        유방의 섬유낭성 변화 : 단순유방촬영상 유방실질유형과 섬유선종의 연관성

        Purpose : To determine the relationship between fibrocystic change and parenchymal pattern and fibroadenoma onmammogram. Materials and Methods : Mammograms of 135 patients with histologically- diagnosed fibrocystic diseaseafter excisional biopsy were retrospectively analyzed and correlated with pathologic specimens. Classification ofthe parenchymal pattern was based on Wolfe's method. Results : On mammogram, we observed abnormality in 88 out ofthe 135 cases ; these latter consisted of 70 cases of DY, 30 of P2, 20 of P1, and 15 of Nl, following Wolfe'sparenchymal patterns. Among the 88 abnormal cases we observed 37 cases of mass with clear boundaries, five casesof mass with unclear boundaries, 22 with clustered microcalcifications, six with macrocalcifications and 18 withasymmetric dense breast. Histologic examination revealed a varying composition of stromal fibrosis, epithelialhyperplasia, cyst formation, apocrine metaplasia, etc. Histologically fibroadenomatoid change in 18 cases wasappeared as a radiopaque mass on mammogram, especially in those cases where the change was well-defined, whichwere all except three. Conclusion : Fibrocystic disease was prevalent in Wolfe's P2 and DY patterns(about 80 %).About 40 % of fibrocystic change appearing as a well defined mass on mammogram showed fibroadenomatoid changehistologically and was difficult to differentiate from fibroadenoma. Fibrocystic disease should therefore beincluded in the differential diagnosis of a mass which on mammogram is well-defined.

        폐의 조직구증식증 : 1예 보고

        Pulmonary histiocytosis X is rare granulomatous disorder of unknown etiology thar alters the interstitium of the lung. When confined to the lung, it is known as primary pulmonary histiocytosis X or eosinophilic granuloma of the lung. The chest radiograph shows characteristic nodular, reticular, and cystic abnormalities, which are most apparent in the upper and middle lung zones, but spare the costophrenic angles. The CT demonstrates innumerable small cysts with thin walls, and fine nodules. Recently we experienced pathologically proven primary pulmonary histiocystosis X in 35 yearas old male patient who had recurrent pneumothorax.

        재무보고 부정방지책으로서 감사위원회 효과성

        경영자는 수탁 받은 주주들의 부를 효율적으로 관리할 책임을 가지고 있으며, 수탁자산의 관리, 운영에 관해 재무보고 책임을 가진다, 이는 주주가 위탁한 자산이 적절하게 관리 운영되었는지에 대한 경영자의 성과평가임과 동시에 기업정보 이용자의 의사결정을 위한 정보제공의 의미도 갖는다. 경영자는 운영의 결과를 회계기준에 따라 투명하게 보고하여야 하나, 다수는 기업이 처한 내외적 어려움 또는 개인적인 욕심으로 인해 부정을 자행하며, 이러한 부정의 파급효과는 경영자와 기업은 물론 금융시장의 마비, 더 나아가서 국가경제의 혼란을 초래할 수 있다. 밝혀진 경영자의 부정은 빙산의 일각에 불과 할 뿐이며, 경영자는 직권을 이용하여 원천서류의 조작, 3자와의 공모 등을 통해 부정을 합법적인 거래로 위장을 하기 때문에 부정의 탐지가 쉽지 않다. 경영자의 부정은 사후발견보다는 사전예방이 훨씬 중요하며, 그러기 위해서는 재무정보가 작성되어지는 기업환경에 대한 전체적인 감시가 필요하며, 이 기능을 감사위원회가 담당한다. 그러나 감사위원회가 본연의 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 감사위원회의 역할과 책임, 자격, 규모, 모임시기 및 빈도, 활동에 대한 보고 등을 명시한 헌장을 채택하여야 하며, 재무나 회계영역의 전문가로 구성이 되어야 한다. 또한 경영자나 기업과의 재무적인 이해관계나 친분관계가 없는 독립성을 확보한 인사들로 이루어 져야지 만 경영자의 재무보고에 대해 객관적인 자세로 감시를 수행할 수 있다. 특히 외관상으로는 독립적인 것처럼 보이나, 기업과 연결고리를 가지고 있는 회색영역의 인사들은 배제되어야 한다

      • 국내 항만의 서비스 지표 개발을 위한 항만 대기율 산정

        Port productivity depends on the apron’s capability and capacity concerned with loading and unloading process and the time in a port for vessels. In general, the congestion index has been used as the indicator for the ship’s time in a port, however, in Korea, it is estimated by the ratio of the vessels that wait more than 12 hours to the overall vessels. Furthermore, because it has been measured by only manual reports of ship owners, congestion index of domestic ports is not reliable. This study adopts and evaluates the waiting ratio (WR) for domestic ports, which is another indicator for the ship’s time in a port, based on raw data given by vessel traffic service center (VTS) and Port-MIS from 2004 to 2013. The results show that the waiting ratio is mainly affected by the cargo types and quay’s environment. Based on the raw data, we also evaluated the berth occupancy ratio (BOR) to analyze the correlation with waiting ratio. The analysis results can be sued for developing the port service index and improving domestic port performance.

        Determination of appropriate number of vehicles is one of the most important issues in the logistics field, especially when the delivery quantity of each day is defined such as inbound supply chain. It mainly depends on the number of shipment, however, delivery job making policies also play an important role. This paper develops period-based delivery scheduling method, which makes delivery jobs with divided production plan by using various length of periods. To design vehicle route, many rules are employed, and the best job combination is selected in a given period. After integration of selected job combinations of each period, scheduling process is performed for a day’s vehicle schedule. Via the comparative analysis of vehicle schedules, which can be diverse due to the diversity of period length, suitable length of period can be determined in a given day, furthermore, appropriate number of vehicles is also decided. During the comparative analysis, various constraints are considered such as stock capacity, inventory holding cost, and vehicle hiring cost. Operation mechanism and details of proposed approach are described via the simulation study.

        The inbound supply chain is often faced with an uncertain context in a dynamic manufacturing environment. To successfully execute the inbound logistics, vehicle routing is critical and plays an important role in a dynamic environment. This paper proposes a framework of real-time vehicle routing monitoring system to keep up flexible inbound flows. The proposed system automatically detects uncommon situations from various data offered by vendors, vehicles, and ERP. Then, the system provides risky warnings to the vehicle routing planning system in order to modify routing plan and schedule. By employing proposed system, inbound supply chain can be controlled more flexibly at real-time vehicle routing. The framework of the proposed system and its operating mechanism is described and discussed.
