽃이라 불리는 미생물을 18S rDNA ITS1과 ITS4 지역의 염기서열를 분석한 결과, 각각 Cladosporium 종들과 S. halophilus의 염기서열과 높은 상동성을 보였다. 이에 따라 바위꽃 미생물은 Cladosporium sp. NK1로, 메밀꽃 미생물은 S. halophilus NK2로 명명하였다. YPD 액체 배지를 이용한 최적 생장 pH와 온도에 있어서 Cladosporium sp. NK1은 각각 pH 6과 22-27℃였고, S. halophilus NK2는 각각 pH 5-7과 22℃였다. Cladosporium sp. NK1는 NaCl를 첨가하지 않은 YPD 액체배지에서 가장 잘 생장하였으나, protease 및 amylase 효소활성에 있어서는 각각 10%와 15% NaCl이 첨가된 YPD 배양액 시료에서 가장 높았다. S. halophilus NK2는 10% NaCl이 첨가된 YPD 액체배지까지 매우 잘 생장하였으며, protease 활성은 10% NaCl이 첨가된 YPD 배양액 시료에서, amylase 활성은 5% NaCl이 첨가된 배양액 시료에서 가장 높았다. Cladosporium sp. NK1과 S. halophilus NK2의 lipase 활성은 보이지 않았다. 간장의 관능평가 결과 Cladosporium sp. NK1 균주는 간장의 맛에서, S. halophilus NK2 는 향미에서 유의적 차이를 보였다. Two strains, traditionally referred to as rock flower (Bawhi-kot) and buckwheat flower (Memil-kot or Chile-Kot), were isolated from stored traditional soy sauce and were identified by using the 18S ITS1/4 region sequences. The rock flower strain showed 99% of similarity with Cladosporium sp. and buckwheat flower strain was 99% identical with yeast Sterigmatomyces halophilus. Both strains were tentatively named Cladosporium sp. NK1 and Sterigmatomyces halophilus NK2, respectively. The optimal growth pHs and temperatures of both strains in a YPD broth medium were in the range of pH 5.0 to 7.0 and 22 to 27℃. Both strains were able to grow in more than 20% of NaCl. In the enzyme activity assay, high protease activity of Cladosporium sp. NK1 and S. halophilus NK2 were obtained in YPD containing 10% of NaCl. High amylase activities of both stains were in 15% and 5% of NaCl, respectively. Lipase activity was, however, not detected in both strains.

연구목적: 한국여성의 다낭성 난포증후군 환자에서 황체형성 호르몬 exon 2 유전자의 변이를 탐색하여 이들 변이와 질환과의 관련성 여부를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구재료 및 방법: 21명의 다낭성 난포증후군 환자를 대상으로 황체형성 호르몬 exon 2(Trp8Arg;TGG to CGG and Ile15Thr; ATC to ACC)의 변이를 탐색하였다. 혈액에서 Genomic DNA를 추출하여 PCR로 증폭한 후 RFLP 방법으로 변이형을 구분하였다. 결과: 황체형성 호르몬 exon 2의 변이형이 다낭성 난포증후군 환자에서 28.6%로 이미 조사된 바 있는 대조군의 16.7% 보다 약간 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 결론: 황체형성 호르몬 exon 2의 변이가 한국인의 다낭성 난포증후군 발병과 관련이 있는지를 밝히기 위해 더 많은 개체에 대한 연구가 요구된다.
