${\beta}$-시클로덱스트린과의 포접에의한 디플로페낙나트륨의 용해도 및 생체흡수율 증가

Inclusion complexes of diclofenac sodium with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ were prepared in aqueous solution, alkaline solution and solid phase. The interaction of diclofenac sodium with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ in pH 9.0 alkaline solution was evaluated by the solubility method and the instrumental analysis such as thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry. The solubility of diclofenac sodium was increased linearly with the increase in the concentration of ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$up to 0.15 mol and showed that the aqueous solubility rate of diclofenac sodium was significantly increased by complex with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$. The optimum composition of this complex was one molecule of ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ included 1.59 molecular weight of diclofenac sodium as a guest molecule. The pharmacokinetic parameters of the diclofenac sodium and the complex with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ were studied in rats by oral route. $T_{max}$ between drug alone and inclusion complex showed significant difference to be 120 minute and 20 minute respectively. Both of $C_{max}$ and AUC of inclusion complex was about 40% higher than drug alone. It is estimated from the data in this study that complexation of diclofenac sodium with ${\beta}-cyclodextrin$ increased the absorption rate and improved the bioavalability of the diclofenac sodium by the formation of a water-soluble complexes.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this dissertation is to make a theoretical sutdy of the Agricultural land rent. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review such as paper, books, etc and expert opinions. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The major finding of this study are summarized as following : Differential land rent theory ignore the important of location problem and did not explain marginal land rent. Location differential land rent theory criticized the use of abstract proposition but it explain the location rent in morden city. Absolute land rent theory can be applied both Agricultural land and non Agricultural land. But it contradict private ownership of land in modern society 2. RESULTS This study is not purposeful to analyze past inconsistency by present level. It is unreasonableness that Agricultural Land Rent theory applies in morden city land. But classical land rent theory become starting point of the theoretical development in land utilization and basis of city development in present age.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Recently domestic development works of commercial buldings is depressed because of global financing shock and economic slump. This study was focused on the various factors determining the success of Presale Agent. The purpose of this study is to finding causes and effects of past problems and seeking the alternatives of Presale Agent in Real Estate. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review such as paper, books, etc and expert opinions. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The Professionalism of Presale business participants is required, especially tenant-mix and market research ability is absolutely. 2. RESULTS The commercial buldings development works are not accomplishing form of buildings simply but offering benefit and gains to the customers continuously. Presale business participants are not simply sell bulding but responsible for helping to create spaces and form the trading area in one region. so commercial buldings development works answer the development participants profits and the social purpose. Therefore Professionalism of Presale business participants is required absolutely. The most important problem is the absent of certificate licence of Presale in real estate.

한국영화예고편에 나타난 메인타이틀의 시간구성

영화를 알리고 홍보하기 위한 목적으로 제작된 영상이 영화예고편이다. 예고편은 영화자체의 영상(Images)과 영화의 내용이나 부가적인 정보를 효과적으로 전달하기위한 타이포그래피(Typography), 그리고 음향(Sound)으로 구성된다. 이 가운데 예고편 영상 재생 중에 나타나 영화의 내용이나 부가적인 정보의 전달 수단으로서 활용되는 타이포그래피의 등장 타이밍에 따른 관객 호기심 자극 및 영화 관람에 대한 유도효과는 괄목할만하다. 예고편에서 타이포그래피들은 그 특성에 따라 톱타이틀(Top Title), 메인타이틀(Main Title), 서브타이틀(Sub Title), 크레디트타이틀(Credit Title)로 나누어진다. 본 연구는 5년간(2005~2009)의 한국영화 흥행작 100편의 예고편을 대상으로 하여 영상에서 나타나는 타이포그래피의 시간위치를 파악하여 보았고, 그 중 영상에서 메인타이틀이 나타나는 시간(Time)을 주요 기준으로 하여 예고편 영상을 네 가지 시간구성(전구성, 후구성, 전후구성, 기타구성)으로 나누었다. 그리고 이러한 기준에 따라 2005년부터 2009년까지의 한국영화 예고편 501편을 분류하여, 연도 및 장르별로 시간구성을 살펴보고 각 특성을 파악하였다. 일반적으로 예고편 영상에는 후구성 방식이 두드러졌으며 장르별로는 조금씩 차이를 보였다. 연도별 특성으로는 2007년 이후로 기타구성이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. A Movie trailer is a video which is produced to announce and promote a movie. It is the composition of images, typography, and the sound. As typography is used to the methods that communicate movie contents and adscititious informations for the playing time of trailers, it plays an important role to stimulate curiosity and grab audiences` attention about the movie. We classified typography in movie trailers into Top Title, Main Title, Sub Title and Credit Title. One of the main purposes of this study is to examine the time position of typography in movie trailers. The movie trailers of top-100 in box-office power of Korean movies in the last 5 years(2005~2009) were used as main objects of this study. First, we categorized them into four types of time compositions; the Start Composition, the End Composition, the Start-End Composition, and the Rest Composition. After that, we also analysed the chronological and genre characteristics of them. Many of the movie trailers generally shows the structural characteristic of End Composition, and had a little genre difference in time composition. From the chronological point of view, the rate of Rest Composition had been growing steadily since 2007.

오늘날 주변에서 다양한 영화예고편을 쉽게 접하고 있으나 영화예고편의 구조직 형식에 관한 체계적인 분석과 자료가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 시간 이용해 영화예고편에 나타난 타이틀의 시간구조에 대해서 알아보았다. 그래서 영화 타이틀을 기준으로 시간위치를 분석하여 네 가지 구조로 분류하였다. 이것을 활용하여 최근 3년간 한국영화예고편을 메인타이틀 기준으로 분류하였고, 영화 장르별로 영화예고편 시간구조를 분석 하였다.

  Background and Objectives: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is prevalent in the general population, but there are few reports on bowel habits and IBS in high school students in Korea. This study aims to describe the prevalence of IBS in high school students in Korea and to investigate the influence of lifestyle factors including dietary habits, on the IBS. This study also investigates relationship between anxiety, depression and IBSprevalence.   Subjects and methods:This study is a cross-sectional study on 1,018 students (451 males and 567 females) form freshman to senior of a high schools in Seoul. All students were requested to fill in a self-reported questionnaire. IBS was diagnosed based on the Rome Ⅱ criteria. Those having past medical history of organic gastrointestinal disorders and any one of the "alarm factors"(e.g. continuous hematochezia, weight loss, or anemic symptom) were excluded from the IBS group. For the evaluation of risk factors on the IBS, we surveyed dietary habit, health behavior, past medical history, the Hollingshed index for the measurement of socioeconomic status, Beck"s Anxiety Inventory for the anxiety, and the Children"s Depression Inventory for the depression.   Results: The prevalence of IBS was 19.1%. Family history of abdominal discomfort (odds ratio 2.07, 95% 1.46-2.92) and having night snack (odds ratio 1.46, 95% CI 1.09-1.94) were significantly different between the IBS group and non-IBS group. There was a linear trend towards the higher prevalence of IBS with fewer hours of exercise (odds ratio 0.99, 95% CI 0.95-1.04). Menstruation, stress, and irregular eating were the significant provocation factors of IBS. Anxiety and depression was not significantly higher in in the IBS group.   Conclusions: Prevalence of the IBS in high school students from this study was higher compared with those reported in college students in Korea. This study shows that family history, dietary factors, lifestyle, and grade were significantly related to IBS. From our study, we found that there are multifaceted health aspects required to reduce symptoms, such as dietary education and encouragement to change lifestyle for controlling stress.
