목적 : 임신성 고혈압 환자에서 혈중 thromboxane A2 농도를 측정하여 TxA2가 임신성 고혈압의 병태 생리와 연관성이 있음을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 경증의 전자간증 산모 12명, 중증 전자간증 산모 4명, 정상 대조군 산모 14명을 대상으로 TxA2의 안정 대사물질인 TxB2의 혈중 농도를 효소 면역분석법을 통해 비교 분석하였다. 결과 : 정상 산모군과 경증 전자간증 산모군 사이의 혈중 TxB2의 농도는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 (1 Objective : High thromboxane level evidence supports pivotal involvement of TxA2 in pathophysiology of pregnancy induced hypertension and provides a strong rationale for pursuing TxA2-blocking strategies in drug development. This study was designed to investigate the effects of complex exercise training on lower legs muscle strength, muscle endurance, balance and gait ability in elders. 44 elders who were applied for this study as subjects and were assigned randomly into experimental and control group by 22 elders. Four elders discontinued for individual conditions; house moving (1) and hospitalization (3). Both group had the education of physical health. Experimental group (n=19) were 60-minute per session, two time per for week, 8-weeks elastic band and balance pad for resistance training and balance training. Control group (n=21) executed no physical training program. The results of study were as follows. There were significantly increased by complex exercise that the strength of knee extention, ankle dorsiflexion, muscle endurance, balance ability, and gait ability (p<.05). Interaction between group and time had a significant effect on the all factors except for step and stride length (p<.05). In conclusion, the complex exercise training improves lower legs muscle strength, muscle endurance, balance and gait ability in elders. These results suggest that elders will be prevented about risk of a fall at all by complex exercise. Eventually we can expect them to have their old age with full of vitality.

개성공업지구 지원에 관한 법률 제정에 따른 몇 가지 문제

2007년 5월 25일 「개성공업지구지원에 관한 법률」(이하 개성공업지구지원법)이 법률 제8484호로 제정되었다. 이 글에서 필자는 개성공업지구지원법의 제정을 계기로 이 법과 관련한 몇 가지 문제로서 이 법의 법적 근거, 개성공업지구지원법의 제정과 국가승인문제, 개성공업지구에서의 현지기업과 남한 근로자의 법률충돌문제, 분쟁해결의 문제점에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 개성공업지구지원법의 헌법적 근거에 대해서 필자는 헌법 제3조 영토조항과 헌법 제4조 평화통일조항 어느 하나의 조항만이 개성공업지구지원법의 헌법적 근거가 되어서는 안 되며 이 두 조항 모두 헌법적 근거로 이해되어야 한다고 본다. 둘째, 개성공업지구지원법은 지금까지의 대북관련 국내법과는 달리 북한의 행정기관으로 이해되고 있는 개성공업지구 관리기관에 대하여 법인으로서의 능력을 부여하고 있고, 개성공업지구 관리기관에 자금·인력·물품 등의 지원을 할 수 있으며 개성공업지구 관리기관은 남한에 사무소를 둘 수 있다고 규정하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 개성공업지구지원법은 우리 공무원을 북한지역에 파견근무하게 할 수 있으며 여기에 드는 비용을 정부가 지원할 수 있다고 규정하고 있다. 이러한 규정들을 볼 때 개성공업지구지원법의 제정은 북한에 대한 국가승인의 법적 효과를 발생시키는 것은 아닌가하는 의문이 제기될 수 있으나 필자는 이러한 규정들이 명시적 국가승인은 물론 묵시적 국가승인에도 해당되지 않는다고 본다. 셋째, 개성공업지구지원법의 제정으로 기존에 개성공업지구에 적용되던 개성공업지구법과 하위규정들, 남북합의서, 북한의 일반법과 개성공업지구지원법의 충돌문제가 발생하게 되었다. 특히 개성공업지구 노동규정과 남한의 근로조건에 관한 규정들이 적극적으로 충돌하고 있다. 또한 남한의 근로조건에 관한 법률들에는 명시되어 있으나 개성공업지구 노동규정에는 명시되어 있지 않은 조항들이 상당수 있다. 넷째, 현재 개성공업지구법과 개성공업지구 노동규정에 예정되어 있는 노동분쟁 해결방법은 개성공업지구 현지기업과 남한 근로자간의 노동분쟁을 해결하기에는 상당한 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 필자는 남북한 당국간에 가칭 「개성공업지구 현지기업과 남한 근로자간의 노동분쟁에 관한 합의서」가 가까운 시일내에 체결되어야 한다고 본다. 동 합의서 체결시 개성공업지구지원법의 제정 취지를 살려 남한의 근로조건에 관한 법률들을 준거법으로 하는 조항이 핵심조항으로 포함되어야 할 것이다.

물류기업의 국제프랜차이즈 계약을 통한 국제화에 대한 연구

오늘날 기업의 국제화는 기업의 선택적 사항이 아니라 필연적으로 수행해야 하는 사항이다. 국제 물류시장은 다국적 물류기업의 선도자 역할을 하며, 후발 주자인 국내 물류기업은 혁신적 기업을 통하여 국제화를 달성해야 한다. 본 논문은 연구의 방법으로 문헌연구를 사용하고 있다. 국내 물류기업은 국제화를 위해 새로운 전략적 사고를 고려하고 있지 않다. 국제화를 위한 국내 물류 기업의 새로운 국제화 전략을 통하여 이미 선점된 시장을 잠식할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서 새로운 전략으로 제시하는 것은 프랜차이즈 시스템의 활용이다. 국내 물류기업의 프랜차이즈 시스템을 이용하기 위해서는 국제적 프랜차이즈 계약의 관점에 초점을 두어야 하며, 당해 계약의 기본적 필수 조항들을 검토하는 것은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 그 이유는 개별국가들이 서로 상이한 프랜차이즈 관련 법률들을 가지고 있으며, 현재까지는 국제프랜차이즈에 대한 통 일된 법률이 존재하고 있지 않기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 물류기업의 프랜차이즈 시스템을 이용한 국제화의 일부지만, 실무적 관점에서 시사점을 제시하고 있다. These days the corporate internationalization is a must, not a choice for any enterprise. The international logistics market is led by multinational logistics enterprises, and domestic late mover logistics enterprises should achieve internalization through corporate innovation. As for the research methodology, this paper employs literature review. Domestic logistics enterprises have not been considering new strategic thinking for internalization. Domestic logistics enterprises will be able to encroach on preoccupied markets through new internationalization strategies. The new strategy proposed by this paper is the utilization of franchise system. To use a franchise system, domestic logistics enterprises should focus on the aspects of an international franchise contract; and it is critical for them to review the basic essential provisions of the relevant contract. The reason is that individual countries have different laws related to franchising, and there is not yet a unified law on international franchising.. Therefore, this study has implications, albeit partial, from a hands-on viewpoint, for the internationalization of logistics enterprises through the use of franchise system.

안면신경마비환자의 치료경과에 대한 Computer Aided Thermography 를 이용한 관찰

N/A Bells palsy is a usually innocuous but psychologically distressing disease. The majority of cases are of the so-called idiopathic type, the etiology of which is unknown. This 52 year-old fe- male patient was treated with repeated stellate ganglion bupivacaiae blocks, acupuncture and transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation, with return of function. In our case studies, using thermographic images to diagnosis and to evaluate objective assess- ment of treatment of Bells palsy, we observed the correlation between neurologic symptoms and thermographic image.
